Overall we had a good stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

We were only there one night. The lady at the front desk was great. She told us that the sheets for the couch bed were in the wardrobe and they were not. I went to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work, so I had to walk down to the desk. The soap dispenser in the bathroom, on the wall, was broken. I found a hair on one of the towels. Overall, this day was just OK. They had a good breakfast and the people that worked there were very nice. The building however, is falling apart.

The property is in a good location, but the service is really bad. They never come over to clean up my room. I was there for three days no enough so the shower is broken and no towels.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was a concern during our stay. The bathroom was not cleaned to the standard I expected. The shower curtain was visibly soiled, and the bathtub did not drain properly, leaving me standing in a pool of water while showering. Once the water finally drained, it left behind residue in the tub. These issues made it seem as though the room had been cleaned in a hurry and that important details were overlooked. Another disappointment was that the pool was out of service. Since we visited during the summer, this was an amenity we were looking forward to using. I was also surprised that parking required an additional fee, as I feel it should have been included with the stay. Overall, the stay was acceptable, and the location and staff were positives. However, greater attention to cleanliness and maintenance is needed. I would consider staying here again, but only if housekeeping standards improve, as cleanliness should be the top priority for any hotel.

Loved everything about the hotel from included free parking, included breakfast for no extra charge. The lady let me check in early too for no extra charge. We weren’t going to the airport but it’s right next to O’Hare and you have a cool view of all the planes flying in and out, I enjoyed that. The room was spotless didn’t see any imperfections in cleanliness. TV was pretty big it was a 43 inch. WiFi worked good for streaming movies. Bathroom was pretty spacious too. The breakfast stood out to me, they have a ton of options. A lot better than other hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff that I dealt with were all friendly. Only complaint is that the indoor pool was pretty cold, didn’t seem like it was heated. Also the phone in my room didn’t work at all, I wanted to call the front desk, ended up walking down instead, but I am not lazy so that’s not a big deal. Also the restaurant didn’t seem to be open at all when we were there for our 2 night stay. Tons of restaurants nearby.

We checked in on Sunday night late, and while trying to find an outlet in the room, we noticed there was some sort of droppings left behind by some sort of an animal. Upon calling down, we were told there was a service animal in the room the night before. We were told manager would call us the next day, it is now Thursday, and have not heard anything.

I am a long time and easy traveler with the hopes of just finding a clean room. Super disappointing after the wonderful reviews on here for this hotel. Arrived in the evening with front desk staff who did not seem like he wanted to be there but it not that big of deal. Went up to our room and I instantly was concerned with the cleanliness- previous guest hair in the tub, on the floor in the bathroom, dirty spots on the floor. Stopped by front desk on way to dinner and he was on his personal cell phone but I was still able to ask him if someone could clean our bathroom and shared what we found. Returned from dinner- he was still on his personal cell phone. Arrived in our room and nothing had been cleaned. Could not bring myself to shower due to bathroom conditions. Other dirty parts of room were also discovered and I found it uncomfortable to even try to sleep. Morning breakfast was hard to endure with the dirtiness of the floor downstairs and breakfast area. Checked out and shared my concerns. Front desk was nice but said she could not do any accommodations since it was booked through hotels.com but she would let manager know. Hotels.com said since I paid at the hotel, the hotel has to complete accommodations but they asked the manager to call me. I submitted a message online for the manger to call me. It has been a week, no call, and still disappointed. So many Hotels by Ohare, do not stay at this one!

We have been staying at this hotel since it opened and have always found it excellent in all respects. However this time all else was fine but our room was not properly cleaned. There was a lot of long hair in our bathroom especially near the tub. There were pieces of chocolate and smarties under the bed and by the chair by the window as well as dirt. The room was obviously not cleaned properly.

My stay here was great the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, there's plenty of parking and there were restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again.

It was fine . Asking 3 different days and 3 different people for room service and getting none and dismissed like an idiot is unacceptable. Breakfast was terrible.

We stayed here for three days and no one cleaned our room. Two days later, We were told we had to ask for it to be cleaned and when we did, no one cleaned it. We ran short on towels and tissue which had to be sent by the receptionist at the front desk.

The hotel is conveniently located and absolutely spotless and well-maintained. There's a convenience store right next door, making it easy to buy water and snacks at affordable prices. only thing was the pillows were way too soft and went flat easily. need a few firmer ones. also, we did not like having to pay to park at the hotel. that should be a courtesy to all hotel guests. i have never had to pay to park at the hotel i was staying at. ridiculous! it should be included in the price of a hotel stay. $20 a day is alot! i probably won’t stay here again due to cost of parking.

