The hotel has a mini store on site, with basic convenience store items, water, pop, snacks. They also have a served breakfast for a very reasonable price- I was too tired to check it out, but saw others enjoying it. It's a restaurant style setting. Building is larger than I expected, but it was still easy to find out room. I did get confused a few times trying to find the correct exit. (there are multiple entries and exits so you can park closer to your room) The rooms were very comfortable, the beds were amazing! Very soft and comfortable, various pillows. Fridge kept our drinks very cold AC kept the room a good temperature. Shower did its job. parking was easy, there were a lot of spots available even at our late check in time. Location is right off of the freeway and easy to find. Food within driving distance the price is unbeatable for this stay. Will stay again if i'm ever in the area.

Great location, great price! It was kind of confusing about the bathroom on the first floor that was available with a key to unlock the padlock on the day of check-in, but then the next day, when I was checking out the front desk would not even let me have the key to use the bathroom

The staff at this property is super awesome. They're super friendly and very helpful. So many places these days take the stance of how can I not check you. This establishment the exact opposite in that they take the stance of how can we check you in realizing sometimes there's obstacles. Been a long day of traveling working what have you and then to arrive at your rest spot and have to have your trip detoured or have you have problems checking. Jim Jamie Lexi Greg at the front desk all the lovely ladies and housekeeping as well as the head of housekeeping I'm very nice pleasant respectful in their interactions with you. The property is a little bit older than the most however it provides a certain charm and being off the beaten path yet close to Denver is nice and relaxing very quiet

Do not stay here. The building looked like it was going to fall down around us. The bathroom was hideous with a non-functional fan that was just a rusty hole in the ceiling, cracked and caving tile in the shower/tub, stains on the ceiling and walls, wood that looked like it was chewed, the bathroom door looked like it was in a flood and never repaired, duct tape holding down floor boards in the hallways, a few corners with clumps of hair that had obviously been missed when sweeping. Ramada should be ashamed to call this hotel a part of their chain.

Front desk girl was very sweet and nice This hotel was awful. Looked like it was falling apart. Pictures are definitely deceiving. Smelt like smoke. The bedding was all stained. Rooms not clean whatsoever. I ended up booking another hotel because there was no way I was going to stay. Paid just to be in the room 5 minutes and left elsewhere.

When we arrived on 5/29 place was Hella sketch. Felt very unsafe. Then for the weekend events they cleaned house. But upon arrival we considered leaving. Staff was very friendly
- 0.5/5
Nothing staff was rude and your clients on the first floor by the pool was skid road. People yelling fighting and my best option was to stay quiet and hope I lived through the night and the only reason why I stayed was bc it’s 3 am and had car trouble that were going to be fix in the. Morning. If there was any other option to travel with my dog to a different location to fee safe I would in a heart bet! Your clients are aggressive and doing drugs in the parking lot which I complain about to the front desk! Which makes sense why they have they attitudes to keep with their the clients. No one should stay here reminds me of the Cecil Hotel that half the hotel is for housing and the other half is for clients!

Location was great, easy access to Downtown Please fix the plumbing. Shower backs up as soon as you turn it on and you end up standing in a foot of dirty water. Noisy at night. Beds not comfortable. Bathroom counter broken. Hallway dark and dingy.
- 3/5
This is a perfect case of “you get what you pay for”. This building is old, and a little run down, but it was a good option for the few days we stayed in Denver. Staff was helpful and friendly!
- 3/5
It served our purposes, but it wasn't the best property I have stayed at. I wish there was water both hot and cold available in the lobby. Doors were propped open, and our shower faucet was broken. That being said, all but one staff member was kind and helpful. The bed was one of the best I have slept in a hotel. The parking was free, safe, and well lit for Denver which is saying something. I would stay again, but I feel the property needs some TLC.
- 1/5
Was extremely cheap so we expected a lesser quality room, but this was beyond reproach. Oh and the best part, the door handle/lock was broken. I kid you not, we got LOCKED IN to the room not once but TWICE. The second time, my girlfriend was by herself and physically could not get out for 30 minutes. Maintenance couldn’t even get it open until finally throwing himself full force at the door, almost taking out the entire door frame. Untrained and unprofessional. They then proceeded to instruct her not to close the door until they could bring someone in to fix it, but didn’t offer an alternative room until she went to the front desk because we were attending a wedding that day and she needed privacy to get ready. This third room was more of the same: Shower tub was completely clogged, still no working outlets, you get the idea. Staff: the first woman who checked us in was kind and understanding, but the other women were rude, unapologetic, and unhelpful. Moral of the story: Stay anywhere else. Period.

We paid $95 for 1 night. The room and bathroom were spacious. It was nice and clean, easy to get to our room. We did not use the pool this time but loved it the last time we stayed. You have to pay for the breakfast now, considering we only paid $95 for the room it wouldn't have been a bad deal. Those prices looked reasonable. It would have been nice to be able to at least get free coffee.

Run down and dirty room. Nice staff.
- 3/5
The hotel itself is really run down. The carpets in the hallways are stained and the hallways smelled like smoke and pot. The bedding is super thin, our bathroom had water damage and the bathroom faucet was crooked and set so close to the sink it was hard to use, our toilet seat was loose, etc. Also, there were sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot most days we were there- they were outside for hours as we came and went. But, as much as the building is run down and everything in the rooms is as cheap as possible, the room was clean, so again, good staff. The location was also nice- no more than 15 minutes drive from everything we wanted to do in Denver.

I liked the staff responded when I complained about people.... (* See what I didn't like) Because of the large houseless presence in the parking lot and obvious drug deals. It is a big and very populated in this awful economy... (and don't get me wrong, I feel for them. I carry around items: clothing, food, water, blankets, etc. to give out to some who touch my heart.) But with others, I don't feel super comfortable. Especially in the first floor with sliding glass doors–room they tried to put me in, which was not especially clean and did not have good energy. When I was moved to the second floor, it was like night and day. Much cleaner, much nicer with a city view to boot. *The biggest complaint is that there are folks who are lame enough to think that if they sneak a smoke in their room, that no one will ever know! Oh...we knew all right. For non-smokers, which is most people, it's very disgusting! So much so, that the fire alarm went off one night and everyone had to file down the stairs and out the door. Fire Dept came too. They need to put a stop on behavior. Fine those people!
- 2/5
The 1st room on 2nd floor was dirty and gross hair on the bed pillows, bloddy mattress, stains on the chair there was a blue pill on the floor in the bathroon the dressers were dirty and sticky in the drawers, The place stunk entire floor bad smell dirty and sour, and gas, there were junkies hanging around the building, felt unsafe, they do not include free breakfast false advertisement. We asked for a different room it stunk and smelled like gas leak and the door stuck, was hard to open was a little better, But people kept trying the door to get in it just was a really bad experience and we left early and the lady refused to give me a refund. I will not stay there again.

The price was about as cheap as you are going to find in Denver. The smell inside was terrible, like years of smoking in an old casino. Hallways were atrocious with stained carpets, crudely painted wall, and some room numbers were handwritten in pencil on the white walls. Rooms were obviously barely repaired with glaring fixes and patches in the wall, screws sticking out of bathtub, and strange stains everywhere.

Absolutely nothing I booked this hotel last minute, just hours before check-in. Because of the same-day booking, cancellation was not free, so when everything went wrong, we were financially stuck. I want to be transparent about that upfront, because the hotel's only possible defense is "why didn't you just leave?" and the answer is: we couldn't without losing our money. But let me be clear, no amount of money is worth compromising your safety and comfort, and this experience taught us that lesson the hard way. Night one, we were placed on the 1st floor. At 2am, strangers knocked on our window. We went to the front desk the next morning, where both the receptionist and the owner were present. They apologized. We were too shaken and exhausted to push further. We moved to the 3rd floor and hoped things would improve. They didn't. The smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke was constant and inescapable throughout the entire building. The parking lot was an ongoing safety concern, with a steady presence of individuals that made us genuinely uncomfortable leaving our car unattended. The type of guests staying here was equally alarming, something that became impossible to ignore when the fire alarm went off on our second night and everyone evacuated into the hallway. Seeing the other guests up close in that moment confirmed every uneasy feeling we'd had since arriving. I'll leave it at that. What troubles me most is the complete lack of respect this hotel has for its guests. Families and people traveling with children are being placed in the same building as individuals who are clearly dangerous and engaging in illegal activity. That is not acceptable under any circumstances. A hotel has a basic duty of care to ensure its guests feel safe. This one has failed that duty entirely. After I started feeling unsafe, I finally read the reviews. What I found was deeply disturbing.

