Nice average property. Good location to walk to marina.

Staff not helpful. Waited more than 10 minutes at checking before someone showed up.
- 5/5
My flight was delayed and I arrived late. The staff was very helpful and accommodating with my late arrival.
- 4/5
Easy check in. Clean, spacious room. Not the most up to date, but clean & comfortable. Continental breakfast was adequate, as advertised. Would stay again.
- 3/5
The staff was helpful with a late check in. Not as clean as I prefer and it is definitely an older hotel. Our room was huge, so that was a nice bonus.

Awesome

This was a nice stay. I was bringing my sister to the airport for and early flight, live 3 hours away and didn’t want to do the whole drive at once. The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. We walked to the waterfront for dinner and it took less than 15 minutes. The breakfast had waffles, pastries, bagels, and yogurt. There is a small convenience store across the street and 2 sports bars nearby.
- 5/5
My husband had to go to a hospital while we were staying. They helped me out to extending my stay. Great location and many nice restaurants too
- 5/5
Nice clean rooms, helpful staff.

Breakfast was meh! The orange juice pot was empty. Nobody was around to refill. We were there within a half hour of breakfast time opening. Waffles were good.
- 5/5
Best one in the book 📖
- 3/5
We rented the room for 4 and not enough towels. Staff was available and was able to grab some down stairs, no issues. Didn't have breakfast as the area smaller than expected. Very close to Marina, very walkable.
- 5/5
Todo está muy bien, no se da desayuno pero hay café y té en áreas comunes y habitaciones. En la zona se ve bastante gente de la calle.

great hotel, just need a better continental breakfast

nice neighborhood, park is close by. Friendly staff.
- 4/5
For the price its what I expected. Dated furnishings, a toilet valve that needed a little jiggling. They had a very limited continental breakfast. The location was a nice convenient suburban city. Great seaside park within a 5 min walk. Close to airport. Decent restaurants close by. I'd stay again but don't expect too much
- 5/5
Clean property, could use some updating but large spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff a big plus.

Clean, functional property

Parking was plentiful, staff were helpful and the surrounding area is beautiful. Beach nearby. The room was large and clean.

Superb
- 3/5
Older property but big rooms and clean place. Plenty of parking in the heart of Des Moines. It’s a great budget hotel with great places and options for restaurants and beach walks off the marina. You are also very close to SeaTac Airport.
- 5/5
The rooms are big and very clean.
- 3/5
Overall disappointing, just to many excuses given.
- 5/5
The beach was down the street, breakfast from 7am-9am. The building was so cute and old fashioned. The room was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful of the water

The bed in 119 needs to be replaced. The floor would’ve almost been more comfortable

Parking was nice and easy. Close to a few restaurants and stores, no need to drive. Breakfast was ok, would have liked better juice options

Unless you are a client looking for a high end hotel with the newest of amenities, room service and awesome views, with sky high nightly rates to match, this hotel is NOT for you. If you want a clean, quiet, well maintained older property with likewise amenities and furniture......although the kink size bed I stayed in was firm and very comfortable you will like the hotel. The rooms are quite large. There is also night life just around the corner, ie. sports bar, restaurants, etc. You are only a block away from the marina. They do offer a breakfast, but I did not try it. My guess is it is pretty basic. The parking was free and at the time I had no problem finding space. I suppose depending on the time of year, I found the rate very reasonable.
- 4.5/5
Easy check-in, convenient to SeaTac. Room has plenty of space, did not feel like I was tripping over my friend when moving around. Street noise, band play loud music across the street into late into the night.

This place is budget and good for solo travelers so it’s not grand by any means. The place is in need of an update. The lamps are hard to turn on. There is no privacy curtain so you can’t open it to get any light in the room so you have to be clothed to even open. The lights are dingy and yellow. The wall heating and cooling unit is difficult to operate. The beds were too bouncy and the pillows are not great. The towels provided are super thin, small, and scratchy. The place just felt old and stuffy. There was hair in the bathroom and it didn’t feel clean. Like I said it’s budget but still by far not the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. Oh and the door is hard to lock and isn’t sealed well so once closed you can see outside light from the hallway all around the door not to mention noise travels in since there is no seal. It’s in a great location with plenty of places to eat and drink. Near Des Moines marina. Easy to get to from the airport. The staff were friendly.
- 5/5
staff was beyond amazing and kind to me and my friends, even helped my friend with his car when we needed it and let us leave it there till we got the chance to get it fixed. AMAZING OVERALL, will return!!

