    The front desk man (Indian man) told me he didn’t like my kind and threatened to call the cops because of my service dog that I mentioned while complaining of other issues to him. The dog was registered at check in. The room was absolutely filthy, pretty sure there was blood on the walls. I told the staff it didn’t seem to make any difference.

    The room and everything was dirty. The toilet seat had urine stain when I checked it. Pillows has perfume smell from previous residence. Sink counter tray had crumbs and dirt.

    Staff are incredibly nice, I just wish the experience was better. There was no continental breakfast: half of the appliances were off, barely any beverages, milk jugs were crusty and not labeled. Breakfast started at 6, and we were there at 7am. The AC/heating systems stunk the room when you turned them on. The tv remote and phone in the room were sticky. Our beds had hair and the bed sheets had questionable holes and brown stuff. Again, the room itself and the breakfast was a huge 0/5. We were considering whether to go to another hotel when we walked into the room…

    The breakfast was honestly the worst part of it all. Not many choices so I tried to go for cereal but one smell of the not labeled milk and it was definitely spoiled. There was also a sign trying to say to keep breakfast in the breakfast room which is weird to me. But I’ve had better breakfasts at cheaper places, this one was probably the worst.

    Upon arrival, there was a very strong urine odor in the room, especially in the bathroom. The smell was traced to the shower curtain. When we contacted the front desk to request a replacement, we were told no additional curtains were available and that the same one could be cleaned. Towels and bed linens were also visibly stained. While the front of the property appears well maintained, the rear of the hotel faces a run-down area. When the front parking lot is full, guests must park in the back. At night, there were individuals openly using drugs and engaging in suspicious activity in the rear parking lot, which made walking to and from the room feel unsafe. During our stay, housekeeping service was largely absent. Trash was not removed and towels were not replaced without repeated requests at the front desk. On one occasion, we were told towels might not be available. We were informed rooms are cleaned every third day; however, after five days, no housekeeping had occurred. The only service provided was the day before checkout, when trash and used towels were collected. For comparison, we moved to Motel 6, which was similarly priced, significantly cleaner, better lit, and felt much safer. We would not stay here again.

    Absolutely disgusting suite. Blood stains covered the mattress that looked like someone was actually killed. Super super bad. Dead mice in the hole in the jetted tub, bottle of KY jelly under the mattress. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Didn’t even stay left after seeing the condition.

    Jacuzzi tub was missing jets and had NO pressure, air intake for tub was broken and filled with black mold. Floor in shower was extremely slick and had hair all over the shower walls. I definitely will not be staying here again.

    We had a suite, with one chair, no couch or other seating. The continental breakfast.was terrible, fruit pass its prime, very limited choice for food, no OJ with a very poor tasting orange drink. Could hear loud noise in other rooms. Will not return here!

    I have to find out where i can share pictures... there were ants everywhere, including inside the sheets of my bed...a hair tie that didnt belong to me inside the the bed, tub was disgusting. I went down stairs to get new sheet to remake my bed he gave me the sheet that had been bought earlier that day and told me they were brand new..upon grabbing them and walking up stairs a stench of vinegar came from them my husband told me to go get new one again...thinking about it there wansnt enough time to unpack, wash, dry and fold all the sheets..I asked the front desk guy if these were washed he said yes and I said what happened was they were sprayed with vinegar after fluffing them up in the dryer straight from the box. Staff was weird. Especially the breakfast guy..he was talking about how much he looks alot young than 53. He kept creeping on my kids too touched my 5 year old daughters hair twice. Unfortunately I chose this hotel because it was okay priced because we drive up the night before our cruise. I would never stay there again.

    I have stayed at other Red Lion locations and have never been in such dirty room before. This is substandard to Red Lion. Dirt is on the curtains, walls, TV, bathroom. Bathroom celing has mold on it! To close door to the bathroom you need to stand in the tub?! This is how tiny it is. Paint is peeling everywhere! Bed is so hard i felt as if i layed on layer of bricks.Outside is not safe and dirty! They should have inspector come in to close them down! I cannot believe they charged me so much as $130 for the night. I got pictures to show what is going on there.

    Back in the day, this was called Garden Inn. It was funky and run down then. I think they changed the carpet into vinyl and that's it. I was surprised, being under the Red Lion name and thought they'd do more than that. It still has old cigarette burns on the edge of the tub. lol There were ants and some other things, but overall was OK.. the people were nice.

    A handicap accessible room not truly accessible. Grab bars present in bathroom, but unable to access shower since it was a tub over shower. The blanket on the bed had a huge hole in it. The continental breakfast was marginal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was not the quality I expect from Red Lion.