The furniture in the lobby was nice for the price, loved the coffee bar, very friendly staff. The room itself was fine. The hallways and elevator looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks and there was a dirty qtip right in front of my door. In the middle of the night there were two men screaming, fighting and slamming doors, yelling about money. Cleanliness of hallways

The parking lot had people sleeping in their cars. Forgot something in my car. Went back to get it and found someone trying to get into my car. Rooms were dirty. Sheets stained. Was right next to the elevator and people were going up and down constantly at 130a. Could smell weed. The bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned. Tub was stained. In the hall wall paper was coming down. Bugs crawling on the floor. Only stayed about 1 hr and left. Checked out and the person at the front desk was like whatever. Just go.

This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! We were greeted by the ladies at the front desk, and they were nice. We walk into our hotel room and we immediately smell a moldy smell then we see the bathroom door cracked and the door knob itself was broken and didn’t work. Then I check the rest of the room and was disgusted by what I found I checked the two beds and I lightly pulled on the sheets and the sheets flew off the mattress and the mattress has blood stains and pee stains the second mattress has the same thing. The curtains also had blood on them. We leave the hotel room and talk to the ladies at the front desk and they offered us a different hotel room but we weren’t interested. I asked them for a refund but they told me I had to contact the third party to get a refund. This is a horrible hotel!

The first night there, we checked in and the first issue was the toilet. It wouldn’t flush and backed up. We called about it and they said they would contact maintenance. No problem, things happen. We left and came back about 3-4 hours later. Nothing had been done. So I called the front desk again and she said no one responded to the messages she left for maintenance and immediately moved us to another room. Also, the remote to tv didn’t work and the tables, remote and drawers were dirty and sticky. We moved to a new room and the cleanliness was about the same. Light switches, remote and surfaces were dirty. The beds seemed clean and was the only reason I didn’t check out. Also the mini fridge was missing a leg so it leaned when trying to put and keep things in the fridge. Also no maid service the next day to make beds, dump trash or leave more towels. Towels are small and don’t put enough in the room. I just didn’t feel good about touching things and putting my things on surfaces. Positive things: The front desk staff were very nice, parking was great and easy to get too. We were in our rooms long enough to sleep and didn’t have time or energy to move hotels but I won’t book there again. The hotel needs some updating and work on its overall appearance.
- 2/5
The women at the front desk was nice. The first room I was given looked like it had been kicked in and the deadbolt was broken. This is clearly unacceptable so I went back to the front desk and she gave me “better room”on a “better floor”. The “better” room was still gross . There were what looked like blood stains all over the couch . I didn’t even put my suitcase on it . Bottom line this place is a dump. If you can afford $30 more dollars you’ll get a much better experience somewhere else.
- 3/5
The closeness to everything via hwy, unfortunately you couldn't walk to anywhere The place smell led on the first floor, a lot of weird things in the parking lot, no where to walk and the bed left is sore and we are young (late 20s). And the shower wouldn't drain.

We were in Denver for a wedding and this was definitely a case of you get what you pay for. If this is what a 3 star “hotel” (if you can even call it that) I don’t even want to know what a 4 star would look like. Save yourself the hassle and book an airbnb. The property is not well kept. All the rooms smell like cigarettes and there was definitely illegal activity going on in the parking lot and alot of interesting characters at night.. don’t say I didn’t warn you. Stay here at your own risk
- 1/5
Do you like the trap life? Are you into scoring drugs cheaply? Do you like to live dangerously? Is your idea of fun meeting local methheads in the parking lot and watching sketchy drug deals go on in the hallways or parking lots? Then this is the place for you. It looks nice on the outside and the inside but the characters who frequent this place definitely do not make you or family feel at ease while you are there. The staff, less then helpful, they encourage the activity and the characters to continue staying as long as they get payed. If you say something about your safety or the cahracters to the staff, their response is, you are free to leave. And no, they will not try to make up for it or try to acommodate you, your safety and your concerns are your own, they cherish their local characters who are repeat clients and run their businesses responsibly out of this hotel. The front clerks quote, " if you dont bother them they will not bother you. " Felt more like a threat than a reassurance. Then followed by, " you will not get your money back from us or your booking," when I asked about cancelling for safety concerns.

The staff at the front desk were very professional and helpful The building is in extremely poor condition, the inside of the rooms have deteriorated ceilings and hallways are run down and smell bad. Some of the rooms just have permanent marker to identify them, the elevators have graffiti scratched into them. The owners should invest better into developing this place - they have staff that work incredibly hard to provide good service but in a building neglected which lets it down.

The property itself wasn't very clean. The trash cans that they had outside were overflowing. The rooms are outdated along with the linen. There's cigarette Burns in the comforter, food was stuck in the remote from the previous guest. That was beyond disgusting. They have an oval toilet which I have at home with the round seat and lid which does not make any sense. Never seen something like that. It's very odd. There is a little peephole in the corner of the shower by the shower head. It's about a 2-in diameter screened hole. My wife and I saw that and thought that was extremely unusual, especially where it was placed. The elevator had graffiti on the stainless portions that had not been removed. The staff was very kind and that's the only plus for this particular location. Extremely disappointed on the condition of this hotel. Clearly the owner or property manager does not put any money into it.

The bigger issue was the bathroom door handle being missing. I noticed it, but didn’t realize it also meant I could potentially get trapped inside. My boyfriend stepped out to run an errand while I was showering, and I ended up stuck in the bathroom unable to open the door. It was honestly pretty frightening and gave full-on murder movie vibes. I tried to find staff before we left to let someone know, but nobody was at the desk. Definitely something that needs to be repaired immediately for guest safety.

Was not happy with the stay. On the Orbitz site stated free breakfast and it was not. First time entering the dinning room their was a pigeon flying in their. Was told Coors field was a 15 minute walk and the walk is sketchy that i did ride share back and forth. Walls are paper thin, u hear everything. Room was near an active parking lot and someone was blasting their music from the car outside my window, i couldn't wait to leave! Never Again!

Homeless persons outside the building. At least my car wasn't broken into. Really a terrible hotel. I would not recommend a stay here. Carpet to the room wing was filthy and greasy. Room numbers written by the room with ball point pen.

The stuff is super professional they greet you every time they see you. The PM manager is super friendly. And nice, I enjoy staying and talking to the stuff quite place for me. The only problem I had is with the laundry 2 times\nTake my money.I was on a bull to wash my clothes and dry my clothes
- 2/5
No complementary breakfast like they said online
- 1/5
This should not be a hotel it should be a motel. It looks like they give vouchers to unhoused people. Homeless people outside hanging out. I went to go buy sandals to shower due to the conditions of the shower. Very poor hotel. Dirty elevator and very ugly room.
- 5/5
It's was easy staff was very helpful and friendly will definitely stay again
- 4/5
I really like the room so clen the staff was good very clean no problem I was kinda of ups that they don't have a breakfast or room serves other than that good I recommend it
- 5/5
Awesome

