I want refund.

Staff was helpful, breakfast was excellent, room was clean and well kept. Only complaint is that one of the shuttle drivers, was not very friendly, was not on time and drove like a maniac.

Someone hit my car!

The rooms were nice and clean, the lobby was clean. The only issue is that the parking lot is incredibly small. I would still rent a room there again. Just park in the back and not the front lot.

Parking was easy, shuttle to the airport was also great. I was able to ride with to get my son to the airport and checked in and then a ride back to the hotel. Breakfast was okay. Everything else was amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful, Thank you!

Fine and clean!

Parking was ok.

Room good. Breakfast good. Building outside a little rough, but fine.

They gave us an extra hour for late check out which was very helpful. The beds were very comfy and cozy.

Breakfast was poor and cold, we contacted the front desk personnel to ask for someone to pick the garbage…. She said leave outside the door and the front desk staff were not pleased and not so friendly

It’s a nice and basic hotel near OHare. The broken car charger for non Teslas was a bummer.

Good stay close to ORD Airport

They charged me twice. I’ve paid in advance and then they charged me again. Awful

So if your just looking for a room (which we were) this is perfect. Expect nothing much and you will be fine looking for an extra something find another Hilton property! Most likely my first and last visit.

The breakfast room was used as a games room in the evening while the children ran through the entire building with no supervision. The restaurant across the parking lot was not great. Burger was raw, fries cold and gravy had a film on it. Nothing else around for options.

It was good place to stay for the price and close to the airport

There was no moisturizer in the hotel , no microwave, the staff is very unwelcoming and not professional. The parking is at the garage opposite side of the hotel, which is not maintained well. The pool was good and well maintained. They charged me for breakfast where we didn’t eat.

We come to the Des Plaines/Park Ridge area on a yearly basis due to family living here, and we will never stay at this hotel again. THEY HAD MOTION SENSOR LIGHTS IN THE ROOM THAT WENT OFF ALL NIGHT LONG IF WE MOVED IN THE BED. We stayed in a room with 4 total people, and had to get up SIX (!!!) different times to shut the light off. At 4am I gave up and left the room and sat in my car in the parking lot for a few hours until it was light enough to just start the day. On top of that, the amenities are very outdated and the room was “mostly” clean. We were ding dong ditched twice by kids running up and down the hall at night, and while I was a kid once and loved the freedom a hotel brought, I was shocked by how little control the hotel staff had. When we checked in, there were 5-6 kids tearing up the lobby right in front of the staff and they allowed it. Overall, a really poor experience, and while kids will be kids, the light thing is the single worst amenity I have ever had in a hotel room. Also, the “free breakfast” is just bagels.

Hotel was pretty standard, 3 stars but convenient for express trip.

Clean and spacious Long term parking ?️ not available even though it was advertised and noted in different reviews. Especially with late check-in 11pm and early check out like 5am.

The shuttle service was great, the hotel itself was adequate for a single night stay, but much longer than that, I'd have wanted an alternative. The description states that there is a bar, there isn't.

The only suggestion i have is that they should have front doors that open automatically instead of manually especially if you have lot of luggage … since this hotel is mostly an airport hotel . Would make it much easier for the traveler to take the luggage in.

Good clean hotel with courteous staff

Overall, the place is quite good. However, I’m not sure why the bathroom fan is so loud—it’s connected to the light switch, so every time I enter, the noise is quite noticeable. Another downside is that there were no cups provided in the room, and the shampoo was empty. For these reasons, I rated my overall experience as a 3.

The hotel was conveniently located for our family. There were no drinking glasses in the rooms - but they were available in the breakfast room.

This property advertises an "airport shuttle" - which is why I booked it. Come to find out it only runs a shuttle twice a day and inconvenient times - this is useless for a traveler. Very disappointed.

Nice stay

Just what we needed for an early flight. Shuttle didn’t run early enough so we used an off site shuttle service that ran earlier.

The airport shuttle was easy to use and you can schedule pick up at the front desk. Breakfast was fresh and had good choices (eggs were hard boiled only). The hotel offers shampoo but not conditioner. The 3rd floor was incredibly noisy so it was impossible to get any decent sleep at all throughout the night even though the bed was comfortable.

Everything was great. Wish there was a bar. But the restaurant next door was amazing!

This hotel is very good, I had a nice cosy room and the staff at the desk were very kind. This hotel was my last stop after a trip around a few US states, it was the perfect last place before flying home

The walls are very thin and you can hear the other room

Location The smell in the rooms like a moldy smell. Our coats, hair, all luggage and clothing reeked of it.

The airport shuttle was excellent and the front desk recrptionist was very kind.

