    So overall it was ok. For the price you pay the pullout couch could've had a way thicker mattress! Oh my gosh you can feel every support bar😣 It was very thin so not super comfortable. It was clean. The staff is amazing!!!

    The location is excellent, next to many restaurants and businesses, and close enough to Denver's important areas. The staff is very nice, the rooms are comfortable, the TV has several entertaining options (unlike other hotels), and the price is good enough, not too cheap and not too expensive. Breakfast could be better, with better food options, and a cleaner eating space. The room was comfortable enough, but there were no additional covers or pillows for the sofa, there weren't any water bottles in the room, or cups, nor enough soap in the bathroom. The internet was very slow, so they force you to buy an internet daily package. They also managed to charge more than had been announced at the booking.com place, which seemed like a scam, or like a forced way to get money from people.

    The room/ floor we requested with the reservation was not available. We were sent to another room which was not clean and had a terrible smell. We were transferred to yet another room and the door would not unlock. We had to have the desk attendant come unlock it.

    Size of the room was fantastic and I liked that the pullout couch and king bed were separated with a door. The bathroom was spacious with a shelves to store toiletries.     Location was good Was given a time that our wound would be ready came back about an hour after they said our room would be ready and was then told by someone else that it wouldn’t be ready for another hour and a half. I booked a two bedroom suite and did not book a handicap suite and that is what we got. I did not want that room. That is why I did not book it. I was asked why we got that room when I did not book it and was told it’s first come first serve and we have to request not to have it. I never requested it to begin with.

    The property was great. However we had the handicap room. Beds are very high so my 93 yr mom had to step on luggage to get into it. She has a poor back also which caused her pain while attempting this. Please get handicap appropriate beds. Also chairs are not comfortable.

    We are an elderly couple that stayed for 5 days, and it was exceptional. What made this stay so special, was due to Ken C at the front desk. Each time we entered the lobby, Ken would look up from his desk work, and greeted us as if we just returned home to his house. It only took less than a minute, but it left us feeling so welcomed. We have traveled extensively in our lives, and we have never been treated this way from a front desk person...this was so special. Because of Ken, we intend to stay at this Residence Inn when we return to Denver in September. Please treat him well, as he is an amazing ambassador for Residence Inn.

    The rooms need a remodel and were expensive for what you received. The hotel was close to shopping, restaurants and other attractions. We felt like it was in a safe location too, but it was not unusual to see homeless on many of the street corners.

    Suite was a perfect setup, but the floors were pretty awful- I seriously considered asking to borrow a vacuum, particularly for the kitchen area. I know I could see more than most, because I do yoga every morning; but there were even plastics from clothing tags that were not swept up and the crumbs under the dishwasher had been there a long time.

    My biggest complaint is that the furnishings in the room were uncomfortable. Bed was so soft it gave us backaches and was difficult to sleep. Chair and couch have the most uncomfortable upholstery. No comfortable place to sit in the room. Pool is ok but the water is cloudy. If you have small kids it’s ok. But if you are looking for a more comfortable hotel I would go else where. The cost is too high for what you get. Spend a bit more and try one of the other places in Cherry Creek.

    All in all it was an ok stay. Didn’t start well when the front desk agent told me my car wouldn’t be safe, even after I paid $12 per day for parking. There is no designated parking and the agent told me the safest place to park is in front of the restaurants around the area. This is a safe area but the agent made me scared. The cleanliness in the room was sub par. Great location was the best part!

    The location was great and there is a beautiful trail nearby to walk or run on, and close to shopping. The room was dirty though, and poorly designed. The microwave wouldn’t open all the way because it hit the refrigerator and the dishwasher would not open all the way because it hit the refrigerator. The floor and bathroom and kitchen were still dirty even after room service came through to clean.

    Spacious suite with ample closet and large open kitchen that even had a dishwasher. The only reason I didn’t rate higher is because we had non-working toilets for 2 days (2 diff. rooms: 105 & 309) due to hotel water pressure problems. But Residence Inn came through and put us in another room with working plumbing on 4th floor and gave us free parking (11 night stay).

    We stayed at residence Inn by Marriot over the weekend and was surprisingly disappointed. At Cherry Creek area this hotel tad awful old and not clean rooms with worn out bedding sets. For $120 per night and all additional hidden fees i and up pay $600 per two nights..... never had such a awful experience.... not recommended at all

    The front desk people, especially the "Client Services Supervisor." They us COVID as an excuse to be aggressive and obnoxious with anything you need. I had a 21 day stay booked, left 14 days early because of the bad sevice. We were ok with no room cleaning, as they have going on now, a fruit bar and milk for breakfast and no answers to anything, but putting up with someone's bad mood and pathetic customer service while paying full rate is rudiculous. If you chose to go there know you will be treated as garbage. They are plenty other options out.

