The coffee in the room was delicious Bathroom sink is outside of the bathroom, I didn’t like that.

The breakfast is excellent , I will give it a score of 9 on a scale of 10 . Janitorial service is very good. I recommend staybridge Hotel in central Park Denver to every travellers.

The staff seemed to have very little tolerance for normal child behavior. Within minutes of arriving, we received a call complaining about noise when our children had simply run into the room after check-in. While I understand the need to be respectful of other guests, the experience made us feel unwelcome from the start. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but families traveling with young children may want to consider other accommodations that are more geared toward families.

This would have been a better experience if not for the a/c not working, broken light in th bathroom, and hand rails not being well connected.

The rooms were awesome. Great for a family. Staff was awesome. Only issue was no ice machine.

We had a great experience at Staybridge Suites in Northfield. The rooms were big and comfy beds. The breakfast had an array if choices. The only thing is our room had two conditoners and no shampoo. There is shopping and restaurants near by and Dicks Sporting Good Park for soccer games.

We loved our room with a full kitchen. We were able to cook a family meal from the comfort of our room and save the cost of dining out.

First visit to Denver, came into town for the Sublime concert at Redrocks and a Colorado Rockies game.chose to stay at Staybridge, very glad i did! Great location with easy access to shoping, transit, restaraunts, sporting venues, and short drive to downtown Denver. The hotel is very well maintained with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel features a comfortable lounge with plenty of seating area including a beautiful fireplace. Nice dining area where Free breakfast is served every morning. The rooms are spacious with great ammenties. Great complementary breakfast with plenty of choices. Free laundry facility for guests and nice outdoor seating area with a firepit. There is also a bbq grill for those who consider themselves a traveling chef! Plenty of parking a safe area around hotel. Lots to see and do all around.

The property was very well maintained and quiet. The rooms were spacious with separate bedroom/bathroom areas so that the kids could go to bed and the adults could relax in the small living room.

AC is an important factor so on this part its giving lowest score.

Big and spacious for our family! Does need a few updates, like Holes in wall that weren’t patched property and missing tiles in the closet, but other than that it was clean and comfortable! Breakfast was amazing everyday! And staff were friendly!

Second time at this hotel and it’s terrific

Came in for baseball games at Coors Field. We had a great stay and will return.

The good news: The room was great. It was a suite with a separate bedroom. It was clean and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast provided. The gym was small but efficient.The bad news: My room faced the street and it was noisy at times. And speaking of noise at around 1 AM it sounded like loud stomping above me. Quite loud. I would recommend staying in the 4th floor if you stay at this hotel.

It was close to shopping and restaurants Check in was at 3pm but we had to wait an hour and a half for our room to be ready so we didn't get to check in until almost 5pm. There was a clump of hair still in the bathtub. Floor was sticky. Microwave had food all over the inside like it hadn't been cleaned at all prior to our checkin. Indoor pool was freezing cold, not heated at all.

It was a nice place to stay, I believe we were overcharged because it seemed alot was "broken". We were fully charge for the room ($347) and in addition a $75 incidental fee was added. The elevator close to our room was out of order so we had to park on the otherside of the building to unload and use that elevator. Stairs were an option of course, but we had alot of luggage and we were on 3rd floor. The ice machine was "broken" easy fix, we turned on the one that was in the fridge inside the room. I think because its on the "Booking" app we got the same room from a previous stay ....but for the most part the stay was OK. Our children got their own room, swimming pool was a plus, beds were great! Front desk staff could use more hospitality, he seemed bothered and tired, but its understandable, especially if he's the only one who has to work ;-) Broken elevator

The cons for me was the A/C. I was told at a certain month the Thermostat is set at at a temperature Sonic you put it below 69 it just blows the fan on. You basically can’t control the temp in your room below that, so someone who likes it colder than that, good luck. It was hot and miserable.

Breakfast today was very good. Yesterday had to ask for coffee. No suitcase rack in rooms, I don’t like having it on the floor and do not wish to un pack ever item. The pool was closed for no reason posted or explained. Check in clerk had a very hard time locating my members number, couldn’t spell.

We went to Denver for a football game. Service was great, room very clean and spacious, got to check in early because of our early flight. Amenities were top notch.

