Staff was friendly at night. Day person not as much. Room was not well taken care of. Things falling apart. Window didnt vlose and no screen on it.

Worst experience I’ve ever had and I travel a lot. They wouldn’t move my room when I asked after checking in and being placed right on broadway road, I am a very light sleeper and requested a room change. They told me they would move me the next day, that didn’t happen. When I went to talk to the front desk I was upset after not being able to sleep at all the first night and he wouldn’t listen to me at all, he literally left the desk with his food to go eat in the back and said he wasn’t listening to me. The second day I was getting ready to check out and because it was a little after 11am they called and said they were calling the cops of me for still being in the room. The most disrespectful HORRIBLE experience. Do NOT expect any type of decency or customer care/service at this property.

Staff was amazing. Very well mannered. The room seemed dingy. Couch was terrible could even sit on it. Parking was terrible. The people in the next room were loud and ppl walking around all hours of the night

The hotel is not all that central to Denver. Rooms are dingy. Didn’t stick around for the breakfast.

Breakfast was cereal or muffins and coffee, the room was clean, the phone would randomly ring at night with no one on the other end!!! But other than that it was great!!

The property is aged but seemed to be maintained pretty well for its age and location. It is located in a industrial area which I'm sure is useful to many people. My room was clean and everything worked. The outside appearance was dated but functional. The staff even though I only interacted with one person was very nice and helpful.

Room wasn't fully clean, floors didn't seem to be vacuumed, table tops not wiped off. Just the bed, sink and toilet were cleaned. The area it's self didn't feel safe. People in and out of rooms all night, people hanging outside, dimly lit in the back. Overall not great experience even for a quick spot to stay.

Was here only to sleep and shower. So it was great for that.

All they serve is cereal and tiny muffins every day. The sink leaks every time you wash your hands or brush your teeth so we have to use the shower.?

Staff was friendly This place is VERY VERY suspect! I completed a review earlier today. As I went to look at my review I discovered that EVERYTHING I stated (posted) wasn't there. I compiled 3-4 paragraphs of the extremely poor experience and NONE of this review is able to be seen. I was asked to give the review a title, which I did. The most HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE in my life for a motel/hotel stay. That's not even seen. The only thing my review shows is "Bad". Not one thing I stated is able to be seen!! If this review appears the same way I will be forced to file complaints with every entity necessary to ensure they give me a complete refund for both rooms. It appears to me that they are not willing to accommodate or work with me for a resolution. I'm not going to quietly go away, as I agreed to do so with the original complaint. They can try to hide this review but I will have a copy to prove I have made a complaint.

This hotel is very centrally located so it's great if you are visiting and want to explore. The staff has always been the best part of staying here but this last visit I was pleasantly surprised to find they had remodeled quite a bit. The beds were comfy and the new lighting and decor looks great. This is not a fancy motel but it is just what you need to be comfortable. Singles, couples or families will enjoy this property!

Maintenance Manager stole my property my iPhone and AirPods and no one is being held accountable they call me today of my last booking date before 8a to say I cannot renew!! I am taking this to conglomerate Wyndham corp and Expedia!!!

Not the best but for the price wasn’t the worst.

The room was clean. The floor could have been swept and mopped. The bed was crickity. The noise of people up all hours of the nite talking outside, honking horns and a very loud train. I was expecting at least 6 hours of sleep and only got maybe 2 at best. I won’t stay there again.

I only stayed one day which was the 11th. They refused my refund for the 12th cause we checked out early that day. I am upset and want a refund for my second day.

Noise from water pipes next room over. Woke up with what looked like bug bites. Went to breakfast and there was cereal and 2 stale muffins then when i asked for a late check out cause we were getting ready for my grandmothers funeral I was told no rudely and she told me if i was even 1 minute late checking out i would be charge another night since she had my card on file

Room needs some major renovations. My husband and I could hear everything from the second floor room. Floor needs improvement. Floor was not flat and it felt dirty.

We had to leave at 4:00 a.m. in the morning because people outside were being loud in their vehicles being disrespectful at all hours of the morning, the TV did not work at all. The employee knocked on the door to make sure he received the pet fee and then asked if he could help with the TV and it did not work to try to drown out the noise from all the chaos outside. I felt unsafe so we left me and my dog at 4:00 in the morning

I wanted to stay somewhere lose to the office, so I thought Super 8might be a good option. I stayed at a different Super 8 before and that was a very decent place. I booked Super 8 by Wyndham Denver Central for 4 nights but could stay their only for 1 night. The smell in the room was absolutely terrible. After I saw a cockroach climbing out of the sink I packed my suitcase and moved to a different hotel in.