This is more of a motel than a hotel. It was clean and quiet. No construction going on during our stay. Airport is not to far away so planes do fly over but it was never an issue as far as noise in the room. “Continental breakfast is super basic. Some fruit, bagels, yogurt, packaged pastries and waffle maker but there was never waffle mix during our stay. We stood 4 nights and the first 3 nights the towels were replaced in the bathroom but the beds weren’t made. On the 4th day we came back to made beds. Not sure if that’s part of their policy. All in all I enjoyed the stay because of the town it’s in, Des Moines. It’s small, quaint, quiet town that moves at a slower pace with a beautiful marina that is walking distance from the property.
- 1/5
The overall observation is cheap and outdated. I get it, it’s an old hotel. But the owners seem to go out of the way to cheap out on every possible opportunity. The only positive experience was the maids doing a good job cleaning my room and replacing the towels.
- 5/5
Awesome location quiet peaceful Clean and friendly
- 5/5
Whenever I am in Seattle, this is the place I stay. It is on the quiet street, near the ocean, restaurants (there are many one street over), and SEA TAC airport. The room is big and clean. The bed is very comfortable. Easy check in. Enough parking spaces. Simple but adequate breakfast offered. Room's amenities are sufficient for my needs. I wish I could travel with my dog.. This place does not allow any pets.

We loved the location of this property. There were so many coffee shops, sports bars, restaurants and a beautiful marina and pier within walking distance. The hotel is quiet and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. They serve a simple breakfast with waffles, bagels, pastries, fresh fruit and yogurt. If the hotel would add peanut butter it would a great and simple addition for us vegans. The area around the hotel is also clean and safe. The Marina area has so many great places to sit including the “Quarterdeck” that serves coffee, tea, wine and beer and a few sandwiches. There are plenty of benches and picnic tables around the Marina area. There is also a small park that is up hill and overlooking the Marina and sound. The Des Moines Creek trail starts from the parking lot which is great for walking and biking.
- 4/5
The property is extremely clean and safe safe and the location is is superb being close to the marina, close to Food, close to Anthony's Seaport for dinner. Just be aware that accommodations are Spartan in simplicity, but each room appears to have brand new everything including widescreen TVs. I don't recall a clock radio, but there was a phone. The first floor rooms are too high to crawl into if you leave the windows open at night to get a sea breeze, and the crime rate in Des Moines is extremely low anyway. I would stay there again, but I had to go buy pillows at Costco because their pillows are hard and we left the room opened to air out because I didn't like the room air freshener they use after cleaning the rooms. The AC heater work perfectly so upon checking in I would suggest you bring your own pillows and open the windows to air out the room air freshener. Other than that, I will stay there again simply because the location is that great.
- 3/5
price was great. motel was quiet. parking lot quiet. room was large. the breakfast was awful. not even the bananas were fresh. room was clean but smelled strongly like some weird orange cleaner. it was overpowering. towels were paper thin and tiny. beds were hard. overall decent...when considering the price.
- 1/5
Porch door in the room didn’t lock. Dingy halls and lobby. Bed was comfy.
- 4/5
The front desk staff was great- very friendly. The room set up was great and very spacious. The bathroom was a bit rough but not dirty or anything. I only give it lower marks for the bed- it was awful to me (my daughter had no issues with it). It hurt my hips and my back- I couldn't get comfortable in any position or spot on the bed. Fix the bed and it would be excellent across the board.
- 5/5
Overall, very nice place to stay. I plan to go back soon. If i could make one recommendation it would be maybe upgrading the linens and towels. However, they are still usable.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Very nice clean room for the price the towels could use an upgrade close to restaurants and the waterfront
- 5/5
Very clean property Pleasant staff
- 5/5
Great location. Food, bars, walks, views.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Staff was friendly, room was clean. Furniture was old and slightly damaged. Beds were decent, we only had 1 pillow each though.
- 2/5
When making the reservation I requested a 1st floor room close to the middle door. Why?? Because I'm borderline handicap and stairs and I don't get along very well. At checkin I was told they had no 1st floor rooms and I had to take a 2nd floor room instead. I explained the situation the front desk person but it fell on deaf ears.
- 3/5
Better option for breakfast especially on the weekend. Other hotel has biscuit and hravy on weekdays aside from cereals, fruits and pastry. On weekend they have eggs and sausage asnd waffles on top of cereals, coffee, juices
- 5/5
Clean and quiet.
- 4/5