GreSt service Na
- 0.5/5
I never checked in because the outside of the building and the area did not look safe. Saw law enforcement walking around the building and I asked if it is safe to stay there and she stated it is for homeless people and asked how I was even able to book a room there. I had to book a room at a different hotel It is a homeless shelter
- 5/5
All the stuff are professional and nice
- 1/5
Wow this place has turned into a major dump, I have started here the last 8 years for work trips, the restaurant and bar used to be a nice place to unwind, the closed them down and now closed the breakfast that was included. During this trip there were children using scooters you see all over the city, they were horsing around zooming through the parking lot almost hitting my vehicle as we pulled in, then again nearly striking my wife as she exited the vehicle, we reported to the night clerk and they said, Again! We already told them to stop. Several other issues we didn’t care for, dogs barking at various hours, car alarms going offf, beds were hard and the place overall run down, as for the people saying here. High!!! Zoned out in the parking lot. This place is a major dump and I will not be staying here again. Only positive was the water was hot. That’s it. I would not recommend staying here…
- 2.5/5
Staff members were all amazing There was mild and broken tiles in the bathroom, the door was not the safest and too many noises from other guests during the night.
- 3/5
The toilet did not flush all the way.
- 2/5
the beds seemed clean there was no complimentary breakfast. there should have been. our refrigerator was not plugged in when we got to our room so we couldn't use it, and we had stuff we needed to put in there!
- 3.5/5
Great price. Close to Mission Ballroom where we were attending an event. Served the purpose. Great, helpful staff. Property and room could definitely use some updates remodels. Was clean but definitely looked used. Needs some work. Weird, unpleasant smells in hallways and elevator.
- 1/5
There r holes in the wall, our room had the room number written in pen on the side of the wall. The first room that we went into smelled so bad of cigarettes smoke ……this is what you got for $68 in Denver ….which we should’ve known better 🤔 the beds were comfortable, sheets were clean but there’s no way in the world I would’ve even showered in that bathroom. The screen door was locked so you can’t open it ….so no ventilation ,the rugs are worn out and torn it is a dump but 68 bucks buys you a dump
- 4.5/5
The lady at the front desk had attitude
- 4/5
Plenty of parking close to the building
- 3/5
Clean
- 5/5
Room and pool pool hot or cold
- 5/5
Outside of city but perfect location for my meeting venue.
- 5/5
The laundry service should have been free. We had to pay for it. I didnt like that
- 5/5
Room was great, everything was nice. Vending machines would be nice for drinks at night but everything else was cool
- 3/5
The beds were nice and seemed clean but hotel is severely run down. Rooms had funky smell and just overall very outdated.
- 3.5/5
The noise of either the ac or heater(we didn't use either but very loud noises)every hour or so. Also, could hear the conversation in the next room like we were in the same room. Exposed wires in the hallway ceiling next to our room. Cleanliness of the room was ok except for a few parts that were missed.
- 3/5
The faucet to our tub was coming out a bit. Other than that, it served it's purpose as a safe affordable stay.
- 5/5
good
- 0.5/5
Where do I start? It smelled awful, the locks were ripped off the door, the homeless kept propping the doors open, the staff wouldnt get back to me about a refund, I felt extremely unsafe. I cried myself to sleep
- 2/5
Location was convenient, room size was good, amenities like breakfast and 24/7 store was convenient Doorknobs falling off, open pipes dripping into showers, water damage on ceiling, and very little room offerings. Soap, shampoos and conditioner were very small and cheap. TVs in both units I stayed had issues-one has dots all over the TV screen and the second TV went pink with lines after a certain amount of minutes. Very little parking
- 3.5/5
It was a great price Needs upgrades
- 0.5/5
Room was dirty, things were broken/missing from the room
- 5/5
in a more industrial area and currently under construction in some areas. very clean rooms, comfy beds, and an excellent price point. will definitely be staying here again!
- 5/5
Everything was great.... Great clean place 💯🔥💞
- 1/5
Elevators didn't work. Rooms were dirty. Facility was dirty. Noisy.
- 3/5
Restaurant was closed, website should have reflected- that’s the only reason we chose to stay- The facility was very run down and need of lots of repairs. Tried to get a couple of coffee for the road and after 15 minutes gave up and left after the one lady working was extremely slow and only able to help one at a time?? Cooking and all? Front desk in evening and am were super friendly.
- 5/5
The staff is super helpful. Clean rooms at a good price.
- 1/5
This hotel was dirty and gross
- 3.5/5
The rooms and bathroom were good. Had a comfortable feeling. The staff was on top of everything and very friendly. Paying for breakfast. Location had questionable people walking around outside. And our first room was not turned down properly with it being cleaned.
- 5/5
It was ok. The parking lot was a little crackish but the inside was decent, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was $10 instead of free
- 5/5
Clean
- 1/5
Didnt feel safe or clean the whole entite stay. Definitely will never be staying there again.
- 1/5
Just don’t. A/c didnt work, meth heads hanging out in the parking lot, on the weekends the hallways are basically a party, and just an overall bad experience. Shoulda looked into the area better.
- 2/5
The room was unclean, towels old and scrungy.
- 5/5
Location wasn't the best. Kind of an industrial area with nothing within walking distance. Front desk area does have a small store like area for variety of drink and food.
- 2.5/5
It says there is free breakfast and there not
- 5/5
Yes they were great, will be back next year
- 5/5
Ac worked and staff friendly!
- 3/5
The room was clean. That is a plus. The challenges were. There was a door that led to the pool area. They removed the door knob, screwed on a steel plate to cover the holes and welded or bolted the door shut. The main door to get into the room, there was no swcondary security lock. Half of the mechanism was removed (not broken, removed)
- 4/5
For the price it was great. Staff was awesome. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The furniture is old and outdated, some outlets didn't work and the fridge didn’t work but those are my only complaints. I’d stay there again if I am on another smaller budget.
- 3.5/5
The staff was friendly The website stated that breakfast was provided but when we arrived, we had to pay extra for the breakfast. So we didn’t like the false advertisement.
- 4/5
Clean rooms, kind of a sketchy area but hotel is clean
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Yea
- 4/5
I liked this hotel... they dont bother you and they let u be
- 5/5
Very nice lobby and reception, and the room was very nice too!!
- 4/5
But the big part is it was a super quiet room. The floor had no carpet, but looks like it had new imitation wood flooring put down. The shower was nice and hot, and the bed was beyond comfortable; I slept really well. We weren’t up early enough to do the breakfast, but were told it was $10 per person to have a custom-made omelette. On a sidenote, there is tons of parking so if you are pulling a trailer, you’ll have no problem putting it somewhere. For the price, I’d definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Jaime a Jennifer have the best hospitaly service I experienced. They are very professional and Caring. They are good at there job and make you feel welcomed.
- 5/5
This place is a great deal, the rooms are clean, staff is friendly,. Overall my stay was well worth the price
- 1/5
Cockroaches, blue stuff and water damage all over the bathroom. We literally walked out and didn't stay and now they're trying to not refund us. This was literally a scam at this point
- 2/5
When i arrived the lady was on her phone very distracted, she gave us a room who already had people in it and the area smelled diabolical
- 5/5
The room was good. The sink had a little hole in it but apart from that, the room was good. The staff were very friendly throughout
- 1/5
Very bad noise next to my room cause the elevator engine was right there and the staff didn’t give an option
- 1/5
Place is not in great shape. Lots of hairs on towels, bed sheets were not very clean and also had hairs. Old rooms patched up without much effort.
- 1/5
I couldn't check in because the confirmation when set up to the hotel I paid my money hotel tonight get the payment or the confirmation information
- 5/5
Si la habitación intacta muy limpio el lugar las personas muy amables
- 5/5
Staff was great beds were comfortable. Room was clean.
- 2/5
The hotel is very run down and showing its age. The room was clean. The staff was polite and helpful.
- 2/5
Lamps stop working, the socket was loose. The restroom was dirty the room and had mold smell. The breakfast was $13 and the eggs were watery, customers were asking the staff to cook the eggs more. They didn’t have change to give my husband when he paid with cash. My coffee cup that my husband brought to room for me the bottom of the cup full of coffee grounds!! I wouldn’t be staying there again next year when we go back!!! I would rather pay an extra $40 and have a better experience. We traveled from San Antonio,Tx by truck 16 straight hours to check into this room was the worse experience!!!!
- 1/5
The room walls had a dead spider on it and herion on the walls. It wasn’t very clean
- 2/5
Staff was very rude and condescending. The only respectful staff members were Lexi and Jason. The mathematics teacher's heaux and Mrs. BIGGUMS were the worst.
- 2/5
The Staff was good but the hotel is in an industrial park and there are homeless people everywhere. They didn’t mess with anything but they were everywhere inside and out.
- 2/5
The staff was very kind; however, the hotel location itself is in an area of town I would not stay again. The lobby and front parking lot of the hotel were congested by homeless people. A man was sleeping on the luggage cart our first night, no shoes and slumped over his knees. Not ideal for families or people wanting a comfortable stay. I would not recommend to my friends and family.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and it was a great location.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and staff very helpful. I gave it 5 stars enen tho it was not a totally first class place in that it's old (and the toilet seat was oval on a round stool!) but it is an excellent buy in a great place to get to the National Western complex which was our goal! I WILL stay again when attending the NWSS,
- 5/5
Room was clean Freindly staff .
- 5/5
Safe
- 4/5
There is no complimentary breakfast. Please add that to your description. Breakfast is available for a fee.
- 5/5
Room is great
- 1/5
Staff. Front desk said I couldn't renew another day because she couldn't find my reservation on time which I made a half hour prior to check out she's being very rude and unprofessional
- 3/5
Considering the hotel's standard, everything was fine.
- 5/5
Great front desk staff
- 1/5
Did not feel safe
- 1/5
The front end woman was rude. We were told if we didn't like something we didnt have to stay!! Rooms were not great very big room tiny ass bathroom where the toilet runs all the time. I'll never stay again for the simple fact of dont stay if you don't like it. That is NOT a proper response in the hotel business.
- 1/5
The lady that checked us in was amazing, very friendly. The property itself could use a
- 1/5
Bugs expired drinks was giving fights and yelling had to sleep in car
- 3/5
The hotel is undergoing renovations the room are old and falling apart

Breakfast was available for a fee. We didn't eat there.