The stench in the room can only be described as filth. Bathroom was dirty to the point we didn’t want to put our bare feet in the bathtub. Partying in lawn chairs in the parking lot with excessive music way past 10:00pm on a week night. Safety was definitely a concern the whole six hours we were there. Silver lining-friendly staff and clean linens.

They room was just like pictures. The bathroom very tight the outside looked like the projects. Very old looking with random hanging out their doors. Someone asked me for drugs.. eehhh all this made me uneasy. I use super 8 alot. This has been my only problem so far

As bad as the hotel was, their staff were the worse. Smoke alarm started going off around 4 am but staff would not replace the battery. Next day they refused to give us another room even though hotel was half full. it was a disgusting place to start with but their staff were despicable.

First room smaller absolutely terrible. They have a rule that smoking isn’t allowed, but I was appalled of the smell in this room. It smelled like cigarettes, which was shocking due to the no smoking rule. (I think that people still do so because the fee for smoking is so small). The room was also in poor condition, the sheets and chair both had a tear in them. The toilet was still dirty. It was just a musty mess. Things were so bad we unfortunately had to go to the front desk and ask for a new room. The staff was the best part of the experience. They were nice and helped us without making us feel bad. He wrote down a few available rooms and took us to inspect them which was pretty cool of him. The first one was a lot better, the smell of cigarettes was pretty faint but it looked better for the most part. Cockroach was found just as we were going to bed and also the wooden panels on the floor were stained with a bunch of different marks. I’m usually a fan of super 8 due to the price and the reliability, but this time I was beyond disappointed.

The pictures of this property do not show that it has outdoor entry, nor the poor conditions of the room. It reeked like cigarettes, there was cigarette burns on the bedcoverings, stains on the chair in the room, dead bugs in the toilet, and they changed my queen single when I reserved it months in advance when I arrived. I was not happy at all. Thankfully, the night clerk moved my reservation to far better accommodations at The Plaza Hotel for no extra charge.

This place is terrible. Rooms are felthy. Buggs everywhere. Furniture is stained and the rooms smell disgusting. The guests in the room are very roudy. I heard people fighting in rooms pretty much every night. Most of the guests in this hotel are long term tenants and they live here full time. There are dogs in rooms that won't stop barking. There is active prostitution going on in several rooms and heavy drug use. This place should be investigated by super 8. They are ruining the reputation of super 8. Very bad experience and will never stay at this location again.

We've stayed at Super 8's multiple times and had no problems. There was a torn sofa at bottom of stairwell , some rooms occupied with broken exterior locks. It looked like they may have tried to update the room some. They should have spent the money on locks. Around 1:30 the female "guests" next door left (this was not a surprise to us) but starting at 4:30 am they one guy kept pounding on his door and screaming expletives for over an hour, when he went in and continued screaming. He left and came back shortly after and it all starting over again. I believe there is subsidized housing sort of thing going on as there were groups of guys just hanging around drinking. STAY AWAY! for your safety

There were people at night in their cars with music and looked homeless and it was very scary. I did not stay the second night there because it was just so horrible the first day and could not sleep . I have videos of the people there and drinking and not being respectful at all.

I had already paid for my room, the short Mexican looking lady with chest length yellow hair, long nails(couldn't get her name) would not let me into my room. I communicated that i had thousands of dollars of computers, cameras etc and from the jump she just threw up her arms and said I would have to wait until morning. Again, this is a room I am already in/had paid for. I tried to re check in. 20 minutes pass, she tried to check me in 3 plus times but didn't know how. (Earlier I had tried but no one was at the office because they were banging on doors for $$. ) It is now 9PM on a 90 plus degree day. I've been locked out of a room all day I paid almost $100 for.At this point I don't have much more to say, 3 people were giving me the run around and instead of helping they were denying access to my room with thouands of dollars of work stuff which I am convinced they were trying to steal. I didnt want to engage their rudeness so i said no conment. She then became theeatening and said shed call the police. Using the police line as a threat when youre trying to get over on me... thats new. I waited knowing i was in the right. Police came and escorted me so i could get my gaming/work computer, cameras and other gear. Hotels.com refunded me. These people are SLUMLORDS. Double booking rooms. The room was in disrepair, soft rotting floors covered in unsecured broken tile-complete with broken glass. Yikes

Horrible location, room was extrememly dirty. Floors full of dirt , not just the floors but the bed sheets. Room smelt so bad my kids felt like they could not even breathe. Over all this was the worst hotel I have ever been in. We didn't even stay. I cancled my reservation and stayed somewhere else. Since we reserved through expedia and paid at the hotel, the property would not refund us. However expedia was able to give us credit on our account.

