    One of the cleanest rooms I have been in. Breakfast can become crowded but plenty of options. Washer and dryer room provided but you will need to have quarters to use the machines.

    Hotel in general was funky, hallway carpets are nasty. Our Room was dirty. There was a wad of hair under the pillow. Ice bucket lid wasn't clean and had something sticky all over it. It looked like there was old water damage along the base boards. Mold in the shower. Shower head had a big hole around it and couldn't adjust it. Matresses stained, only saw that because the sheets were small and only covered half the mattress.Window curtain looked like an entire cup of coffee was spilt on it. There was only one lamp for the entire room and the room was dark, maybe they leave the room dark so you can't see how dirty it is? Asked for a lamp to be able to repack bags for early flight and front desk said there was no extra lamps. So over 100 rooms and not one empty room to get a table lamp out of. Definitely would NOT stay there again.

    We stayed here the 13th of march it was only for a 2 and a half hour nap. Woke up at 2a my husband and son went downstairs to put our clothes in car that we wore the night before and came back up and told me our wheels and tires were stolen.

    I have stayed here at Mainstay Suites, Denver International Airport location from February 19, 2026 and booked until March 3, 2026. I have a service animal that is for a disabled family member with me. I have paid every day of my stay the “pet”fee plus tax. The hotel staff have been notified that this is a violation of the ADA. They do not care, “It’s our policy.” They also have place a hold on my credit card each time I rebook, without changing rooms or credit cards, to rebook for incidental fee three times. I went to run an errand and left my 16 and 6 year old with my service animal. I had to move money around. I get a call from the 16 year old stating that the general manager had kicked them out of the room, to not having the incidental fee deposited. Now that I raised a stink, they now say that they will not be extending my stay past March 3rd. Very disappointing to think that a loyal Choice member or anyone for that matter would have their ASA rights deliberately stripped away from to the staff at this hotel. Not to mention they are breaking the FHA law about service animal and the safety of my children. I contacted the corporate office and they were not very concerned about the situation and kept saying they would reach out to the staff and investigate. I have not heard back from anyone as of yet. They are clearly breaking the law and they will be very disappointed when they have a federal law suit against this hotel owner and the corporation.

    The price was great, service was nice, breakfast was good. We asked for late check out because we were taking the shuttle to the airport and they said we could stay until noon at no extra cost, but they came to our door to find out why we hadn’t checked out, and then called the room to see why we were still there at around 11:15 so that made us a bit uncomfortable.

    Clean room. Liked the kitchen even though I didn't need it for my short stay. Breakfast was rather blah..eggs were cold/flavorless. I wanted a nice hot soaking bath to relax but there's no plug for the drain available. No plug for the sink either. Big thumbs down for that. I booked a room with 1 single king bed, was given 2 queen beds. Wasn't what I expected but not a big deal.

    Plumbing issues in room 325. Runny Loud faucet all night. Had to plunge the toilet. No maintenance on site I believe. Elevator gave creepy vibes. Like it wasn’t going to work

    However, during my stay, the toilet in my first room started leaking badly — the bathroom floor nearly flooded within minutes. The staff moved us to another room quickly, but it was noticeably smaller and cheaper than the one we had booked. Unfortunately, we weren’t compensated for the price difference or offered a free night, even after requesting one. We ended up having to pay full price again for another night in a dufferent room like the one we originally had. Overall, a nice property with great staff, but the way the room issue was handled was disappointing.

    The two ladies I dealt at the desk were very rude. I checked in at 3 on Wednesday and was told even though I paid online and had an itinerary to show I still needed to pay in person. She told me I couldn’t get receipt until check out. Upon check out at 8am the next lady told me she couldn’t print me a receipt after I tried to explain that I was charged twice she told me to do what I needed to do. There was a gentleman there at night that was friendly and helpful. While he was there I was able to get assistance without looking for someone at the desk, he was the only one ever standing at the desk. Any other time house keeping has to find someone or I has to knock on the office door.

    I stayed here for 4 nights. I asked for housekeeping 2 days in a row and both times my room was not serviced, I also had to keep asking for towels and take out my garbage. I’m not sure what almost $900 pays for but it definitely wasn’t basic services. Will not return

It looked a little dirty and rundown. the staff The first night was pretty friendly The rest of the days The staff wouldn’t even smile, or acknowledges as we walk by which is OK. But I would prefer a more friendly atmosphere. I also like that there was Tesla chargers in the parking lot.

