I had to get a different hotel at 11p.m. and walked there - dead-tired and with luggage in tow. So I paid for two places for the first night.

The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport at 1am and at 4am was extremely helpful.

Staff was very friendly - let me check in a little early. Room was very clean and reasonably comfortable. breakfast was ok- nothing to write home about, pretty standard. Free shuttle to and from airport was super convenient and fast. Would recommended to anyone needing to be close to airport

The mattresses need to be replaced! They were not comfortable at all. The staff was nice. I ask for my bathroom to be cleaned. That never happened. No breakfast meat. Over all they were very clean. And that I appreciated.

Loud, noises from neighboring rooms and parking lot late, and loud noise from construction vehicles across the street from early morning. Breakfast was low quality.

I'm handicapped can't walk up or down stairs. They don't have an elevator. They charge extra for a shuttle to the airport. I had to book another hotel and I paid for hotel for nothing thanks to your no refunds policy. I would never have booked this hotel had I known they were not ADA compliant If I had just not booked it in the first place. After being ripped by booking.com I will never book thru you ever again. I am letting EVERYONE I know about my experience.
