Staff was not helpful when we had questions and wasn’t willing to reimburse anything even though one room was completely unusable causing us to have to use the pull out sofa (which was also dirty) and when we went to go get bedding for it, they didn’t give a pillow they just gave a loose white sheet….

I have been visiting this place for 3 years now and I especiallylike how the location of the hotel is conveniently close to everything; the beach, restaurants, and even the airport. The only critique that I can share is that the place needs restoration, for example new beds and some doors fixed. You can tell that these buildings were once in better condition.

Spacious, clean, quiet, beautiful, very convenient, I needed nothing to be comfortable. Everything I needed or may need was there. I actually loved it and did not want to leave. 😂👌

The room is big, that the only i like.

We never stayed here, but I had a reservation and front desk (staff) did not help finding the reservation. I called Expedia and they confirmed the reservation, but the hotel did not had the reservation. Then, Expedia called front desk (3 hours later) and the hotel staff finally found the reservation, but I was in another location (I could not wait). They refused to refund the money, but Expedia did it!

Worst place I've ever stayed. I booked this room one night before our cruise and the night after we got back from our cruise. The night that we stayed after getting back from our cruise we decided to check out and get a different hotel all together. The condition of the our room was unacceptable. The staff was argumentative and made excuses thinking they could somehow justify the many issues we came across. There was blood on the walls, curtains, and lampshades. There was hair from previous occupants on the pillows and in the sheets, moisture and bubbles coming from damaged flooring. The bathtub and the toilet were both leaking. The gaps in the doorways were almost an inch thick. The carpet was stained, sticky and smelly. The pool water was muddy. The list goes on and on.

Our room was clean, but everything in the room was very outdated. The curtains were stained, and all the furniture was very old. The staff were incredible. For what I paid to stay there,I expected the room to be a little nicer and I don’t mean the building. I’m talking about the curtains, mattresses and linens.

I booked this hotel for Monday to Saturday. Upon arriving a requested a head of time a wheelchair friendly room. The FIRST room I got was a nightmare! Stains EVERYWHERE! The shower was disgustingly dirty. Spots everywhere. Mold in the shower! It smelled like pee! Dirt on the couch and blood on the floors and chairs!!! I contacted the front desk immediately and showed them pictures of the room and the response was “the room was just cleaned but will get you a new one” and after looking for another hotel and not finding anything I agreed the next room we got was still not up to par but it definitely was a upgrade with hardwood floors (the only up grade) and the room smelled better everything else was the same. The air conditioner did not work the first night! I woke up sweating so bad! The breakfast was nothing to brag about eggs, boxed French toast , homemade waffles , pork sausages and cereal. Comfortable stay for the price and close to amenities like food and other necessities. Didn't get to try the pool or hot tub, but looked inviting. Maintenance was there when needed and helpful. Wanted to try the hot tub and pool, but didn't get the chance too.

Not worth the saving on money. Broken fridge which kept nothing temping properly, roaches in the room, not proper utensils for the kitchen, lack variety of breakfast and gym amenities were not it either.

Short walk to Walmart Supercenter. Good place to stay with family. There were no pots and cooking utensils to prepare a meal.

There is a basketball court and a small pool with jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was closed with caution tape. The pool is maintained but old and has plants around it. that gives the pool deck the appearance of being dirty and also allows for a lot of debris to enter the pool. We did not check out the gym. The parking was great as it was included and we could park relatively close to the room entrance. The room itself was very outdated. All things pretty old. There was a stale smell of mildew when you enter. The bathtub had stains which appeared to be from previous non-slip adhesive. But, it certainly didn't make you want to stay in the shower very long. Not sure if there are better rooms. The room did not have blankets, just sheets. We asked for a couple but were only give 1 a day later saying that is all they could spare. It appears that there are long term residents that live there. One guy was being evicted during our stay. I can't complain too much as it was cheap and we had low espectations.

Everything was good for the price but there was this slim receptionist girl with the worst attitude ever. She spoke to me and i observed she spoke with others the same . I hope something be done about her.

The next day, the TV wasn’t working. Someone came but didn’t fix anything. We were told another technician would come, but no one ever did. The TV is still on and can’t be controlled. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. We waited over 30 minutes in line, and by the time we got to the front, there was barely any food left. There’s no system people were taking excessive amounts. Isabella in the kitchen was rude and refused to make more sausages for the rest of us waiting. The hotel itself is not clean or well-maintained. No washcloths (only medium towels), dirty carpet, no basic cleaning supplies, and dusty, exposed vents in the bathroom. I tried to give Victoria at the front desk the benefit of the doubt, but her attitude was unprofessional. The outside of the hotel looks much better than the inside, which is misleading. For the amount of money people pay, the service and conditions are unacceptable. The hotel is disorganized, understaffed, and in need of better management.

