Awesome staff! We were able to check in early! Bed was soft and comfy. Great hot water and pressure! Breakfast was decent, also easy to take a piece of fruit, yogurt, or bagel back to the room. Coffee and teas options were great. Crystal the manager was absolutely lovely and friendly. Will stay there again!

I would like high quality eggs. The type of egg offered on Monday did not seem the same from the Sunday. The potatoes on Monday were better than the tots offered the prior day. I would have appreciated the best options each day.

These rooms were so spacious!! I was shocked how large the room was for the price we paid. Everything was new and clean with lots of activities nearby for travelers.

What a great place to stay for an overnight business trip to Commerce City. It is an exceptional location with terrific rooms and a terrific staff. It would be the only place I would stay when I have to go to the Denver area.

She was rude and condescending as if my card wasn't good enough for status. They only used 20.00 for incidentals, and she acted if Chime Card wasn't good enough. When I used the card for paiding for the room. Make it make sense.

I will stay again in this hotel i love the area , esay to walk around excellent breackfast and staff. The only one thing i hope the fix quick it is the air conditioning was not working in the whole hotel, oir room was very warm like sauna. I hears other guesses saying the same about their rooms.

Everything was fine. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Arrived and 2 other families were waiting at the front desk to check in and no one was there. They said they had been waiting a while. We only waited maybe 5 minutes and the front desk lady came back and got everyone checked in.

They did not take my Chime credit OR debit card to pay for the stay, so they cancelled our booking and sent us elsewhere when I told them that was our only form of payment, and that there was no disclaimer saying it wasn’t an accepted form of payment. It’s through Visa. The guy said it’s because they get too much fraud through Chime, then proceeded to berate me about what a “real bank” is.

Loved the location. Breakfast was good. The house keeper who serviced the room while we were gone took my perfume ?. It was one of my favorites and is discontinued. I thought that was very unprofessional.

The sofa bed mattress is not very comfortable to sleep on, only includes 1 pillow and 1 sheet. If a more comfortable mattress, a 2nd pillow and bed sheet could be provided, that would be a great improvement

The rooms are super big and worth the money. The staff could be more nice and the lady checking me in didn’t feel very welcoming. Besides that no complaints.

Staff unfriendly upon check in. Construction ongoing during entire stay. Workers reluctant to move from entry way upon entry. Loud music playing while attempting to check in from workers.

The hotel is under construction for remodeling- nothing was said about this on the site. My room had lights that didn’t work, doors that didn’t have a properly working security latch and a missing remote control (which wasn’t really an issue as I didn’t watch tv but I couldn’t turn off the welcome screen

Linens and towels were clean and comfy. Doors slamming in hallways was absurdly loud and impeded ability to sleep. Breakfast did not have sufficient labels on food to navigate allergies. For example, the scrambled eggs label did not indicate if there was anything other than eggs in them (milk be a common addition). Outdoor fireplace constantly going when no one was there is a waste of petroleum.

Lots of confusion at the front desk. I almost stayed at a different hotel.

I chose Marriott - and paid more for it - due to its normally good standards across brands. This was a mistake. It was just as mediocre as all the "motel/hotels" in the segment. Because they are understaffed, te didn't clean our room the firts day despite asking us if we wanted it and our stating definitely that we did. Maybe because we reserved tough Expedia, we were given a bad room on the 1st. floor, dingy, smelly and very noisy. When we complained, they gave us a new room. They need a makeover, seriously! Rooms were styled in te 90's and never changed. Bathrooms were a bit better, but still in need of repair and paint. For what we paid we should have gone someplace else.

Property was clean and comfortable. Close to Dick’s Arena. When I called I was told the bedroom had three beds plus pull-out couch but only had two beds plus pull-out. Very disappointed. We were charged twice for two buckets of beer.

The location was great. Everything was in good condition. The pots and pans in the kitchen were not usable. I have a medical issue that requires me to prepare my own food and this was not doable here. This made our stay difficult. The streets nearly were very loud and made sleeping a challenge one of the nights. Other than that, it was perfect.

My reservation was canceled. I received notice after landing and did not see the email...and Idrove to the hotel where they would not give me a room. It ironic how they said I could not cancel my reservation, but they canceled my reservation and still kept the money I paid for the room. This is fraudulent. I would like my money back.

