Because of the delay of arriving, we only made use of our room to get organized, a shower and have breakfast. I very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, our room and the breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.

Decent place but they will surprise you with the mandatory valet parking for $54 and night. While it is convenient, they should add it into the nightly rate so I can book accordingly. Otherwise, this is false advertising.

The room I had was fantastic with a sitting area and a comfy bed. The location was great - right near the Auraria cmpus and close to downtown Denver - Larimer Street specifically. A great location if you need to do business in downtown Denver, have something going on on-campus, or if you're in town for a sporting event. The only drawback that I can think of is that sometimes traffic in the area can get backed up (rush hours). Also, being close to major streets means typical traffic noises and sirens from time to time.

It was clean. Friendly staff. The only thing I had a problem with is the tv. The last day we spent on location. The tv would not change channel no matter what I tried with the remote.

This is one of our favorite hotels to stay out when attending a game alin Downtown Denver. The Broncos and Rockies are a short 20 minute walk and Ball Arena is 2 blocks down and 2 blocks over.

Breakfast is good, with options for everyone. Parking is great, great staff and quick to respond!

Breakfast was nice. The restaurant across the street wasn’t open when they said they were so it messed up our dinner plans a couple times. The water in the bathroom was freezing then scalding freezing then scalding the whole time we showered. The sink seemed to do the same. It wasn’t a bad little hotel but for $600 for 2 nights I’d definitely expect more.

Another layer of security has just been added that one cannot push the button for the room's floor without scanning the room key in the elevator. I was impressed by the very detailed information sent from the hotel prior to my arrival.

The room was extremely clean, the grounds of the property were immaculate, but the thing that stood out the most were the people at the front desk who went way out of their way to make sure that my room choice, my stay, was exactly what I needed. The double queen suite was spacious , valet parking was available at $54 per night , there was also parking in front of fire station across the street that was a little cheaper , compared to other hotel of the same brand the fixtures were a little dated but over all nice stay , located right in middle of college if you like that type of thing

The hotel is in a great location to attend events at Ball arena. However, I had booked a room with a king bed but they had overbooked and gave us a room with 2 queens instead. The hotel front desk person blamed the overbooking on Expedia. I had expected to get the type of room I booked and was disappointed. Also, the parking costs $54 which is overpriced but convenient.

The hotel was great, but the room service is very deficient. It said that every 3 days, and we thought it would be a thorough service but they did not even change the sheets. This is a bit uncomfortable with kids

The only negative is there is not enough light in the rooms. Hard to see. Otherwise it's a great hotel.

We were here for the Broncos game and most definitely will stay again. Rooms and hotel were clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurants near by and of course the stadium was very close. I can’t think of any negatives except for one and it’s not bad, I wanted to soak in a bath but only showers.

The staff was always helpful and cheerful. I enjoyed the room as it was quiet. The bed was ver comfortable. I was in town to explore downtown and attend an Avalanche game. This hotel fit perfectly for this.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and the location served accessable to walking downtown. The breakfast had variety and was tasty. I knew the expected balance to pay upon checking in but wasn't told or given a print out, instead was only asked for my card. I didn't ask for it but felt it would have been more professional to have been presented one or the other at the time.

Very clean and mostly everything worked well. Shower pressure washer wasn't great, and I feel parking was pretty expensive. But you can walk to ball arena and the Christmas market very easily. Breakfast was provided and had loads of options. Free coffee was also available theouout the day which is nice.

The cost of valet is extremely high in my opinion. There isn't much overnight parking around that area so it traps you into paying the $54/night rate. Wow. They definitely make customer service their priority. When we checked in, we had mentioned we were going to seek crème brûlée. The young ladies immediately got on their computer and found a few places near by that have crème brûlée while we were checking in. Then the next morning while we’re eating at the breakfast bar, the whole staff were super friendly. We will definitely return!

I think that the listing should state that paid valet parking is required. There is not alternative parking options and we checked with the front desk and valet employees. They stated alternative parking options were blocks away.

