    Room was very spacious it was clean only thing that I recommend is maybe a sofa in the room as well it was a lot of space and would have been nice to be able to just sit on a couch instead of a chair that didn't recline but other than that it was a really really nice room. I would stay there again

    I stayed 6 nights. The bed was never changed or made up during that time. (although it was comfortable). I had to request trash removal and clean towels daily. Desk staff was not helpful - when asked about clean towels staff said housekeeping had left for the day. Improvement is needed.

    My husband and I stayed one night here so we could attend a concert at the Allstate Arena. The women’s restroom on the first floor of the lobby area was out of order and the breakfast was good. The ice machine on the 3rd floor didn’t work at all so we couldn’t get ice for our room. We would stay again if we had too.

    Nothing I ask for a shower cap and never got one they cancel my second never called me and my key didn’t work went to the front desk to get a replacement key and then I went to my room and found luggage in my room and returned to the front desk and then she informed me you have been check out and I said I have a reservation for a second night sorry we are sold out what am I going to do sorry gave me a receipt and I left I am never going to return to this property

    The hotel has changed our room without informing us. We found out on our arrival and that caused us unable to check in. We stay at the front desk, trying to figure things out for about an hour. The front desk lady, called Srivya, was very extremely unprofessional and useless. She left us while we’re all in the middle of this situation just because she needed to clock out on time. And of course, another waiting game until a new staff showed up and helped us checked in. None of this issue was from us. It is from the hotel changing our room type and didn’t override the price with Expedia that caused us a massive hassle. Srivya needs a lot more training if she remains as a front desk. Not only she cannot help customers solving problems, but also leave customers in the middle of situations and go home. I recommend the hotel to really consider about this situation and train your staff better. Highly not recommend. Truly disappointed and will never recommend anyone to stay here at all.

    Check out was a little strange. I've never experienced something like this which is the reason I struggle in life. I have a mental disability which means I don't comprehend a lot of skills or the lack of compassion for one another in life. I over slept due to my insomnia so I go to sleep when I pass out. I was behind on checking out.Also waiting on a friend to deposit money owed to me. I was going to extend and since it was coming down to the wire I stressed out. At 11:00am House Keeping came to the door and I politely let her know I might extend. The the phone rang and I was asked to check out and I had to beg for a late checkout which I was blantely told "No". So I explained I would be down in 15 minutes. It took longer but I was packing up my stuff.i was then called again in the room where the agent was telling me I HAD to get out of the room. Which I asked if I could extend and again was told that I needed to do that that second that we were speaking as the agent continued to belittle me for not being out by 11. I was in the hotel industry all my life and never would have approached a gues of the hotel that way. When I got down she had called the police because of whatever reason and I was sitting in the lobby when the police showed up. When employees lie like she must have o have them show up. That is a huge disheartening to your guests as well as her being an employee. She then apologized for delaying the check out. She then gave me my full deposit and I left. That was

    The manager S is an absolute disaster to deal with. I made a reservation in advance over the phone and received no confirmations even after calling back numerous times to which I got no response or call backs. I arrived at property hoping I had a reservation and luckily I did. The room had barely enough hot water, having to wait 10min for it to warm up, and there was an insect in my room. Breakfast was minimal as usual.

    A nice and basic hotel near Chicago Ohare. The continental breakfast was very good included waffle making station. The room was clean and bright. The parking was safe and complimentary. We arrived in Chicago one day early and could not add an extra day to our existing reservation at another hotel. We were glad to find this Best Western that fitted our need, reasonable rate and with complimentary parking.

    If you like to be treated like trash, go there. The kitchen ladies (both of them), and the white lady at front desk will make sure you despite the place. Everything worked in the room but what’s the point, if the front desk people will treat you with no kindness whatsoever. They don’t have to smile, but at least they should be told not to gripe out the clients with a mean face and attitude. The only nice people are housekeepers and maintenance. Breakfast is the most horrible breakfast you could imagine. Imagine the least quality breakfast you’ve had and this is it.

    This is pretty run down for a Best Western. We were surprised actually! Its too dirty for my liking and quite noisy with the train track. Beware…website says theres airport shuttle but no. That service ended 4 yrs ago apparently.

    The hotel is plain Jane and no frills, but the room was nice enough and clean. The bed was comfy. The breakfast area was also nice and clean and the food was basic but good. However, we had a room with a hot tub, which was really nice until we turned the Jets on and all kinds of black nastiness came out. I requested a partial refund for the additional charge for the hot tub but the manager was very discourteous and difficult about the whole thing. I am more upset about how my husband I were treated by the manager than anything else.

    Room was clean and spacious. When we arrived the heat was not on, so it was a bit chilly. The shower was nice and hot, bed comfortable. However, the walls are paper thin and you hear everything.

