She ensured our entire party was comfortably accommodated, and we were pleasantly surprised by our newly remodeled room, which was spotless and inviting. The thoughtful welcome gift of water and snacks was an extra touch that made us feel truly valued. This stay exceeded our expectations and made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. I have stayed here many times and it has always been excellent. Comfortable, clean and quiet rooms. Wonderful staff. Great breakfast and there is a new machine that makes pancakes fresh in about a minute. Parking is plentiful and the freeway is close, but not too close to be noisy. Plenty of nearby restaurants ad shopping. One of the best hotels around the area.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly!!! The room was super nice and comfy! The pool was really nice!! Love that the fitness room is open 24/7. It's also very conveniently located near stores and restaurants. The room and stay would have been perfect if it was cleaned just a little better. There were food crumbs and hair on bed and couch and The bathroom also didn't seem like it was fully cleaned before our stay. But I really enjoyed the stay still.

First, we brought our own cooler, thankfully, but the refrigerator not only didn’t get or stay very cold but made loud noises for its inefficient efforts allll night. And, while the air conditioner worked at 74 (and didn’t turn off or dial back its blowing), increase it to 75 and it doesn’t turn back on all night. So we were either freezing or sweating. No one was at the front desk at checkout to let know or else I would have.

The front desk staff was very helpful. However, there were mix-ups in our room assignment. We had 3 travelers in 1 room, and were told we had towels, etc for 4. The room only was equipped for 2. We needed to use the foldout couch and had to call the front desk for sheets, blankets, pillows, etc. When we asked for additional blankets, they did not have any, however, they substituted a comforter instead, which worked out. Also, the shower curtain was missing and the room entrance light was out. The front desk staff did their best to accommodate, but it was also afterhours so most of the staff was gone for the day.

This is our go to when we visit our family in Dixon. They are nice and accommodating..

Stay was good. Clerk was amazing.

One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the breakfast selection — there were so many great options each morning, and everything was fresh and well stocked. We also really appreciated having access to the laundry facilities. Being able to wash clothes during our trip and not bring piles of dirty laundry back home made such a difference for our family. A very special thank you to Lucy, who truly stood out during our stay. They were so kind and attentive, and the delicious cookies they bake became something our entire family looked forward to every time we returned to the hotel. Those little touches made the experience feel extra special and memorable. Thank you again to the entire team for such a pleasant stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to others visiting the area!

The facility was clean and conveniently situated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The drink vending machine on the second floor was not operational, but the nice lady at the front desk gave me two bottles of water, which was greatly appreciated.

Staff was very friendly throughout our stay. The lobby and breakfast area was very clean and looks to be newly renovated. Our king suite room was a little smaller than expected but everything was clean and tidy. Only complaint was the TV kept going back to the main menu while we were watching TV in the evening. The free breakfast was plentiful which included, bagels, muffins, biscuits and gravy, turkey sausage, scrambled eggs and little veggie omelets as well as waffle you can make fresh right there. There was a coffee and tea station set up in the lobby at all times. And fresh warm cookies were in the lobby in the evening.

This hotel seems to be a bit older, but looks clean except for the carpet areas around the walkways and hallways. They have cookies and coffee as complementary throughout the day, which is very nice.

The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The location was extremely convenient for all of our activities.

The bed was very hard. the "pull out couch" was a leather jacknife love seat. Definitely too short for anyone over 5ft tall to sleep on, but arguably more comfortable than the bed.

Large room - value pricing Stairway doors at the front were propped open every time I used them. This is seems not up to fire code in addition to a lack of concern for security. WiFi password is generic as well.

We had noisy people next to us all night. They woke us up at different times of the night . They were still yelling at 3:30 am. We did not get any sleep. I called the front desk several times . And when I checked out I let them know again and she said “oh we have thin walls.” I will not be staying there again.

The room was clean and the bed quite comfortable. I enjoyed that the hot water was hot and didn’t have to wait for it to get hot. I stayed towards the end of January. It was quite cold. I would’ve liked the heater to work better. The room wasn’t cold but didn’t heat up, even when I would change the temperature. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The stay was relatively quiet. The hotel is quite nice and clean. Rreasonably priced. My only complaint would be the quality of the bed pillows. I know you can't please everybody, but for my wife and I they were especially too squishy, and not nearly firm enough. I still recommend this hotel.

I don’t have any problem except they change my room reservation from 2 double bed to king side bed. It was last minute call. They are nice people but they should not be doing that. There was a reason why customers chose 2 beds . Yes, there is a sofa bed but sofa is not a comfortable bed.

However, I was disappointed with the breakfast. The potatoes were cold, and the meat seemed undercooked, which definitely impacted the start to our day. It was a bit of a letdown compared to the rest of the hotel, which was great. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful, and I’d definitely consider staying here again if I’m in the area!

After entering my hotel room, I quickly realized that I must’ve been given the wrong room because I reserve two beds. I went downstairs and they told me that they over sold the hotel and basically it was the only room I could have when I tried to talk to her about it. She was extremely rude. Another woman offered to bring blankets for the pull out when we entered the room. It smelled like cigarettes, even though it’s supposedly a non-smoking hotel the pullout mattress was maybe 2 inches big and we could hear the neighboring room. I was so bummed out about the way the woman treated me and then I was given a stinky room. I left my stuff and went to dinner. Upon coming back I told them that we would be leaving. They just said OK I gathered all my things they did not give me a refund horrible place not worth the money.

