This hotel is very clean and updated. Great location near airport and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent. Best hotel breakfast I have ever had. The omelets were outstanding. Many hot options in addition to the usual breads, cold cereals and yogurts.

Also, the cook never showed so no food on site. The fill in bartender was sweet, but did not know how to make any of their signature drinks. Okay for an overnight stay, but definitely lacking in several areas

Welcomed by shuttle staff at the airport, the stay was off to a great start before arriving on the property. Once there, April was welcoming and helpful each day she was on site. When we walked in it was no hello how are you it was can I see your ID? No smile. We felt gross right when we walked inside. The room was disgusting, I stayed at a Tru in Nashville so I thought this would be similar. The room had a sour smell, blood on the pillow case, I couldn’t call the front desk from our room. I highly do not recommend. The only great thing was the airport shuttle.

We only stayed one night, but it was quite relaxing. The property was clean, had a great shower, and just enough storage and necessities. But the breakfast was a nice surprise.; not just carbs and junk, but actual hot food. We will definitely look at another TRU to stay at in the future.

I was disappointed with my stay at Tru Hotel due to several issues that made my business trip unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient. Prior to arrival, I requested shuttle service through my reservation and even called the day before to confirm the pickup details with the front desk. I was assured the shuttle would be available and was told exactly where to wait at the airport. Unfortunately, no shuttle ever arrived. After waiting for over an hour and contacting reservations for assistance, I was informed they were unable to reach anyone at the hotel, and I ultimately had to pay for a Lyft myself. Since I was traveling from out of state for business, this was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Upon arrival at the hotel, the issues continued. Due to system problems, I was unable to receive a room key and had to wait nearly two hours before one could be made. My stay was brief, so I had looked forward to relaxing by the pool and enjoying the patio area shown in the hotel photos. However, the fire pit was never lit during the evening, despite the cool and breezy weather, which made the outdoor space uncomfortable and disappointing to use. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, especially considering the lack of communication and multiple inconveniences during such a short trip.

My kids and I love the Tru hotels. This one is super close to the Denver airport but we still based our weekend trip to Boulder from here. There are restaurants, a Starbucks and Sprouts market just down the street. Love how clean the room was - the white bedding, the hard floors with no carpet or rugs anywhere, mini fridge for drinks and leftovers, squeeze bottle shampoo/conditioner/soap rather than those wasteful single use ones. Breakfast is included and the only bummer for my kids was that the pancake maker wasn’t working. Other than that, everything was perfect. This hotel checks all the boxes for us. Extra bonus that we didn’t have to plan for time to get to the airport - there’s a gas station down the street to fill the rental car and the airport is less than a 10 min drive away.

The room was very clean and very spacious! The staff was friendly and helpful with restaurants recommendations. The pool area was clean and had toys and pool noodles to for our son to use. 24hr workout room and free coffee bar. The hotel bar/ was very nice great pizza!

I stay here almost every time I fly out of Denver (I live in Nebraska and have to drive 4 1/2 hours to the airport.) I enjoy the convenience, value, friendliness of the staff, and minimalist design. This past stay was a bit frustrating as the app didn’t seem to work properly. Our room key wasn’t ready and we had to stop at the desk and online checkout wasn’t working correctly.

When I tried to open the door, the yellow LED light flashed and the door would not open. Neither key worked. I went back to the front desk, not upset, politely informed the night manager that neither key worked. She then proceeded to blame me, asking if I pushed really hard, the doors are heavy, you have to push really hard. When I explained that it didn’t matter how hard I pushed, the lock was not cycling because the key cards were not working. She muttered various things under her breath, never apologizing for the inconvenience, continuing to blame me, then presenting me with two more keys to a completely different room (201). I went to room 201, the keys worked (yay!) and I open the door and turn on the light and imagine my surprise when the current occupant of room 201 sat up in bed, startled awake by me, some random stranger! I apologized and immediately turned around, turned off the light, and closed the door. I of course went straight back to the front desk to express my disappointment and frustration and guess what? The night manager NEVER APOLOGIZED OR EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED MY FRUSTRATION. Instead she proceeded to blame her colleagues on the previous shift, never once taking any responsibility. Unfortunately I didn’t learn her name, but she has dark hair and wears very heavy, black framed eyeglasses. Her demeanor was not warm or welcoming and her customer service skills are completely undeveloped and non-existent. I will be travelling frequently to Denver for work and I will never again stay at the Tru Hilton location based on this experience.

