Staff are great! Rooms are clean and you can walk to a convenience store and Sprouts. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast is good although the eggs are powdered. Shuttle service is also good. Overall, good job!

First off, checkin was a mess! I had added my mother's name to the reservation a month before and they wouldn't let her check in! She's almost an she would've had to wait in the lobby for 8 hours for me because my flight was delayed by almost 3 hours! Thankfully Expedia customer service was phenomenal! They called the hotel and straightened it all out. In general, staff was helpful and friendly. We were next to the sprinkler which made some horrible noise for about 20 mins at 11pm on Sunday night. There was someone with their bass cranked that literally vibrated the room all night Saturday, partly friday, and partly Sunday. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage patties, potatoes, waffles, cereal, yogurt, muffins, bagels, tea, coffee, or, apple juice. It was definitely plenty of food but nothing spectacular. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was about a mile or so walk to the train. Airport shuttle was on time but packed like sardines. Personally, I won't stay there again.

The bed! The airport shuttle. It was quiet. More front desk staff was needed -- there was only one person staffing the front desk both at check-in (9:00 p.m.) and check-out (9:00 a.m.).

The bathroom was horrible. Damage drywall, literally it was flooded with a quick shower I thought it would get to the carpet, terrible design.

The cars were really helpful for me and of course the airport shuttle.

The Sleep Inn offered everything that we needed including free and convenient shuttle service, snack and meal options in their little pantry area (highly recommend the Cobb Salad which was perfect for two people), comfy bed and full breakfast.

A lovely, clean and comfortable hotel close to the airport with complimentary airport shuttle. Friendly and helpful staff too. The shuttle service picked me up at 3.50am which I think is excellent since a lot do not go that early.

After a VERY long day of travel filled with flight delays out of Boston and airline rebookings, my mother and I finally arrived in Denver close to midnight completely exhausted. We had planned to pick up our rental car and make the nearly 2-hour drive west to Copper Mountain that night, but there was no way either of us could safely drive at that point. I quickly searched for an airport hotel with a shuttle so we could get some sleep and easily return for the rental car in the morning. I still can’t believe the rate we received for such beautiful accommodations! The building was immaculate from the lobby and hallways to the elevator and room itself. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I slept through the entire night without waking once for the first time in YEARS! Breakfast the next morning was another pleasant surprise with hot items like eggs, sausage, hash browns, and oatmeal, along with grab-and-go options including yogurt, fruit, muffins, juice, and coffee. The staff was friendly, the shuttle service was convenient, and the entire stay made a stressful travel day so much easier. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone needing a clean, comfortable airport hotel in Denver!

Nice big rooms, a real breakfast is included, and the stay is reasonably priced. I enjoyed sleeping here twice in Denver Colorado. They had a shuttle from the airport which was helpful.

The front desk guy was great. Extremely helpful and nice. The room was a basic room. We stayed there before our flight out and then when we returned. It's nice for no more than we were there for. And it was a great value.

People next to me had their TV blaring until 4am. I had to sleep with head pointed toward center of room.

Stayed for a short overnight layover and it was perfect. The shuttle runs every hour 25 mins after the hour which made me worried I would wish at the airport for while if I couldn’t make the 9:25 shuttle but thankfully I booked it off the plane and I made it. That was the only part I didn’t like about this hotel. Then the morning shuttle to the airport runs every 45 minutes. Thankfully it all worked out with my flight times but it is something to be aware of. Stay was very nice though! Comfy beds and pillows.

Rude staff, breakfast wasn’t good. Wouldn’t allow 21 year old check in by himself without parent being there even when name was on reservation and called and confirmed this was ok due to flight delays. Paid for two rooms conjoined but was changed to two rooms side by side so n different floor than requested. Staff was arguing with each other at front desk.

The room was clean, but the toilet rang all night and rusted pipe noise will keep you awake, breakfast was good ( fresh fruit was old and rotten), staff was nice and will try to help as much as possible, maintenance and management not so much, I didn't use the shuttle to airport but they were there. Overall stay was good, paying for parking in the neighborhood is ridiculous ( I was told the tow man comes several times in a day), if you book through 3rd party and there is ANY problem they can't do anything for you but send you an email with an apology from management. My 1st time staying at this hotel and my last. Sleep is important and I wasn't able to get that.

Everything was great and I would stay here again. The only reason I did 4 stars was the $10 charge for parking when there was parking available everywhere. Additionally, I booked on expedia and did not see that charge listed when I reserved.

Everything you would want from a hotel at this price point: clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient location. Breakfast was good (waffles, oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, cereal, muffins, yogurt, fruit). Coffee was good. Eggs were runny. Staff were very nice. Hotel is next door to a supercharger. Charging block on the night table didn’t work but there were other outlets in the room. I would stay again on next trip.

