We’ve stayed at this property several times. We love the location. It’s just within a walking distance to the Allstate Arena, very safe neighborhood with shops and restaurants. This time. we were told breakfast was included with our stay which is actually wasn’t. But that’s okay!

Our room smelled a little bit like cigarettes and we were hoping at least free breakfast but there wasn’t you had to pay. Otherwise the hotel was nice and check in/out was fast.

After several delays from my flight, I finally arrive at 11pm to my booked hotel here only to be greeted not so friendly. Then I was told I had to pay for parking which I was not aware of..site does say parking is available(does not specify a fee). I was told I can park in the rear to be closer to my room which I did, only to have a key that did not work, not once but both nights I was there. I had to walk all the way around the building, holding bags and the staff was not at all apologetic nor did they offer any alternatives. Very rude to be honest! Mold in the shower curtain and musty smell coming from AC. Otherwise, bed was comfortable and overall quiet floor- but I will not stay here nor will I recommend anyone else

Person checking us in barely greated us, didn't tell us about the property/ breakfast times. She handed us our key and when right back to her phone.

Room was clean. Shuttle to the airport was prompt, fast, and easy. The driver dropped us off at our airline door and told us which way to go to drop off bags.

Room were clean. Didn't tell us about the deposit had to guess why they charge more then the rate or that you have to pay for the parking and pay for the breakfast Upfront.

I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Loved the location. there is a park within walking distance, and I could talk a nice walk there before my flight.

Entering the front desk, the clerk was extremely rude with no hello and/or eye contact. After the check in process, I asked about breakfast and she said that I had to pay and I told her that I already paid and she disagreed with me. Finally, I had to prove to her on my phone - then she gave me a red ticket to have breakfast angrily! When I got my credit card bill, I was charged $50.00 extra and when I called - the charge was for parking and breakfast - which I already paid when I made the reservation. Very disappointed with the customer service! My review isn’t approved because I was honest about the front clerk that checked me in!! Hmmm…

Hotels.com website didn’t make it easily clear that there was a charge for parking. We arrived at 11pm and front desk seemed a little annoyed to check us in. Bartender was very friendly.

Very comfortable and great location. Toliet needs a new flapper or flush valve gasket. It keeps leaking and does a mini flush about every 15 minutes. Big water waster. Also the nightstand lamp near the window won't stay on, it needs a new switch.

Staff were super friendly and room was very clean!

Loved that it was close to the venue for the concert. Literally only a 3-5 min walk. Staff was nice and immediately gave our pass our room. Mentioned about my perks to get free breakfast and it was done in a breeze with no hassle. Room was good, clean, what you expect in a room. Breakfast buffet was super delicious. Would stay again for another concert :)

I felt very rushed throughout the check-in process. Details were not provided as to where the elevators were located or the fact that certain exterior doors are not accessible. When I parked, I had to walk around the entire building because two doors would not unlock with my keycard. I was only informed after I pointed out.

Bathroom sick was clogged, the ac didn’t work properly and it was super noisy.

With the exception of the air port pickup shuttle driver, the people were friendly, helpful and the room was great.

Everything was okay. Could have been cleaner in the room, but not horrible. Would be nice if it included breakfast, but it doesn’t. The shuttle is slow getting picked up from the airport.

The surrounding area was nice, lots of food options lobby was clean the gentleman at the check in desk rude and very dismissive, during the check in process I was treated as if I was bothering him not welcoming at all. When I got to my room it was dried Feces on the side of the toilet seat, hair all on the floor and in the shower which lead me to have to deal with the annoyed Gentleman at the front desk again.

The hotel is clean and the staff is good. There is a steak house right next door.

Stayed here for one night for the TXT concert. The price for the location was great! I've stayed here for previous concerts as well. I able to request earlier check in online which was great. Actual check in was easy and fast. Room was clean and well maintained. Online check out very convenient. Didn't use many of the facilities but was happy to see microwave in vending area on our floor since there isn't one in room.

The property has definitely shown wear and tear. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The carpets could have used some vacuuming and maybe even a deep clean in the room and in the hallways. If you need convenient parking, this is not the place. Parking is very difficult to find if you don’t arrive back to your room early enough because of the hotel and restaurant next door that take up a lot of spots as well. They charge for parking even though you can’t find any without driving around the property for 10 minutes. The front desk staff was accommodating and would let us park in the restaurant spots with the condition that we leave early. We would stay here if necessary but we didn’t even get our VIP perk which was breakfast. They didn’t have any food at all. I was disappointed about that.

Soft, comfy beds (sorry for those who like firm beds); convenient breakfast buffet, especially with the breakfast voucher; helpful staff. Gym/fitness center was okay, just small.

The location was very convenient as I arrived late from the airport. The staff was uninterested in good guest service, and the room needed minor repair.

The hotel felt a bit old, and the room and corridors had a damp smell. The air from the AC was very humid and noisy at night, which made it uncomfortable. On the positive side, the bathroom and beds were clean and functional. We had a couple of issues during check-in caused by the hotel’s system, but the front desk staff member was very helpful and kind, so it wasn’t his fault. Breakfast was okay, just not really my preference.

The issue with this stay was the staff, I wish I had gotten the man's name that "helped me" I asked for directions to car rental drop off and he said yeah it's up the road. I explained I was not from the area and could he provide more detail and his response was "not really". As mentioned it was a quick 3 blocks away on the left! I checked in late after midnight and had to leave by 4:30am. I returned to the front desk to ask someone for directions and check out. I walked up to the desk to hear 2 men making rude comments about guests that had checked in that afternoon. I made some noise to get their attention and the same man that checked me in hours before came out quickly. He would not provide directions and asked his coworker to handle that. I was given the directions and my husband and I walked out. I would not stay here again. I can't speak to the dining as we were there for such a short time to get a couple hours of sleep before a flight. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Property was in good condition, clean and friendly, and hospitable. We had an issue with power going out overnight on our last night there and they comped is for that night. Very professional.