the room was clean and quiet. great location.
- 5/5
Very clean, newly updated, great location, lade at frontvdesk who greeted me was very sweet and welcoming for a late check-in.
- 4/5
It is a nice place. The beds and pillows were awesome! The rooms are outdated but as they are clean.
- 1/5
Could not find address
- 3/5
Stay was ok. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff nice. Property is older and a bit dated. Has ice machine but no vending machine (husband wanted a soft drink). Convenient to airport, which is why we chose it for ourvlasy night in WA before flying home.
- 4/5
We are repeat customers and the location is good for us. Nice and quiet. We would prefer a first floor and did not feel any effort was made to accommodate that request. The breakfast is not much and mostly carbs that isn’t good for my diet. The room was clean and the area feels safe.
- 4/5
The best thing was that it was quiet. It is very basic, nothing special, but i wanted some peace and quiet and I got that.
- 5/5
yes, spotless room and very nice staff. totally pleased
- 5/5
Nice spot near my home in Des Moines where my parents could rest comfortably and privately on their visit for Christmas. This is my local go-to spot for out-of-town guests when I don’t have enough room at my home. Thank you!
- 5/5
My room was always spotless every day they gave me clean towels
- 5/5
Everything was working well and it was nice and quiet.
- 4/5
Walking distance to the Marina and Red Robin. Perfect for an overnight getaway. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great location, clean, resaonably priced, and nice front desk staff.
- 4/5
It's generally good. The addition of a new lift during the remodel was a positive change.
- 5/5
VERY PLEASED.
- 4/5
Heater was very noisy.
- 1/5
There was a toxic mildew cleaner smell in the hall and the bathroom of my room. I had to keep the window open all night to get fresh air even with cold and safety concerns. Also, the pillows are rock hard and extremely thick. I almost bought a new pillow for my second night (since I had booked 2) but instead used a sweatshirt as a pillow.
- 2/5
First room had not been cleaned ! Second one looked like it had mold on the ceiling
- 3/5
There was black mold on the shower ceiling. And no eggs offered with the continental breakfast. Other then that it was quiet and the staff were lovely
- 5/5
Large comfortable & clean room. Area was quiet which meant an excellent night rest.
- 4/5
Nice little motel. Cute seaside theme. They let us check in early to make room in our car for family. Clean and weellept.
- 5/5
Hotel was very clean and quiet. Comfortable. I really loved the hardwood floors. Front desk staff was all really nice too.
- 4/5
staff were friendly. Room was clean. Contruction was going on.
- 5/5
Quiet, Clean, Safe. The sauna was an unexpected surprise, it's next to the guest laundry.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and staff very respectful and friendly.
- 3/5
would stay there again for the convince of location. Within walking distance of some great places
- 5/5
The room was very clean and there was plenty of bedding, normally going to hotels theres just a sheet or something. Not here, they had full bedding and great accommodations. The staff was very nice and helpful too!
- 3/5
Overall it was an ok stay. Bed frame squeaks, walls are thin, appliances can definitely use an update along with the rooms. Breakfast was good and simple. Staff were nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Staff helpful
- 4/5
Housekeeping was excellent
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff.