This was the sweetest experience, awesome having microwave, table n chairs, stove too etc., generous amounts of towels, soap, lotion etc., spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone and even had make your own waffles, and oatmeal, coffee flavors, cream, etc., very nice choice and such a lovely gesture before going to the airport.

We just had an overnight waiting for an early morning flight out of Denver. We didn't eat there or use the shuttle. I was surprised at a $10 parking fee in what looked to be a large shared parking lot for 3 hotels. Overall the room was clean and bed fine for an overnight

I forgot my charger in the room, i went back and they said they didn’t find it and I am sure i left it there.

Pilliws were too fluffy, sink never got hot to wash hands or faces. Shower took almost 15 minutes to get hot. Breakfast was eh, we went to a restaurant. Coffee was excellent though.

Got stuck in Denver for an overnight when my husband's flight was delayed a day and he had the keys to our vehicle! It was great to get a shuttle to and from the airport, and the room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. If I ever need to stay in Denver before an early flight, I would definitely stay at the Sleep Inn again. Got a great last minute price too!!!

There was a glitch with booking, I initially booked for Dec. 30th the site defaulted to the day of booking. I immediately contacted Sleep Inn and was informed I could not get a refund. Now I have to find accommodations for Dec. 30th and am out $90.

This hotel now charges for parking. There is nothing but open space out here neart the airport in Denver, not to mention huge lots that are sitting empty. Ridiculous. I will find another hotel in the area.

So the website says self parking available but when you check in they charge you 10 dollars for parking in a half empty lot. Their explanation was they dont want people parking at the hotel and taking the free shuttle. I had my rental which I was taking back to the airport the next morning and the front desk person asks me are you taking the shuttle tomorrow? Makes no sense at all

Also, the airport shuttle and free breakfast were a bonus! I'll definitely choose Sleep Inn my next trip to Denver!

12-15 minute from the 61 and Pinea station leading to Union Station. Very close to the airport as well - just a few train stops. Very courteous staff.

Some young thugs outside the hotel told me to go f##k myself shortly upon arriving. The front desk was very slow at check in and the area was very noisy until midnight. The bed was comfortable and the girl at checkout was nice. Located in a residential area under construction. Not sure of the neighbourhood.

Airport shuttle and clean room

I arrived late into the airport but the free shuttle service was on time and relatively easy to find. A very helpful staff member was still on the desk, despite the time, and she checked me in quickly and arranged the return shuttle for the morning. The room was basic, but sufficient and clean, and the bed was comfortable. I was disappointed by the breakfast offering. The cooked breakfast was very unappealing and limited, there was no fresh fruit or yoghurt and I was sad that everything was disposable (plates, cutlery, packaging) and not washed to be reused.

A relatively new hotel in a location convenient to dining and shopping, as well as the airport and highways. A tough stay for mobility challenged people, however: ridiculously heavy doors, deep tub with no grab bars, shampoo difficult to squeeze. Noisy plumbing made it hard to sleep.

Took 2 days of requests to get our room cleaned

This place has a very nasty smell. You notice it when you enter and the room smell is not much better. The bed was uncomfortable. The transportation to and from the airport was quick. The return driver was kinda rude. I would not stay here again. Walking in I was not sure if we were looking at dog poop or a huge chocolate stain but based off the smell I could assume. As soon as I walked in I wanted to leave.

This was a nice place to quickly get on and off the interstate. We stayed for just one evening to watch a Broncos game. It was both reasonably priced and conveniently located for travel in and out of the city.

Whenever I return to Colorado I stay here and it’s always been pleasant. From the shuttle service from the airport, the staff and even the guest, I’m always satisfied. I appreciate the hospitality and kindness beyond the basic service provided. Thanks for your excellence!

Room was pristine but the bathroom, although very clean, was a disappointment. This may seem petty to some but for us older folks it was very unsafe. There were no towel bars so you needed to exit the shower/tub to dry off. There were no grab bars, causing a very perilous exit. Like I said.... for most - no big deal - but for the elderly and disabled..... be very careful!

I missed a connecting flight so I had to find a place to stay at the last minute. I chose this location because of the free shuttle and free breakfast. The room was very clean and quiet. Very convenient hotel near the airport. We left too early to opine on the breakfast. The staff was great and helped us out in a pinch when we ran out of some toiletries. The room was extremely clean, and the shower was excellent. The bed provided the exact firmness for a great sleep. Will happily stay there next time I'm traveling out of Denver.

The motel property was ok but the property around the motel was littered with trash everywhere.

For the price this hotel met our expectations. They had ample parking, which was nice as we drive a big truck. The room was clean with a decent shower. We did not break the fast there but they could improve their coffee.