Nice hotel with solid amenities and reasonable nightly rates. Our flight got delayed and then canceled, so we ended up staying in Chicago overnight. This hotel was just what we needed to get a few hours of rest. We’re big fans of Holiday Inn Express! They always deliver and you can count on them being reliable.

I arrived on Sunday and checked out on Thursday AM. During my stay, my room was not checked or cleaned at any point. I had to request additional toilet paper. At the end of my stay, all of the bath towels were dirty along with the bathroom. Each day, my thought was that the cleaning would take place without me initiating it. It never did. For this reason, my rating for my stay here is Poor.

Generally a good experience however it took two trips down to reception to complain about loud music from the room above. The front desk phone was constantly engaged so I had to go down personally in my pajama's myself. On my second complaint the music stopped.

Two of the three personnel we interacted with seemed like it was an inconvenience to do the most basic aspects of the job. Amenities were reduced to the minimum- no coffee or water in the room, and no airport shuttle (a 3 min ride that cost $10 in a LYFT) even though several shuttles were parked behind the hotel. It cost $20 to park in a completely empty lot. Advertising misrepresented or buried in fine print what was offered. A dirty rag was left in the room and the trash cans had no liners, making me wonder if they completed the job. The surfaces are starting to age and maintenance was needed (e.g. new caulk in the bathroom).

This hotel was very clean and nice ! The room was great too, and not noisy at all. Although it’s very close to an airport you could barely hear the planes. Parking was good too just not so much when the restaurant next door was packed with people but overall a great hotel !

The room we reserved on expedia was not available when we checked in. The hotel was very noisy, people running up and down the hallways until after 2 am in a Sunday night. The hot breakfast in the morning was warm at best and not much variety. The one pkus was the cinnamon rolls, they were hot and fresh. We stay at Holiday inn and suites often but will not stay at this one again.

breakfast was fresh and good. Parking was spacious and not secure, but experienced no strangers. Room clean. But, maid failed to check if the safe was unlocked and empty. I found it locked, called maintenance, they unlocked it, then started to depart. I found the previous occupant left a purse and I turned it over to mainenance. To use the laundry, one must signup to a strange app that requires a $10 deposit for a $4 clothes wash dry, or quarters. Front desk refused to exchange dollars for quarters. Unlike some IHG's like Brookfield WI, no evening cookies, no plastice utensils available 24/7, or ability to use credit card for clothes Wash/Dry.

TV connection was impossible.

Conveniently located near ORD, they easily accommodated my very late arrival. The room was comfortable and clean. I was able to get restful sleep and enjoy breakfast in the morning. Desk staff and breakfast staff were all very friendly and efficient!

Tesla supercharger right nearby. Rooms are clean, airport is close by , economy parking lots (lot f) are even closer. The only thing that’s so good is the breakfast.

It was kinda noisy at night due to the oyster bar on site or next door.

Lack of transport (i.e. no bus provided by hotel) to and from airport an issue. Not far so cost of taxi not bad but getting a taxi during busy times made for anxious moments getting back to the airport.

This hotel is really close to Ohare airport (less than 2 miles) -- although they didn't have a shuttle running when we stayed, but you could see minivans parked outside. There is a giant Tesla supercharger outside, and even more EV chargers on the other side (non-Tesla). There's a McDonalds, Popeyes, and Dunkin right there too. For just the supercharger, I would stay here again and again. The hotel breakfast is pretty standard (I would rather eat at McDs), but again, I'm paying for convenience. The rooms were nice and I had no problems at all.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good, missing bananas and peanut butter, and eggs were too greasy for me, but that’s a personal preference. Being up early, I even found a walking loop around a stream

What a gem! You don't expect at an airport hotel, but this one is amazing. Beautiful hotel with big modern rooms. Quiet place and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good with many healthy options. A bonus is Ostras, the restaurant. Great drinks, food, and service. Don't order in, have a night out!

I was there for 4 days and they never went to clean the room

The room wasn't cleaned on the second day as the cleaning staff did not show up until 5:20 pm when we had returned to the hotel. And I had given a $10 tip to the front desk to given to the cleaning staff that morning before we left requesting the room be taken care of (knowing that we would be returning to the room by 4:00). Also, the general condition of the hotel was a big shabby with noticeable repair items not taken care of. Otherwise, I have high compliments for the staff.

Room was clean and the staff were helpful with getting us a to-go breakfast. The location was also great next to many restaurants and a gas station. Only complaint is that it was loud both with people coming back late at nignt and with cars / traffic outside.

It what I expected from a holiday inn express. Good price clean and quiet.

