The only issue I experienced was with the TV in my room, which kept turning on and off and did not work properly. Other than that, I had no problems during my visit. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Nice clean modern rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to FIU. Would have been nice if thry offered a free continental breakfast, but definitely not a deal breaker. I do recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and neat when we checked in the room the heat was on 80 degrees so we had to let it cool off but the heat kept coming on like it was on a schedule every time the room would cool off the heat would kick on we let the front desk know and nothing was done and it continued all night and I was waking up sweating and the tv was having issues it didn’t have a signal or something I called the front desk and she said maintenance was gone home for the night and they can come in the morning but I was leaving the next morning for my cruise so I attempted to troubleshoot the tv unplugged it and reset the cable box and it came back on so I could watch television so overall I would get my stay a 7 out of 10

Only one downfall and not the hotels issue….a large party was held in the lobby on Friday evening making parking very challenging, but staff accommodated by providing space under the canopy. Solid stay and would return.

We stay here often lately . 3 times in the past couple months. It is consistently clean and friendly. My service dog is well accepted.

Overall good stay! The water didn’t get hot, and it leaked out the shower. Other than that, solid stay!

Very clean, comfortable bed, slept well. Beautiful view of the pool. Nice on-site bar. No continental breakfast. Food could be ordered but with a nominal charge. Restaurant was available next door. Hotel information scan code in each room. Dining (Dinning) information was misspelled. How could someone not catch this.

I didn’t wake up in time to enjoy the breakfast that was served, but it was at a cost for $8/person. The room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The staff was amazing and personable. Check in was quick and easy. I will definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay at Aloft Miami Doral. The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was an amazing weekend experience and I would definitely stay again.

Nothing was good I had worse experience with the receptionist, manager and the room was not cleaned they gave us a very hard time. Try to contact the customer care they also told they can’t help us. Because hotel receptionist was not answering. Bad service will never recommend to anyone in Aloft doral Miami hotel.

The property itself was nice and well maintained. Soundproofing is pretty much non-existent and showers were cold the whole time I was there.

The soundproofing in room is one of the worst I have experienced. Any form of rowdy neighbors results in a sleepless night which is so frustrating. I seriously considered calling the front desk at 1am to make a noise complaint on room 225 which was across the hall from us. We had two very unfortunate and over priced nights at this worn down aloft. Will not return.

What stood out the most was the staff. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help with any requests. Their professionalism and positive attitude really enhanced the experience. Room was clean, shower looked absolutely disgusting. Shower head was loose and hanging off, not the one advertised in pictures. The water only stayed hot for a minute before going barely warm the rest of our showers. They have hotel TVs from 2004 with nothing but basic cable. Staff was friendly, hotel overall was clean and the pool was nice. The bed was very comfortable. All in all, i personally wouldn’t stay here again cause of the shower. Walls are also paper thin with no door guards so you can hear your neighbors hacking up a lung very clearly. Not for me.

Then i realise after speaking to the manager, the housekeeping department is preparing earlier check-in for group of 15 - who PAID for the room to be ready, thats why my room cannot be prepare earlier, than when i check with housekeeping manager who came down,he give another reason about deep cleaning for today and carpet needs 2 hours, so room can be ready by 130-2pm and offer me a bar drink free, i turn down as i wanted fast check-in not asking for free drinks in the hotel bar. Next 2 days - i spotted worm-like in my coffee machine, another staff interrupted me when i was talking to another reception guy, she say its coffee ground without looking at the water cup. I told her she didnt even look at the cup, how can she comments. The guy apologies but the CS lady very rude, so i took a picture of her, she was offended and say am i a crazy guy taking photos, i told her i would like to complain abut her service attitude as there is NO nametag, so i took photo of her face. Then another manager came over and apologies, wanting to offer me free points for my hotel stay - but she disappear after i inform her i book thru Hotels.com. The service staff was outright rude for check-in and also service was BAD, dirty coffee machine.

Room was good. Room was facing the street with extremely loud traffic. Room was near trash pick up side of the building and woken up by the noise of the trash truck around 4:30/5:30am in the morning. All the noise was not ideal for someone that just traveled from the west coast and having to adjust to the time difference.

We had cold water running in the shower our entire stay. We even moved rooms thinking it was an issue in our room, however the water was still running cool. This was a nice cute hotel. Had a little restaurant and it was nice. Only thing is we asked for two extra pillows and was told they didn’t have any to give. That was a bummer and the elevator was out .. but our stay was nice

The front desk staff were genuinely lovely and went above and beyond to help us resolve a small booking issue that was entirely our fault. They handled it smoothly and professionally, which we really appreciated. The lobby itself was modern and welcoming. The room was average but functional. Beds were comfortable, and while nothing stood out as exceptional, it met our basic needs for the stay. One positive highlight nearby was Pizza Mia Gourmet, which was a great option for a quick and enjoyable meal within close proximity. That said, there was an extremely loud party being hosted in the lobby during our stay. While the noise did not carry into our room, the overall environment was not ideal for us as we were traveling with two children under 12. It’s something worth noting for families seeking a quieter atmosphere. Overall, friendly staff and comfortable beds made the stay acceptable, but the lobby environment during events may not suit everyone, especially families.

I got stuck in the elevator and when I called the front desk for help they immediately put me on hold I booked a room for 4 nights but I only stayed 1 night the hotel promised me a refund that I never got. My overall experience with this hotel was very bad and I will never go back to this hotel again.