    We arrived after making a reservation, and had to wait over 30 minutes to check in. There were quite a few people there with united vouchers and there were no rooms but it seemed like take the two employees forever to get that sorted out while those of us with reservations had to wait.

    Very quiet and very helpful staff. Nice amenities. We saw a bug inside, so that was a negative. Also, parking was very hectic and there was a whole empty lot behind the hotel, but the back doors were not working. Otherwise, we will return.

    Great and convenient hotel. Lady in breakfast super friendly. Room was clean, but around lobby some areas need updating, some normal items missing in shower area, like conditioner or lotion. Lot around hotel and outdoor area there is lots of trash. Pet friendly, over all we will be coming back, just some areas of improvement.

    The property is old, but seems clean. The kitchenette is great except for the roaches in the cabinet and microwave. My room (220) had some very poor repair work to the tiles around the tub/shower combo. The bed, sheets and pillows were very nice.

    Clean, new and for the most part quit property. Would stay again, with one caveat. We took the suttle from the airpower and back again. While checking in I made a "reservation" for the morning shuttle back. But in the morning, there were too many people. To their credit they scrambled and got a second one running. But it was a moment of mini chaos. They only one the shuttle once an hour, so not making the shuttle you need, can add a little excitement to your stay. On the way positive, our shuttle was a 5 am, and breakfast was already out. That was a huge benefit... and much appreciated. It was a warm breakfast as well... so kudos to them on that point.

They offer airport transportation, free breakfast, and the staff was very friendly and efficient. We also had all of our toiletries in our checked bag and they gave us free toothbrushes & toothpaste.     Upon checkin I requested a room that was not on the ground level. Desk person said there were no other rooms available on higher level. The room given had dirty sheets, a dirty rag in the closet and hair and food on the floor. When I complained to manager, she placed us in a room on a higher floor. When I returned to obtain the name of the desk person, he refused to give me his name, and. the manager had no issues with his refusal to do so. Terrible customer service. Nasty hotel. Don't spend your money or time. Pay a little more and stay at a different hotel in the area.

    Let them use the breakfast kitchen for games and hanging out. Best thing? The bathtub. It’s gigantic. A person can take a real soak. My first room was so Smokey and it’s a 100 % smoke free hotel (who smokes nowadays?) and they switched me right away without any problem.     Everything was great until the end of our stay. Our vehicle wouldn’t start and we asked three times for staff assistance, during times there was no front desk traffic, no one would. It was very disappointing.

    There was an unpleasant odor of perfumed febreze type spray. There was no television channels and only a Netflix login. After logging in to Netflix, there wasn’t enough bandwidth to play videos. The service at front did not speak English well.

    I received an email about a card issue prior to my arrival and i called to clarify this. I was informed that there was no issues and everything was fine, but when i arrived my room had been canceled due to card issue. Not to mention I received an email asking how my check in went thinking everything was good. Atleast i was able to get a last minute room. My family of 5 had to share a room with one king bed and breakfast was okay. Hotel is clean but in need of some minor repairs.

    I made a reservation a month before. I called to say my flight was late, please hold my reservation. Called for the shuttle, looked for the shuttle. No shuttle. Get an Uber. Show up and they gave my room away.

    Yesterday was the largest IT outage in history. True. Technology is expected to fail. This hotel was completely unprepared and has no plan for a system outage. There were scores of guests sitting outside and in the lobby because the business has no way to inventory rooms or provide their core services without access to their cloud system. A neighboring hotel saved most guests after 3 hours at around 2am so they could get a little rest in their travels. Good luck staying here. If there is any technical outage Internet, cloud, system, you’ll be tired and in need of shelter.

    We needed a hotel near the airport with 24/7 free shuttle service. This had very nice accommodations... more than I expected. Very clean. Absolutely loved the comforter on the bed which was thick, but light and airy. The only thing which would have improved this stay was having a place to put towels close to the shower to grab before stepping out. That's a pretty minor inconvenience. I recommend this hotel!