The property is tired and not well-maintained. The furniture, the tub and counter, and the door jams are broken and worn out.However, the room was as clean as it could be.

Floor dirty, toilet would run randomly several times per hour, could see daylight under door—1” gap, secondary door lock broken, very noisy location including train nearby.

The bed was comfortable enough. Heard train throughout the night along with traffic. The AC worked.

This was a great trucker hotel in a trucker area. The necessities were clean and comfy, staff was very nice, surroundings were quiet at night, but the property needs serious maintenance so expect cracked but perfectly clean sinks and totally worn out but operable doors. I would stay here again if needed.

The staff was nice, the area was a little scary. The room itself had alot of damage and messed up plug covers, stains on the wall. Very outdated, some walls needed painting Very dusty like it hadn't been dusted in about a month. Hair stuck in the sink drain. Outlets didnt all work to charge things. It worked for the one night we needed but probably wouldn't stay again.

Terrible, there was a gap on the bottom of the door to the room wide enough that snow was being blown in from the outside in albelow freezing weather. Then the heater went out and when brought to the attention of the office was only told that there was a mantinence request put in for the issue.

We found bedbugs on the bed in our room. We took a picture of them which we showed the manager on duty. She said she would authorize a refund once Hotels.com called. When I called Hotels.com, they called and claimed housekeeping didn't find any bedbugs therefore they were not going to authorize the refund.

Second Off, entered in the assigned room. It was very very dimly lit! I went around and turned on every light. My wife entered the bathroom and began laughing… saying oh wow it’s Decrepit in here! Holes in the ceiling, an attempted repair the the round LED light must’ve been a failure, because there was no cover on it and a little temporary light was next to it. All the holes’ fixes were literally tape. The bottom of the tub was in rough shape…. Gross… the towels smelled like mildew, the chair had hot pink fingernail polish all over it, But the newer flooring was nice and the TV was new. So the extra lumpy pillows were rough to fall asleep on, and the pounding footsteps on the stairs outside were an added bonus…. Pick up your game Super 8….. accept it, and sign a check to completely remodel your 1969 edition Facility!!!

Didn’t end up staying, was sent to sister property. Large gap under outside entrance door, large enough anyone could look under door & was going to be cold. Filthy condition, bathroom door broken in half and couldn’t shut.

the "smoke free" room smelled like an ashtray. the duvet has cigarette burns on it. there were no blankets in the room. the bathroom extractor had mold growing out of it. the floors were gritty like they hadn't been mopped in ages. the place was very loud with people screaming and slamming doors until at least 3am. the hotel is located in a very sketchy area. would not recommend.

Convenient to downtown. Helpful staff. Clean, comfortable bed. Wished we had a blanket on the bed! In the winter a sheet and thin spread do not keep one warm enough. Would have liked coffee maker in room also would have liked face towels.

Terrible experience with Hotels.com. we selected on the Motel 8 which was closest to Empower Field at Mile High Stadium in Denver. This place is supposedly closed and we were never notified so it routed us to one by Commerce City and booked without even realizing we were booking an entirely different hotel. This place had bugs EVERYWHERE and bathroom was disgusting. My friend moved a cusion on the corner sofa and bugs scattered everywhere like it was a horror movie. I will not be using Hotels.com to book another room. Terrible experience and my brother had to book another hotel that same night so we wouldnt have to stay there.

Room next door was very loud at midnight all the way up until 3:30am when a woman started screaming. Sounded like people were physically fighting. Had to call the front desk to ask them to please quiet down. Floor was very squeaky. Room overall felt very 80s.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT stay here. I've been all over the country and this was the strangest, most dangerous place I've stayed at. The pictures shown are artificial, they have no real representation of the actual condition of the rooms here. There's a restaurant next door that had prostitutes staying outside that eventually migrated to the stairs of this hotel. Stay at your own risk and I'm NOT joking. Especially if you have a family, DO NOT stay here.

Every night of our stay the police were responding to "issues". Several homeless wondering around. Misleading photos make the place look much better then it is
