    This was literally a quick stay...9pm to 3am! Room was average, would've expected more from a Marriott. But all in all, it was basically used too repack my luggage, shower n get to airports for 5am flight. I'd stay again as its super close to airport.

    Location is great! Beds were really comfortable. Nice trundle bed rather than pull out couch. Front desk staff were very friendly. Coffee maker was missing tray for coffee. I phoned front desk and they said they would look for one and bring it up. I guess they never found one, because they didn't bring one up.

    Good place to stay if you have an early flight at DIA. Be sure to let them know you need a shuttle and what time. The 4:00 am was full so pushed us back a half hour which was a little stressful with security issues and timing. We made it but just barely

    The lady at front desk doing check inn was great , really enthusiastic and informative. The room was really dusty, have a strong smell like spray paint. We only stay for a night and end up waking up with no water at all. They said we were gonna get a refund but never happen.

    We can’t sleep,at 1:00am was a problem with the water in the hotel.After that time it’s NO water in the rooms.They start with a heavy noise and we have to leave at 4:00am.We still waiting for our refund.January 4.

    Number on the key said 234 but that was a 9 and we were trying to get into someone else’s room. Otherwise spacious comfortable bed. A/c/heater next to bed blowing. It was loud and noisy.

    Good rooms. Clean and quiet. The only issue was I was leaving for an early flight (5:00 AM) and was told they have a grab and go bag available for breakfast when ai checked in the night before and in the AM when I asked for it, was told they stopped doing grab and go bags. They simply had fruit available for you to grab. Not a big deal but consistency in communication would have been nice.

    Great place in a nice location, easy access to airport. Walkable access to a couple dining options. Has a free shuttle service to the airport. Nice rooms, great front desk service, breakfast was normal hotel. Would have been nice to know there is a fee for parking. Bar was not open due to a call off and they did not get anyone to come in and cover. Parking lot seemed full of a lot of vehicles, but did not see many people at the hotel.

    Convenient location to airport. Luckily very quiet on our floor the morning we woke up. Indifferent staff at check-in. But there was an unruly, absurdly loud, large group of children (young athletes?) who descended upon the place when I was here. Noise for about two hours until someone complained. I think the hotel staff were overwhelmed and fed up with them.

    I was taking a shower in the morning of checkout at approximately 9:30 AM. When I got out of the shower, there was a housekeeping person sticking her head in through my front door of my room. Thinking that I was alone I walked out of the bathroom, completely naked, holding only a bath towel. I immediately called the front desk to ask if my room had been listed as checked out already, and the front desk girl told me no.

    Typical Airport Hotel. No one really chooses to be here. For $180 a night, you'd think you would at least get Facial Tissues ( Kleenex) in your room. Or any sort of amenities. All that is supplied is a squeeze package ( like ketchup from McDonalds) of body lotion....please. This chain has lost sight of what a hotel is supposed to be.

    Late at night we got there do to flight was late getting in. The lady at front desk said I had no reservation. I showed her the confirmation email. She told me it was a reservation confirmation not a confirmation. She finally found my reservation. She said they used my first name as my last name. I got in . Then my niece went to get her room with 2 beds which she requested at reservation for 4 adults. She was told that all they had left was a king room. And they had no other rooms available. The lady had no remedies for the mistake. I then just traded rooms with them problem solved. A job that the lady could have done while we stood there trying to figure out. She felt her job was complete and didn't feel concerned about the room situation. We had three rooms reservation in our group. Problem with 2 and front desk didn't care th even try to solve the problem. By the way the hotel was sold out . I knew that from the 2 people who came in ahead of me. The front desk asked how they got the late reservation. She put them in a room with 2 beds . Someone called the gal and instructed her to accommodate them. She said yes they was checking in then. She gave them a 2 bed room. Leaving only a King room. Instead of a reservation from a month or so early gets leftover. Regardless of requested needs. Try to solve a problem and satisfy the parties involved. Make sure prior reservation is met before accommodate late checking needs.