We waited for over 50 minutes for the airport shuttle. The front desk person couldn’t care less. I will never stay at this hotel again and let all my friends know not to stay here either.

They advertise electric vehicle charging on their website which is why I specifically booked my stay. When I arrived all of the charging stations had cords that had been cut by the property. When asking to cancel my reservation the front desk informed me I had to go through hotels.com which I proceeded to do. I specifically requested that my reservation only be cancelled if I could have a refund. When hotels.com contacted the property they informed the agent they were cancelling my booking but before confirming refund hung up on the agent and proceeded to hang up on them several more times. When another agent tried contacting them, they would not answer. I was left without a reservation or a refund. Very unimpressed with the customer service as well as false advertising of amenities. Will not be staying with Hilton again.

Walls were thin and neighboring voices and noise can be heard. Sleep was disrupted by someone walking around in the room above for over an hour at 2am. Breakfast was good.

Please be aware that management will not respond to requests at all! Even after multiple attempts have been made! They do not give a yes or no or even acknowledge them. I tried to make a request and was told to contact hotels.com. Hotels.com made multiple requests and they got no answer.

They have a giant parking lot, but you have to pay 15 dollars a night to park. There's literally no where else to park, as the streets are a tow away zone. Pretty greedy.

This hotel was fine for a one night stay. The main issue I experienced was the infrequency of shuttles from DIA, especially in comparison to other Hilton properties.

A really nice hotel and very convenient to the Hobby airport. Many restaurants near by. Also a car wash near by if you want to clean your rental before returning it.

I liked that the rooms were very updated. My room was clean. The only complaint I have is the same complaint I have in every hotel I go into is that the pillows are extremely too soft. It’s my go-to when leaving Denver for morning flights. With plenty of restaurants nearby and the airport shuttle, I look for no other accommodations.

Room was clean and efficient. I wish there was coffee in the room but there was plenty downstairs. Shuttle to the airport was nice and driver was helpful. Very nice stay.

Breakfast needs to start earlier for flights

Friendly, quick service, room was clean, small but perfect for the quick night's sleep. Not very quiet, could hear door shut and suitcases going down hallways but nicer than some that I've stayed at in that area.

The HVAC is SO loud and the walls and floors are thin so you can totally hear your neighbors. I didn’t know I would need ear plugs to stay there. That said, it’s totally clean and the staff was great.

The room was spacious. My friend has an ‘accessible’ room that was far from accessible. Breakfast was poor. I was told the wrong room number and had to return to Reception to sort it out. Attention to detail was not there. There is a pool, but it isn’t that clean.

Clean room, clean bathroom, spacious room, comfortable bed. Only negative was the noise. Room was down the hall from bar/restaurant and room was not very soundproof. Not terrible, but not great.

Staff wasn’t friendly at check in, very matter of fact and not welcoming. The lady working at the bar was eating out of the bar snack bag coughing all day bet everything. I did order a glass of wine and didn’t end up drinking because of the coughing.

But the entire reason I booked this hotel was because it was listed as having EV chargers. They do not. And the front desk practically laughed at me when I asked. I also requested early check-in through Expedia but they "could not get a response to confirm". So I paid for the previous nite to make sure I could check-in and change for a funeral. When I was checking in at 11am on the second day of my reservation, the front desk brushed me off, saying that I was too early for check-in. I had to insist on her looking up my reservation and then she did find that Expedia had added the room and checked me in before closing the nite before. Good thing because without Expedia, I would've had to wait until 3 pm even tho I had paid for the previous nite?! Overall, the most basic of hotels. No coffee makers in the rooms, super thin blanket on the bed, luggage rack that's too close to the tv to open your bag, rickety tiny school desk, barely any lighting in the room, and a "restaurant" thats barely open. Because of the lack of EV chargers, I had to drive 10 mins away to a different hotel, wait 30 mins and then drive back to complete my car rental return. I will not be back.