The property is in dire need of a renovation of the rooms and grounds. The carpet and furniture are old, stained and outdated. The kitchen is a full-size with all appliances but needs to be updated. The hotel also doesn’t offer washcloths. When I asked the clerk, the response was they don’t know why the hotel does not offer same. I thought that was incredible!!! The front desk clerk that checked me out was a young female with no name tag. Very rude and unapologetic. Not personable!! No customer service skills.

The best thing was the location, Doral is very close to a lot of things to do. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I think that things they put in the bathroom like shampoo and soap could improve. Breakfast is very very simple. Options are not that many and they can improve that on their side. Things they put in the bathroom like shampoo and stuff can be better .

The 1st room I was given had smelly, dirty carpeting, a lizard and a leaky roof in the bathroom. In the second room, were roaches, gnats & two other indescribable types of bugs! The breakfast is at "welfare level" standards. I highly would not recommend!

We had booked for a family of four- I believe, the booking was 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. It was only one bedroom and 1 living room with a small sofa. The bath towels were only for 2 instead of 4, the utensils were only for 1 or max 2 (no mugs, cups) ; I checked with the front desk more than four times, and they left it to the housekeeping who was not responding. The front desk girl with whom i interacted stated that she has gone beyond her required means but bottom-line all these were not met till the time - I purchased cups and mugs and other stuff from Wallmart to manage my stay.

Room was clean enough. Toilet did not function properly at all. The maintenance staff member Mario tried to assist Breakfast was limited and i didn’t see the staff cleaning the tables when guests left for other guests to use the space. I don't think I will stay again.

The property looks old and not maintained. The furniture and decorations on the inside lobby are very outdated.

Asimismo, los pasillos se observaban antiguos y con cierta falta de limpieza, lo que nos generó algo de incomodidad, especialmente porque estábamos con niños. Como aspectos positivos, destacamos que el lugar cuenta con estacionamiento, está muy cerca del aeropuerto y tiene varias tiendas alrededor, lo cual resulta bastante conveniente.

Booked the larger suite and the online photos were very deceiving. Immediately we noticed the cleanliness of the particular room wasn’t up to standard. ESP for the price point. Rep offered us another room which we initially refused because there were no pillows within the unit. Unkept and no pillows. We have never experienced anything like this so we wanted a complete refund. Manager was unavailable that evening and attendant refused to give us a refund. Suggested and offered a room that would be “better” than the initial unit we were given. Reluctantly we agreed after contacting the authorities to eliminate any confusion. Unfortunately the next unit was even worse. Cracked mirrors, sand/dirt on floors through out, sofa was filthy, shower floors had rust stains, and several other things. After being told we would not be able to dispute anything until the manager comes in “between 8am-9am” we purposely waited until 930am to give the manager time to get in and make sure they were there and still wasn’t there or available until after 10am! At this point I knew they would try to give me issues for the full refund because a full day of the stay had elapsed at this point. Which is completely unfair to us losing a day because the manager was not available over night. So manager only offered to refund one day of the 2 days that were booked. Completely unsatisfied with how this was handled. Funniest part was the attendant acted like he didnt speak English when the cops came. Madness!

It's not a five-star hotel, but if you're looking for a safe place to stay for a few days and want somewhere to rest, it's perfect! I would recommend it. The reception staff were very helpful.

Cleaning is non existent, since when do hotels not provide clean sheets/ towels at least once a week. I had issues with microwave which was glued together, oven was unusable as it hadn’t been cleaned and was Smokey… just not a welcoming place

This property is so dirty nasty and roach infected I literally had to check out. The rooms are horrible holes in walls and floor bedding dirty . Shower stank . Floor was filthy and wobbly felt like I was gonna cave in. Do not stay here !!!

Roaches and dirty rooms!! When i say this was the worst experience all around i mean it. As soon as i opened the door big nasty stain on the carpet and German cockroachs all over the room!! They gave us a different room still dirty but no roaches. You will not sleep good with a hard bed and hearing the airplanes and trains all night! The furniture and rooms are very outdated and smelly. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I would never go back even if the stay was free.

