I did not like anything in this place 1st I was treated so bad like I was begging for accommodation. My flight arrived in early and I booked the hotel to get an early check in but the staffs were very discriminating. I was made to Stay out in the cold and the drizzling rains. All I wanted was a helpful human being to give me a place to shower and get some sleep after 2 days long travel not for free but I was to pay. 2nd a customer who was white was allowed to go in through the door but maybe because I did not look rich and wealthy enough I was not allowed to go in and wait until when I could check in. My heart was broken knowing that in this age and era human beings value money more than humanity I was not given an impression that I mattered to them at all I felt like I was begging and I was paying anyways.

The hotel was not the same as the pictures shown. It is right next to the airport aka the airplanes were so loud it was impossible to sleep. The hotel was very old and outdated we had to ask the staff for anything that seemed like a blanket because on the bed the blanket looked like a very thin curtain (just to compare ) for the price you get what you pay for overall I did feel safe the staff made up for the poor choice of the hotel we picked

The rooms were good for the price, but the “breakfast” was a cold store bought pastry, a banana, and coffee. I would hardly call that a breakfast. The staff were wonderful and attentive.

Bad cleaning since I found leftover food and milk in the fridge, amenities are old and mostly broken. The sheets are thin so I’m cold at night. Staff is not at the front desk and let me wait outside at midnight… feeling so terrible and no breakfast at all, only several snacks. I finally leave early and have breakfast somewhere. So bad impression of Seatle

The staff was excellent. I thought the beds were comfortable, the Air Cond. worked, TV worked (but not the remote), requested a hair dryer and was provided one. Breakfast consists of pre-packaged items, fruit, coffee & tea. The room(s) could use some updating and repairs.

Went to get breakfast approx 8 a.m. and they were out of food until next morning.

There is a street sign a block from the hotel "designated area of high prostitution activity". Google "Des Moines Prostitution sign" since I can't append a photo here.

Seemed to be a bad part of town. Lots of plane noise if that bothers you.

The hotel is pretty basic but for the cost well worth it. Room was clean. Sheets smelled good. Shower is for people who are shorter in stature. TV worked well. Had a fridge. Only complaint is the road it is on you can definitely hear all the traffic. Overall though. Had a good stay.

The air conditioning was great, friendly staff, got myself a free banana and cup of coffee every morning to start my day right, and they had pastries too, but my winter body said if i ate those for breakfast, ill be wearing sweats all summer, so fruit won.

Upon pulling into parking lot, I immediately regretted my booking, but it was non refundable. The room was acceptable but very dated. No phone to call front desk and no posted check out time. Practically no parking, I was concerned about theft or damage to my vehicle, people hanging around outside rooms with their doors open as well. Property appears to have a lot of less than savory people renting rooms as if it’s their residence.

Clean Black out drapes kept the light out Heater kept the room warm Noisy and loud customers coming and going most of the night. Not able to have a restful night. Second night was a bit better. Bed needed replacement, furniture was well used including the worn toilet seat. Visible water damage in the bathroom. No coffee maker or hair dryer. Shortage of linen. 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 facecloth for 2 people for 2 nights. Disabled spouse- no handicapped parking. No bars in the bathroom for safety. Anyone could fall in the tub, not just disabled.

Quite night Nothing

The bathroom had mold and the shelving they gave to put clothes was full of dust. Other than these things, the rest was all fine

Although it's a pretty basic place, it was perfectly adequate. The bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and in working condition, and it was surprisingly quiet. Also, the staff was very pleasant There really wasn't anything wrong. It's not a Ritz Carlton, but it didn't cost like a luxury hotel.

If you need a spacious, clean, quiet, affordable room to get some rest, then 5 star delivery for being exactly as it's advertised online. Free coffee, and light breakfast with really nice staff. I mean it's Pac Highway in SeaTac, not the Sheraton in Bellevue, but you could stay a week here, or a night there. So for what, and where it is, they rank higher in their class system of what and where and what it is. So yeah, it is what it is, and I had money left to order Domino's Pizza too.