The evening check-in staff was very kind. My key didn't work twice so he just changed the room. However there was no one at the bar / restaurant, he seem to be just looking at his phone in the kitchen. The next morning person at the front desk was rude and I couldn't understand a word she said . What she told me was to meet the shuttle for the airport at 35 past the hour and 5 past the hour . When I arrived at 35 past the hour the shuttle was driving away down the road already . seemed to be watching his phone in the kitchen.

The breakfast could use more healthier options. The driver from the airport to the hotel drove like a race car driver which was a little unnerving. The room was okay. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. I did not like the soap/shampoo dispensers. I found them difficult to squeeze with one hand while catching the soap with the other hand. I have some pain in my hands which made it difficult.

Changed flights last minute and needed shuttle back to airport but girl at desk told me the 1035 shuttle was cancelled . Told her I’d miss my flight and she acted like she could care less. No help at all. Attitude was “no shuttle, sucks to be u”. Had to get a Lyft car to make flight .

At 11 pm, I waited 10 minutes for a front clerk to appear; I tried calling the hotel from the front desk, but heard it ring. When he arrived, I was checked in. I had been traveling for >20 hours and was exhausted.

Shuttle was convenient. Our reserved room was not available at our 8:30pm check in because it had not been cleaned. We had to change to a room with two queen beds instead of the king bed room I reserved months ago.

Was told the bar/restaurant would open at 5, went down a few minutes after 5 and no one was working. After waiting 20 minutes, Inquired at the desk and they informed me the employee was running late. So I waited another 15 and then was told it wouldn’t be opening. So I went next door where several others from the hotel were. Too bad you lost out on that revenue.

Stayed only one night but was impressed with this hotel. Everything you need, nothing you don't. Clean, good bathroom/shower, quiet. Had a bar available for a couple of hours at night. Will definitely stay here again when traveling through DIA.

Room was clean. We left our room a bit late in the morning on our second day so we had put out a do not disturb sign on our door at that time. I did however expect them to come back and at least change out the towels which they did not do I also expected a microwave in the room, which was not available

The bed was very uncomfortable, my hips and back and neck hurt. The pillows are a bit too soft for me. The rest of the stay was wonderful. Staff are friendly although my door got knocked on at 9am for housekeeping when my checkout was at 12. I checked out at 9:30 instead. Breakfast was graat lots of cariety and a comfortable seating area. I liked how i could text the front desk if i needed anything. Very clean room and the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion smelled very good.

This is a wonderful stay! It is bright and clean, the breakfast was wonderful, the staff went above and beyond for us after our plane was delayed multiple times and the 24 hour shuttle service was absolutely the best. We look forward to coming back and enjoying a little time at the pool and entertainment areas of the property. All very well taken care of!

Great for a quick overnight airport stay

The Hotel is nice, fairly new, and comfortable. The airport shuttle worked great, even at 03:35 AM. It was very disappointing, however, to find the lobby coffee old and cold, even though there was a staff member working on a computer at the counter. He seamed totally disinterested in the guests waiting for the early morning shuttle.

Very COLD looking room, no amenities, ie coffee maker but have ironing board and iron!!! Have to pay to park & not even a piece of fruit if you leave early in the morning! We stayed at a FAirfield the night before, BEST hotel & breakfast ever!! Will not stay at a Hilton again, sorry!!

The room was clean and comfortable.

Free shuttle to the airport makes it worth the stay. The staff here are great. Breakfast was good!

I never stayed. I got charged for no reason I’m not even in town.

Very nice lobby, fitness area, and room. Only negative was that the bar/lounge advertised a happy hour, including food. Unfortunately, there was no food available as the cook was a no show.

Upon arrival desk agent checked us in informed us of great restaurants around the area are at pho 92 it was also amazing.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Offered lots of advice for dining and bars!

The new soap dispensers that require you to squeeze the bottle of soap are not easy to operate when you have arthritis in your hands.