Everything was nice and clean nice atmosphere and great vibes I stayed Saturday January 17th 2026. It’s supposedly a pet friendly hotel. Not even 10 minutes after arriving we received a call of complaints that my dog was constantly barking which could not have been true because I was with my dog. Then I left for the store and I was out about 20 minutes we get another call of complaints so I recorded me going to my room and there was no dog barking at all. Then later that night I went snow tubing and i took my dog with me but front desk was unaware and called me again complaining about my dog but I have video of them calling me and my dog was with me so how could my dog be barking at a place she’s not even at. Then I purposely got an additional incidental hold for $100. I had 2 rooms I was charged for 3. I don’t recommend staying here at all day f you have a pet. I will never return ill take my money where it’s valued

Staff was friendly The hotel was being renovated so there was alot of noise dust and stuff being moved around... but over all it was not to bad... my only complaint was that I had my please do not disturb sign up & maid service came in my room everyday but only made the bed did not restock anything or take the trash.

Easy access from the toll road and check in was easy as well as the staff being helpful and polite The deco was so nice with clean rooms and comfortable beds, trip to the airport was great via the hotel shuttle, tho you have to pay for parking on long trips daily, which some area hotels include wirh your stay. The daily parking fee!

Breakfast was hot but very marginal. The room could have had a fridge, microwave, chair, desk area as advertised. It was mid construction and they were working on the room next store. Physically threatened by maintenance supervisor.

Nothing The room was very dirty the doors wouldn’t shut properly there were bugs in the room no wash cloths no ironing board we had to wait 2 hours for an ironing board and iron late to a scheduled event because no one could get the wash cloths or iron before the 2 hours the front desk person was not helpful and kept saying there was nothing she could do there was construction going on the same floor we stayed on very loud and not pleasant to be awoke by noise honestly no one should have been on the floor with all the debris and unpleasant smells on the floor in the hallways and on the elevator

Proximity to airport as my flight was long. Keeping in mind that this statement is not racially motivated but I have a hearing problem and the desk staff was heavily accented Hispanic. In fact the entire staff was Hispanic. Saw no whites or blacks on staff.

Loud construction in the earlier morning

The nonstop noise even throughout the night. My 2nd night was the worse! I tossed and turned all night. There was some type of thumping noise coming from refrigerator. It would happen randomly about every 2 hrs.

Notice that the rooms were refurbished as it was the former Comfort Inn. Staff not very engaging. You will not get a smile from those staff member. Complimentary breakfast was limited. I would drive to McDonalds instead for a warm breakfast.

Amenities and rooms great. A little frustrating because we have an electric car, and the only two chargers for Tesla. The other one for our vehicle was broken, no adapter available. Disappointing.

Room was clean. Hotel was clean. Sam at the desk was very helpful to my request. Morning bagel bar was fine, coffee was good. Bed was very comfortable. Would recommend and will stay again.

As perfect as a visit as possible! Easy to check-in early. 24/7 coffee and hot tea available in lobby. Room was perfect. Clean. Comfy bed and pillows and nice top blanket. Plentiful outlets for charging electronics. Easy to access ice. Never a long wait for service at the front desk. “Tiffany’s” restaurant located in parking lot. I only wish I had known to request 10% discount. There is a small gas station across the street to allow a pick up of a beer or 2 to put in the refrigerator in the room. Low price for the beer. The courtesy shuttle bus ran EXACTLY on time. The complimentary breakfast was perfect. Something for everyone-even picky me! Hot, quality coffee. Breakfast hours are open for a generous 4 hours. I was there for Des Plaines Theatre and it is a super convenient location. Easy to get a Lyft or Uber to the venue and back. I would love to return to this hotel again! Thank you!!!

Breakfast is adequate. Hotel is clean and staff was friendly, but they have a tesla destination and a j1772 electric car chargers that were not powered - sign says see front desk to use but they did not know how to turn them on.

An Okay place to stay. The walls are thin, so we heard people arguing throughout the night, doors slamming, and just people throughout the halls. the rooms get pretty stuff and the bedding is okay. would recommend staying on the other side of the interstate (where theres another cluster of hotels and restraunts)

The only thing that I didn’t like was that there were no drawers in the room to put things in. There were hangers & open shelves. But that’s just a personal preference.

Working hotel for overnight stays before an early flight out of ORD

The rooms were cute and while there wasn’t a continental breakfast, they offer a discount to Tiffany’s right next door.

You can hear everything in the halls and rooms around you. The shuttle service was awful. So slow and not available late enough into the night.

For our needs, we would rate it high.

Pagué a través de Expedia por dos habitaciones y al llegar al hotel me indicaron que solo tenían el pago de una habitación y tuve que pagar nuevamente por la segunda reserva.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff Booked because we were able to park our vehicle there while we on our cruise for a very reasonable price. The shuttle was on time and also picked us up from the airport on our return with a quick phone call.

It’s everything you need. It looks old and basic. Toilet didn’t flush well. Water pressure was excellent. Pets should be on one floor and there should be a non pet floor because I was awaken by dogs barking.

The staff was accommodating for anything needed.