Some things broken in shower. The night before we checked out, there was an issue with hot water. It wasn’t resolved by the time we left. One evening hotel staff member did not offer much information about issue with water. Knew it wasn’t working but that was it. Not fun being out all day in snow and 20 degree weather and then have to take a cool shower.

After spending the day at O'Hare with one flight cancellation after another, this hotel was paradise. Small and cozy, super nice staff, and lovely restaurant attached to the facility.

Everyone on staff that I came in contact with was very friendly but the bathroom could have been cleaner. There was build up on and around the shower when we came in. There was also a full day of extremely strong odor of marijuana on our floor/room.

For the money, this is the best hotel I've stayed in near ORD - and I've probalt tried a dozen. My room and the lobby were spotless. The customer service was excellent. For a basic "continental" breakfast I was excited to see egg white veggie omelettes, exceptional coffee and greek yogurt. The rooms was very quiet and modern with comfortable sheets and pillows. If you need to catch an early flight at ORD this is the place to stay.

You know what? You don’t put plastic bag in your garbage. No laundry bag for our dirty clothes and I have to pay for parking. Why? I’m not satisfied.

Smooth check in process, nice room, very clean. Two issues: it’s hard to find, at least based on the address on the Expedia site. We were at two wrong locations before finding the correct one. Second, breakfast was good - but slow, and they ran out of things, even though it wasn’t a very busy day.

It always lives up to my expectations. This is my third stay here this year and I’m never disappointed. Staff is always friendly, courteous and professional. Rooms are clean, spacious and beds very comfortable. I dont have to bring a lot of toiletries with me because Dove products are provided. Coffee and tea 24/7 at the lobby is a big plus. Parking is very convenient. Breakfast is a big plus. Will definitely stay here again.

Fire alarm went off while I was in the shower. The hotel didn't provide any information on what was going on. I later found out that it was from someone cooking waffles and there was no actual fire. Sheets had hair on them. Just was not a good stay at all!

Friendly and helpful staff. Try not to stay in a room above the bar and restaurant, the music is very loud until 2AM.

We stayed at this hotel Oct 25, 2025 only for one night since it was very close to Ohare. Very clean and close to a lot of eating areas.

We stayed for three nights. Hotel was very accomodating. They allowed us to check in early and provided toothbrushes as we forgot ours. The room was clean, beds and pillows were soft, and the AC ran cool. The only complaint I have is the water pressure wasn't great but otherwise, a great stay!!

The walls in the bathroom were dirty. The bath mat was dirty. The shower curtain and rod was broke.

There is no water bottle provided & no coffee or boiler. You just expect to come to this hotel sleep & shower only but nothing else. When I go to the receptionist to ask if there is any water provided, I was surprised that they said they run out of water bottles. How can a hotel doesn’t provide free water bottles? The staff is great. Freeway. People with diesel trucks can be a little noisy yet the hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Got woken up at 7am day of checkout because of a fire alarm caused by a toaster. Very loud and everyone was upset and mad. Only had two towels while we checked in to our hotel asked for more never got them. Went swimming and went to ask for towels and they gave us one and 2 of the really small ones because they didn’t have any towels again very inconvenient.

Overall, great stay. The smoke alarm did go off Sunday early morning. A bit annoying but other than that, it was good.

The property is ok. Its near several food option and a quick drive to the aiport. There is some construction going on. The area needing improvement is attitude of those working the front desk. They are very short and rude to the guests checking in when we were.

The night club (Ostras) in the hotel plays loud music which shakes the whole room into the early morning hours. We had to check out at 2 am because there was no way we were getting ANY sleep. I was pretty aggravated to say the least. I had been walking around Chicago (downtown) from morning until evening and was completely exhausted. I couldn’t wait to get into bed and get some sleep before my very early morning flight. INSTEAD I had basically been awake for 30 hours straight until I got home to New York and crashed in my own bed.

I did t go for shopping, I was there to see Sleep Token at the Allstate Arena!! The room was clean and it was quiet! The staff was very friendly!

I had read in reviews that this hotel was clean and those reviews are right! Everything was clean, bathroom, bedroom, pool area. Only thing was the noise of the highway as our room faced that side but with the AC on it drowned out most of it. Also, we had requested a roll in shower room for my son who has a disability, but that room was out of order. Staff was as helpful as they could be with that issue however.

Also, the front desk people don't seem too happy to be there. They all had poor attitudes, especially the night shift, like us customers were a burden when checking in.

This hotel was nothing special. Don’t drive because they will charge you $20 to park in the property. You can find better hotel in this are that won’t nickel and dime you like charging you for parking

This was a newer hotel which was clean, bright, open spaces and right next to a huge Tesla Supercharger area.