Great desk check-in woman
- 4/5
Very friendly staff, room was pretty clean too
- 5/5
Great staff and clean rooms
- 5/5
Comfortably
- 5/5
It's a nice place to stay for a great value. I never have any issues with this hotel.
- 2/5
My room was smoky, and there was no housekeeping over a three-night stay. I forgot a valuable item in my room, called the desk within a couple hours of checking out, was promised a callback (either way), and haven’t heard from anyone since. Two stars.
- 4/5
staff was nice, location was perfect for our concert at Grizzly Rose and bed was comfy, room outdated and worn but clean
- 4/5
Ok
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Spacious clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff
- 1/5
This place is way past its prime and only writing that because there are 4 meeting rooms for conferences. Sketchy location, dirty hallways, an outside door that stayed propped open with a rock because the key wouldn’t open it, disgusting room with hair in the bed and the bathroom, and didn’t know about the free breakfast but there wasn’t one. Only stayed here to go to a show at Grizzly Rose. Two women were complaining about their room when we checked in and the fact they couldn’t get a refund.
- 3/5
Trashy room. Bad paint. Trim damaged. Toilet constantly running. Don't let the lobby fool you. This wasn't worth the price. I'd definitely pay $50.00 more
- 2/5
Not a great area, old and outdated
- 4/5
the hotel is a bit run down but the rooms was nice and big, Pergo flooring which is way preferred over carpet, comfy king bed….other reviews are true, you get what you pay for…..but great hotel for the price when you factor in you’re 2 miles away from downtown Denver and all the attractions, at a price under $100.
- 3/5
I stayed there for four days, and they could have taken out trash or made provisions for trash to move to.
- 2/5
Run down old Radisson hotel that’s been renovating for years now. Majority of the rooms aren’t even available. What little staff they have are not pleasant or accommodating at all. Called the front desk because very loud construction was going on at 9 am on a Sunday morning and they told me to piss off pretty much. Cheap and inhospitable overall
- 5/5
But... IF you pay cash-> $100 deposit at check-in.
- 3/5
On the second time, breakfast was for sale. Inconsistent with their aadvert.
- 1/5
I have a disability and was also hit by a drunk driver last week and needed a little more time before 11am. The front desk stated No and I had to out be of the room before 11am or be charged $50 and placed on the DNR list.
- 5/5
A
- 5/5
Used to noy have to pay for breakfast
- 5/5
Staff was very nice.
- 1/5
The floors were so gross that our feet were literally black, showing that they had not been swept or mopped and who knows how long. And there was stains and spots with crumbs that looked like they could’ve been from potentially bodily fluids on the comforter under the bed covers showing that not everything was being cleaned at all. There’s an abundance of dust all around the bed bases, and we felt so disgusted that we did not even stay for our final night that we reserved and paid for. Overheard strange character in the hallway on the phone saying he was hiding out from doing a hit-and-run. I do not recommend!!
- 2/5
Room not clean
- 5/5
Grest service
- 4/5
Old motel needs some renovation.
- 3/5
Safe and clean there's laundry and room is comfortable
- 5/5
Jaime and Jennifer were graet and very helpful.
- 3/5
Did not eat breakfast
- 5/5
Nice spot
- 5/5
Keep up the good work
- 4/5
Everything was as expected. Clean and safe
- 5/5
We had a lovely time at the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.
- 5/5
The location was a little weird and out of the way, but it was close to the Ball Arena concert venue I was attending— which was nice. Overall a good experience and I would stay here again.
- 2/5
This place was really run down. It looked like they were trying to update things but it just wasn't there yet. The room that I got had a major leak in the bathroom ceiling/walls. The room was overall clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed because the pool was outside and the breakfast was not included in the price. I may have missed that information somewhere. They also said that the pool was heated but it was not very warm and the hot tub was not an appropriate temperature for a hot tub. The surrounding area was not great and someone tagged my car while it was parked in the lot. I don't blame the hotel for this, but it is something to be aware of.
- 3/5
No it was not free and breakfast was frozen foods . not impressed . Hotel needs alot of painting in rooms carpets need to be shampooed. Although the room was clean
- 3/5
The room was clean
- 1/5
Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.
- 1/5
When we checked in were giving our key to our room. Turns out someone else was already in the room. Pretty much walked in on him. almost didn't get a king bed room. It was the worst stay I have been at.
- 4/5
This property is quite old and doesn't provide travel information, although the location was acceptable.
- 1/5
scary place and the hotel accused me of stealing from there store and liked us out early
- 3/5
Hotel is older and in need of renovations.
- 3/5
The service was excellent however the plumbing system was terrible. We had to switch rooms three times after the first night AND there was a swingers party going on the first night! People partying in the hallway until 2:30 in the morning!
- 1/5
Don’t book here. It smelled like an ashtray and dog pee. When we arrived back late on a Saturday night, the lobby was turned into a nightclub and there were drunk and literally naked people everywhere. Like actually nipples hanging out. We heard multiple fights in the hallways both nights. We learned after the fact that part of this hotel is a homeless shelter which should absolutely be disclosed. This place is insane
- 4/5
No free breakfast buffet as described and shown in pictures.
- 1/5
I was unable to stay due to covid but unable to reschedule or get a refund. Probably never will stay here now.
- 3/5
Strange place Room was clean Elevator was dirty Halls smelled like mildew It was cheap so what can I expect Still
- 5/5
Front desk lady was super friendly hotel looks good and has a lot of potential but could use a little renovations.
- 2/5
Staff was good
- 5/5
good
- 2/5
Staff was nice, lobby looks nice. Our room was not clean, the floors were sticky, under the bed was gross, bathroom was even worse. There is a smoke smell all over the second floor
- 4/5
👍
- 5/5
Great hotel for the price. Friendly staff, older hotel, but being renovated, and was clean and comfortable. Nearby LoHi, and the concert venue that we went to. We had a nice stay and we’ll stay there again.
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
Parking area had homeless people, we didn’t feel safe parking our car, the doors on the room was so shifted that we couldn’t open our door, we were assigned a new room and this room was clearly stil under construction. The one bed was covered in mold, lamps were broken the room was dirty. It was AWFUL
- 3/5
Get what you pay for. Parking lot has sketchy people. Not walking friendly particularly at night
- 5/5
Good service
- 3/5
Uber drivers were friendly but the hotel wasn’t too accessible by any other means of transportation.
- 1/5
Way too much noise during night and the stuff didn’t do anything about it
- 1/5
Hotel needs to be renovated. Damages all over the room and hallways and elevator
- 3/5
Seemed pretty safe. This is a very deceiving hotel. Its old and run down. Don't stay here if you're looking for 5 star amenities. It get the job done. But it's definitely a 2 star.
- 5/5
Everything is good 👍
- 5/5
Very nice place. Very well maintained. In an industrial area, which is fine.
- 1/5
Didn’t make it to the room due to unfortunate events and this property refuses to refund my money. I couldn’t get to the phone to call to cancel so soon as I was able to I called explaining my situation they didn’t care. No I will never spend $100 with them again they could have offered me a different amount however they refuse to do nothing so I will choose to go else where with my business. not a good look for first time stay and I’m here all the time they rather loose potential thousands to 100$
- 3/5
Facilities are old and out of date and property is located right next to a noisy highway. It’s a cheap hotel, you get what you pay for
- 3/5
Laundry machines do not work properly. Also when needing quarter's to wash front staff never has quarters nor have a machine that gives change. Dissatisfied that the free breakfast is gone. Now you have to pay extra to get breakfast. Doesn't provide even a free little morning snack nor coffee. Have coffee in room but not what I expected. Rooms are acceptable also pool and hallways. Also dislike the fact that the hallways smell like pill smokers. Especially by the 2 and 3rd floor elevators. Staff is wonderful 👍 no issues.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, and convenient
- 1/5
The rooms were filled with a bunch of temporary fixes for major long term problems, outlets dont work, door access from outside around the building doesnt work, front Desk help is rude and lacks respect. Call guest crackheads and are not properly trained.
- 2/5
Na
- 3/5
Yup
- 1/5
From the staff yelling at us for things we weren't doing like propping open a door to one of them claiming the area was full of Crack heads. Terrible staff. Seems like more of a homeless shelter. Especially with multiple visits from the police most days.
- 3/5
Our first room was disgusting. Second one was okay.
- 3/5
In an industrial area. Lot lizards across the street, first impressions had the bar set very low. However the room was clean the staff was pleasant enough. Breakfast was delicious
- 3/5
The front desk and maintenance staff were very friendly and did their best. No free breakfast, which was noted on rental, but that doesnt bother me because i dont eat breakfast usually. Floors coming apart, locks broken on public areas, the fitness room was a joke woth faulty cable machine.
- 1/5
Bad location first off, homeless people were up and down the area and some inside the parking lot. Walking to my room smelled like smoke, room itself was dirty shower was not cleaned. Service from the ladies up front were the only positive things about this 5 minute stay I’d avoid it like the plague
- 5/5
I really liked staying here didn't like the erea but it was close to downtown will stay again great place cheap clean noone botherd us there were Kool about my dog
- 2/5
A lot of shady individuals around. Didn’t seem safe and secure at all. Staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and clean rooms
- 4/5
The staff was great and friendly. The breakfast was really good. It's an older property but clean and well kept.