    Great stay. Staff is friendly, room was clean. Wasn’t bothered or treated inhumanely like I was at extended stay in cherry creek. I also received all services paid for, which I can’t say for the double tree in cherry creek which was also in the area. To be fair, it wouldn’t be hard to impress me after the wretched hotel experiences I’ve had in Glendale. Nonetheless, this was a great stay, and I would recommend anyone who has to stay in the Glendale area to stay here. I’ve been to every other hotel and am astonished at how awful these other places were comparatively. Is it more expensive here? Yes. But when you consider that the other hotels will charge you for nights you won’t stay there or call the police on you and have you escorted from your room for refusing to do a thorough inspection without a warrant... all for not checking in properly the last time I booked a room (not even the current booking, which I had checked in for and paid for two nights. Oh and the real reason being that I had removed the camera they had mounted in their “smoke detector” on the ceiling, and were mad that I wanted privacy. As far as I know the residence inn didn’t have cameras and they were really kind every time I interacted with them. I was just happy no one banged on my door or bothered me. They let me be in peace, which was much appreciated.

Can't rate the amenities due to Covid and the indoor pool was out of service. There is a lovely fire pit you can use and was lit all the time.     In the time of covid, I expected the hotel to be extra clean. Nope. There was a lot of dust on shelves and countertops. Bathroom mirror was streaky with spots, big stains on the kitchen floor and it was also sticky. The hotel was in a convenient location to National Jewish Health which is why we were in Denver. The staff was helpful. Someone came up to fix a couple things a couple of times, not very well. We talked to the front desk staff, but nothing changed. I expect more from Marriott and they didn't deliver.

    I received an email on my way to check into this hotel saying they cancelled my reservation. No reason given. Jake said that they moved me to a hotel across the street and it was "on them’ for my 4 night stay. However, i was still charged the full amount even though i was told it was going to be covered.     The biggest let down was the breakfast. Its ok to line everything up and feed us cereal with no milk. Muffins, granola bars and certain fruit? Can't even remember. But not ok to make breakfast and require 2 ppl in at once? Sounds like a rip off considering im paying the same room prices. And we can get sick being so close while waiting to pick scraps. Smh

    Everything was clean and well organized. All staff members were very friendly and their breakfast buffet was my favorite! My husband and I just took some paper plates and enjoyed ourself both in our room quietly and in the lounge area. It was winter so we didn’t try the pool, but the fire place was gorgeous! STAY HERE!

    The property is conveniently located. It's clean, and on brand. The check-in process what easy and well set up for social distancing. Plus, the breakfast setup was great.

    Couldn't get a response to get buzzed in from the parking deck or a phone call to find out why. Otherwise, a good stay. Clean, big room with a nice powerful shower.TV didn't work for about an hour the next morning, may have been the weather.

    Loved staying at The Residence Inn. Rooms were up to date, modern and clean. Smelled clean! Office staff helpful and breakfast selection had a nice variety of offerings. Will stay there the next time we are in Denver.

    Lovely large suite, comfortable lobby sectioned into small conversation areas, excellent breakfast options. Walkable to Target, Whole Foods and tons of little restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

    This will now be my Denver go to hotel Excellent, well appointed beautiful new facility. Front desk did everything I asked, I called ahead for a main floor room, and it was a later check in and they got everything right. Spacious lobby and breakfast area with lots of choice and above average quality food. Lots of interesting restaurant varieties right there outside the hotel steps away. The room was a lovely little suite cleverly laid out with some nice extra touches.

    We were told we could have a late checkout. Four hours prior, housekeeping started knocking. We were woken up four times before being told we had checked out hours earlier and needed to leave immediately to allow another guest to occupy the room. We hadn’t checked out. This was very frustrating. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. The hot tub seemed gross. I love hot tubs but I felt like I was going to catch something in that water! We won’t return.

    Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay - pool, hot tub, comfy beds, great breakfast selections! The only thing we missed were hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels.

    Check-in was terrible - room wasn't ready on time and kept on having to check in at the front desk about it. Maintenance apparently decided to paint the door borders knowing it was a full booking then the room was a mess after and had to be cleaned. We had a big party and they couldn't keep the rooms straight even after writing it down. It was a mess.

    Great location for us, lots of restaurants nearby, very clean, very comfortable. The full kitchen and free breakfast were very convenient. The pool was fun for our kiddo. The only little problems were that they did not make up the sofa bed, but gave us bedding to do it ourselves, and that there was a register blowing cold air on the sofa and sofa bed. We would stay again if we return to Denver!

    Nice sized suites, staff was very helpful, clean and comfortable rooms. I would suggest being careful if using the "free" wifi as they have a second one that they charge $4.95 for using. We were charged the additional fee and I did not choose the pay for use but it may have been used by a family member. Also, be aware that they are pet friendly but charge $75 non refundable dollars if you bring a pet. Next time I will kennel my dog as it would cost less for the two days that we stayed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great family get together.
