    I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Chicago and had a very pleasant experience. The property was exceptionally neat, clean, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing visit. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Overall, I was impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the property and would gladly stay here again in the future.

    The pool and hot tub weren't available to us during our stay. A big reason we choose this hotel was because it had a pool an hot tub. Also - We weren't warned about this upon checking in - Very disappointing.

    The room was not connected to cable or power.... The tv didn't work because the cable cord wasn't plugged in, so we had to wait for a person to come figure that out. We got in at 10:30 at night so we waited a long time. Then we went to plug our phones into the nightstand and the connections were not plugged into the wall. They were still zip tied to stand. Our block to use for phone cables was not able to be used because the outlet was partially covered by the headboard. The employee who came to the room said his manager LeRoy would contact us on Friday, he didn't. Still haven't heard from him or anyone about the ridiculous issues we had with the room. We were up util midnight waiting for assistance with these issues... horrible stay.

    The AC in our room was broken, so they allowed us to switch rooms at no additional cost. The shuttle bus is extremely convenient, departing from the hotel roughly every half hour. They gave us options to drop us off at the O’Hare airport or Rosemont CTA station. Only slight downside was not realizing that the breakfast they served was for additional costs. Overall the front staff and housekeeping are pleasant and very helpful, and the experience was great.

    The room is clean and organized well. It has an indoor pool and jacuzzi, the water is heated and clean, but I forgot to bring my swimming suit. It has a small gym. The location is close to the airport and a casino.

    For some reason, this hotel has raised it's prices to be non-competitive with other similar hotels in the O'Hare area. It had been my favorite since it was right next to the casino, but it is now priced $40-$50 higher than surrounding hotels. I won't stay here again.     The hotels location was perfectly located for many activities. We went shopping at the fashion outlets and it's right next to the casino. Pool was the warmest hotel pool I've ever been in (in a good way). No microwave in our room and the mini frig was really drinks only size but without a microwave we could not have brought our left overs home anyway.

    I took the shuttle from the airport along with other stranded passengers. I thought the staff could be more welcoming rather than acting like they were doing us a favor. Also, I booked their shuttle for the following morning, was two minutes late due to the slowness of the elevator-there was only one and many people leaving-and the shuttle had left. The person at the desk acted like it was my fault. I am a Marriott member, but went through Expedia because I was at the airport and it have their App. I picked the Marriott Courtyard because I just left the Sheraton Riverside and was so impressed by their staff and facilities. Lesson Learned!

    Room seemed clean, I wasn’t there long and didn’t get to try the breakfast. I grabbed the bottled water for around $14. Isn’t notice the price but I assumed it wasn’t free, price was ok with me. Parking was a little bit of a hassle since one exit wasn’t working. Lots of construction. Wish I had time for the pool. Looking at other hotels I’m glad I stayed there. I got back late so I was able to walk to the casino for food.

    The hot tub was a good temperature and the jets were powerful. The gym and pool area were missing sanitary wipes and towels, but they were refilled quickly after a quick call to the front desk. The refrigerator in our room did not work which was a little frustrating and lots of construction on the 2nd floor that I accidentally walked into. Our room was on the side of the highway which was a bit louder than anticipated. I did not try the breakfast. Overall it was an okay stay.

    Old room and I was given the room from the 70’s. I knew they were remodeling. I asked for a new room. Bad carpet. Bed facing window. Tv on the left, the set up was like they threw items in a Marge closet and made it fit. The check out guy was stressed and acted like I was dumb because I used the wrong cut out of piece of paper to leave parking. It’s cut out with Scissors. Scuffs on wall. It worked for the money, but I’ll try the other options in the area next trip

    The hotel is very nice and clean. The only thing I didn’t like, my husband went to heat up his food because there is no microwave in the rooms. He says one of staff members Samantha was looking at him like he did something wrong. Made him feel uncomfortable. In addition to that upon check out, let staff member Leroy know that we didn’t get any sleep throughout the night. Very loud in the hallways. Was very disappointed with his response.