Clean room, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Could be updated but nice and quiet
- 5/5
Rooms smell clean & look nice. The staff was super kind, despite our late arrival.
- 5/5
I stay at least once a week for work and this place is always the best. Fast check in, clean rooms, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Plenty of parking spaces
- 5/5
Great little boutique hotel in a lovely small walkable area by the water
- 5/5
Great customer service and excellent price. Good value!
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. The towels and bedding okay but not great. Breakfast was adequate. Best part was location -easy walk to the Des Moines Marina. Enjoyable way to start the day!
- 4/5
Plenty of free parking. Location was convenient to SeaTac. Several food options nearby. Breakfast was uneventful but maybe it was off season.
- 5/5
I would stay here again. Easy freeway and back roads to Downtown Seattle.
- 5/5
It was a very nice hotel. We did have to get our room keys remade every night. But other than it it was very nice
- 3/5
Continental breakfast was ok-waffle maker, yogurt and some off brand cinnamon rolls in packaging. Room itself was average. As for staff, that's what was the worst. We waited over 20 minutes to get checked in because no one was up at the desk. The front desk guy then showed up out of what looked to be a guest room right above the lobby and saw several of us standing there and never apologized to any of us. He was very rude. He never gave us details for Wi-Fi or took our vehicle info either. The lady the next morning was better but not by much. I would recommend here as a last resort motel option
- 3/5
Bathroom had hair around and was dirty. Check-in agent didn’t bother to get off a personal phone call
- 5/5
Got in late, friendly helpful and smooth check inn, large clean room
- 3/5
The floor was so sticky and duty our clean bare feet was became black and dirty after walking on them. Sheets were clean, bed was fairly comfortable, but the pillows were very comfortable. Towels were clean and abundant. Refrigerator froze everything. Hair dryer did not work but they gave us another one. Very small bathroom. Remodeled older hotel.
- 5/5
Pleasant experience. Near the beach, nature trail, farmers market. Enjoyed the stay.
- 4/5
Cleaning detergent was very strong when we entered the room but it was clean and conveniently located!
- 5/5
Clean room.
- 4/5
Nice area, clean rooms and ample parking. Location down from the harbor...nice view. Walked to the restaurant.
- 5/5
easy access..lots of food chices?safe and quiet
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean and remodeled with laminate flooring which we consider to be a cleaner surface than carpet.
- 2/5
The hotel rooms are heavily dosed with a very strong perfume or cleaning product or something. It was so strong that it woke me up several times at night when i shifted just enough to get a stronger whiff of the strong fragrance. The rooms have zero noise cancellation. We could hear footsteps walking down the hall from the lobby all the way to our room. we were located ... 50-100 yards from the lobby. We heard everything at all times in our room from any noise anywhere in the hotel. The beds were poor quality. I could feel all of the springs in the bed. I am 5.10 at 170lbs. Our stay should have been in the $60/night price range for the experience we had.
- 5/5
Room was clean and spacious. Front desk attendant was courteous. Location is walking distance from the water. We enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
Cleanest hotel I have stayed at in a long time.
- 5/5
No decent coffee in lobby or nearby.
- 2/5
This plae was relatively cheap but certainly not cheerful and I wouldn't return. The coffee machine in the room still had a used coffee bag in it and when I tried to make a coffee I just got light brown water (possible an error on my part). The wifi didn't stretch too Room 119 which was irritating as I then had to get dressed agan to go down to reception to get wifi signal so I could check in for my flight. The breakfast offering was poor, we even had our own tea, cereal and milk but there were no bowls (we did ask). Wasn't expecting luxury and I expected it to be dated but this wasn't good and slightly depressing.
- 5/5
It suited our purpose being close to airport.
- 2/5
Noisy refrigerator, load neighbor and poor shower.
- 3/5
We arrived at 8pm and had to wait at least five minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. Rooms had an overpowering cleaning products scent to them. Coffee in rooms was terrible. Bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
Friendly check-in agent. The room was clean and much larger than anticipated. Great experience.
- 4/5
I find the property nice and clean with continental breakfast included. Overall is more than expected with this budget inn.
- 5/5
Clean, nice and friendly
- 5/5
I stay once a week and everything is always perfect!
- 3/5
Good hotel close to airport and quick drive to Seattle. Clean hotel, lobby remodeled but rooms could use up date. Beach a few blocks away. Continental breakfast no real protein just cook your own waffles and yogurt. Fine place to rest your head nothing fancy.
- 5/5
Just a perfect location and enjoyable stay.
- 4/5
Close to SEATAC. Wonderful location, lots of dining options. Place didn't look like much when we arrived, but we were very happy. Comfortable room, nice people, excellent location
- 3/5
Coffee -was- available early as part of the continental breakfast, but who wants to stumble down the hall first thing in the morning. Wanted to ask staff, but they were invisible Other than that, decent stay, decent location
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
As advertised. Handrails were sticky, and furniture was somewhat threadbare. Generally, the room was clean. For the price, it was worth it—not luxury, but adequate.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 4/5
Bed was not comfortable
- 5/5
This was a great stay for the price. Close to the airport and walkable to restaurants and a great sunset over the water.
- 4/5
The room was very clean if a little dated.
- 4/5
Always an easy check in a great quite place to stay
- 5/5
Cute, clean and cozy hotel not far from the airport. Very limited breakfast though.