Had confirmed reservations for 2 rms and were told there was no availability when we arrived. Took a half an hour to “find” rooms. Lots of excuses, no apologies. Banging on our door (even though do not disturb sign was out) at 7:30 am. Housekeeping apparently seeing if the room was occupied.

Very comfortable stay and super friendly staff. Only critiques are the paper-thin walls — neighboring guests were quite audible, even at just a conversational volume, and motion sensors turned on main room entryway light when getting up in the middle of the night, disturbing everyone.

The free Wi-Fi was way to slow, and I had to switch on my 5G data for online meetings and teleconferences. The breakfast options were quite limited and it could be considered as just above minimal.

Room was quite clean, nicely aired out, and spacious. Staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was simple, cooked well and delicious. However, the walls of the room let through sounds from TV playing next door into the wee hours of the night. The window occasionally let through sounds of a passing train sounding its horn. The landscape around the hotel looked littered and neglected. Two separate instances of what looked like loitering by non-guests- in the parking lot by the adjacent gas station and in the back parking lot.

This hotel is a great value for the money - quiet, clean, convenient. Staff was friendly and competent. We stayed for a week. It is not a luxurious hotel but it has been great for our purposes. The ONLY thing I don't care for with this hotel is the lack of garden/green space near the hotel.

We have always had a great experience staying here. It is clean, family friendly, good service, and the breakfast buffet has something for everyone.

Very friendly staff at check in and check out, safe convenient spot just off the highway. Starbucks across the street, Dutch Bros, a number of fast food spots and a cool steakhouse, Cattleman’s just a 5-7 min walk. A few gas stations, all have diesel. Good spot to stop while passing through!

I never checked in I requested my money back from Expedia I called several times and they hung up on me every time I reported this incident to my bank I will contest this payment and never use the service again

Nice, clean hotel with great staff. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin, and noise from other rooms made it hard to relax with kids. Otherwise, a comfortable stay.

Been here monthly for almost four years. This was first time under new ownership. Very friendly staff. Place is always great value and clean. Check in is always easy. Rooms are bigger and more accommodating than the average room for these prices. Comfy bed, leaves me wanting for nothing. I’ll continue looking here first

Overall, it was a good stay. I'd stay here again while passing through to other parts of California, which is what we did.

A bit worn and outdated.

Three words: Paper Thin Walls. The property is ok, but I definitely would not be staying here just because of the paper thin walls. I can hear my neighbors conversation which can make for an uncomfortable stay.

We arrived a couple hours early and were able to get an early check in which was awesome! Our room was clean and comfortable. They put fresh baked cookies out in the evening! And breakfast was good with many choices! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Everything was good 👍

However the noise from the rooms next to us could be heard right in our room. Nobody can keep any secrets because the walls are so thin. I'm surprised when I booked the hotel that problem was not mentioned.

I stay here everytime I come to Dixon. This a nice hotel, clean, nice staff and free breakfast thats always great. What's not to like.

Comfortable stay.

Was a little upset that i wasnt notify that pool had been down for maintenance. My grandson's were looking forward to getting the pool when arrived and was informed that the pool was closed. Very disappointed. Then the second day were there I had housekeeping come in and clean up for us. We left the remote for the tv was on the nightstand. Came back that night the tv remote was gone. Informed staff the next morning and assured me i would get a remote. I didnt receive a remote until a couple days later. Our night there we finally got a remote.

We ended up canceling on arrival as the pool was closed for construction. There was no mention of this on the website. After a full day of softball games in 100 degree weather, everyone was looking forward to a swim. Luckily the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Both Expedia and the hotel should update their sites so customers are aware of the pool closure.

Beds were not wonderful. Just ok. The staff I met the evening before I left was outstanding! However I tried to call the front dest and the morning of my last day and couldn't reach anyone. They had fresh baked cookies available in the evening, and breakfast availability in the morning. Unfortunately, I was abruptly awakened by noise the first morning. I had to call and report noise on the 3rd floor. Kids, running and jumping and stomping. They need to sound proof this hotel. That evening when I arrived back at the hotel, while waiting on the first floor for the elevator, you could hear running or walking hard. We asked the desk clerk if they could hear it also. The price you charged was definitely not worth it and I saw you advertise it for a lot less. I found out that I would not receive my IHG reward points for this stay. Yourefused to give me the hotels number making it impossible for me to call the to advertise of a late check-in.

Very quiet stay even though I was told that a couple of soccer teams and a couple of wedding parties were staying there. The elevator was out when we checked in and our room was on the 3rd floor. A little inconvenience but staff were on it and really nice. Room was nice but need to be update. Pillows on the bed were the size of a throw pillow for a couch, wish they were regular bed pillows. Overall, I would stay here again.

Property and location were great. The pool being out of commission was disappointing.

The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. I could hear the guests that were in the next room but that didn’t really bother me too much. They have a guest laundry room which was convenient. They serve breakfast as early as 6 am and the breakfast was not bad at all. The only thing i would recommend are dumbbells for the fitness room.