The property itself is ‘painted over’…meaning, holes in doors are present but spackled and painted rather than being replaced. Sinks and tubs, while well cleaned, have rust spots, etc…However, for a budget stop when a plane arrives late and you just need a place to sleep—this place more than suffices. It was reasonably quiet and very clean and the beds were comfortable, if not luxurious. If you arrive really late at night, the parking lot is very full.

The Room was disgusting. The furniture was broke up and chipped all over. The bed was lumpy, wore down, & stained as were the sheets. The wall had holes and a brown unknown smear on it. The fridge and microwave was dated and old. The name Value says it all. Definitely low budget motel, not hotel.The color of the motel on it's ad is not even the color. I paid up-front for 2 day's but stayed none.

I have not been able to sleep late forever. Here sleep happens without any problem. The staff over does it for me but rhis is a longer term stay. They do have the best prices!

There were ants covering the microwave when we checked in, we discovered bed bugs in our room and were solely offered new bed sheets despite bed bugs being an issue with the mattress. We ended up leaving only 7 hours after being checked in and having to pay for a whole other hotel due to the lack of cleanliness of this location.

The staff were kind. The room seemed a bit worn down; the door did not seal well, so we heard whatever was happening on the patio at all times. Shuttle only runs from 3 - 11 pm, and not sure what time in the morning until 11; I wish it were more clear what the shuttle times were before I arrived, and also there was a shuttle fee that I did not know about. It was an alright stay, but definitely not the greatest.

Dresser was in terrible shape. Ambient noise from planes and other guests was quite loud. There were not enough blankets and after asking for another blanket, we were given one with scorch marks and burn holes. Needed to check out in the morning and there was no staff to check us out and no breakfast as promised. Overall, very disappointed. Room was clean though.

Filthy, poor accommodations. Grimey doors, wrinkled bedding, stairways appeared to be out of code, as they were sloped in a dangerous manner. Night staff told me they did not offer breakfast, even though the website said it did. It took 3 tires to find a room that did not stink. The exterior and front office are the only aspects that appear updated, which contradicts the room conditions. I'll never stay there again.

The picture shown on their website was nice and I got there and it was a DUMP..not even close to the picture....checked and got my room and stayed for about 15 minutes and left and went somewhere else....There was a chair pushed up against the fridge door and I moved it and fridge door flew off....place was an absolute JOKE !!

Stains on sink, shower, and sheets. No free breakfast as advertised (only coffee and bananas). Someone was arrested a few hotel doors down from me. Parking lot is small and I got stuck with the many cop cars blocking me in for hours. Wouldn’t recommend even for this budget price, police aside.

I brought some food back with me only to find the mini fridge doesn't work at all. Grrrrr....... Ok, I'll watch some tv before going to sleep. Nope, all I got was "no signal." I won't be coming back to this property. I guess you get what you pay for.

The parking was absolutely horrible. There was no where to park. I had to wait 45 minutes to park to be able to got to bed.

This is not a "high-end" motel, was not expecting much; just gonna catch an early flight next day. It was clean, (no bugs), staff was very courteous and accommodating however they charge $35 more if early check in, yet there were 10 + rooms readily available. Shuttle to AP was great!

This place was a total catfish. The room wasn’t dirty per se, but there was a rusted out hole in the sink, along with rusted spots in the shower. We ended up staying the night because it was 3am by the time we arrived after traveling. We cancelled the remainder of our reservation and found another place. The check in area is where we believe “breakfast” was, but it was coffee and a few types of pastries. Both women to help us were wonderful. The place itself needs some serious love and attention. We shouldn’t have a rusted out hole in the sink. A tetanus issue waiting to happen.

The front desk gal was very nice even though we showed up late. The room was spacious with very comfortable beds. Housekeeping does a great job, even folded the toilet paper like a peacock- Definitely recommend this pace !!!

everything was fine till we turned the TV on. The hotel and other surrounding hotels were left with no signal and the internet was in & out. We couldnt watch a movie or watch the news. We were told that it was temporary but the signal never came back while we were there. .This hotel and the surrounding hotels should be discounted for this inconvenience.

Overall it was the ok. Staff were nice. Check in took a while as nobody was manning the night window. Had to call yo get someone to come to window. Facilities are dated but overall was ok.