- 2/5
We booked the hotel with free breakfast and the first day we did get breakfast and it was good. The second day we tried to go back and they said they changed their policy and we had to pay for it.
- 1/5
While this hotel was close to downtown Denver, the location seemed isolated. I had a bad feeling about the hotel from the start. I am a woman and stayed there alone. When I returned to my room after leaving for awhile, there was a crumpled up napkin on my door handle. I got the feeling that I was being targeted. Later in the night someone knocked softly on my door twice. I called the front desk told them someone was knocking on my door and I was scared. This was around 12:45am. The man said he would check the cameras and if it happened again to call him and he would come up to check. Around 2:00 am someone knocked again. I called the front desk and he said he was coming right up. I never heard back from him so I don't know what he found, but nobody knocked again. Needless to say, I was very frightened and hardly slept. I called down and asked someone to escort me to my car in the morning. The staff were friendly enough for helping me. On another note, the bathroom sink was clogged and backing up. The walls were dirty in the bathroom. The bed seemed clean. The room smelled strongly of smoke. I would have asked to change rooms upon check in, but I was in a hurry to get to where I was going.
- 2/5
Overall condition of property shabby though. Nonsmoking but halls and rooms reeked of smoke. Only received fresh towels by request. Room trash from other rooms piled up in hallway. Very small tubes of shampoo/body wash, etc. No bar soap provided. That all just seemed “low value”. Industrial type general vicinity seemed “sketchy”. Wouldn’t stay there again.
- 5/5
Could use some updates. Electric outlets are iffy.
- 3/5
Average at best
- 3/5
Unfortunately, the stay was also disrupted by someone riding a motorcycle in and out of the alley behind the rooms throughout the night. When we mentioned it to the staff, they didn’t seem particularly concerned, which was disappointing.
- 4/5
My only bad review is that is the first place that I have ever stayed where you had to pay coffee for a breakfast.
- 3/5
Breakfast was NOT included. Food was average.
- 2/5
Halls and room smelled musty. Breakfast was cold and had to pay extra for basic coffee at the breakfast bar.
- 2/5
Staff is amazing but rooms are dirty, door handles were falling off, and sketchy area.
- 3/5
You get what you pay.
- 4/5
You need a place to stay the night book this hotel. The staff was amazing. The breakfast is so worth it and it just does the job.
- 1/5
I had to pack up and leave because we was uncomfortable with the people in the surrounding rooms did not even stay for the whole stay was to worried to ask for my refund cause was not to sure about the evening staff it was all sketchy!
- 3/5
The staff was friendly and attentive. We checked in pretty late but discovered the next day that there was a leak in the ceiling. They did move us to another room but the tv was broken in that one. Overall it was not a bad stay but there is room for improvements. The breakfast offerings were not very good, but there are some decent places to eat near by.
- 4/5
Noise and smoke. D
- 5/5
Very nice and clean . We had the suite, and it was very comfortable and roomy! 2 bathrooms!
- 2/5
The hotel is very run down. I felt there were people living there, big dogs in the rooms, barking. People coming in all hours of the night. hollering in the hallways .second night there, a domestic fight went on at 4am! The bathroom ceiling paint coming off in large amounts. Hallway walls and doors very beat up. I did not feel safe there .
- 5/5
Staff and service was great; quiet stay
- 3/5
Good for one night stay. Clean room. Friendly staff. Basic breakfast. Sketchy surroundings.
- 4/5
Air conditioner was good
- 2/5
The breakfast was good. THEY CHARGE ALMOST $4 FOR COFFEE THAT ISN’T INCLUDED WITH BREAKFAST! My room had a second door that leads to the pool which was secured by a chain lock and had a kick plate installed on the inside by the doorknob, which showed obvious damage from someone kicking in the door. My room was next to an exterior door which was constantly being used all night and left ajar. I felt unsafe and the door being used all night was extremely noisy. I left a night early and was promised a refund by the male night shift worker and Expedia reached out to the property management but no response for days. So, I didn’t get my refund on top of all of this! Never going again! Shady business and I got what I paid for!!!
- 3/5
walls and floor dirty. no free coffee had to buy the coffee…
- 5/5
Everything was perfect location good easy access to I-70 and I-25. Easy access to downtown, Thornton, Westminster. Rooms and linens were really clean. Front desk was great besides one young snotty blonde girl with glasses. I could’ve done without her attitude. Housekeeping is great. They offer you a free breakfast. Definitely going to be my go to place when I’m staying in Denver.
- 4/5
The hotel was okay. I dont have any complaints about its look. I hated the breakfast and so did my kiddos 😒 not sure what that rave was about lol. Other than that it was good especially for the price. Would stay here again.
- 3/5
It was ok just a few things were dirty. And in the morning who gives free breakfast and makes you pay for coffee ridiculous
- 3/5
The staff was very nice. Beds are comfortable. The did not serve coffee at breakfast. The only coffee we could have in our room only had 1 coffee, 2 sugars, 2 sweet n lows, and 2 creamers. The were special coffees that could be purchased but we were not told that until the day we were leaving. The hallways also needed sweeping. There were french fries in the hallway. In the bathroom in our room, the bathroom faucet and handle were not fully attached to the wall. Also, there is only 1 way out of the room, through the entry door. The slider that used to be there was sealed shut. It was not very comforting.