Breakfast catered to various dietary restrictions and they had a variety of choices for all ages. The staff was cordial and went beyond the norm to satisfy our needs. The clean and spacious room was a plus to accommodate my mobility issues and I enjoyed my stay!

We had an excellent stay! Staff was friendly. Everything was very convenient to get to in downtown from the central location. The only complaint we had was the water pressure would fluctuate quite often and caused the water to surge and get really hot.

This hotel was lovely. Right by the Ball arena so we just walked over for the concert. The breakfast was lovely. The room was nice. Great stay overall.

The room was fine other than the refrigerator only works for 2 hours at a time, it has a timer on it to reduce electricity usage. There was one staff member at the counter that is extremely rude, everyone else was fine. There is construction going on right next door on the Mountain View rooms and there is only valet parking.

If you want a fantastic hotel with comfy beds, free excellent breakfast and steps from the Ball Arena then stay here. Also the burger at the restaurant there was so good we had it for dinner both nights. Next concert I’ll definitely stay there again!

This hotel was really convenient to Ball Arena where we were attending a concert from out of state. We walked to and from and it was so easy. Our room would not get very cold and both my daughter and I woke up several times hot. Also, their system had a glitch that sent me both a message in the app and email that we had checked out after the first night. I called and their system had everything correct though. There was also a link from a bracelet or something on the floor between the beds that had me wondering how well the room was really cleaned between guests. That was the only thing that I saw though. We would definitely stay again.

The charge for parking is ridiculous and it also ended up being more than stated in the confirmation email. We had no choice but to use Valet at the hotel or park elsewhere away from the hotel. I thought this was a ridiculous money grab after already paying $316 for one night. Not to mention having to wait for valet just to get something out of our vehicle. Not a great experience when you leave there feeling ripped off.

Excellent location for attending a concert at Ball Arena. Less than 10 minute walk to Larimer Square and less than 15min to 16th street mall. Free breakfast included burritos, scrambled eggs and sausage...very good variety.

The hotel listing states onsite parking available on request. However, the ‘onsite’ parking is a public pay lot a block away. It’s either valet for $54 a day or $30 a day for the public lot. The Mountain View is a bit of a stretch. If you strain, you can see some mountain shapes on the horizon. The pillow were very flat and bed was slightly better than the floor.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room. There was a sitting area and large closet in the corner to open our suitcase and have it out of the way. Breakfast was great too. The walk wasn't bad to downtown and Coors Field, about 20 minutes.

No real clear specific alternative parking areas that allowed overnight were suggested when asking, just kinda like theres public parking around, however when we drove around most signs said No Overnight Parking.... just make sure to budget for the valet fee. Valet staff were awesome!

On a side note if you decied to ride around the city on the motorized scooters. They charge .50 a minute. Thw hotel itself was just wonderful.

Parking was annoying unless you pay 50 bucks for valet- we have a family of 6 and after traveling all day we wanted good sleep- the couch was fine, but the couch bed?? TERRIBLE. my son ended up sleeping on the floor- the couch bed was literal springs- NO COMFORT. And they did not have enough bedding, we had to call it up- should have asked for mor blankets to make a better bed on floor. Other than that, it was fine- clean, nice staff and great breakfast

When I asked the young lady for some water, “we don’t have free water, but you can buy a bottle” The attitude in her voice was awful and she seemed so upset someone asked for a favor in the service industry. Hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable beds, front desk staff was friendly, room service was great; however, the breakfast was subpar. Each morning was the same, out of eggs, toast, waffle mix, had to ask front desk staff. When they’d finally restock they’d only restock one food item.

Such a nice hotel in a safe, walkable neighborhood. Do not overlook the restaurant. Everyone's meal was excellent, and there were seven of us, kids to grandparents. The hotel breakfast was good, and the room clean. Shocked to return to a room that was attended to - our bed was made! That's hardly ever done anymore. Only drawback was the valet service, while efficient and friendly, is too expensive at $52 a night. We felt taken advantage of there.

Great location close to Larimer Square, the Cherry Creek Trail, and a short walk to Union Station in one direction and the Convention Center in the other. Nice sunny breakfast area and a serviceable workout space. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. I’d definitely stay here again.