I'm grateful for availability at late hour checking in. Unfortunately about parking lot. At least staff was nice and pointed me where parking and it was last parking spot. I was worried because we are not handicapped, staff mentioned it's okay since they are no vacancy for rest of night. That's 5 star staff!

The room was clean but crowded - there was a small table and two chairs wedged between the window and one of the beds. The bathroom was interesting. The toilet seat was old and had wear spots on it. The door was wider than the space between the door frame and the bathroom counter - so a cutout in the door at counter level was their solution. The door wouldn't stay open unless it was wedged in place with the luggage rack. There were two sinks. On the left was a faucet that proved only a tiny stream of water and no water pressure. On the right, the faucet worked but hot or cold it squeaked. The beds crunched when you lay on them. Street noise and footsteps in the room above ours kept me awake Friday night. Our clothes needed pressing but we had to get an iron and "board" from the office. The iron was broken and had wires hanging out. It was not an ideal place to stay.

Breakfast is not included. No lids for the coffee cups, no towel bars in the room, one beat-up lamp. It feels this hotel skimped on everything they could.

Room was comfortable but the shower curtain does not close all the way on one end which made the floor really wet and one if the sinks had really slow drainage and the overfill hole had orange gunk coming out.

There was no attempt to clean our room or replace linens or towels while we were there. AC was barely functional. Place felt very old and wanting to fall apart. It would be convenient to the airport and wasn't dirty, but seemed like nothing worked. Fridge froze food even on the bottom shelf and the floor was slanted in the room. TV remote didn't work.

Upon entering the room, the smell that hit me was particularly concerning, it was like smelling a wet cat that smoked several packs of cigarettes. Upon entering the assigned room, I was deeply disturbed by its unhygienic state. The level of uncleanliness presented significant concerns, and a departure from the premises for a cleaner and more reputable establishment was necessary to ensure my health and safety. This departure was necessitated even after making an advance payment of $50.00. Given the unacceptable conditions of the room, a full refund of this amount is required. A prompt resolution to this matter is expected, and the refund should be processed within a reasonable timeframe. I intend to share my experience across various social media platforms to alert others to the conditions at the establishment. It is hoped that will take these concerns seriously and implement the necessary measures to improve its sanitation standards and guest experience.

The people and the service were okay; however, there was NO internet access and the TV remote did not work correctly! It looks like this place hacks into the SeaTac International Airport Internet Network because our "password" = Seattle Airport. Strange, very strange!

Got one bed instead of two and counter-person did not bother to find a solution. No customer sensitivity whatsoever.

Property was very outdated and trashy. Looking the rooms were very dirty, they had been clean, but the chairs had stains on them. The toilet seat needs changed. The bed didn't come with a blanket on it. So they had to give us a new room and in the new room. Same, chairs stained mattress was gross and had lots of yellow stains on it. When I went through your website and looked into pictures rooms and of the facility. It did not look like it did when we got there very deceiving. I wasn't gonna sleep on that mattress. So we had to go get an air mattress and blow it up. In order to be able to sleep and get new blankets and new pillows, so it cost me more to stay in that hotel than it should have been. And I will be wanting a refund.

Bed are not comfortable, old spring mattresses I wish I would’ve read reviews before booking. Got woken up by the sound of the upstairs room fighting to getting the cops called on them and having to wait over half an hour to get our room and their “manager” was rude and denied a refund but I checked out the next day because no way was I staying another night.

Breakfast was packaged Danishes. The room had ants crawling all over the tub and sink and when i called down to the desk the response was "umm ya what do u want me to do about it. I asked uf we could be moved and was advised there was no point as all the rooms had this problem.Then we went to attempt a bath and there was no plug. Celled again and was told "nope no plug shower or nothing"

You could hear everything that was happening outside. And in one of the room someone was smoking and there was a very strong smell of Marijuana. We did reported it to the front desk.

Like price, clean, exterior was maintained and bed sleep well. Not like noise level, room sink has 20 inch surface crack, furnishings lack of maintenance or need replaced, bathroom door knob hole to big and door is delaminating. No reading lamps. Shower has been patched so many times it looks like a palamino. Shower head was at 5 foot height.

