I don't understand why charge for parking ?

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. However you can see some signs of aging on the property. We were only there for the night to go on the cruise. I have enjoyed my short stay. Nice and quiet.

The staff was nice and accommodating. The property needs some TLC.

breakfast was good, many options. the hotel is very clean, fresh and attractive with the exception to of a black front desk worker (male) and the housekeeper for my room, I find the staff very unpleasant. customer service is poor for such a nice place. one worker came across racial. overall poor poor customer service and if i decide not to stay here again, this would be the reason. i was very uncomfortable speaking to staff.

Everything was fine, the only problem was the bathroom, the shower was super dirty and mold for everywhere.

The breakfast should include chicken patties as well. It was beef and pork only.

Everything was clean and the front desk was very friendly. The kitchen area was a little worn but it would not stop me from staying there again. The other issue is that there was nothing around you to walk and eat.

The breakfast buffet was delicious every day we were there. It had a great variety of various foods. Just some minor things: room was clean but I had to ask for bars of soap, none were provided; no suitcase stand in the closet or anywhere we could find; no towel hooks anywhere. The worst part was that Expedia stated there was airport shuttle service between 9 AM-6 PM, but that specific arrangements could be made. The hotel would not help out for any other time except this range unfortunately. Many people fly in late and depart early, so these hours are a little less than satisfactory.

I asked to be moved but there were no rooms available so the front desk agent said they'd put in a request for a deep cleaning and to comp a night. As I was leaving there was no firm answer on if they were able to comp the night they suggested. Then I got the invoice and there was no comp at all.

Clean room and bathroom. Comfy bed. Kitchen was clean and well stick. Quiet night. Great location. Was able to have pizza, wings and instacart delivered. Great front desk service was quick and very friendly.

Our room had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed with a full fridge. It was clean, AC worked great! My family loved the breakfast and they had many options! The pool was very clean! We loved having the ability to use the free washer and dryer that is very close to the pool! We would stay here again!

Great location. Uberred from airport and wasn’t outrageous. We were able to walk to a nice restaurant and enjoyed walking the area….very clean. The ac in the room was practically on top the bed. …fan large and noisy….i slept on the couch so my son could sleep on the bed farthest from the ac unit.

Poor water pressure in the shower and less-than-comfortable beds. Otherwise okay.

Clean and convenient

The breakfast was fabulous! The entire family really enjoyed it. The rooms was clean and I really like having the kitchen in the unit. It was very convenient. We would definitely stay again!

The reason I chose this hotel was for the airport shuttle, since this was just an overnight stay and back to the airport the next morning. Unfortunately I learned only after arriving in Miami that the shuttle only runs from 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM. Very inconvenient for most flights and not listed on the description. So a $120 uber dollars later I’m back at the airport. So check your times if an airport shuttle is important to you.

Our plane was late so my entire family had to get 3 ubers to the hotel. The shuttle time needs to be at least til 9-10 pm. The room was very spacious although the beds were too hard for my liking.

Clean, friendly staff, breakfast is ok but not what you would expect at Residence Inn Marriott. All areas pool laundry dining area and lobby good to great conditions. Pool heater doesn't seem to be able to keep up with any cooler days.

Clean, good service and breakfast

Facilities were great especially being able to do our laundry. Providing storage for a travelling friend's bags, mapping out the shopping complex for us, providing local intel and attractions. The area is within Government services area and many of the guests are self reliant , which was a prefect fit for us too.

I recommend this hotel The rooms are really clean and big. Rooms have little smell if they can fix that the rest is perfect. Thank you, thank you thank you

Jose saved us. We were stuck at miami port with thousands of others. He helped us get out of there and then let us into our room early. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Shower had excellent water pressure.

Everything about the facility and staff was fine, however as you know there are two Residence Inns in Miami that include the name “airport” and the cab sans Ubers do not ask for clarification and nothing about your hotel sites caution for clarity to guests. Do something about this it costs us a lot of extra late nite time and additional $25 in transportation to get to the West Doral residence!

Amenities. Call ahead about the airport transfers and was ausure that after 6pm I would just need to call and request. After calling I was told they don't pickup after 6pm. Uner ended up costing over $70

The studio type room is very good for an extended stay as cooking is possible with almost everyting provided in the kitchen. The ventilation fan in the kitchen was not functioning. I reported to the front desk the first day but it didn't get fixed during our three night stay.