- 3/5
Vibe not great at checkin, and the hotels one side rules and restrictions added to negative vibe. Breakfast not even jelly. Room micro opens door when unplugged and refrig doesn’t freeze overnight. Next time we’ll stay elsewhere.
- 5/5
Highly recommended.
- 5/5
Everything
- 5/5
Great place
- 3/5
No one at the front desk on multiple occasions. No elevator- had to drag heavy suitcases up a flight of stairs. Room was clean, AC worked well, close proximity to airport.
- 3/5
No soundproofing. Could clearly hear every step of guests on floor above me all night long in addition to every time toilet was flushed. Had ants in my bathroom.
- 5/5
Gotta get an Elevator
- 3/5
Bed was just OK, the pillows were terrible. Completely inflexible. The room was quite shabby. The hallways were noisy. The breakfast was very unremarkable continental breakfast. The restaurants nearby were fantastic and it’s a short walk to the water. It was adequate for what we wanted, but Not a comfortable place, particularly.
- 3/5
Good value for cost. Has minimal breakfast choices. Coffee not always available with only one regular in room. Strong smell from disinfectant spray in room.
- 5/5
Very clean and within walking distance to several restaurants.
- 4/5
Recently remodeled clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Nice short walk to marina. Also a nice sports bar close by
- 5/5
Perfect spot to stay close to the airport. Clean and comfortable. Not fancy, but updated and tasteful.
- 5/5
Everything
- 3/5
Continental breakfast was a little lacking. But otherwise sufficient stay.
- 3/5
The staff at checkin wasn’t straight rude but definitely not friendly. The overall appearance looked of remodel not quite done right, tape on the floor, patches showing and painted over, etc. And the cameras everywhere made it feel like it was not a good part of town, which the beachfront area of Des Moines is definitely not a bad area. And the bed…I think I would have rather slept on a cot. For the amount of good reviews this place has gotten, very disappointing
- 5/5
Clean rooms,
- 4/5
Fairly newly renovated. One block from puget sound bay. The Breakfast was very limited because it was continental. Planes would go over frequently but you never heard them in the inn. Convenient small grocery store across the street. The inn had it's own free private parking. Very little traffic. Staff was great. Great value and budget minded so don't expect high quality sheets and towels. They had one coin washer and dryer for laundry. 2 story building with no elevator so if stairs are an issue you need to request a 1st floor room. Only one luggage cart dolly available. Overall we would stay there again.
- 5/5
Great location near SeaTac airport away from the noise and only a 15 minute drive.
- 4/5
This room was the largest of our 10 nights on vacation. We loved having this extra space because we were preparing to fly the next day. I liked the various lighting options in the room and the separate counter with extra sink for food and beverage prep! Two blocks from the Pugent Sound with overlooks that was nice to walk to. Biggest disappointment was the breakfast, which was minimal with a bunch of carbs and yogurt cups and no one really staffing it. Fortunately we had food to eat in our room. Staff wasn't the most friendly of the 3 ppl we saw. If you get a room on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator.
- 4/5
Charming clean property. Advertised with breakfast included but there was only coffee.
- 1/5
My terrible experience starts from the check-in. The lady at the front desk was like, why I'm there at 11 pm. She didn't want to answer any questions I have about the property amenities. I asked her that do you have any drinking water here or a vending machine. And she said you can check over there by the breakfast station but I don’t know. How do you not know? You work there. She was very rude and showed me an attitude for asking questions. I found the vending machine and I put money in it. But everything was sold out. It won't give me my money back either. If everything is sold out then why didn't you put a sign there or just turn it off. There were long hair on my bed sheets and even on the towels. They were dirty. It was a terrible experience staying at this hotel.
- 4/5
The location was the best.
- 4/5
Nice room for the price. Beds were comfortable and the room was a little bigger than most. Our room had a fairly strong smell of cleaning product.
- 5/5
Comfortable bed and property seemed that it was kept up well
- 5/5
Huge room. Favourite motel of 4 we stayed in over our trip. Great, quiet part of town. Close to food and the water. Easy highway access to get to Seattle.
- 5/5
Clean, very quiet, decent food within a short walk
- 5/5
Good location, clean, good eatery choices
- 5/5
Thank you for everything
- 4/5
The Marina is located in a good place, and you can’t beat the price. Both the room and bathroom were clean and the bed was good. Know that this is not a luxury stay—furniture and decor are worn, BUT the price and location are a draw. We walked to the marina and area coffee shops and restaurants. We slept well. Avoided breakfast-very few tables and even fewer options of just waffles, yogurt and sweet danish. Would stay here again, but I don’t need luxury.
- 3/5
Fresh paint and flooring. However, wastebasket in room was still full. Bath gel container was empty. Continental breakfast was pretty skimpy. Cheap plastic forks and knives. Towels in room were small and thin. When we checked in there was a nasty industrial, disinfectant smell in lobby, halls, and room that burned my nostrils
- 5/5
Very nice hotel not far from the airport. Great location for my family.
- 5/5
Love how this inn is so close to the marina. So many places to eat around the area within walking distance. Housekeeping staff make sure room is clean. Breakfast is average.
- 5/5
Nice one night stay. Walkable to a few restaurants and the marina/pier. Easy drive to the airport the following morning.
- 4/5
Nice property near shops and restaurants.
- 4/5
This is our 2nd time staying here. Walking distance to the Marina. Safe, very clean and close to the airport . Definitely, will stay 3rd time.
- 5/5
Great value!
- 3/5
Sketchy area.
- 5/5
No frills but Great location, parking, safe and clean. Friendly staff. Will return.