    I would give it 4.5 stars! It wasn’t the most luxurious hotel but the staff were very friendly and even accommodated us early as we had to crash there through the recent snow storm. The room was clean and comfortable enough, though the bedding was a little on the rougher side (but I have sensory issues so that may not be the case for you!) otherwise it was a pretty comfortable stay and I could see us crashing there again as it’s also very close to the airport. And pricing wasn’t bad at all, even with it being last minute.

    We arrived 10am at the hotel since our flight got canceled. Given that the check in is at 2pm, the room was not available, however the girl at the front desk was super helpful to ask the cleaning service to deliver a room earlier for us. So they did after only 30min. She went above a beyond! Our familiy really appreciated that gesture. Im sorry I didnt get her name but please make sure to prise that on my behalf.

    Clean room & comfortable bed. Too small of a parking area in front of the lobby, for checking in. The one-way lanes going in and out of the parking in the back parking lot. The pool was closed, because of renovations,which was not mentioned when booking.

    The hotel lobby smells like smoke and so did most of the hotel. My room smelled like smoke most of the night. Additionally, the fridge did not work and there was hair and dirt in the bathroom. Parking was limited and was ok. Signs everywhere that parking was at your own risk was odd and felt unsafe.

    The hotel has a rundown feel and look. The elevator made banging noises that were concerning. The pool was closed and the pool room that is located in the main first floor hallway was filled with construction materials . Some of the staff had a minimal ability to communicate in English. We were there for five days and only received maid service after the third day when I complained. The room itself was OK and clean.

    when i checked in the lady in the front gave me the room cards when i parked and tried to swipe the card the door didn't open i had to walk and drive back in the office and she had to activate them.Also in Expedia the only reason i picked the hotel because it lists the hotel has an inside Pool.In the morning we were ready to go in the pool and the lady said the pool was permanently closed. We were very upset for not staying in Hyatt hotel were we stayed a year ago they did have an inside pool.Experian should call Best Western hotel and make them remove the false advertisement in there home page

    I checked in on-line and when I arrived I told the desk person "I checked in online and need to pick up my room key" and the person was completely dumbfounded. They kept saying "what, what, what?" totally confused like asking for your room key at a hotel was a weird request. Somehow - she finally got with it after I repeated my purpose two more times. She then asked for my credit card and drivers license which I also provided online when I checked in. I get it - but why did you make me take a pic of my DL online if that doesn't feed to the actual hotel? Then she tells me I need to put down $100 deposit on a room I paid for in advance with no explanation other than it's a "formality." Just why? Honestly - what the hell is going on in this place. All of the base boards were removed in the hallways giving it a very downtrodden look. Toilet paper holder pulling out of the wall. Someone elses hairs in the bathtub and bathroom floor, and some unidentifiable gunk of the tv dresser. The smell in the room was musty and overall felt dirty.

    However, the hotel is in bad condition, horrible smell in the hallway and worse inside the room, the key card stopped working twice every single day, back door lock also stops working every afternoon. “Housekeeping” only means getting new towels and 1 out of the 3 trash cans emptied out. The staff is beyond unfriendly, 2 of them at the front desk barely spoke/understood English and the front desk rep from the mornings even though she speaks perfect English is BEYOND rude. Don’t waste your $, will definitely spend more money next time that ever consider this or other Best Western hotel

    Good stay for something quick and easy. Though the room looked like it was not vaccumed very well. The shower had a few strands of hair. And the toilet wouldn't flush half the time. Breakfast was really good had a good variety. All the staff felt unwelcoming so to speak. But overall the stay was okay slept pretty good. Parking is also very limited and it was weird to manuever through the small space.

    Us in. We waited 30 min, rang the bell, called several Times, heard the phone ringing but no one came out. We finally called the main best western line and by the time they called someone was back in the office. We checked in and stayed in the room with a jacuzzi tub. The room was unfinished, the base trim wasn’t done, no smart TV, and filthy dirty with long black hairs all around the bath tub and ants crawling on the night stands. The next morning at 9am we went to get breakfast and the eggs and bacon were ice cold. Miserable experience.

    Room was ok, found unknown red pill on the floor. TV difficult to work, it requires 2 remotes. Toilet must be flushed more than once for waste to go down completely. Front desk staff seemed incompetent, confusion charging correct credit card. Refused to give me a receipt said receipt would come from Expedia not them.

    the manager kicked out a tourist visiting from canada and left me on the side of the road at 4am in Chicago , a city I have no idea about.     We got a room with a king size bed and sofabed. If you are planning to rent the room to utilize the sofabed, DONT! It's disgusting. I don't believe we got the room per the pictures. The sofabed we got had 2 cushions. The picture of the room we reserved had 3 cushions. It looked like the room was a little under construction, there were no baseboards and made the room look bad. There was a spot where the base board would have been that looked like mold, hard to tell if it was dirt or mold but I believe it was mold. Went to front desk to requested for another room as I planned to use to sofa bed for my kids. Told the lady it was disgusting. She said the room is clean. I said yes for the most part but the sofa bed is disgusting. I told her to go see for herself and tell me if she would sleep on it or let her kids sleep on it. She first told me they were sold out of rooms. I said you have to change me change me to a double queen room. Ain't no way I'm letting my kids sleep on that dirt ass sofa. She finally gave me a other room, but from her facial expression, she really didn't want to. Overall our stay was great. The room was clean, AC was on and room was cold. Bathroom were clean. They provided everything, we requested for extra towels and pillows and they said they didn't have any more. Would I stay again? Yes. I would highly recommend them to not advertise the sofabed. It will only cause problems for the staff and anger the customer.