We were unable to use the airport shuttle service as it was not available during the time we arrived and departed. Breakfast was usually crowded and some times they closed up while we were waiting in line to get our food.

Bad - sofa bed was broken, which we needed due to our family size. Ended up pulling the mattress out and sleeping on the floor. Very bad - There was construction at the property next door on a Friday late night/Saturday early morning. Was not able to sleep at all. This was not disclosed to us. Would not stay again.

Room was dirty and the carpets needs to be replaced. Bathroom was well worn.

Room service was not done when we came back in the night. We had to do bed sheets and all on our own and had to ask for towels.. Bathroom was not cleaner up either

The staff was courteous and helpful, they offer a good selection for breakfast, pet friendly, good amenities, and a nice, clean, quiet room. However, there is ongoing construction on a large lot nextdoor, less than average walkability, and limitations to the airport only shuttle service - starts at 9 am and is only for the airport, not for a radius around the hotel due to insurance restrictions.

The hallways and common areas had visibly dirty floors with built-up stains, showing the cleanliness problems were property-wide. Travelers should also know the airport shuttle does NOT run until 9 a.m., which was not disclosed. We had a 5 a.m. flight and would not have chosen this hotel had we known. We only stayed because it was very late and we were traveling with elderly and young family members. This hotel requires major cleaning and maintenance. Would not stay again.

Bathroom was dirty. Pink mold on showerhead, black mold on the bottom of the shower basin, worn out and ripped carpet in the room... And problematic AC as well.. Not very pleasant staff with one front desk individual not speaking English well at all. Wouldn't stay again.

Our group of 6 needed a day room in which to rest up and shower for a performance. The suite with two queen beds, a sofa and a kitchen was perfect! Staff were very welcoming and helpful. We are so grateful to have been able to use this beautiful suite - from out of which we were later able to watch fireworks on the coast!

My wife felt that for a Marriott, the bed pillows were of poor quality and that the placement of the tv next to the work space was a distraction. She did enjoy the dressing area between the bed and the bathroom.

My daughter and her friends stayed overnight before a cruise. The hotel absolutely killed it on getting the girls room ready early because of the flight, but the cleaning suffered. My daughter slept on the sleeper sofa and she said it had hair on it and just dirty spots from where it had not been cleaned. Again, I realize that they did a great job to get the room ready early but it sounds like this couch had not been touched for a long time.

Very nice big rooms. Cordial staff allowed us an early check in which was very useful to us. Didn’t love the parking charge considering it’s a hotel that is out of the downtown area but guess they are taking advantage of the alternatives further downtown

Great hotel, always an enjoyable stay

Property is always clean and quiet. The staff took care of an issue with my room promptly.

The hotel was new, clean, and smelled great. It offers free breakfast and has many amenities. The fitness center was definitely more than i expected. The pool area was nice. They had washers and dryers to use for free. In my room, the TV wasnt working correctly and one of the burners on the stove didnt work. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. However, we booked the rooms for the "free breakfast" and "airport shuttle" and they were so time limited that we couldn't use either. In the morning we couldn't find any front desk assistance either as they were sleeping in a back room. We should have stayed closer to the airport and had a smaller Uber fee.

Nice hotel for our pre-cruise stay in Miami

I originally booked a king size bed suite because the room I booked in January 2025 was amazing but this time when I checked in she gave me a double Queen bed room but everything was horrible and the bathroom wallpaper was coming off the sink vanity was all damaged what looked like water damage room 301 is horrible the floor throughout the room was not cleaned 100% and very dusty throughout all corners of room and around the beds. The tv didn’t even have my name displayed it had someone else’s name. I was to tired from driving so many hours for my daughters college orientation to speak with anyone about this and I don’t like to make a scene and especially that I was there alone with my daughter. The room was not free I had to pay with my hard earned money and what was presented to me was not worth what I paid for. Again in January the room suite we had was beautiful but this time it was horrible. I would like someone to reach out and do something about this and look into this to get a refund of some sort. I knew I should of taken pictures but I didn’t to much stuff going on for my daughters school and to little time

The room was very spacious. The bathroom aswell. The beds were very comfortable. The pullout bed wasnt comfortable but we weren't expecting it to be . Good breakfast. The staff is very accommodating, whatever we needed extra we got delivered to our room timely. Plenty of restaurants in the area. It was a good stay.

Rooms are old and dated. Carpet and furniture shows lots of wear and tear with dirt marks.