It was good enough when I stayed alone a year ago. This time I was with my mom and sister, so we ran into an issue with towels. We shower daily, which means 3 towels daily. This was a struggle since apparently the hotel has a limited amount of towels. This is one of the reasons I dislike AirBNBs - limited towels. Yes, I'm aware it's a 3 star hotel, but, towels are a basic expectation for me.

Easy late night Check-in.

We booked for 2 nights but couldn't stay. We had requested a room with two beds. When we first checked in, we got to the room it was a single king bed, which was not enough for three adults. The man at the desk apologized and we get another room. We go in and there are ants all over the place. Nope. Back to the desk, gave them another try. We get to the third room, and the bathroom floor was filthy. I'm sorry, but we gave them 3 chances. Fortunately, we were able to book elsewhere last minute and requested a refund. We hope that happens.

Room smelled from overypowering deodorizing. Bed & pillows very uncomfortable. Skimpy bedding & no extra blankets. Do not recommend the Marina Inn nor would I ever stay there again.

We came in late and were greeted warmly. We had a great room and used the sauna while we were there. If we come in town again we will choose to stay there.

The room was large, clean and quiet. Close to services. And a few blocks from the water. Reasonable driving distance from DT sites.

Nice place to stay with very good restaurants nearby

Close to the bay, but you can hear everything in the hallway. Doors are almost hollow

A bad choice by us. Smell of disinfectant in our room. Found a full baby bottle on top of the refrigerator. Fridge was not plugged in. The hdmi 3 not connected. I called the front desk and asked them to tell the manager. Ice machine upstairs and no elevator. Ran out of coffee 9 am. No seating area.

Since one cannot bring breakfast food to your room, a MUCH larger space for breakfast is needed!!

Lovely little motel in a cute little seaside town. But 9 stars???? Seriously? I've stayed in 9 star places that are glorious buildings with tremendous service. This is a little motel. 9 stars is an insane rating. A fair rating would be 7. I mean, it is what it is. You aren't going to get a Ritz Carlton place for McDonald's money. My problem isnt with this motel, it's with hotels.com's grossly inflated unrealistic rating. I used to have a cutoff of no lower than 7 stars, but it appears 9 is the new 7 here.

Our check in went great. Lady at the counter was helpful in getting us two rooms on the first floor, provided information on places to have dinner. Free breakfast was simple but fine, fruit, yogurt, waffles. A choice of cereal would have been nice. This is not the Hilton, but served our needs and I would stay here again. It was about 20 minutes from the airport in rush hour.

The bed was hard as rock… the floor was really dirty, you would need to wear sandals to walk around in the room, otherwise, you have black feet… it’s gross. The facility was in somewhat like a beat down stage… not as good as what other people reviewed. The towels were super thin and small too… hair was on towels and bed. Make sure to check the towels… some blood on some towels too on the first day we went in … anyways not staying there again …

It was a great place to stay near family.

I couldn't give an "excellent" rating as it isn't right ON the marina, as photos somewhat indicate. And, the walking area isn't great for eateries, etc. BUT, the hotel itself is very nice, and the marina was beautiful.

When I checked in the room still had moldy coffee in the coffee pot. Went downstairs and showed to staff, was given a different room, the next night I went back to my room and my coffee pot wasn’t emptied or new service items added. The morning breakfast had pastry that had an expire date of May 2025. I shows to staff and they said oops. Just was not attention to what was happening. Great area, sad hotel.