Was charged a $70.00 pet fee. A bit astronomical on the amount.

We’re very grateful for her kindness and excellent service. She’s a big reason why our long stay was such a great experience. THERE WAS MOLD IN THE SHOWER WALL, BREAKFAST SERVICE WAS AWFUL, NEVER ENOUGH FOOD AND YOU HAD TO WAIT LONG PERIODS OF TIME TO EVEN TRY TO GET SOME BREAKFAST, BREAKFAST SERVICE PERSON SEEMED FRUSTRATED AND WOULD IGNORE ALL REQUEST. NO ROOM SERVICES ON WEEKENDS IS WHAT I WAS TOLD. I ASKED FOR MANAGEMENT AT FRONT DESK AND WAS TOLD ( ANNETTE) WOULD BE IN NEXT DAY AND THEY WOULD LET HER KNOW MY COMPLAINT. NEVER HEARD FROM ANNETTE SO NOT SURE IF SHE WAS EVER TOLD. BAD EXPERIENCE

Our stay was great! I had booked a king bed and sofa bed for four and when we arrived we were upgraded to a two bedroom! Lots of space for four of us. The area was nice and so much to do near the hotel!

Location is good. Hotel is nice when not under renovation. We arrived at the wrong time - upon leaving, the hotel was fine. We arrived in the midst of a sizeable renovation. Everything was poly'd off and no access to the front area. Our room windows were poly'd and they NEVER removed the poly in our entire stay. We spoke to the front desk receptionist who was "surprised" that they were still painting outside our room, but did not offer another room to us (we were working an annual event just outside the hotel). Breakfast was moved to a side room during the reno. We again spoke to another representative about the poly'd windows (we had no idea what the weather was outdoors for our outdoor event), and he said the other rep should never have put us in that room. We asked for a manager, left multiple emails and verbal messages for the manager and we were never once contacted.

The gals at the front desk were polite and helpful unfortunately the rooms left something to be desired. The first room I was given was a handicap room and had a horrible smell of dog urine and cleaning products. As soon as I opened the door I knew there was no way I was going to be able to stay in that room. I went to the front desk immediately and asked for a different room. Again the ladies at the desk were helpful and were able to switch my rooms. Went up with my luggage to my new room and keys don’t work. Have to go back down to the desk and get my keys programmed. I again told them the other room smelled horribly. The front desk lady said she would go spray some air freshener in the room. I told her that was not going to help. Finally got my new keys, got to my room and when I walked in it smelled like coffee. I didn’t think much of it just thought it was weird since it was 7pm. Next morning I go to the kitchen sink and I see why the rooms smelled like coffee. A fork and a square coffee pouch were in the sink.

Our first stay at the property was the weekend before and it was very nice. Our 2nd stay was not so great. We could hear the TV in the room next to us all night long. And we kept having to walk through a crowd of maybe athletes who sat outside and smoked weed and cigarettes all day and into the evening. I felt like our room smelled like smoke, too.

We really enjoy staying here close to Denver. We love that they have the two bedroom suites which fits the family. We also love the indoor pool.

The fact that I could do laundry for free after a dirty job I had to do was amazing. I wasn't planning to get dirty, but having the free laundry was perfect. It's a nice area with plenty around it. Just a little noisy from the street. Rooms on the Uinta Road side can be noisy from the intersection with Central Park. Other than that, it's a great place!

This hotel was very clean and spacious.

There is a little painting/remodeling going on at the front but no noise or distractions. The staff at the front desk were awesome. Very helpful, answered all my questions and helped me with figuring out how to get around. And the lady who checked me in gave my family and I an upgrade to a bigger room so my teenagers didn’t have to sleep on a small pullout. So sweet and greatly appreciated. The room was big and beautiful and clean and the beds were so comfy. I so wish it was more than a one night stay. I could’ve stayed for much longer!

It was amazing. The staff were very friendly! Yer, the lady who checked us in and out, was very friendly and asked if we needed anything! Despite the renovations that were going on, it was very quiet and very lovely place to be!! The breakfast was amazing.

We stayed for 3 days and had no house keeping service. No one emptied the trash or gave up new towels. The same was true for our friends in another room.