Roaches and dirty rooms!! When i say this was the worst experience all around i mean it. As soon as i opened the door big nasty stain on the carpet and German cockroachs all over the room!! They gave us a different room still dirty but no roaches. You will not sleep good with a hard bed and hearing the airplanes and trains all night! The furniture and rooms are very outdated and smelly. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I would never go back even if the stay was free.

The properties was not fully established.Wit wash clothes and towels.Some of the curtains were old with holes and needed to be replaced. It's a very nice place to stay.It just needs a few upgrades

Good location overall. Very spacious unit with the 2 queen bed suite. Upstairs had queen and separate bathroom. Downstairs had their own bathroom. Nice couch and living room area with kitchen. Unit is on the older so don’t expect too much but it’s worth the price and location.

Killed 3 small roaches by the end of the trip (bathroom & kitchen). No face/hand towels. Cheap mattress. Not enough pillows for 2 people. Saggy couch. Neighbors were all permanent residence there and lined the walkways with chairs. They just hang out and smoke all day. The hot tub was broken and I was really looking forward to it. The pool looked nice but was full of unattended kids so we didnt go in. The breakfast was good. Overall its ok for a short stay as long as you are ok with those things.

It was dirty. The shower floor was filthy. The entire suite looked old and needs an update. People were hanging outside the property all hours of the night. I didnt even stay 5 min and booked another Hotel. Very disappointed.

Bad Smelly carpets and small bathroom

Breakfast was good both days, parking was convenient. We did not appreciate at all people haggling out of a room with a table and drinks, like in El Chavo del Ocho. We were lucky our room was not next to theirs. If you like a quiet place, look somewhere else, this is minutes away from the airport, in line with the runways, so you will have planes flying close to your nose the entire time. The room has a kitchen with all appliances and a clean large refrigerator. We recommend the owner to perform a good makeover.

You'll survive if you're only using the hotel for a one-night stay, but other than that, I would not recommend this location. It was dirty, with dust and what looked like blood stains on the wall. The bathtub had black dirt stains. The water shut off while I was showering before check out. Staff gave no notice that the water was going to turn off

Amazing stay

Dining staff rude, coffee’s cold. While taking a shower the water just turned off. We called the front desk they said they shut it off without warning. Room not that clean, no towels.

We saw cockroaches in the living room, bathroom, on the kitchen floor & inside the kitchen drawers. The bottom of the bathroom tub was stained with large dark gray spots (like dirty feet). It was just awful.

When I arrived the room was filthy. Mold on walls. There was no was clothes. When I told the front desk he did nothing. I paid 400 for the night in the suit and we had to wear shoes and sleep with our own blankets because it was so gross. We would have left but everything was so high because it was last minute. Would never recommend this place.

Excellent location, needs more cleanliness and more kitchen utensils. But overall I enjoyed our stay

It was just too noisy and it impacted my sleep and the sleep of my family. The hotel is in a flight path and the planes are very loud. In addition, other guests were in the courtyard playing loud music after midnight. The music was stopped only after calls to the front desk. Staff should have intervened and stopped the music and loud talking without other customers having to contact the front desk. It was not a good experience.

The size of the room

a complete nightmare, dirty, neglected, full of bedbugs and cockroaches, everything broken, not suitable for living, water leaks, everything dirty, torn blankets, motels are better than this place that calls itself a hotel. I have photos of all that.

Nicely located, room was not properly clean, found used towels in the bathroom, had a running toilet that I fixed, sofa bed had no cover on the mattress, blanket in the closet had a dead roach in it.

many years ago, this used to be a nice property beautiful rooms beautifully kept up. Now it’s disgusting falling apart no housekeeping services no clean tubs if you want towels or sheets, you have to bring them up to the front desk yourself and get new ones and make your own bed and put in your own towels. This is the last time that I’m staying there. They don’t care about their customers.

To close to airport

The property is old and rundown our room smelled musty and moldy. The kitchenette was reasonably nice. The pull out couch was stained and gross. There was a domestic outside our window and in the morning someone got arrested also. Would not stay again.

Barry bad maintained property. Carpets were Larry found a couple empty plastic bottles behind the bed and underneath of it. Coffee pot never been clean neither the coffee machine inside the room. Stay tonight spend $425 on a very crappy hotel room. My advice: Don't waste your time and money on this hotel.

