Nothing I didn’t feel safe as a solo female traveller. There were so many stains on the floor or in the bed sheets. The bathroom is leaky. You need to ask for shampoo to the front desk. Staff were rude and impatient.

Nothing! Everything! If you're checking in late they don't bother answer calls. You have to wait outside a locked door until someone opens. You're wifi doesnt work, they ask you to call the Internet provider to get it fixed yourself. Oh BTW, the WIFI is not free. You'll need to purchase it. The kitchen is for show. No plates, mugs, nothing. Both the ladies at the front desk are pricks. Definitely don't know the first thing about hospitality. Unlike a normal hotel they don't allow late checkouts. It gonna cost you $22 per hour.

I arrived after midnight but I called them before that. They cancelled my reservation. No front desk personnel, door locked. Horrible experience and place. I’ll NEVER stay at Extended Stay facility again. They left me stranded in the middle of the night with no place to stay.

Room flor was sticky and fron desk didnt want to provide with extra towel, also no shampoo had to go to front desk and get it. Avoid this place ,

We arrived early & our room was ready. The front desk lady helped explain how to get to the restaurants & was very nice. The room was clean & close to restaurants. There was a park & pond across the street that we walked around & enjoyed the weather.

Room is dirty, found a few places of left over food from previous guests. The walls are thin- easy to hear people next door if loud, the bed very hard. Good if quick and want cheap.

It was ok at first. Then when I went to rebook to stay longer they tell me my guest is on the DNR... (DO NOT RENT) if my guest which is my son, why would he be accepted to stay in the room with me when I checked in but wouldn't extend my reservation because he was on DNR. They should have told us from the jump I couldn't stay because I was flagged. Make that make sense. When Monday comes I'm gladly going to have a great phone call with corpate. Do not stay here. welfredo which AGM (assistant general Manager) is the one who told me my son was on DNR. IF HE IS ON DNR WHY WOULD THEY LET HIM STAY IN THE FIRST PLACE??????

We had very limited staff interaction but they were friendly and accommodating. My biggest complaint is poor pedestrian access near the hotel. The site is well served by transit but the nearest intersection is very unfriendly for transit riders with no ped facilities like crosswalks or even sidewalks on most sides of the intersection. The area is basically inaccessible for a person with limited ability. While there are many amenities nearby, they are located in a huge superblock with no sidewalks within the area despite ALOT of people walking to and from hotels, businesses, and the concert venue.

I had a rough night last night with a flight delay and then cancellation. I got a last minute room and Wendy at the late night front desk went out of way to take care of me. She knew I hadnt been able to get any food at the airport and she found me something to eat in the breakroom along with some utensils and water. She was the bright spot in a very dismal situation. Thank you.

It was nice and convenient walking to the Allstate Arena. On the other hand the breakfast was disappointing only muffins and oatmeal!

Police raided the room next to mine. After 10 minutes of shouting and screaming, police invaded the room and removed the man in the room. It was a stressful experience for me. My room had no basic necessities, such as shampoo, paper towels, or kitchen utensils unless you ask for them at the front desk. I will not stay here again.

Bought for my spouse to sleep after long work day of overtime, she liked it shot, had stove and fridge in the room.

Staff is amazing, shopping/dining is mere blocks away. Nice walkable park with pond visible from property windows which adds a somewhat refreshing view. All in all a nice, comforting stay with apartment like amenities and reasonable pricing

I enjoyed staying at the hotel it was very quiet I enjoyed my stay the desk receptionist Wendy was very friendly, she was very awesome ! Thank you Wendy for everything you rock she has great customer service. Chicago don’t owe me anything. She’ll return back with my family and stay again.

Stayed here to attend a concert at Allstate Arena. It is an easy walk and there are restaurants and other conveniences that are walkable. Staff was very friendly at check in and check out.