The rooms were nice but not what we really wanted because we were going to cook some to save some money and there was no table, like the photo showed online. However, the breakfasts were great with hot food, fresh fruit and more. Their happy hours M-W were really nice as well. Wine, beer and food.

I had an issue being placed next to construction, as they were remodeling the lobby. The management worked with me and found another room for the rest of our stay. By the time we had checked out the remodel on the lower 3 levels were done, and it's a lovely hotel.

Our stay was wonderful, the room was ready when we areived, we were upgraded due to some renovations taking place on site. The staff was friendly and couteous. Nice area, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. I was impressed by the healthy choices for breakfast. I give it 2 thumbs up.

The back patio needed some attention since smokers were putting the cigarette butts out on the table underneath the gazebo.

The staff were so friendly! Not with just me but with everyone. It felt like I was a family members house. Everything was very clean! Breakfast was delicious. The pool was clean! I took one of the BEST naps ever and we were even given an option for a late check out (checkout was already a late one which was also a bonus)! We will be back.

The location is great, 20 minute drive from airport, multiple restaurants within walking distance as well as a target located across the street. Only complaint is that we wish there was a hot tub!

This place is a must stay. Staff was wonderful, property smelled clean everywhere, guest were nice, great location to everything Denver.

The check took a lot longer than expected however the rest of the hotel experience was excellent. The room was very spacious and clean and well stocked. The gym was also very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great - the staff hustled to keep the buffet replenished and clean and the food was pretty good!

I like having a refrigerator and dishes. Staybridge is a great place to stay. My only complaint is that breakfast ends too early. On a weekend get-away or vacation, people typically like to sleep in a little.

Located in a convenient location, close to the airport and also Arsenal Nature Reserve, and in a pretty safe spot that I could tell. Well staffed, saw people working anytime I went through the lobby area. Hot water in shower was great. AC only worked on my first night, then was broken the rest of my stay. The food wasn't labeled in the breakfast bar and I had an allergic reaction as a result. Outside of the negatives I experienced, Staybridge is always my favorite hotel to stay at.

I thought this hotel was near my son I was visiting but realized the listing was incorrect but the hotel was very understanding and kindly took my cancellation so I could move despite having a 7 day reservation. While there it was exceptional! Great morning breakfast, very friendly employees, very clean and nice room, great bed, nice neighborhood and I would definitely stay there again if in that area.

The staff were incredibly helpful, the room was lovely with a comfy bed and very good heating/cooling, everything you could need for an extended stay. The breakfast was also not bad, I appreciated the fresh food touches. The only downside is that the road can be loud at times.

The stay exceeded my expectations and i plan on staying here in the future, hopefully prices go down a little too

In Denver to visit family. The hotel is absolutely perfect for our needs and the hotel is clean, secure and worked with me on a room request. The suite room is plenty of space which is always clean and comfortable.

The hotel was very good. We had two rooms; one had an air conditioner problem the second evening of our stay, but staff did all they could to help us be comfortable, and overall the experience was good. We would definitely stay again.

Good central location between the airport and other tourist attractions. Also close to Target/Walmart for groceries. Free parking. Continental breakfast. In-room kitchens with dishwashers. Free onsite laundry. Small pantry/store for convenience. Manager's social hour. Great front desk staff, all super nice! Cons: Cleanliness - I lifted the sheets to check for bugs (as I do at any hotel) and saw some pretty bad stains on the mattress. The room overall wasn't very clean, lots of dust and fingerprints everywhere especially the kitchen. I ended up wiping everything off myself with Lysol wipes. Our dishwasher soap tray and the ice maker in the fridge were both broken - not a big deal, just annoying. We also had sewage smells coming from the shower one day, not sure if it was a plumbing issue or what. I reported it to the front desk but nothing was done. Thankfully the smell went away the next day. Continental breakfast is available, but the food isn't great. The pool was open late, but the water was FREEZING. There's also no hot tub. TVs are very old - you have to scroll through the channel guide the old fashioned way. A printed list of channels in the room would have been appreciated. Overall our stay was okay and we made it work, and some of the amenities really were great (ie, free laundry). But the lack of cleanliness for the price and having so many other options in Denver, I would not stay here again.

We enjoy this property traveling as a family with young children. The suites are perfect.