    I had mixed feelings about my stay. The hotel entrance was a bit intimidating and not very welcoming from the outside. Upon arrival, there was a lot of noise and commotion on my floor, and unfortunately, the walls were very thin—you could hear everything going on around you, especially late into the night. The shower was also disappointing, as there was quite a bit of black hair left in the tub and surrounding areas, which made it feel unclean. The pillows were extremely thin, though the bed itself was surprisingly comfortable. If it weren’t for the noise and cleanliness issues, this could’ve been a decent stay overall.

    The outside of the property is seriously nasty and unkempt. If we hadn’t prepaid our room we wouldn’t have even gone in. The inside was updated and nice. Curb appeal is a huge zero.

    This place is old and outdated. After a week of being there we never saw anybody working or upgrades being done. The pool was out of order and the staff were unwelcoming. The room keys had to be reset almost everyday and the staff seemed annoyed when you complained about it. the front desk ppl were late everyday and the cleaning lady was managing the desk, the food and cleaning. I could not even eat there because she never changed her gloves from touching food to opening doors and touching the desk and other items. Do not stay at this Hotel

    The hotel had an unpleasant odor. The carpets were filthy. There were bags of garbage in the hallway. The pullout bed had unidentified pills laying in it. No sheets for it either. Staff was kind, but completely disengaged. Just an all around gross experience.

    Elevator was out of order. We had to carry our luggage, walker, other personal belongings up two flights of stairs. Requested room on first floor due to husband using walker and on oxygen only to find out upon our arrival that hotel doesn't have rooms located on first floor. Request a refund were told to contact Expedia for refund.

    Water pressure in the shower was nothing more then a light rain and average at by. I asked for a lower level room, due to a handicap and they put me on 3rd floor. The elevator is in the middle of the building and nothing about it worked well

    The location was good. Not too far from the airport or the bus lines. There was dust in the bathroom. The room shook qhen upstairs or adjacent neighbors walked around, and i could clearly hear the tv and conversation in rooms around. I would not stay here again. The staff was friendly.

    I liked this location because it was near many restaurants and quiet. I felt safe enough that I went walking to a restaurant a few blocks from the hotel. I also liked the free breakfast they offered. There were many options to choose from like scrambled eggs, muffins, cereal, etc. The parking lot for the hotel was convenient too! They have an open area in the back otherwise they offer sheltered parking spots on the side of the hotel.

    We arrived late in the evening. 1 hour later the airline cancelled our flight and reschedule a day later. We asked the lobby to switch our rokm the the next evening and we woukd head back home & return the next evening. They said no. So we left and did not book them the next day.

    The rooms were not very clean. Hair all over the bathroom. Black fuzzy on the bedding. Staff always on personal phone calls. I checked into my room and had just settled in and someone knocked on my door. Another guest was assigned my room and they key they had worked on my door. Very scary. Breakfast was delicious with many different options. Not horrible for what I paid. Works for a night for a concert at Allstate if you are going to drive or uber as it is not walking distance.

    This place doesn't deserve to be called a Best Western. Bed sheets needed to be replaced, pool looks permanently closed, despite it being listed as a current amenity on both their website and Expedia. Breakfast bar had bugs present and dirty juice dispensers that left black specs in the juice. It was so bad i left after one night despite booking 2 nights. Do NOT recommend.

    Overpriced and nowhere near as nice as other Best Westerns. Not the safest area. And the parking lot is in the back. The eggs were green, the sausage links seemed old and reheated, several apples were rotten. The front desk was nice. But, pool was empty and not open for use. Didn’t understand the $100 deposit. There’s nothing there as far as incidentals.

    The staff was amazing the ladies in the dining area were wonderful!!! The room was nice and spacious. It was a convenient area shopping restaurants, and the Allstate Arena was about 10 minutes away, so it was perfect for me and my husband I would definitely return on my next visit 10 out of 10.

    The noise from the other rooms and train running outside can be heard very clearly. The sound proofing is very poor and my companion had a hard time sleeping while we stayed at the hotel. The toilet also doesn’t flush properly and requires over 30 minute wait time between flushes. Also, we found an ant in the bed on our last morning. Hard to say there were any other bugs under the sheets, but it definitely disturbed me. The room keys kept getting demagnetized multiple times during our stay. It happened even when the card was away from any electronic device and it was very annoying. You would not expect that to be the case in this day and age.
