The place was clean. Customer service was great. BUT pool was on maintenance since I checked in @ hotel for 3 straight nites. Son was disappointed. Staff gave a FREE breakfast for a family of 3 due to inconvenience of no pool or jacuzzi. Son was able to swim on last day during checkout with checkout time extended from 12pm to 2pm. Overall ok… maybe we will return soon… but I probably have to call them & verify pool/jacuzzi availability even if it stated was available on website. Cool staff. Thx

I stayed one night at Holiday Inn and the room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable.

Location to where my meetings were at was convenient Upon arrival , the suite I paid for had sewage backup. After I called front desk, the only option I had was wait for it to be cleaned to . The smell was too much to bear, they downgraded my room from king suite room to a smaller room. The front desk waived 20 dollar breakfast charge but no return of price difference of the room I booked to where I stayed was offered.

Hotel accommodated our request for room close to elevator …also appreciated to breakfasts and the very friendly staff Hot tub closing too early and small pool towels

The hotel was very clean from the moment I entered the hotel and the room was very elegant and smelled fresh and clean. I would definitely rebook a room here again.

I especially appreciated how smooth the check-in and check-out process was. Everything felt organized and welcoming from start to finish. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

House keeper opened my door and came and left at 8:50am. I complained to the front desk and they said it’s because I didn’t put the door hanger. I don’t understand why do I need to put the door hanger at 8:50am when check out time is at noon.

Good location near grocery stores and restaurants. Hotel looks good from the outside but is dated inside the rooms. Breakfast is not included with all rooms. That means the food does not turn over as much as it would if all guests are invited, which I skipped because I like fresh breakfast.

The bed was clean but the pillows did not provide adequate neck support. You have the old-fashion AC you manually turn on and adjust the temperature (located against the wall by the window). There's also lack of ventilation in the bathroom, no fan available. Not a bad place to stay for the night but would not plan for more than an overnight stay here. There's also a lot of construction in the area (August 2025).

Lovely hotel. All amenities were given and room was very clean. Walls are a little thin so you can hear your fellow guests nearby and above you. Only caveat was that the fridge was not working but overall it was a great place to stay! Front desk was very helpful and always had a smile and greeted when we were in the lobby.

We were told, and verified by the engineer, that the room had a sofa, it did not. My son had to rent another room instead of being able to sleep on said sofa. We had to spend an additional $200 for that room. Very disappointing.

I had a lot of issue with my room for me to have only been there for one day. Bathroom shower pressure was extremely low, so low there is no was that bathroom shower was ever properly cleaned. Was unable to flush toilet right away as it seemed to be delayed? Also I was laying in bed and housekeeping came into my room after I had the sign up clearly started I didn’t needed anything what and experience

Quietly tucked away in Diamond Bar - great price and wonderful room! The beds were absolutely comfortable with smooth, comfy sheets. The AC worked so great! The toilet actually flushes quickly! The shower amenities (Dove products) smelled great and made the shower area smell good! For a good size hotel, I felt like the property could have more elevators or bigger elevators.

From the beginning to the end of our visit, the hotel and its staff was exceptional. The check-in process was smooth. The breakfast staff was friendly. Facilities were very clean and when we had a problem with our sink faucet, repair staff was expeditious in tending to our needs. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again!

My family and I stayed here from Dec 28 - Jan 3rd and it was a wonderful experience. We had booked another hotel originally that was absolutely disgusting and roach infested. We searched online for a good hotel and found this Holiday Inn. It was the best decision I made and regret not booking this hotel first. I will never stay anywhere else but here. The staff was extremely helpful upon our arrival at midnight on December 28th with two very tired children, I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name but he was wonderful. They were patient and friendly and accommodating. We purchased the breakfast and it was very tasty, kids eat free so it was inexpensive. Marco in the breakfast room was extremely helpful, nice and overall made our dining experience much better. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, I really appreciated the different pillows they had firm pillows and soft pillows. I had such a wonderful experience I made sure to sign up for the IHG rewards for our future stays. William and the other front desk attendees during our stay from 28th - 3rd were great! Thank you!

The staff here are absolutely wonderful. I come here all the time centrally located. Excellent hotel to stay at with kids or for a business meeting. Completely safe area.

It was clean for the most part, but our room had a strange sewer smell once we opened the door. It was stronger in the shower stall. The guy who checked us in was super nice, as was Marco in the restaurant area. The breakfast offering was disappointing and I can’t imagine paying full price for it, but as a guest, we had a discounted price. Overall, I would stay again.

Staff was very friendly. Quiet property with lots of parking. We stayed om the 5th floor and the only issue was hot water. We had to wait about 5 minutes for the shower to heat up.

It was a great option to stay. However, the construction nearby has brought so much inconvenience in and out of the hotel since there is road closure sometime without any notice. This is my fourth time booking this hotel and the room they gave to me is bad. The faucet is hard to turn on to use, the shower water flow is weak, and the hot water either is too hot or is too cold. The experience this stay was a bit disappointing, compared to before.

Overall, it was quite good if you are in the La Brea Canyon area. Otherwise, it is a long way to the other areas in LA. LA traffic is just horrendous! There is no way around that!

Breakfast was pretty good & beds are comfortable. The only thing is probably the noise. Our room was on the freeway side. Make sure to request the other side of the hotel.

Loved our stay here, as it was a central location to where we needed to go for the weekend. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, we got a great night’s sleep each night and felt well rested. Walls are a little thin as we heard our neighbors, but not bad after quiet hours. Bring earplugs if you need them. The shower was also nice - great water pressure and temperature. Other than that, no frills but a great stay.