Booked this hotel for my niece due to a flight delay. She had spent 36 hours in an airport and without sleep only to find out her flight cancelled. She had roughly 7 hours before returning to the airport for a flight in the morning and just wanted to shower and sleep. Only she got to the hotel and there was no WiFi so she could not get checked into her room for several hours. By the time she got to the room she was only able to sleep for about 4 hours before having to get up and return to the airport.

On the plus side I was very encouraged by their efforts at sustainability.

Unfortunately for Early Travelers the Breakfast hours don’t always work. Especially on Sundays. At first glance it looks Pretty Clean. My Room needed some help. The Table n Furniture were Dirty (Greasy), like some one had just eaten there. Even the Remote for the TV was Greasy. Unfortunately the lighting and and the High Curb (which I tripped and Fell over at 11:30pm didn’t help). The Proximity to the Airport is Great. Shuttle Service Communication could be better. With 2 sides for pickup it can make you miss ride and have to wait for another ride. (1/2 hour additional wait). After Traveling all day those extra 30 minutes seem real long. Price was on the higher side. With lots of Hotels to Choose from I think I may try a different one next time. Maybe Marriott

Everything was as expected with newer hotel

Folks!! When you advertise a restaurant on the premises, make sure that is open. When you advertise a BAR on the premises IT SHOULD NOT BE CLOSED ON A FREAKING SUNDAY @ 7:00PM. Now, the room was clean, the front desk staff was pleasant. BUT YA'LL OWE US SOME MONEY because we would have paid extra to stay somewhere that the facilities "ADVERTISED" WERE OPEN.

Front desk was very helpful and kind when changing our room to another that was better for us. No issues at all.

Quick stay - clean and quiet. I would return.

This was a last second stay as we were stranded at the airport. There was a storm the shuttle came and got us and took us to the airport the next day super early. The room was nice the food was great. I hope to never get stuck again but if we do i know where we will stay.

The only thing you are missing is in room, coffee machines. But at least you had coffee, nice and early in the morning so that made up for it lol

The rooms were clean, lots of amenities such as the indoor pool, pool table, lounge, basketball court and gym, and great options for breakfast. Would stay here again!

Facilities were nice. Room was average. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pillows were the worst part. Garbage trucks outside early in the morning was annoying. Location was great for flying out from DIA.

Wish the restaurant had been open, but everything else was great!

Room was great. Comfortable beds and pillows. Young man at front was not helpful at all during check in, but Leanne this morning was terrific. Got everything settled for me that he wasn’t interested in helping one bit. Didn’t catch his name.

It was fine. Didn't like the 12.50 self park fee for a hotel that's 6 miles from the airport and in the middle of nowhere except for other hotels

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and super clean. As we had to get up very early we appreciated the soft closing doors that all rooms are equipped with.

My only concern revolves around leaving items in the room (a shuttle reminder disrupted my departure process) and I left my favorite cheap earrings (from a Kohls clearance event on the bed. To get them to me would have been a $200 charge. Getting them to my parents who live on the west side of the metropolitan area was $25. My parents are elderly so I went ahead and had them mailed to 80127 because driving 470 for a two-hour earring run was silly but Hilton’s fees for returning left items is a racket. I would have happily sent a $20 mahalo and provided a SASE for my junky-yet-classy hoops.

Small rooms but clean and quiet

Hilton Tru cancels the other room reserved under hotels.com, confirms I have 1 room. I then get charged 545.00 for a hotels.com room. They say it is as a result of Tru not canceling the room… Tru says, no sir, it was cancelled. Time to use another service…btw, Tru onsite was $100 less per night than hotels.com.

I love the big spacious room and the bathroom. There was lots of light and a very comfortable bed. It's so nice to have a really great place to stay near the Denver airport. Many of the other hotels are so dated and very expensive. This was a real treat.

The room smelled of mildew and looked like a leftover -- no armchair and no large desk. Pillows were flat and bed unsupportive.

The reason we booked at this hotel was that it had a bar and restaurant. When we checked in the lady at the desk said she did not know if it would be open Friday, August 1, 2025 and to check back at 5 pm. When I checked back she said the person called in sick. There is only 1 person that bartends and apparently cooks too?

Quick and easy stay for a late flight.

Quick and easy check in. Great location to get to the airport. Having my name on the tv when i entered the room was fun!