The fridge was smelly, the light fixture in the bathroom was blinking nonstop, exercise equipment would intermittently work but the door to get in was not working the first night and the vending machine kept declining my payments… even cash. We were also lied to about staying a few extra hours. We were told yes, then that we would be charged a full day then that we can stay an extra two hours only.

Easy check it, clean room great location if your plans involve the Allstate Arena. Main bed was good, pull out couch/ bed was not useful. The mattress was too thin to be comfortable, like most are. Also be aware that breakfast is just nutri grain bars, oatmeal packets and packaged muffins - we were fine with this but some may not be.

There was a dead cockroach. Old smell building and outdated furniture’s. We were there for a concert for one quick night.

We went to a concert at Allstate arena, we walked to the venue! The hotel was clean, friendly staff, and the room was spacious. I have a to say the assistant manager (3-11 shift) was excellent. They we're short staff (like pretty much every place you go now), he was running around doing multiple jobs at the same time! We had to wait 10 minutes to check in, yet when we realized it was because they literally had no staff, we were impressed about his performance! He was attentive, friendly, and never expressed frustration or stress out attitude! That's great customer service!

Nice place to stay before or after a flight at ORD,only 10 minutes away. The staff are friendly and helpful if you need anything. Good size room with a kitchen and full size refrigerator. Comfortable bed. Will stay again when in the area.

The price I paid for 3 nights was ridiculous, ofcourse the photos like amazing but everything is outdated, the towels were dingie and dirty looking, you have to ask for whatever you need for cooking, I sat on the sofa bed and it was very uncomfortable. Won't be staying there again. The only staff I came in contact with was a gentleman who checked us in, the other ladies I saw were not friendly at all...

One night, to pick up person flying in. Quiet, and very nice night. Hotel met all expectations. Real nice basic accommodations. Did not eat breakfast. Place appeared to be very clean, and front desk people were very personable.

On Thursday we came back from exploring the area and were relaxing when my sister called me and told me the same staff member who had checked her in on Wednesday barged into their room (without knocking) and told my sister that because they did not reserve the room and it wasn’t under her name, they needed to leave. My sister was confused and told the staff member that they have checked in the previous day and that the room was under my name. The staff member said they would recheck again. Upon hearing this I was immediately dumbfounded and upset. I don’t understand where the confusion was? I understand people come in and out everyday. But what went wrong when my sister checked in? Instead of barging in, why not knock? The abruptness startled my nephew who was rooming with my sister and it indeed made him anxious. We all went downstairs and approached the front desk to where the staff who did that said it was their fault on their end or what not and then they apologized. I am deeply disappointed with how the situation was handled. It makes me wonder what are protocols when similar situations happen.

Pretty gross honestly. The hallway smelled like poop and the room just smelled awful. The bathroom was stained and there was just a command hook stuck to the back of the bathroom door for a towel??? The bedsheets were also stained, and some of the towels were too. There’s no room service, they just tell you to go downstairs and get stuff if you need it. Overall just lackluster, pretty nasty, and the room was disgustingly humid even with the air conditioner on.

My brother and I stayed at the hotel to attend a concert. It was a convenient walk to the venue and the room was clean

First, I was completely unaware of the existence of two separate buildings when I went to go check in. The website I booked the room from didn’t mention that. Then, my friend went to turn on the air conditioning and it was poorly circulated. There is also no fan for the bathroom, so it got very hot after my shower. When I pulled out the sofa bed, not a single sheet was on it and the mattress looked gross. They didn’t even leave the sheets or extra pillows on the shelf for the sofa bed. Thankfully, the staff member at the front grabbed me some pillows and sheets. The staff was very friendly. The only other thing I’ll say is that I wish the breakfast had more variety. All in all, it was okay.

Check in was super easy and the staff were really friendly. I was traveling by myself and felt safe during my stay. The floors in the room felt a bit sticky? But idk if that was just a me thing. My key cards stopped working one day, but that was quickly and easily resolved. I really liked the location of the hotel, there were many places to eat nearby and in close proximity to the Allstate Arena.