Alarm went off when sleeping and really didn’t get an answer to what caused it. Too many dogs, no restaurant. Breakfast was good, coffee not included???! Water with ice on a table in the lobby was it. Probably will not stay here again and will not refer to others.
- 2/5
The first morning, the continental breakfast was not ready at the times they let us know about at check in the night before. It took so long that we had to leave before it was set up. The second morning we discovered that coffee is NOT included in their breakfast. The area is not the best and the rooms are just okay.
- 2/5
When we stayed there, we encountered several persons doing suspicious activity with needles and it just felt super unsafe. Uber told us we were in the “bad part of town”. I honestly couldn’t agree more. The staff were good. The breakfast was terrible. We liked the pool, but lots of pigeons swimming in there.
- 1/5
This property was horrific couldn't even het the door open to the room had to slam in to to get the door open how horrible to have to het into your hotel room this way bathroom outdated and barly working
- 5/5
Close to desired venue, room was nice and equipped with refrigerator and microwave.
- 5/5
A nice place off the roadway, but a little noisy in the motel itself.
- 2/5
Wasn't the worst place to stay for just one night, but probably won't stay there again. Wouldn't recommend.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
All went well
- 5/5
Checked in with ease. Staff were friendly and engaging. Nice pool
- 1/5
No bar soap. Smells old and musty, outdated.
- 2/5
The breakfast was fine, typical hotel “wet egg” and potatoes. For the low price we paid, I shouldn’t be surprised, but I did read several reviews from recent stays and their findings were far better than our experience.
- 4/5
The staff was nice but at night, all the people who hang out in the parking lot smoking, among other things felt very unsafe. Doors were propped open and people kept coming in behind us, and it was not safe. Thankfully I wasn’t traveling alone but unfortunately, we won’t be returning. The price wasn’t worth it.
- 1/5
Gave us a room that was in use. 2nd room was dirty. Had to replace fridge and phone was not connected. We had to wait for them to clean it.pictures if needed
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Clean room. Good breakfast.
- 2/5
Booked this hotel to stay in but by time I woke up in the morning I had realized that the pillow I was using had blood spots on it and it sure wasn’t from me. My mother that also had another room stated that she found a cockroach in her rooms bathroom. Overall it was a decent hotel for just an overnight stay, the complementary breakfast was good though.
- 2/5
It's in a bad area. There was so much going on at the hotel. They were young adults at the front lobby standing in and outside up to no good. Across the hall from us a man came beating at the ladies door throwing her belongs at her. He the went a few rooms down. This hotel is used for drug and sexual prostitution. We were next to the exit door At the end of the hall and it was supposed to remain close at all times the sign is posted. My husband shut the door multiple times to keep the drug dealers out. However it was like a revolving door all night long. And the front desk cared a less. We asked to switch rooms in which that never happened. I did not feel safe there at all and was unaffordable to go out of my room.
- 2/5
Loud, looked like more of a residential housing facility than a hotel
- 4/5
After 2 days of driving, hardly any sleep, running a spare tire; driving from Olympia WA. Front desk very friendly. Bed very comfortable and no problems with housekeeping needs. At this very particular place, it was what our tired bodies needed.
- 2/5
In my opinion property was stolen from my room. I contacted the front desk clerk. The clerk was dismissive. I explained the situation. She said there was no way anyone on the stall would steal from a guest...very defensive and very suspicious... She said they would check hotel cameras after admitting that they were not properly positioned. She claim they saw nothing. At this facility if you do not ask for room service then there is no reason for them to enter. I did not ask for room service. In the exact place that I left my items there was soap, shampoo and conditioner. I suspect the cleaning staff. Simple facts: My items were there when i left. Upon my return they were gone and room service items were put in there place.
- 4/5
The stay was great until wife and I were becoming intimate together until we noticed someone being creepy standing outside of our door and listening. But outside of that the stay was great.
- 2/5
Loud noise in the rooms at night like a generator running in the room below.
- 1/5
Ugh. I really wanted to like this hotel but they made it impossible. No coffee with breakfast. Major MAJOR leak in our bathroom, water sloshing all over the floor in our hallway, closet and outside the room on the carpet!! They wouldn't refund our night 😢 drunk people everywhere at night. Doors propped open so absolutely no security. Breakfast was icky the first day, better the second day, but apparently the owner decided coffee wasn't necessary... Bathroom had dirt on toilet and hair on shower walls. Elevator by our room was out of order. All but one washer and dryer out of order. Ice machines out of order.
- 5/5
It was nice and clean
- 3/5
everything had hair on it like they didn’t actually clean anything. gross would never stay here again
- 5/5
Jamie was cool when I checked in. I got very ill as soon as I walked in to my room with coughing and even threw up. There was a strong chemical smell in the room. I took a shower and water was leaking from everywhere. The toilet also was leaking and air conditioning had a horrible smell. I was honestly so tired that I decided to stay and passed out on the bed very early. I just woke up coughing like crazy and my throat is killing me. I got sick from staying in this hotel room 118. Not happy at all and hopefully my trip isn't ruined by the disease I caught. If the hotel cannot properly clean and disinfect the rooms, they shouldn't be renting them
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
My stay was very pleasant. Very outdated hotel but still comfortable. Would stay there again. Breakfast was alright but for a quick overnight trip it was all I needed.
- 2/5
Under the beds were dirty, staff was not so friendly. Breakfast would have been great, but they refused to let me take it to my room to my sick husband. Highway traffic was extremely loud all night
- 5/5
Stayed for one night. Had good hot breakfast. Overall happy with our stay
- 2/5
Was okay. Cheap and safe but not muvh more than that. Nice poolyard. Breakfast was really good.
- 5/5
Very quiet, all the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was much better than most affordable hotels I have stayed at. Will stay again next time I am in Denver!
- 4/5
Friendly checkin. Could not get new towels without asking room not made up
- 4/5
Breakfast was self serve but very good.
- 5/5
The hotel was ok, there were people hanging around that looked like they rented there. The first night there was someone working on their car in the parking lot.
- 3/5
When i got rhey hadcissues finfing the hotel credit card online at expedia. I had to wait for quite some time. I was very tired and just wanted to go up to my room and go to sleep. The door trim on the elevator had paint that was chipping off, and the door on my hotel room was quite small, did not look like it should have been the door to go on the entrance to my room. The bathroom door was to big for the framecso it didnt close all the way, there wasnt anyway to call down to the office for assistance with anything if i needed anything because the room phone was missing buttons. The breakfast was not free and the food was ot that great at al., they only offered orange juice and water to drink, if you wanted coffee that was a separate price and for a large coffee it was $3.75. From i could tell the dining was nice. But overall, I was not impressed. Therefore i would grade this hotel a D. It was quite though and i did get some sleep.
- 4/5
Place is a little worn down but our room was nice, clean, comfortable bed, appliances working good, bathroom was nice and clean. Pool and hot tub open and working. Enjoyable it was. Most of all the continental breakfast was hot and delicious. Reasonable price for a great 2 nights stay.
- 4/5
The morning front desk staff had no smile on her face and had attitude. Poor professionalism Washing machine is a big problem does not work. No signs were displayed Cleaning staff kept knocking door early morning. Check out time is 11:00 am
- 4/5
Quiet
- 1/5
Presentation of the hotel was worn down and unkept. The cleaning staff did a great job despite what they were working with, My room appeared clean as well as the bed but the room had a smell of pet urine that I tried to make go away by cranking up the A/C. I checked in at 6PM and checked out at 1 AM AND left in my car rental. I ended up trying to get some sleep in the car near the airport in a random parking lot.
- 4/5
Washing machine machines were broken otherwise everything was pretty good for the price and in a convenient area to i25 without being in the busyness of downtown. Very nice staff and good breakfast.
- 3/5
The room is excellent but the overall stay was average. There were people/person knocking on doors all through the night. Children screaming in the hall at night. Also, doors and things slamming shut. It was a very noisy hotel. I probably won't stay again. You also have people "hanging" around the back door and the front entrance. It kind of made me not wanting stay there but I did any way. I am older woman and alone. I just stayed in my room and not venture out at all. So overall just an average stay. Not going to stay there again when I go to Idaho.
- 4/5
Check in process was very slow. Breakfast was OK. Property is dated, but appeared to be clean.
- 2/5
Our room had no luggage rack and there was only one towel rack for one towel. There were four of us and we only had towels for two. There was one plastic cup and one paper cup. There was coffee for one. We will not return.