The shuttle picked up people before getting to door #512 Island 3 so they were full by time they got to door 512. So we waiting outside in rain for 1 1/2 hrs. We were under covered roof but water leaking through roof. 🙃

Everything was new--we need a 2am shuttle pickup for the airport and they were their.. They even gave us a bag with an apple, small bottle of water and a Nutri grain bar for breakfast.

Great location and with shuttle to the airport. Beds and pillows are comfy, room is clean and renovated. The only complaint this time was there was a cricket either in our bathroom somewhere or perhaps in the vent in our bathroom- woke us up a few times!

The Sleep Inn and Suites was perfect. The front desk person recommended a Mexican restaurant just a short walk from the hotel, which was welcome after a long drive! The hotel was clean and nicely presented. We were able to get a shuttle to the airport early in the morning! All good! I would stay again!

Great stay, great breakfast

Clean room, large variety of breakfast items, and airport shuttle included in stay

Room was small, albeit pretty clean. Breakfast was good. The only real negative thing was we heard sounds all night long of toilets flushing.

there are a lot of people hanging around outside directly next to the hotel drinking . Take 20 bucks of the room price and drop the terrible "free" breakfast.

Appreciate staff

I was caught in a layover situation and I booked this room using my Hotels.com account. I have used it in the past and it makes booking a cinch. This time however, I took an uber to the property and went to check in, exhausted from a long day stuck in an airport. The clerk tells me that because my email address name is the name on the account and not my name on my drivers license that I cannot check in and will lose my money because that is the policy. I showed him the credit card I booked with, my drivers license, the email account opened with my phone. He didn’t care and didn’t want to hear it. He was rude. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, he said no, there is no manager. I asked if he owned the hotel, he denied that he owned it. I found out that the whole whole chain of the hotels there were Choice Hotels and I am also a member of theirs as well as Hilton Honors. I booked this room because it was one of the first that popped up, had a shuttle and breakfast. Never ever again! I need to speak to a supervisor or manager ASAP My number is 870-718-1271

Great value for the money

I had a quick stay due to a delayed flight. Very nice. No complaints.

I reserved 2 rooms at the hotel- one for myself and one for a family member. They required my family member to check in and use their credit card. My family member does not have a credit card, and they would not accept my card for that room, even though I am the one who made the reservation and am the one paying for the room. I had to put down a deposit of $150 in cash. Which I did. This is an inconvenient and disrespectful policy.

Didn’t expect much as we booked last minute due to a flight cancellation. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Transportation to airport early morning was timely. It was quiet too although it was late on a Tuesday night so I wouldn’t expect too much noise. Happy overall with the stay.

There was a ton of parking open and available during my stay and departure day.

The receptionist technician was helpful and polite rooms was clean and odor free . Only supporting necessity that would be a feather in the hat is shelving in the shower.

close to airport with transportation, everything was fine the only bad thing was the size of pillows. If they were any smaller you could use them for cornhole.

The property and rooms were clean and night time was very quiet.

Did not stay. International flight was late due to weather in Russia. Connection missed in LA. I had just booked that day for my son and family. Then I learned about the delay when they were in flight. We were staying the following day. No courtesy refund. No consideration that it was just booked and I cancelled early in the day.

Great location to airport, the 10$ parking fee is a little obnoxious being a standard hotel parking lot. If it was gated or a 5 star resort, I could understand.

On Expedia website at time of booking they did not mention about parking fee while other properties did mention additional fee.

Despite the refrigerator not getting cold and the hair in the tub, this was a nice room.

Only stayed for a night inbetween flights. Very clean hotel, spacious washrooms. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was great as well, usual continental breakfast but very clean and eating area clean. Not much around the hotel for restaurants walking distance. Great if you habe a car. Free shuttle to the airport was a great bonus.

They charge for parking even though there is no reason to. There are tons of spaces all around. Theres no reason other people will leave their cars there. And they charge you tax on the parking.

Room was very nice. Bed comfortable. My wife and I slept well. Area is prairie being turned into apartments. Dreary. Breakfast was hot with oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles. BUT, eggs were dried out and clearly poured out of a carton, sausage seemed like it had been microwaved not grilled. A couple of pieces of fruit, but nothing that looked appetizing to me. Best were the waffles but something I normally try to avoid. Breakfast gets 2/5 stars, better than typical "free" motel continental breakfast, but not by much.

Great place to stay near airport. Shuttle great and dependable Had very early flight and it worked out nicely. Unfortunately not much in the way of dining options near by but there is a convenience store that is close enough to walk to.

The room was very clean and in good condition. The shuttle service is right on time, and well-organized.