The check in was good. Rooms were spacious and clean. Mattresses were not very comfortable. There was lots of arguing outside our door in the early morning that woke us up. Check out was good. The clerk said we should have called him about the noise and he would have called cops.

It was quiet and safe

Me and my wife checked in at about 11:30 pm at the front desk. We were given the only room availible #621 located in building #6. To our suprise the room was dirty and inhabitale for us to stay in so we slept in the car. Please refer to photos.

This place is extremely dirty, the bathrooms have mold, the sheets are dirty, the carpets smell bad, the rooms look dirty and shabby.

The shower is gross and falling apart. The toilets seats are cracked and damaged. The decking feels like it is going to break through. Kids sitting around the basketball court at all hours of the day smoking dope.

Hotel charge you with $28 and some change for service didn’t understand what service the dont go a do cleaning service, if you need anything from the property have to go to the from desk and look it for your self ( toilet paper refill, paper tower refill, clean blankets, ect, it was really inconvenient.

-it "accommodated" 7 people, but only had dishes enough for 4 at a time -the showers were grungy -the towels were too small to even fit around my average sized 13 year old -there was mold on the walls in the bathroom -the lampshades were stained with some kind of fluids -there were several clumps of hair around the entirety of the space that were there when we arrived -the floor was so dirty that my kids had black feet within minutes of walking on it -there was water damage on the ceiling -the pull out bed had crumbs in place of sheets -it took well over a half an hour to get ahold of someone to get sheets for the bed that my kids were waiting to sleep on -the flooring was so poorly done that there were several gaps in between the vinyl slats, causing some scrapes -the oven didn't even work, although they quiclly fixed it by switching it out with another one -there was no hand soap for washing hands -our clothes got covered in grease stains when washed in the washers and dryers that werent cheap to run -the drywall was heavily cracked and damaged Definitely not worth the cost, especially because we were charged $80 to check in 3 hours early. I would've been ok paying that much if it was a nice or clean hotel, but it wasn't. I was legitimately worried that we'd get bed bugs, and we could not get out of there fast enough. If I could give it a negative 5 star review I would. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Terrible experience and the worse Inhad tonsuffer for a week. It was to dirty, with cockroach and hairs every where. The smell was insane. I request a refund and they refused to lete go. They ruined my vacations.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The unit we were in, seemed as it had not been cleaned in a long while. Soiled towels and dust every where. Consent noise from the planes going in Miami airport.

This was quite possibly the worst that I've ever stayed in. I ended up staying in two different rooms because the first one smelled terribly very dirty including long dark hair on the counter andbinBathroombathrooms.

When we arrived to the hotel, we checked in and went to our room and there were roaches and the pillows were disgusting as if they were stuffed with newspaper . The cups were filthy straight out the cabinet they had stains in them, also no hot water for days . They switched our room the first day and it was the same conditions .

I liked how everything was set up—very cozy and accommodating. There was some weird coloring on the shower handle; I thought it was rust but just leaving it here in its case so the owners can improve. But luckily, it was just there, the showers were clean. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely go again

This is an ok hotel. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately we has a bad experience with the room (1224). The room had an urine smell around the two beds; the toilet did not drain; there were white spots all around the carpet; the kitchen floor had ketchup spots all over. My family have gotten better service in the third world countries we've traveled to for half the price.

All was good for a few things that did not work properly. For example, the garbage disposal.

First of all i booked it on the 22nd of October while we were on our cruise..but after reading reviews i tried to cancel our reservation on the 23rd..no one answered the phone..Expedia tried calling..i was lucky enough to get a flight back home on Saturday instead of being stuck here..i couldn't cancel or them refund my money.

I stayed one night on a business trip, so i can't really say about shopping, transportation and dinning options, but in Miami, those are things you find at every corner. I can say though, that the room was neat, couldn't ask for better. I wish every hotel was like that. The staff was friendly. It's quet, no weed stink at all. Room didn't have any odors or nothing. Great work, guys!

Need improvement in the place

The biggest problem is the internet conection. It is extremely unstable and this cause several problems with my work.

Years ago the property was well kept the tub needs fixtures the curtains were torn once these issues are fixed it will be nice place to stay

Property seemed well kept but no housekeeping available. If we needed anything in the room, we had to go to the front desk to get it, which wasn’t a problem since we were told at check in. However, We booked a room for 7 people only were given 4 towels and were questioned as to why we needed more towels. Attendant gave my daughter an attitude for no reason. Made her feel very uncomfortable, very unpleasant experience.