- 4/5
The place had a lot of wear and tear but clean enough for the price. the people were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was an A+! I would stay again.
- 5/5
Great room, beautiful hotel and i felt safe
- 5/5
greatv:)
- 5/5
It was a great room in a pinch!
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay here, the room was clean and nice. The hotel has just reopened and they are getting things in order, everything isn’t perfect but it’s a really nice place and I have no reservations about staying here again.
- 1/5
The place looked like it was being abandoned and the rooms had stains all over the walls and the furniture. The breakfast was decent, but the coffee available for a fee.
- 1/5
Dirty and smoky room and very inconvenient from the front desk to the room, definitely will not return, the worst place I ever stayed
- 3/5
Beds comfortabl.
- 3/5
There laundry machines need fixed there horrible. Took 4.00 from me and I couldn't get neither to work
- 3/5
Not the cleanest or nicest looking, the pool is definitely the best feature of the hotel! It just didn’t feel clean enough in our room to feel like we can go barefoot. I want that feeling when I stay somewhere! The staff was friendly.
- 1/5
Arrived with police presence and an ambulance. Fight broke out at the pool. People outside looked like regulars. Elevator in poor appearance. Hallway smelled like mildew. Breakfast was the only positive.
- 3/5
Night staff was fantastic. Older hotel in process of being updated. Room was clean, quiet and spacious. Price was fantastic for Denver. Hot breakfast buffet, slightly limited due to lower attendance. Charge for coffee. Beds were very comfortable!
- 4/5
No
- 4/5
Older hotel, but nice accommodations the neighborhood, especially the backside is really sketchy. Showed up for breakfast at 9:40 AM and all we were served were watery, scrambled eggs, and a little bit of sausage gravy. Nothing else was added, although breakfast was supposed to have been served until 10 AM.
- 2/5
The bed was comfortable, we did not eat at the hotel.
- 5/5
Just a little hidden. But I love the spacious of the hotel .
- 3/5
Smoky floors and old facilities
- 3/5
The staff was great, especially the kitchen/cafe staff. They were more than amazing. Loved them!!! The front counter staff needs to work on their friendliness. The bathroom fan didn’t work and made the rooms especially muggy after a shower and or coming back with wet swimming suits and wet towels.
- 5/5
Good experience
- 1/5
Not what it looks like online. Very run down smells like smoke and tons of junkies walking around out side. Outside doors don’t lock so the keys are pointless besides getting into your room. And walking out of your room you may open the door mid knock of a crack head at the wrong door
- 3/5
Overall the facility itself feels, in a word, "unfinished."
- 5/5
nice quiet area
- 3/5
Breakfast was good
- 4/5
It was fine
- 1/5
Well… location says it all
- 2/5
Staff was super nice and helpful but the property itself was a dump
- 3/5
Restaurant not open. Nice clean facility but in a bad area, surrounded by industrial buildings
- 4/5
Great breakfast. Beds were decent.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly. Reasonably priced.
- 2/5
This property is in very poor condition. Everything seems dirty and falling apart. There was a hole in the wall near the elevator. Breakfast was not very good and did not include coffee.
- 4/5
All I usually a bed and places to eat. The room was fine but there were no restaurants anywhere near the hotel
- 1/5
When we checked in the day before, I asked if we could just keep the same room and not have to recheck in since the reservations mistakenly got put in my name not my husband's for the second night. The lady at the front desk said yes, she would make a note of it. Everything would be fine. I then receive two missed calls in a voicemail while we are out stating that we had left stuff behind and they wanted to know if we were wanting to pay for another night. I reminded her of the conversation that was had with my husband the day before. There was clearly no note made on the account like she said there would be.
- 3/5
Every staff memeber I talked to was great! The hotel is obviously a little run down, but clean. My toilet flushed super slow so i didnt use it out of fear i would totally clog it. I did ask for a plunger but never got one, i assumed they were super busy. Breakfast pork chilli was delicious! They recently converted to "the radison" so i hope they update their signage because i was confused about where to go when i pulled up. Overall it was good.
- 4/5
They are doing some work on the hotel, but we were not inconvenienced by it and could get past the visual imperfection’s. Paying for coffee was pretty ridiculous, and that was a first for me while staying somewhere. Overall, really good and convenient place to stay for us. The price was really good when looking at comparable spots in the area, and glad we stayed here. I was worried about staying here due to mixed reviews, but happy we picked this place.
- 5/5
Nice inexpensive place to stay
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
This was a really nice stay. I would definitely stay here again.
- 1/5
When we booked this that same day I called to get our family and another family's room next to each other and asked for pool side. The lady I spoke to assured me that she would put in the computer that we would be next door AND pool side. Upon check in we found out that neither of those accommodations were made and they said they would not make those accommodations for us! Our whole group was separated not only by room but floors. The the chair in the room we stayed in was horribly NASTY. The bathroom was dirty with glitter all over the place. The hallways were very trashy with unfinished patched holes in the walls.
- 2/5
This hotel looks to be under new ownership and partially renovated. There were holes in the ceiling and the room was not nice at all. The person who checked us in was kind and check in was simple. It was pretty noisy all night and we did not sleep well at all. I would not stay here again and would recommend paying a little more to stay anywhere else.
- 5/5
The price was great. It is currently being renovated, but the room was great and clean. The breakfast was more than I was expecting and was great. It was a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
- 1/5
Bathroom ceiling falling down, breakfast was a joke and they charge for coffee!
- 5/5
The staff was super friendly and helpful. Accommodations were clean and very nice
- 3/5
This hotel is clean and fairly quiet. It looks like upgrades have been made. However, our enrry and batheoom doors stick so bad you have to push with all your might to open. The window is falling apart. Tv didnt work even with new batteries.
- 4/5
Staff was wonderful and friendly. Place seemed to be an old hospital or something. Kinda creepy and there was lots of construction around the hallways and out by the pool. The hot tub was broken but the pool was nice.
- 3/5
No do not disturb and in a weird location
- 2/5
For 100 a night this should be a better painted and kept up hotel. I know 100 is cheap but you get a very cheap experience here. No soap or lotion, hair on the towels, paint falling off the wall, old poorly working sink. These are things I'd expect from a 50 dollar hotel, not one on the edge of typically priced. Staff ranged but 80% were very kind and inviting.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, wonderful, comfortable room, just what I needed. Front desk staff exceptional. Breakfast Delicious!!
- 1/5
To start with the positive, the bed was comfortable but the rest of the place was basically a dump. I knew it was going to be bad when we checked in and there was a long black hair on the bed. I have long blonde hair and my partner short dark hair so it was a bit unnerving to find long black hair not just on the bed but also multiple ones on and in every towel and washcloth in the bathroom! The bathroom door couldn’t close all the way, the toilet did not flush well and you had to try multiple times to get even just toilet paper to go down. Lukewarm shower. Bathroom floor tile was chipped, things were just painted over instead of being replaced or repaired. All of that aside, the worst part was waking up to go eat the continental breakfast and finding out they don’t serve coffee. Oh but there’s a coffee bar there where you can buy a cup for $4! Just to make a few extra dollars off each guest doesn’t make sense, and the coffee in the room was all decaf so you have to pay if you want caffeine.
- 3/5
The hotel was listed as 3 stars - which is not accurate. It is an old building that under went a cheap partial remodel. The floors were sticky. The bathroom ceiling paint was badly peeling. Noise traveled between rooms. On day 2 there was no coffee offered with breakfast - had to be purchased separately. Was in an industrial location. But, staff were as friendly and helpful and things were clean.
- 5/5
Customer service special front desk, very clean, breakfast is excellent, i totally will stay again and again
- 5/5
It was great
- 3/5
A lot of sketchy people hanging around this hotel. The pool gates are always open so anyone can just walk into that area or the main hotel. Didn’t feel super safe while staying here
- 4/5
Customer service was extremely friendly.
- 5/5
Muy buen hotel si me volveria a quedar en ese lugar, Tiene alberca tiene buen desayuno y el cuarto muy cómodo. Lo recomiendo.
- 3/5
Bathroom toilet bowl is dirty. Bath tub is also dirty I understand renovation is on going.
- 5/5
This was the second time we stayed here. I like that it’s off the highway and close to places we like to eat. It’s less than 10 mins away from Coors Stadium. We slept well and I love that my dogs are welcome!
- 3/5