Got in very late so called ahead and they made sure to save our room for us. The room is basic but it was immaculate, comfy bed and we walked to a nearby fast food place for breakfast. Call ahead to confirm shuttle service times.

I currently have a complaint with this venue. I chose not to stay at this very poorly kept facility.

The location was difficult to find the entrance because the trees blocked the signage and the picture of the hotel on the website doesn't match the current look of the building. The room had enough space, but the furniture is poorly built and functional. The desk were the TV stood on is slanted. There was a table and two chairs that barely fit in the room. There are two sinks but one had the water shut off because it drips and the other had clogged drainage. The shower didn't have much pressure. The front desk ladies were helpful and checking in/out was easy. The breakfast options were pastry, bananas and coffee.

Good place to stay if you are watching your money. It is an older motel and quite dated, but it is clean and the bed is comfy. If you are 5 star hotel people, don’t plan on booking here, but if you want a decent, cheaper place to spend the night, this will work. Our front desk person, Hannah, was very friendly and helpful!

First night, no parking was available, but the front desk offered another place to park.

The rooms were clean enough. The parking was awful. I had a fire in my home and lost everything. I ended up on this property and stayed here for just about 2 months. I booked usually a day or two at a time through Expedia. Although when the property would close the booking they could not accommodate me for the price that I had been paying and would charge me an exuberant amount to stay a day or two if they did not open up the booking for Expedia. I thought it was pretty ridiculous that they couldn't accommodate me and considering how I had given them my money for 2 months. The last week that I had stayed there I had gotten very sick and caught covid and the very last two days I was there they charged me $90 a night because even though I had been in the same room for 2 months they could not open up that booking to give me the price I had been paying all along. I thought it was ridiculous. I cleaned my own room when I was there I did not ask for housekeeping. I changed my own sheets. I swept my own floor and mopped my own floors. The whole time I was there housekeeping came in once to clean my toilet and that was all they did. Yes by my request, my point is is I just could not believe that this property could not accommodate me with the rate that I had been paying all along because they closed her booking or their specials on Expedia. It was ridiculous. I can understand if it was a four or five star hotel but it wasn't even close. It left a lot to be desired. In general.

Staff was amazing, but had to warm my food up in the main office and it was storming. There was not a thick blanket very thin! comfy bed, you can see inside the bathroom if doors open from a mirror on the wall and it was weird. Lady was smoking next door out of her door. The roads in the area were the worst! (i know that’s not their issue), i read the reviews and knew what i was walking into!

The Manager Tasha and her staff are very pleasant. It's a well run motel and I would recommend travelers looking for a good safe stay in a location near SeaTac Airport.

It good close for shopping

All the staff was very nice my entire stay. I was very pleased for sure! I also liked how my RV was locked up in the adjoining lot where it was extremely safe. We definitely will be visiting them again in the future im sue!!!

Parking is free; lot is narrow, so, not suitable for vehicles larger than a minivan.

Pretty okay.

Within seconds of stepping out of our car we were offered drugs and to party. The front desk lady said it’s fine and they were harmless. We get into our room and there is screaming and banging next door. My 3 year old was terrified. We decided to leave and went to go check out as a half naked woman came out of the room next door and pushed past us yelling and crying. The lady working the front said she was going to go check it out and didn’t even give us the time of day to tell her everything. Then proceed to got it the back of the building and meet up with some super sketchy dude. (Looked like a drug deal) it was the worst experience. It was a non smoking room with cigarette burns everywhere and smelt so bad.

Did not like having to pay an early check in fee to check in being at 2 pm and not 11am like a normal place. Had to pay for plastic utensils that I'm sure didn't cost anything to get and found a bed bug or some kind of strange insect in one of the beds.

Property is dated... but appears to be well taken care of.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The police were there when I arrived. I don’t know why but it was a little concerning. Neighborhood was a little sketchy. Check-in was accomplished through a little sliding security window. Not the environment I was expecting from how it was presented on Expedia.

The ladies working there were nice but the room itself was bad. There was a hole in the tub that kept leaking out into the floor and had been growing mold. We didnt notice until our 3rd day there. The room is old the beds are uncomfortable it smellled like smoke I recommend for a one night stay nothing more.