Overall experience was good. My biggest complaint is the beds. They were not comfortable. But the room was very nice and spacious. The entire hotel seemed to be kept clean. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel.

Arrival I was amazed the lobby and staff were well kept. Lobby smelled amazing. Unfortunately the room I was assigned had a TERRRIBLE smell. It had a stinch of urine/and an unkept living space. There was animal hair on the furniture. Some of the furniture was torn. The walls/doors were dirty and stained. It was evident the room was quickly turned over for next guest. I have stayed in a Residence Inn in Alabama and was was very pleased. That was not the case in this location. The other great things about this location was overshadowed by these disgusting issues I could not ignore. I was there for 1 night. If my stay was longer I would have requested a refund and would have found another hotel. * also you pay for parking per koght thos fee was a surprise add on upon check-in*

The room was very spacious, everything was in excellent condition. The breakfast was decent, although one of the dryers didn't work, meaning we had to wait to dry our laundry.

Hotels.com says there is an airport shuttle. Not really, only from 9am to 6pm. After waiting at the airport for a while, we called the hotel and they said, too late. $30 Uber did the trick, I have no idea how it says it is only 5 miles away -- perhaps as the crow flies? Management was super nice to get us a Lyft back to the airport at their expense back in the early AM. The other Residence Inn has a shuttle, so for $10 more per night, probably a better option.

One of the stoves in the room was not working. The toilet's water flushing system was not functioning properly. We promptly reported the issue with the stove to the front desk, and your maintenance team responded quickly to replace it (thank you for resolving this). However, the issue with the toilet flushing system remained unresolved. On the second day, we raised another request regarding the toilet. Although the maintenance team visited again, unfortunately, the problem persisted, and the flushing system was still not fixed. Additionally, when housekeeping came for the room cleaning service, we noticed that the utensils were not cleaned and left in the sink, which was an unexpected oversight. While we appreciate the responsiveness of your staff, these unresolved issues caused some inconvenience during our stay.

Camila at the front desk was amazing. She went above and beyond to not only provide great friendly service but helped us with a printer issue that meant a lot to us due to the time constraints we had. She makes your company look good.

We waited on the airport shuttle almost 3 hours. Each time we called the staff was rude and said they'd be back at the top of the hour. Second time staying here, same experience the first time. Refuse to stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and the rooms were large. I chose it because it was far from the airport and downtown, but not far from the business center. It was still in a convenient location. The breakfast was great, and I also liked the laundry room, which was free and convenient. It was worth every penny.

The hotel looks old, the breakfast was awful, the A/C was very loud, sounded like an old farming tractor. I have been and many Residence Inn and never had such a bad experience.

I went with my family went we go to the room was cockroaches everywhere. They don’t help me to find another hotel was 10:00pm I was with my two kids looking a place to stay was horrible experience. I have pictures and videos and they don’t help me . I have to call Expedia to get the refund.

Beds were horrible and we couldn’t get a regular paring knife (we supposedly had a full kitchen) to prepare dinner the first night. Been in residence inns all around US and had a great experience however this one was a disappointment.

I loved my stay here the only thing I wasn’t happy about it was that the whole week I was there they only change the towels but forget about the rest. Never change the beds or clean the floors or bathroom. We try to keep the suit as clean as possible but they were supposed to do the cleaning every other day. Other than that everything was perfect the stuff was beyond kind and friendly.

I can’t believe the shuttle is 9-6. That is ridiculous for early and late flights. We leave Miami at 9:38am on Monday the 13th and cannot stay at this hotel that night. Got in at 5:30 on Friday the 3rd and had to use uber because your last shuttle had left. Would not recommend this hotel to anybody

Ample room with kitchen and dining room that suits well for a family of 5. Facilities and services are very basic and soundproof from neighbor guests and airplanes is deficient. The area offers very little, it is almost 20 min drive to the airport and their shuttle doesn’t start early.

Close by to the airport. Shopping nearby, but can be reached by car or a long walk. Nice and pleasant, highly recommended.

Room service once a week. Have to as for fresh towel, no refill shampoo or soap. Garbage done every 2 days, bed done 2 days during 7 days. Room not clean during our stay. Bed sheet not change during our stay. Not enough seating place for breakfast. Too crowded. This is not Marriot standard

Did not like: - Pressing Iron in the room had goo on it that transferred to my white T-Shirt thus ruining it. - Extra 8$ for parking is an overkill considering the location of this hotel.