I stayed here while attending a concert at Allstate Arena and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they were able to accommodate my request to add an extra night to my stay with no problem. The room was clean and comfortable, which made my trip even better. I definitely plan to book here again the next time I’m in town.

Very convenient to get to the airport

The hotel was very clean. There were plenty of delicious options for breakfast and customer service was polite and effi cent. The highway is busy as bees all night long.

Impeccable experience.

The room is okay, the vent in the bathroom are full of dust, you can visibly see it. My son almost hurt himself when he pump the hygiene holder the pump fell off the tub. Some ports for charger don’t work. When heater turns on, it smells burnt. The room is overall clean but could use a little update and dusting. The staff don’t have a pleasing personality, don’t smile at all. The breakfast is alright. Eggs are good, wish to have a real oatmeal made though. It was an okay stay, I’m glad it’s only 1 night. Will not rebook this hotel location again though.

Great stay for a great price

There’s no shuttle to/from airport. It’s a 10 minute taxi or Uber ride. Property was clean and nice.

There are several dining options around the area. Parking was very easy. Staff was very professional and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff is terrible and won’t respond for anything. Our phone was not working for our entire stay and they dint care to work on it. The staff won’t even smile at customers. Absolutely terrible staff including the lady who makes pancakes at the breakfast section.

You was able to get on public transportation 5min away from hotel was able to do so much on my sttay

Everything was amazing! The hotel was so clean, front desk was very helpful, my room was spotless and the bed was heaven. I travel frequently, and normally hotels near an airport are not fabulous. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Super loud new restaurant adjoining that plays music until midnight. You’ve been warned. Also, no hot water for the shower this morning. But a good wake-up from the late night!

Cancelled flight and this was the closest along with a decent price point for a one night stay. Really clean. Did the job for what I needed.

We had a suite to sleep up to 6 people but only 3 towels were provided. Check-in took almost an hour of waiting in the lobby because there was a line and the staff person was so inefficient and talked too much.

We missed our connection through ORD and found a room at Holiday Inn. Even though we got there very late staff was friendly and accommodating and gave us toothbrushes and toothpaste. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean. Some freeway noise but I was able to sleep through it. Great experience in not ideal conditions

Front desk staff were not very helpful and seemed annoyed . Otherwise the facility is clean and relaxing, no noise from the nearby airport

Our flight was canceled at 2am and I booked a room before we arrived at the hotel. Online would only let me book for the next day with check in at 3. I explained it to the front desk clerk and he was very kind and understanding. He adjusted the check in so that we were able to check in and stay before we had to head back out to the airport first thing in the morning.

Clean rooms, great coffee 24/7 in the lobby, and breakfast is very nice with varieties for everyone

Comfortable beds, very convenient to the airport, although there is no shuttle so we had to cross a busy road. Unfortunately the bathtub drain had not been cleaned properly and was full of hair when we arrived. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was decent.

Bathroom was still dirty with hair everywhere and the breakfast was definitely subpar for a hotel breakfast

Hotel was clean. Our room has several issues. AC gave out 2nd day but they were able to fix it. Our refrigerator wasn’t working. They couldn’t switch our room due to being fully booked. Price was super high for hotel but due to local events in area and scarcity of accommodations nearby

Sharkia was so pleasant and helpful at check in and she texted us to check on us daily. She was helpful in helping us decide on driving to Wrigley Feild on taking the subway. We also went to the National Convention Sports Cardshow. Our trip was Awesome!!

Location is great if you want next to the airport- but they do not provide a shuttle to the airport and if you have a car you have to pay to park it in there lot - so let me get this straight- you won’t shuttle to the airport and then you’ll make me to pay to park my car for my own ride to the airport?? Our bathroom was dirty and the hotel fitness equipment was so gross and dirty!

The gym is mostly a cardio station. No resistance machines and few dumb bells that only go up to 45 lbs. Otherwise, would recommend this.

All was good until my checking day I had a text notification that $20 per day for parking was not in the deal from day one and safe was not working yhe most important part in that room .

A solid hotel for our family trip to Chicago. The room was spacious, bright, and clean. Breakfast options were plentiful but were not consistently avaliable. The hotel definitely needs some repairs on equipment and the pool.

For a quick and unexpected overnight it works….

The morning staff are extremely helpful. The evening male staff ignore guests or are bothered by them. The rooms are clean but the hallways are not. I bet they haven't seen a vacuum for months. Same debris on the floor between stays. I do not recommend staying on a Saturday as the resturant down stairs has a party which plays load music until 2:00am. Other than that the hotel is ok.