    The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. It was fun hanging out with them, chatting, and getting to know them. They made the stay 100% worth while! My only complaint is the room was filled with ants. The bed was comfortable and cleaning staff did a good job of keeping the rooms and building clean (minus the infestation of ants).

    I had a terrible stay in the hotel I had been in previous to this one. I was very apprehensive when I checked in, but the person who checked me in was efficient and friendly. I was so relieved when I got to the room. It was spacious, super clean, and exactly what I needed. Not only did it feel great after the prior hotel, it was great on its own. Every interaction I had with staff was fantastic. The soap that came in the room even smelled good. I will def be back.

    I had just checked in and someone entered my room wearing blue medical gloves while I was just getting out of the bathroom. No second lock is on the inside of the door. Place looks like somewhere people go to die. Otherwise the front desk was very accommodating and apologetic. While it may be great place to stay for others, I did not feel safe. Received a a full refund with no issues.

    We checked in to a room that wasn't what we ordered. We needed 2 beds but got one with a pull out. When we opened the pull out bed it had so many crumbs and and a used plastic spoon. Like it hadnt been cleaned for god only knows when. When we asked for linens for the pull out, we got blankets with several cigarette burns. When we checked out, people were calling the ambulance due to an overdose. When we got to our car, people were working on their vehicle - like actual mechanical work. This place is ghetto and disgusting, and unsafe. Spend a tiny bit more and go anywhere else. Would have left but it was after midnight and we were exhausted.

    The staff at the property wear so kind and caring! They wear friendly and always had a smile. They wear extremely helpful. The rooms wear clean and amazing!     Check in was good the man was friendly, but did not look professional. The area is has homeless, weird people all around. The hotel is not in best conditions seem like the room we stayed had party day before and they forgot to take down tacts that were ues to put streamers on ceiling, bathroom was dirty, lamps have rust all around. Had no smoking signs, but ss soon as you walk in all it smelled like was cigar smell. The room next to me seemed like they didn't sleep all night up arguing in and out of room through out the night. I would NEVER stay here again

    Very dirty room with the floor clearly not being vacuumed shown by hair all over the floor. Bed sheets also had hair on them when comforter pulled back.     Unsafe is the best word to describe this location. I was so disappointed and shocked this was a Red Lion location! I couldn't sleep due to fear and the noise you could hear on every floor. The front desk associate acted like he couldn't care less about our stay or safety. We couldn't get in our room with the keys for 10 minutes and he had to come help, not so willingly. There were crowds of people smoking in the parking lot and they looked like they'd seen better days. There was dog poop everywhere outside. The TV on the room didn't work. It was awful!

    Never again. This place was as seedy as it gets. Checked into our room and it smelled horrible like cigarettes. So bad I went back to the desk and switched rooms. Second room didn’t smell like cigarettes and seemed cleaner but there was no ice bucket liner and the tissue dispenser was empty. One of the two keys didn’t work. The parking lot was covered in garbage and where we had to park behind the hotel had homeless and obviously drug addicts hanging out. Looked like crack central. The evening was horrible as there were cars with load rap music blaring outside and people talking and yelling and then the motorcycles started to rev there engines up and down at 2:00 in the morning. Did not feel safe with my wife and son here at all but we just stayed locked in our room until we left early the next morning. The room was non refundable and we checked in later so decided to just ride it out. Beware of this place at all costs.

    The staff was friendly. Door handle was broken and called down to get it fixed. It never did get fixed. Breakfast was very limited. There were some shady looking characters in the area. Wasn’t a terrible experience. A few tweaks and it would’ve made a huge difference

    Room was small but very clean and I found. No issues enjoying a good night of sleep. Street can be noisy I imagine if you are on the street but I was back offthe street so very good.

    There was no security measures in the room beyond a deadbolt. The usual hydraulic bar was gone, and there was no bar latch across the door. The parking in the back often had a bunch of people just sitting in their cars smoking. Our room door handle also was barely functional

    The hotel clerk Jamie was great, super helpful. The room unfortunately was dirty. The floor was not mopped, there was hair in the towels, the towels stained, the bed sheets and blanket was covered in stains. The hallway smelled like old cigarette smoke, thankfully our room didn’t. We wouldn’t stay here again, the whole hotel needs a renovation and good clean.

    Once again, you get what you pay for. Linens were clean. Room smelled like pot. There were crackpot burn stains on floor and tub. The toilet had, lets say, fluids left behind from precious guests dried on the seat and back of lid. Floors were damaged and trip hazard from lifted floor planks. Didnt even want to sit my luggage on the chair.

    No one was there to check me in, the key didn’t work, the tv was broken, the room was hot and A/C was off. Just terrible all around.

    No one at the front desk - we waited for an hour. It is now 9 PM. We will need to find another hotel. I have never seen this before- I need to have a refund through Expedia.