WA state is an open carry state, meaning that anyone can have a gun on them at any time. This place is clean and well-meaning but also in a sketchy neighborhood. Barging into a stranger's hotel room in the middle of the night could get a person killed.

For money i paid i got no comment about the stay. Initially felt sceptical after the comment in google but after i stay there tgere relatively felt safer n very close to the airport. Breakfast was so so with coffee,banana n pie.No issue with free parking.Stay there for 3nights n left all the valuable items there. Its very safe n queit too. Had a good rest n sleep.

Ridiculously loud cars sound like they are in your room. Towels were disgusting I did not feel comfortable even taking a shower. The only plus was the front desk girl when I checked in. I ended leaving the next morning to stay at the Sheraton 4 pointe. Dont waste you money.

The girl working overnight seemed to be a bit confused on the process and the lady checking us out in the morning was horrendous. She tried to take my $50 deposit by saying that the girl at night didn’t charge me for the deposit so I am good. She was speaking so fast and was trying to be clever and thought I wouldn’t be able to understand her but I made sure that she released my $50 refundable deposit as I showed her the transaction that I did. Good thing I used my credit card to pay for deposit coz I was able to show her the transaction. Would not at all recommend this to anyone. Very terrible customer experience.

Bedding blanket was very thin. Staff was very friendly.

Drilled hole marks in the dresser were in need of repair. Bathroom door had large gash taken out of it. I think with some minor repairs it could be a more enjoyable stay for the short term traveler.

Cockroaches came out at night in our room. Staff kindly moved us to another room without bugs but hotel was extremely noisy from road and airport.

Got there and i understand it’s an inn and are okay and aren’t a huge chain hotel but when we entered the room the previous room stayers trash was still in the room (which was completely full) along with their wet towels from their shower in the bathroom. Tried asking for new towels and was unable to obtain any after asking for them and waiting for over 2 hours and never receiving new towels. As well as under the cover there was still the previous stayers hair underneath the top cover blanket. We were only in town for a concert so we had to leave and after we got ready to leave we tried to ask for the room to be cleaned since we weren’t able to earlier due to needing to get ready to quickly leave again, we waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes due to a situation with other stayers we were told it was going to be another 10 minutes till a manger arrived to help with the people ahead of us due to our concerts we were unable to stay and therefore picked up blankets on the way back and just covered the bed so we were able to sleep due to how late we got back to our room that night.

Great price for 1 night. Room was everything we needed. Parking is hard to find there was a lot of cars but other than that I’d stay here again!

This hotel had comfortable beds but the table to sit at is not even accessible you have to jump get on the bed to get into chair then the other chair had to be pulled out to sit in. It does not fit so honestly no place to sit other than the beds. The listing says breakfast included. There is no breakfast they had coffee and bananas. That is so deceptive because I chose places with breakfast to save on my trip and ended up spending $38 on breakfast.

Parking was limited with no where to park during check in. Room was dingy and beds uncomfortable. Would not stay there again.

I like the property, but it can definitely use some renovation such as burned or overused spots on different surfaces, the bed made a lot of noise when I sat on it or move at all and more lights in the rooms. I rented a room here because it was affordable and close to the airport.

The condition was pretty bad. The mini fridge was leaking all over the floor. Even for a cheap motel it was pretty run down, in serious need of an overhaul to the room.

Was surprisingly quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. I have mobility issues and the woman at the front desk was very helpful and made sure I had a ground floor room..It was very appreciated.

It’s called Value Inn. I wasn’t expecting Holiday Inn. I needed beds and a shower and it wasn’t 250 per night. The location was ok but noisy. That’s not their fault. The AC worked great and I had hot water for my shower.

Room was clean and in good shape. No issues. Check in was quick and easy. Airport shuttle is NOT free. Basically the only reason I picked the place. But Uber worked well

It was a good stay only disappointing part was that our room didn’t have a mini fridge or microwave and we really needed it due to we were going hiking but front desk was really nice to let us put our food/water packs in there fridge .

First we noticed the bedside lamp was disconnected. There was no socket to plug it in. There was a table and 2 chairs that were stuffed btween the wall and bed. Plywood was messed up.
