Perfect for every trip to Miami

The room size was sufficient. It was clean and well kept. There was no kettle or tea maker in the room. Not everyone is a coffee lover, so there must be options for making tea as well. Called the room service for a ceramic cup to boil water in the microwave but they didn't have it as well. These are basic items in a hotel. Also, we had requested a late check-out which was granted initially, however the reception called later on to tell us that they are going to charge us 1day stay. It was a mistake from their team which they sorted out and allowed us to stay in late, but I had to exchange some unpleasantries unintentionally that could have been avoided if things were made clear at the first instance itself. Breakfast is very basic with no gluten free options at all.

The breakfast was ok with options of eggs, bacon, and sides. It was an average breakfast, but the staff was there to accommodate. The rooms were clean; the only downside is that water is offered only at check-in. That water was offered only on check in and not the other days of stay.

Choosing this hotel was the best option: it is well-located, the service at the front desk is excellent, the checkout time is very convenient, and the cleanliness in all areas is excellent. Highly recommended.

Very clean rooms. The hotel lobby smelled really nice too and of course the warm cookie at check in is a great plus. My family and I stayed one night. The ev charging stations were plenty and were never full so it was a great experience overall.

The plugs on both sides of the bed did not work. The water never got hot in the shower. The listing stated laundry facilities but they are located miles away at their sister property Holiday Inn. We ended up having to change rooms due to the power issue and while packing up a hotel employee just walked into the room without knocking or anything! Very poor condition for a doubletree I expected more for the brand and the price!

Overall service was great. Staff was attentive no matter who I spoke to.

After I checked out and was asked do I want a receipt only for the front desk clerk to run out saying my card was declined AFTER I had already checked out! I had to screen shot my bank statements to prove the money had been taken out my account!! They also OWE me $100 back from incidentals! I will be calling to speak to the manager Carissa later! I’m livid I will never stay there again!!

It was a terrible experience for me. It was free breakfast in the website so I went there which was like 30 mins away from other hotels and the places I wanted to visit. After reaching there, I was very dissapointed.

Restaurant hours are limited.

We were woking up in the middle of the night 2 am by the fire alarm. That is not the reason for the low rating. But at no point were we informed about the event afterwards. It was not addressed properly by the hotel. No mention of anything at check out. No mail about anything, no sorry about pulling you out of bed in a terrible way at 2 am. Luckily there was a no fire but the least the hotels could have done was to address it somehow or apologize for mistake.

Excellent service, but the water coming from the shower is terrible.

The room felt very plain and boring, with almost no decoration. The carpet had a slight musty smell, there were stains on the ceiling, and the furniture was basic and cheap-looking. In-room coffee and tea selection was extremely limited—just one sachet of each. The swimming pool water was also quite cold. Overall, the hotel left no real impression on me. I don’t understand why it has such exceptionally high ratings. It’s a very basic three-star property at best, and not one I would choose to stay at again.

There were two issues that were very disappointing during our stay: Before booking, the hotel website stated that there is a shuttle service within a 5-mile radius. In reality, the service was not operating — we were told it doesn’t run two days a week, and on the days it does operate it only starts at 14:00. Unfortunately, this caused us additional unexpected transportation expenses. There was a lizard in our room, which left us unable to sleep the entire night. It was extremely unpleasant and quite traumatic for us. I would appreciate it if you could consider a refund for that night. Thank you.

Room was clean but there was a problem with a leaky toilet or perhaps shower which resulted in water in bathroom floor. We reported it to reception during our short stay but noticed problem remained on last night. Some staff eg maid service were unfriendly. Maid service was good but noticed used glasses in room were not replaced or cleaned

Clean, large room. While the manager was the only one working at the front desk on a busy weekend morning, she bent over backwards to secure me one of the first rooms available since I had arrived so early, which I really appreciated. The lobby cafe was busy for breakfast. Quiet and safe location.

Con - The ice machine on my floor was inoperable therefore I attempted to retrieve ice from another floor but I couldn’t access the machine. I returned to my room to call the service desk and was told I had to go downstairs to the restaurant/bar area, with my ice bucket, for ice. Such an inconvenience.

First of all, handicap rooms should be near elevators. Rooms and bed are showing signs of wearing off. The are not clean as they used to be. No amenities at all. Housekeeping takes until the end of the afternoon for daily cleaning.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff are very nice and kind, and the customer service is excellent. The rooms are clean, cozy, and very comfortable. One of the highlights is the rooftop pool with a beautiful view of the beach, plus great music and a bar — such a perfect vibe! The hotel also has restaurants, which makes it even more convenient. On top of that, it’s located in a great area. I truly recommend this hotel 100%!

Overnight stay with the family was fine. Not the newest looking rooms, but nothing had a filthy look to it. Out of the way area for walking but ample parking lot space. Plenty of restaurants, stores and a large shopping mall within driving distance. 15 min from the airport and 25 min to South Beach. Would stay again.

The only issue I had was my room was too hot and I couldn’t adjust the temperature.

This is a nice clean hotel relatively close to the airport with easy parking. The bar and breakfast we’re both great.

It was an amazing experience, it is not too far from the Airport. I took a Lyft and it wasn’t too expensive. About $16-$20. The atmosphere and staff is very welcoming. The rooms are super comfortable and clean! I was amazed! I stayed in Miami Beach earlier in the month and I was far disappointed, I have found the place to stay on my next trip to Miami.

Everything you would expect from a Doubletree. The staff were lovely, it's in a great location near shopping malls but in a commercial business park so very quiet. Reasonably priced and the cookies were fab! Would definitely recommend