My flight was cancelled but the hotel refused to cancel or move my stay to the next night. The next day flight was delayed so I arrived at the hotel at 3 in the morning. I stayed 5 hours but paid for two nights. I had even bought the travel insurance, but it didn't cover cancelled flights. That is exactly what it should have covered. Why can't this review be posted

Great hotel only let down by the quality of the included breakfast. They had run out of milk by 8:30am, the toaster was broken and the scramble eggs were awful. The assistant in the breakfast area spent more time on her phone than checking what need replacing or topping up.

The bartender was great and the receptionist was extremely accommodating.

Bed and linens were comfy. I enjoyed the pool and used the workout room. I enjoyed fruit and oatmeal at breakfast. Was walkable to train station.

This property have amenities as seen in the website. Tru by Hilton was true to their advertisement. I really enjoyed my stay.

Black mold in the bathroom. Dirty cleaning towel in the bathroom when arrived. So gross. No coffee maker in room. No amenities. Great staff service.

Easy check-in, lounge had great snacks for dinner and shuttle was on time to airport.

The property is in a decent location. The beds are not comfortable and due to their 'under-bed storage area' they stick out farther than the mattress and I kept banging my knee. The pillows are not great, I had to get extras so my head wasn't laying flat on the bed. The room was clean but had a strong smell of dirty mop water and there weren't enough towels for 4 even though it had 2 queens.

Horrible for the money. Poor staff at bar. Felt like a dorm room because it was so austere and cold. Never again for a Tru hotel. I though Hilton brands would be better.

Fun and relaxing

I needed the hotel to be clean, comfortable, quiet, have food on site, and maybe offer me a drink at the end of the day. Outside of the amenities, I wanted a place close to nature with a pleasing view. I was hungry after I checked-in, and so grateful the restaurant was right out front. The bartender was personable, professional, and had an engaging personality. The check-in staff was courteous and kind. My room was clean and not cluttered with unnecessary frills. I spent some time on the large couch outside of the hotel- enjoying the breeze and birding. The hotel is close to Rocky Mntn Arsenal, so I knew I'd see some birds flying over, and I did. I was met was a prairie-mountain landscape, glowing in the setting sun when I walked around the hotel. I even added two birds to my life list- with pictures, just from the edge of the parking lot. Breakfast served up options to suit a variety of palates. Richard (?) the shuttle driver made the journey to the airport enjoyable. He shared some info about Denver and authentic conversation. He is an absolute gem and I wanted the drive to be just a little bit longer. Tru delivered exactly what I was wanting to get out of this turn-around-trip. Every connection I made felt relaxed and important.

Awesome facility and great staff!

Overall, the hotel was fine. We expected a bit more from the breakfast, but it's also free soooo. The pillows were utterly tragic, we could hear the neighbors tv and shower through the walls, and housekeeping woke us at 8 when checkout is 12.

I didn't get to stay because my flight was cancelled. I booked the next night as well but as of now, Hotel is charging me for both nights. Hopefully they will just let me change the night and we can come to an agreement.

The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. The soap containers that you have to squeeze were hard to get soap out of. Mattress a little rough on the back. Breadfast not as good as the Tru in Scottsdale, AZ.

Clean and simple. Very comfortable and convenient. Dining is primarily off site. Shuttle to DEN easy.

Not hotel fault.

Continental breakfast was okay. The potatoes were cold (some still a bit frozen). Not sure if its because we came 15 minutes prior to closing. Beside that, we were very satisfied with everything.

The Hotel felt new and modern. Easy walk to restaurants. Breakfast was nice. Everything was clean and staff was nice.

The power was out and couldnt check in. I want a refund.

Staff was great, room was clean and safe

Fridge so noisy I had to unplug it. Super dark room-lights were either not working or just non-existent. Noisy bar, lots of yelling. Mediocre breakfast- juice machine poured water out from all spigots, so-so offering for food.

Rooms have very thin walls. And the hallway was very loud. The night crew at front desk was great.

Check in was quick and easy . Everything was up to standard.The airport shuttle was amazing as well got us to the airport on a time .Overall a 10/10 stay