    The airport shuttle doesn’t take you to your airline. Everyone was dropped off on the west side and pick up there We always fly Southwest that’s on the east side. Hotel was nice but won’t go back there because of shuttle.

    Nice property, staff for the most part were nice. We only had one real issue. We were there for sporting event & the kids were in the fitness center with an adult who had gone into the restroom (that was in the fitness center) and a staff member told the parents that this kids could not be in there alone & needed to stop screwing around on the machines. We spoke to the parent & not one of them was misusing the machines when on them. They also have an elevator that would get stuck constantly & when it was mentioned to the staff they said oh yeah it’s been doing that. We are not sure if they reported it for repair as it never had an out of order or saw any repair people there.

    I requested an early check in. They charged me for the early check in. They put me a room next to lobby restaurant and house keeper station. After I checked in, I tried to get some sleep. But always woke up by people slashing the door or hitting the wall. It happened in late night and early morning.

    Hotel is close to airport. Several hotels are located around this place. Felt Safe. Property is clean, helpful staff and the breakfast is reasonably good. couldn't use the shuttle service to airport, as there are no openings in the 8 am time slot. Be prepared for Uber or other mode of transportation, takes at least 15 minutes to drive to airport.

    From the shuttle being ready as soon as we came to the curb, to all the details of our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed every minute at the spring hill suites. Mary provided excellent customer service during our stay. Check in, accommodations and check out were seamless. We arrived later than expected due to a flight delay and as soon as we walked in, Mary was wonderful providing snacks to our tired and hungry kids, shuttle reservations for the next morning, directions to dinner spots within walking distance, and extra blankets. We missed breakfast the next morning because our flight was extra early, but the staff already had coffee and to-go items ready at 4am! And it was delicious. Shuttle came on time and made the whole overnight layover smooth and easy. We will definitely stay here again! Excellent service!!

    Loved our pre-flight stay here!! With four adults in one room and a lot of luggage it was so nice to have the seating area. Great to have microwave and fridge so we didn't need to walk to dinner (might be nice at a future stay), but the BEST was the breakfast!!! They had so many options, real cooked oatmeal, very great tasting omelet and SO much more. Also the breakfast staff were very nice.

    The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was on the firm side. We checked in around 9:00, and the lobby was very noisy. There is a bar in the lobby, and it was busy. The person checking us in was not pleasant. She didn't greet us and was dismissive of my concerns about noise and our room's proximity to the noise. We left too early for the hot breakfast but really appreciated the access to the cereal, apples and milk for a quick grab and go.

    I have stayed here multiple times and have enjoyed it every single time. The staff is always very pleasant and friendly. The airport shuttle is very convenient and the parking at the hotel is much more reasonably priced than airport parking.

    Spent 3 days there. Waited 90 minutes for airport transportation to pick up me from the airport. The maid staff dosnt listen and won’t clean up the room when requested. The entire time during my stay the hotel guest check in system was down. The bathrooms in the rooms were dirty and while showering I found 3 bugs crawling into my shower. The room smelled like mildew and to top it off I had the do not disturb sign hanging on my door. While I was changing I had the house keeping staff open my door and walk into my room while I had ZEROE CLOTHS ON. Never got a single apology from the staff or front desk management. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. WHAT A WAIST OF MONEY AND EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT ANY HOTEL IN MY LIFE.

    Called the morning of check in to enquire if early check in was a possibility. The gentleman on the phone was polite and stated that they would try but it all came down to how fast they could clean the rooms but we could check luggage and then check in later in the evening. When we arrived to check in or check bags the person at the desk accused us of making up the phone call and that we just needed to wait. Rather unpleasant. In addition to the unpleasant check in the TV on Direct TV had no channels that would work. Not even local channels to see the news/weather/traffic etc. When we enquired on the TV service we were told that we should just use our phones. Great, absolutely but I paid for a room that had TV service. Maybe give me a credit Marriott I understand that Direct TV can be difficult but the response from the hotel was a bit rude and dismissive.