We have stayed at this property several times, The location and neighborhood is great but the property itself is beginning to show some wear and tear.

Great place to stay. The pet fee is outrageous! I just don't understand how they can charge 150$ a night for a pet. And it's not refundable. I have never stayed at a place that charged that much for a pet. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

Traffic noise was not good. Lots of warnings that the parking lot was not safe and you needed to remove everything from your car. I would not stay there again.

This weekend was horrible I booked my room but when I went to go check in I didn't have a card to put down for the deposit and they didn't take cash ,I was denied the room and they said I checked in and checked out right away so they lied

The hotels staff is amazing and super nice. Very helpful and welcoming to us. But the only thing is that I asked for non-smoking room and the room had an awful smell in the bathroom from someone smoking in it.

Hands down, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever encountered. When I checked in, I was given a room without a made bed. Blankets and pillows were stacked on top of the mattress. I was given a new room, but it had an awful smell, there was still garbage in both bins from previous guests, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the couch still had wrappers in it from previous guests. Complained again and everyone acted like this wasn’t a big deal and they would just clean the room. Don’t spend money here, don’t stay.

It was very loud from nearby traffic. The staff was lovely. Most areas were very clean - just a few spots in our room that had been overlooked (cobwebs above the bathroom lights, etc).

We reserved a one bedroom suite and were assigned Room 307, one floor from the top. The room was spacious, comfortable and mostly quiet (a little traffic noise, although the room didn't directly face the street). The kitchen was large and well equipped, and the dining table was furnished with four chairs. The room had plenty of drawer space, a large bathroom, and comfortable beds. The breakfast varied daily and was better than average for a Residence Inn, or other chains of this class, with fresh spinach, blueberries, nuts and turkey sausage in addition to the varieties of eggs. Our only complaint was that housekeeping and maintenance weren't great - the shower was equipped with two bottles of body wash but no shampoo; the bathroom sink drain was clogged; the phone didn't work; and even turned off, the heater/air conditioner fan, which was very loud, turned on every few minutes until we had the maintenance staff completely disengage the system.

We stayed for my wife's surgery. Nice breakfast and room was good. Only problems were a homeless couple who came in and ate almost all of the breakfast food and filled their pockets and bags, and being charged $150 for a dog when the hotels.com site stated it was $75.00.

We would first like to thank Katlyn and her staff for making us feel like family, our stay didn’t start out to well, but Katlyn smooth everything out for us, the bad part of you hotel is no shower doors in shower and no usb plugs for customers to plug up their electronic devices, that’s was a big inconvenience for us, hopefully that’s something you guys can fix in the future. But overall our stay was good.

The room felt more like a small apartment and everything was clean and new. Great attitude from the staff and very professional. The pool and the pool area was clean and towels were available. Breakfast was good all but the scrambled which were steamed in a steamer rather than cooked on a griddle, which was really not a problem.

Everything about the room was great except the bed, it had deep pits on both sides and badly needed replacing. For the free breakfast, there wasn't much offered - no toast, bagels, muffins, English muffins or a toaster were provided.

Rooms were spacious with great amenities. Very clean and eco-friendly. Staff very helpful. Area is under major construction, so views are not great. We did enjoy nightlife nearby.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the location is good and it was a plus the map that is offering at the desk, i just think would be good to have stations to refill water bottles instead of buy a lot of water bottles that cause trash, overall our family enjoyed the stay.

Waited in a lobby full of angry people because the poor lady at the desk was all alone and needed to clean a room. No one knew where she went. Waited an hour for help to get checked in. She was very kind but they need to hire more people. Toilet wouldn’t flush. They sent a plunger for us but it was a water issue. Room was nice and clean. Pet friendly.

Always love Resident Inn. Was looking forward to staying at the recently built location in Northfield. Loved the modern decor, comfy bed. When I went to take a shower there was used soap still on the ledge from the previous guest and also hair in the shower. Grossed me out completely!

Dirty hotel in a bad location

I liked the property just fine. But I was placed right next door to a family with small kids and they were crying or yelling thru most of my stay. They weren't in the room when I arrived so I unpacked my stuff for the night. And short of muzzling the kid(s) there was nothing the parents could have done. It was very loud and ruined my whole stay.