Horrible stay. I was given a room where the bed was completely worn out. The mattress was sunken and offered no support; every time I lay down it stayed indented, and I woke up with back pain. It was impossible to rest properly. A very unpleasant experience that I do not recommend at all

Terrible experience, we did not sleep because 4 guys drinking alvohol all nigth with a huge speaker in the pool area with volume to the top. They need to make rules and need to be carefully implemented. Super noisy

Whenever we go to Miami, we choose this hotel because it's truly comfortable. The only thing I would have to criticize is the TV service, as it doesn't have the technology to connect our Netflix and other accounts, and the TVs themselves seemed quite small. In other words, they are lagging behind other hotels in updating their rooms.

The elevators werent working for 2 days. We had to take the stairs up to the fifth floor. The first elevator was broken for the whole stay, with no sign of them getting it fixed. Then the second elevator broke down for 2 days.

Air conditioner was not working properly. TV had no options of watching Netflix or other TV services. The room smelled like a box of cigarettes. and the refrigerator was not working properly either.

We were assigned a handicapped room and the shower was difficult to use. Would have rather had a regular room. Not sure why we were assigned a handicapped room.

I like how quiet and peaceful things were and how this location wasn’t very far away from things, it was very convenient.

Upon arrival, I was assigned to room 520, which had an unpleasant odor. I was then moved to room 416, but the air conditioning and refrigerator were not functioning properly. Although replacements were eventually provided, this only occurred about 24 hours later. Additionally, on the morning of my second day, I requested housekeeping service, which never took place. When I returned that evening, I had to visit the Front Desk in person to request a set of towels. I wanted to share this feedback so you are aware of these issues and can address them to improve future guest experiences. Thank you for your attention. I hope my next stay will reflect the high standards I have come to expect from your hotel.

My family had to find a place to stay with the weekend due to renovations at home. And stayed at this location. My wife amd kids had a great stay enjoyed the pool and the welcoming feeling of the staff there. Rooms where very clean and the pool area the kids cpuldnt get enough of it. The hotel is good and convenient, I stayed on a business trip. The only downside of the hotel was that only 1 elevator was working and at times it took forever to go up to the rooms or down to the lobby from the rooms. Other than the elevator issue, the hotel is good and convenient for my purposes.

The floor and carpet were wet for some reason, and the floor itself was loose. I did not request a room change because I arrived close to midnight and simply wanted to rest, but the condition of the floor was unacceptable.

I thought it was a very good hotel and the location is incredible

Beds were pretty uncomfortable, rooms were spacious, everything’s pretty close by so good food is accessible, things just seemed like they could be cleaner. Bathroom door is goofy, didn’t lock and would slide open so no privacy. Definitely need to upgrade the TVS and have smart TV capability.

It’s locuin a very nice, clean and safe part of Doral. There are not many restaurants around, but the two or three they are are very nice and on the higher end

Comfortable bed, clean room, very loud people, yelling, screaming lots of times hotel is an little outdated, somethings didn't function as they should've but other than that it was good.

Quirky design, games available inbar, beautiful pool, just wish it had been open past dusk. We'll be back, for sure!

Seems like a vibrant hotel. They had a live band Friday night until about 11pm/12am that was open to the public, so if you’re looking for quiet, this is not the place for you. The bar was nice and the rooms were big. But the walls are thin, and the shower was built poorly.

Very clean and friendly staff

The pool was quite disgusting, it had so much dirt and dirty foam sitting on the water which made it very unpleasant and nobody seemed to notice this was an issue. Other than that the hotel was very clean and beds super comfortable.

Nice place to stay

When we returned from dinner around 9:30 we could not find a parking space. There was a concert/party in the lobby until at least 11pm that could be heard everywhere in the hotel including our room. It made for a terrible nights sleep for my wife and I.

They don’t provide room charge you have to have your wallet or cash or c cards with you if you want to purchase anything

There was absolutely no parking. Several guests were circling the parking lot at night. Front desk just told us to leave the cars wherever we found space, regardless of whether or not it was a spot. Cara were double parked. I parked in the valet area and was worried about getting towed. The pipes in our room were making noise all night. The TV would not turn off. The room was extremely noisy. I was on the 2nd floor and you could hear bar noise.

Good gym area

They charge extra fees for everything . My charges were 597$ and ended up charging me 900$. No amenities other than free parking . The phone in the room doesn’t work , tv is has basic cable no Netflix or updated channels. For how much they charge they should have better amenities . The staff was pleasant overall that’s about it.

The location was excellent, close to the airport, restaurants and shopping. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the rooms. All of my requests were taken care of. The hotel is very clean and bright. I’ll definitely stay there again.

The Aloft is within 8bkinutes of Miami Internation Mall and the Dolphin Mall. The hotel is clean and comfortable. However the toilet in my room was very low. Using it was uncomfortable.

We stayed two times in this hotel. The only thing I didn't like where the breakfast hours by 9 am everything is gone even the coffee. My room 315 had an issue with the a/c that got solved and one of the blinds of the window was not working properly. Also the prices at the breakfast store are too high and I felt ripped off. Sometimes charging people too much for a banana is bananas.

The bar downstairs at the hotel right beside it was very loud & all night long. I would say less of a family friendly stay, more of a couples stay.

The location was good. Unfortunately, there is a bar across the street with live music and it was VERY loud friday and saturday night. It was really unpleasant. With all the hotel choices in this area we would not stay here again.