Pool was shut down (I do Not recall any warning when booking) and the hotel was extremely noisy with dogs barking in rooms at 2 a.m. and Partiers come back all hours of the night from a EDM event and Metallica Concert. The place was somewhat close to downtown Denver but you always had to get on the main Highways to go anywhere which were always jammed. There was no real amenities in or near the hotel.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable room. I found a couple small pieces of broken glass on the floor but only stepped on one. Overall I would stay here again because it was close to everything I needed for this trip
- 1/5
We weren’t given breakfast vouchers and went we told them we had our room keys they didn’t care we needed those vouchers and we didn’t want to deal with it
- 4/5
The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The hotel was under construction and was a bit creepy. Also there is no longer a pool. It seems the hotel is closing soon and repairs seemed to be completed as cheap as possible.
- 2/5
Apparently, the hotel is a very old building that is extremely overdue for upkeep. The walls in the main area of our room looked freshly painted. However, the walls sink and tub were in poor condition with a lot of scratches and stains. The walls throughout the entire hotel were either chipping paint had stains on them or holes from having paintings hanging. They will only clean your room if you request it. We asked for our room to be cleaned three separate times and it was never done. Because of that twice we had to go down and get new towels and toiletries. The included breakfast was not too bad, but they didn’t have enough food for everyone.
- 3/5
The room was fine, definitely needs some upkeep. We were supposed to get free breakfast but were toldthe wrong times so that didn’t happen.
- 5/5
It’s was nice
- 1/5
I checked in, went to my room and walked right out. I stayed at a different hotel. There were people standing around the door to the hotel. I had I had tonalities the group to get to the lobby. I was extremely uncomfortable.I didn’t feel safe outside or the hallway to my room. , there was an odd odor in the lobby and my room had an overwhelming bleach smell.
- 1/5
Just terrible.
- 5/5
Good hotel just. Old bad part of neighboorhood slash industrial area pool was no functioning so that definitely was kick in the teeth.
- 1/5
The hotel need to upgrade the rooms. In our room the toilet sit was painted instead of replaced, the sink was cracked and the tub was dirty.
- 3/5
Wifi is slow
- 2/5
My room didn’t have hot water and the toilet had trouble flushing. My door also didn’t fit right in the frame so I had to use my shoulder to push it open on a few occasions. I think many doors don’t fit correctly as there was door slamming all night. I finally packed up and left around 6am as I had given up on actually sleeping after finding out I couldn’t even shower before I left due to the water issues. The gym and the pool/hot tub are also not available currently. Not worth what I paid. Kind of a bummer that this was my “me day” without hubby and baby and it was rather lack luster due to the hotel stay. Hotel front desk staff wasn’t very friendly but the room was very clean so at least there’s that
- 4/5
The hotel was in an industrial area. Arriving at night felt a little sketchy. Once inside the staff assured us the area is very safe it’s just industrial. The hotel was huge. Had LVP flooring throughout which is always nice and clean. The room was huge, the king bed and pillows were super comfy. Sadly there was a strong aroma of stale cigarette smoke. For a quick sleepover it was great.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 4/5
It sucked
- 4/5
Have to be more delicate
- 5/5
Comfortable bed
- 1/5
Scam scam scam stay away. We got in super late, had no choice but to stay the night and couldn’t get our money back. It was overpriced for the value, first room was dirty, didn’t really feel like a safe area. This place needs to close until they can get it together. Read the reviews.
- 3/5
on average
- 4/5
The hotel is conveniently located for attending events in downtown. Free parking is a major plus too.
- 5/5
Probably my favorite hotel that I’ve ever stayed at! There were only maybe 7 other occupants and it was super bizarre. 5 stars!
- 2/5
The hotel is undergoing a renovation so there were no amenities; pool, bar, or restaurant ( no breakfast).
- 3/5
Improving the building so there was a lot of construction. But it was clean and decently priced
- 3/5
Like that it’s quiet and peaceful! But there were no lightbulbs and some plugs were not working! Maybe provide one more chair.
- 4/5
Nice hotel
- 3/5
There is NO restaurant or bar. This is false advertisement. TV and phone in room was not working. Front desk was very helpful and moved us to another room. New room was ok, coffee maker stopped working after brewing the first cup. Definitely low budget hotel with potential of being better in a year or so. Bed was very comfortable. Everything under constructing.
- 3/5
Friendly staff, but a lot of maintenance is in progress. Weight room was unavailable. Room was clean and well stocked but saw a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom and shower area. Eco-friendly in that there was no maid services during our 3-day stay, but provided more towels, shampoos, conditioners, and coffee singles for the coffee maker in the room from the front desk.
- 5/5
awesome spot
- 2/5
no hot shower, work in progress. Should not be open yet
- 1/5
We had requested a room with two queen beds, which the staff confirmed. However, when we got to the room, it was far from what was advertised. It hadn't been truly renovated—just had some cheap new flooring. The beds were two doubles, not queens, and the sheets didn’t appear clean. The toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet properly, and the shower was filthy, with visible dirt and paint stains. Electrical outlets were missing covers, and there were extension cords running across the floor—clearly a safety hazard. I returned to the front desk to request a room like the ones shown on their website, but the staff refused to accommodate the request. When I shared my concerns, the attendant simply smiled and ignored them.
- 1/5
I didnt end up saying. The two ladies at the front desk were very nice, but the rest of the expierence was terrible. Dirty hallways and walls, first room the door was locked from the inside so we couldnt get in, 2nd room had dirty sheets and floors and the people partying in the room next door were loud and rude and banging on the door for the connecting rooms. Did not feel safe so we just left about an hour after checking in. Friendly staff and nice lobby, but everything else about it was terrible. Would not book again.
- 3/5
People were very nice. The ongoing renovations could make this place a gem.
- 3/5
The hotel needs work. The shower was not adjustable and squirted a stream like a hose. It was poorly lit outside. The bed was very good. The bathroom had a nice marble counter. The bathroom mirror was modern and nicely lit. All the floors were the faux wood. The quilt was warm and the pillows nice. The lobby was a work in progress. The price was nice.
- 1/5
Scam hotel. They don't have any amenities advertised available for guests and they won't tell you that unless you ask. The hotel is going thru renovation they said, but won't tell you that either until you pay them. Charged regular price, but no don't get want you paid for. Also, the hotel was empty and I was one only a few guests here and no you won't feel safe here. Also, they later tried to charge my card again for idk even know what reason just to get more money off me. Shaddy place do yourself a favor and stay away.
- 2/5
This looks like at one time was a very nice hotel. It now has conference rooms full of carpet, chairs and other “things.” Fitness room is empty with an old water fountain on the floor. No restaurant at all. Good price but needs a big face lift.
- 2/5
Hotel is under construction, which was not disclosed. You get a room, nothing else. No breakfast, no pool, no restaurant. Constant noise from the work being done. Feels like they shouldn’t allow stays while this is going on.
- 2/5
hotel was not even ready to be open
- 1/5
The property is no longer a hotel, it is a homeless shelter!
- 1/5
They never gave us room service! Every night there were loud men drinking and listening to loud music. Staff didn’t seem to care when we told them they would follow us to our room and knock on our door!
- 4/5
All in all it was a pretty good hotel.
- 5/5
We’ve stayed here before because of its location to the Grizzly Rose! We like the price, location, staff, & the cleanliness. Thank you so much!
- 5/5
Nice place to stay
- 1/5
They judged me by my looks
- 1/5
The hotel is now a long term stay for workers and not an actual hotel. The clerks charged for stay a second time even though it had already been paid for. Pretty sure our room hasn't been cleaned since Trump was in office. Stay far away.
- 2/5
More attention is required to ensure the rooms are cleaned.
- 2/5
Website photos were misleading. The room and lobby were ok but the carpeting and smell in the hallways were disgusting. People should be warned its in a very shady area requiring 2 security guards in the lobby.
- 3/5
The carpet was stained and the hot water so noisey that I was concerned about disturbing the neighboring room at 11 pm.
- 1/5
Not the note or amenities that is advertised online…. Hotel is being used as a refugee camp… security needed 24/7 and not a safe area
- 1/5
Filthy, After reading other reviews, and experiencing it myself I became aware that this hotel is a hub for immigrants coming into Denver.
- 5/5
This Radisson is conveniently accessible from I-25 and the price is right. The property is well maintained and very clean.Despite being close to the freeway, it's quiet and safe. I feel confident recommending this hotel to anyone.
- 1/5
Advertised resturant was non existent. Continental breakfast was horrible. Tried to buy bottled water in ghe lobby and all were frozen. Car was vandalized overnight.
- 3/5
it’s a radisson. lobby is nice, rooms are kind of grimy. no bugs in my room.
- 5/5
They moved me to the Comfort Inn as they were using this location for an emergency. So this review would be for the Comfort Inn

Decent place to stay but pretty basic. Room and property were good, but need a car for its location