    Nice and clean, although really bummed the whirl pool(spa) was out of order that was the main thing we all wanted. We didn’t care for the breakfast being only free for one person when we had multiple and a child in the room and on top the prices were high. So we ate somewhere else.     Communication to getting shuttle is pretty sub par. First couple times I called it just rang... When I was able to get ahold of them, they were very strict that we be in a specific terminal at a specific letter.. We had to completely switch terminals. This would bar very confusing to an older person. Some clear instructions would have been alot easier. We booked this hotel on layover because it had a hot tub. Upon check in the front desk failed to advise us that the hot tub was out of service and upon our surprise it looks liked it was out of service for awhile. We were super bummed about this.

    The hotel staff at the desk were very accommodating, I was checked in quickly and had my room key in less than five minutes. A little confusion on the parking as you are charged for it and you must have a QR code to get out of the parking lot. I had to go to the front desk along with a couple of other patrons as we all were having troubles, maintenance came out and resolved it quickly. Rooms were very, clean sheets were crisp and inviting. The bathroom was impeccably clean. We have no complaints with our stay I would highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott.

    Staying was average because the room was smelling. The worst part was the airport shuttle driver. He might soon get into some accidents. He was driving very rough in the middle of two lanes and abruptly steering off from other vehicles. A very dangerous driver. He should not be driving hotel shuttle.

    The carpet was wet; very weird. The hot tub was empty/out of service and we were not notified . I purposely paid extra for a balcony room overlooking the courtyard. I specifically called and asked if the balcony was big enough to put chairs on and sit out on, I was assured yes, it was. The balcony could not have been more than 18 inches wide. Very very disappointing. I would not stay again.

    Airport shuttle coordination is bad. For pickup, landed in C gates. Called the hotel and was told to go to C2. Which I did - only to find out that this was meant to be “door”C2. Since I don’t know the airport, thought that maybe there was a transportation pickup near gate C2. Not great or clear directions. The day we checked out, thought of taking the shuttle to airports. Shuttle pulled up to the hotel at around 7:30am. We had some time, but not too much. Asked the driver if he was leaving soon, he said “no” and just walked into the hotel lobby. We had to call an Uber. In next 5 minutes he was loading people into the van. Pretty bad communication. On another note - was initially given a room at the back of the hotel facing the highway - super loud. Had to change rooms…. Finally, we were there for two nights. After the first night there was no service on the room - no fresh towels, no cleaning at all. Had to ask at the front desk and was told that cleaning is only every other day. Would have been nice to know that when we checked in. People at the front desk seemed nice, location was close to the airport - but otherwise nothing too good.

    Online it said breakfast was included, but it wasn’t unless you purchased it. Also they charge $22 to park which isn’t on the website and a $2.46 parking tax. Seriously? You need to include this information on your site! So while I supposedly got a $29 discount for booking through hotels.com the racket on charges were significantly higher than $29. Just be honest.

    The location was fine. Got a room with free breakfast but when we asked about, they said there wasn’t one. After it was too late, to enjoy it, we were offered a free breakfast! She was confused. The room smelled like old spice and cigarettes.

    The website stated the room could accommodate five people which was untrue. I upgraded my stay to include parking and breakfast for two people. The hotel said this information was not passed onto them so I wasted my morning with hotels.com customer service. And now I have to watch my credit card bill to see if I get charged an extra amount for things that should have been included already.

    The check-in was easy, which was nice. The beds however, are awful! Same for the pillows. The shower had no pressure, and the vent in the bathroom had no switch. Literally just a hole in the wall. We could smell our neighbors weed in the bathroom though. The sink was clogged which was annoying. Area is pretty clean. No issues checking out.

    I love the area! Very walkable to the casino. Quiet and clean room. I didn't like the hotel charge of 22 $ to park in a Chicago suburb. Hotel guests should be exempt. It adds an unexpected cost to the hotel price. There is also no water provided for the guests in the room.The front desk did provide a quiet room on the top floor and that was very nice.

    The property was average, nothing special. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. But my son enjoyed the pool. Mrs Sabrina at the front desk was amazing! She made our check in and our stay very smooth! So 5 stars to her for customer service!

    We stayed in October for a mini family reunion. 8 rooms booked but needed 10 to get a discount. We chose place as it was convenient to highway, near restaurants, shopping and casino. Has a Starbucks. Has shuttle to airport. Outdoor pool. Secured parking as need your hotel key to open gate