Great place to stay for an unexpected over night at OHare airport. Prompt shuttles and nice breakfast available. Rooms and beds clean and comfortable.

The shower/bathtub should have some sort of nonslip covering applied to it as it is very slippery and may end up causing an injury

We stayed here prior to our trip and upon our late night return to use the park and fly service, which was fine. It seemed OK at first and it was nice to meet up with a large group of friends that were also going on the trip in the downstairs lobby bar and then easy to walk over to the restaurant. However, on our return trip we were checking in late (around midnight) and it took forever as the line was super long and there was only one man working. We were so tired and creeped out by the whole check in process and the dirty room that we slept with our airplane clothes on. In the morning, we could not take a shower because it was plugged and the tub was filled up with water. So we got out of there ASAP!!

This hotel was so convenient and the staff was really friendly and kind (including the restaurant for breakfast). It was across the street from the shopping center (with Target) and plenty of restaurants. I was working at Allstate Arena and it was a 5 minute walk. I look forward to returning to this hotel, should I need to return to Rosewood/Chicago.

Great food and service at breakfast. It was a-la-carte but included. Very quick and terrific for a free breakfast.

Walking distance from terminal 4 at Heathrow (through an enclosed pathway so that it's impossible to get lost), and built to block the sound of the airport, this hotel was everything we needed to rest up. Hotel restaurant has 'self-serve" room service so we could eat something at our leisure without leaving the building. Outside is the churning chaos of Heathrow, so one wouldn't want to leave!

Our flight got canceled last minute, we had to booked a hotel last minute as well, we are so glad we chose you! Best beds! Super clean! Good shower head! Breakfast was amazing the server was all by himself but he was super fast and efficient, I hope he gets a huge bonus! Over all definitely recommend! Free shuttle too! They were also amazing! Fast and efficient!

The internet site promised free shuttle service and breakfast included. Instead we paid $30 for a ride from the airport (after midnight) and were told we had to pay for breakfast. All of the other hotels had shuttle running late.

Very convenient location. Great staff and shuttle service. Shuttle was on time, 10-15 minutes ride to terminals. Facilities were okay, a bit dated.

The male staff were very rude. The rooms were dirty, with mold in the bathtub, and the facility was very outdated.

Perfect for night before an early flight

The room was okay. However, the parking was terrible. There were many stalls open, but the hotel map said those were off-limits. Longhorn Steak House is next door and those customers had taken quite a bit of the stalls. When we left for the airport around 3am, the exit door had been propped open. It made us question the safety of the hotel.

It was a bed to sleep on with tv. They didn’t accept my card at check in so had to use another. They double charged us. Didn’t give a refund. Get to the room and there’s hair in the tub. Not free breakfast, 11$ for pancakes that tasted like burnt hair. The only nice staff was the waiter and host in the breakfast lounge. The side access doors do not work, they try to blame it on you.

Stay was perfect for attending a concert at Allstate Arena. Parking was challenging at times and a bit confusing but we managed to find a spot each time.

Everything was great, the only issue we had was being charged a strange fee of over $250 TWICE. It did finally come off, thank goodness, but it did make for a rough couple of days with automatic bill payments coming out.

Day staff Edwardo Great guy. He handled a long line of people early morning check in. He even said by as guests were checking out as well. I really appreciate Edwardo service & Understanding.

The staff was so nice. They allowed me to check-in early, which was greatly appreciated. The rooms/hotel are quiet and peaceful, I felt like I was at home. I love the balcony in my room, as it allowed today's breeze to flow in, which is relaxing to me. Great hotel!

The check-in experience was disappointing. The representative at the front desk was rude and showed no willingness to help. I had reserved two rooms, but he could only find one under my last name. When I asked him to search again—since the second room was under my son’s name, who has the same last name—he acted bothered and was not helpful at all. Very poor customer service and no sense of hospitality.

I enjoyed my stay here. The check-in process was very smooth. The front desk lady was hospitable and accommodating during my 2-night stay. The only thing that I would change is that I wish they had cleaned my room and given me fresh towels after my first night. I had tried to tell the room service that I wanted my room cleaned but unfortunately there was a language barrier. I would stay here again in the future.

The Longhorn Steakhouse next door was great.

Property was fine. I probably wouldn't stay again. But I'm sure some folks would be perfectly happy here.

Room on the first floor was dated. Poor paint job. Paint spill on the drapes. Most things were just bland. Fitness center was closed. Difficulty obtaining wi-fi access because staff did not take the time to explain wi-fi instructions.

I was not informed on Expedia that I would have to pay to park in their lot. Very difficult to get to the entrance. Man who checked me in was rude. Ill never go back there.

The hotel is not bad overall and the stay was fine. The location isnt bad either with a restaurant next door and others within walking distance. There wasnt anything to rave about nor complain about just a good stay. I have stayed here several times for business.

Room was very clean and check out was at noon and i like that.

Enjoyed walking to the lake and walking on the greenway there. One issue was that the room smelled a bit like cigarette smoke. The fan helped to air the room out.

My room was not quite soundproof and my neighbors were very loud. I ended up leaving the fan on all night to drown out their noise. The room was fairly outdated with the exception of the furniture - the AC system was ancient as was the rug, phone, closet and iron, etc. There are no overhead lights so I had to walk around in the dark turning lamps on. The bathroom had weak plumbing (toilet slow to flush, crooked faucet stream, etc) but the shower was fine. However the room was cleaned well.
