Stayed here on a solo trip to Red Rocks. Hotel was perfect! Everything I needed. The hotel is downtown and I was able to take the train from the airport and walk like 500 feet to the lobby. There are shops and restaurants all around. The room was clean and had a coffee machine, robes, and a great desk.

Great amenities. Great facility. Perfect location for our stay. a little pricey but would've stayed longer and will be looking for limelights in other areas!

The hotel is located nearby the station, making it easy to walk, commute. Room is clean and daily cleaning is included. They charged $190 extra on check-in, $30 for each day * 3 = $90; plus $100 deposit. $30 was for anemnities -- basically gym. I paid over $1000 on the trip and the breakfast was not even included; I asked: Is it included? they said - no, but you can use $10 credits per day for food / room service. They charge $30 per day for useless facilities, and can't event give me a bun with fresh coffee in the morning. This was terrible experience, I highly not recommend staying here. I booked this hotel I saw 9.2 rating on Booking thinking it is something wonderful, but it was just a mediocre hotel. Don't go here, just don't. They don't even apologies for that experience, and Google Maps is full of similar reviews to mine, I have no idea how they did 9.2 rating on Booking, it is like a scam.

They gave away our room and put us in a second rate hotel to compensate for thier mistake
- 5/5
We had a very nice stay. The hotel is conveniently located, rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

We showed up and there was an incredibly untalented band playing in the small lobby so loud that I couldn’t communicate with the front desk… after a series of shouting “what?! at one another I finally got my key to the 6th floor room. $900/night and housekeeping never showed up on a two night stay. Air conditioning wasn’t strong enough to keep up even though it was only 80 degrees outside. Used the house car once, the driver pulled up and as we got in we realized he just hotboxed us in his flatulency. Solid C- for the limelight.
- 5/5
Excellent stay! The hotel was incredibly clean, the room looked like no one had ever stayed in it before. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff was also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. It’s clear they take great pride in keeping the property in top condition. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Enjoyed the property. But valet parking fee for our rental car was excessive. Otherwise a very enjoyable time!

the A line train from the airport to Union Station was a nice bonus. Ajax (bar/restaurant) had a great appetizer menu for happy hour and the staff (Justin, Jesse, Alyssa) were all great and very helpful with all the suggestions. HIGHLY recommend‼️
- 4/5
Was not offered welcome drink which is part of the amenities that guests are charged a fee for. Hallway smelled like weed. There was some sort of youth/young adult conference being hosted. A bunch of people belonging to that party were staying on my floor loudly stumbled out of their room leaving the entire floor smelling strongly of weed. The restaurant was good but service took forever. Staff did apply a discount for the inconvenience.
- 5/5
The parking fee was the only surprise here, $64.00 per night I thought was a little steep. $35.00-40.00 would have been more reasonable. I paid $24.00 for meter parking at 2 bucks per hour right in front of the hotel.

Only a couple of downsides. Some things are showing a few signs of wear inside the room such as the desk and the shower grout. The management is great so I am sure they will fix it. I choose to stay here for the great combination of convenience, comfort and style.

Had breakfast at the restaurant attached (AJAX?) and when my wife asked for another cup of coffee, we were reminded that we were not the only ones having breakfast. As we were leaving, the valet pulled up my truck only to find out that one of the valet had been using it as their hangout spot the night before- USB cord moved to enable access to the touchscreen, seat readjusted, etc.com The hotel was great. The amenities, not so much.

The front desk staff and the valet men were wonderful!

- 5/5
Friendly staff, free bike rental, outdoor patio area, gym, Ajax restaurant $30 credit, comfy bed. It was our wedding anniversary and the staff brought us a bottle of Prosecco and some macaroons, very nice touch! The interface between Booking.com and the hotel. At first they wanted us to pay for our room, even though we already paid through Booking. Then at checkout they were going to charge the $30 per day amenity fee, but again we got that free through Booking.com. They were friendly, however, and worked out both issues.

The room was lovely. The staff was very helpful. It was a wonderful stay.
- 2/5
Our air conditioning didn’t work in our room and even though we set it at the lowest temperature, it remained at 75 degrees all night. At 12:30, we were roasting but didn’t want to wake our kids to go to the front desk and what would even be done about it at that point? Bummer- we have stayed at the Limelight probably 30 times and have always loved it
- 2/5
Housekeeping very poor, they made the bed but not the sofa bed and tell us we had to request it. Absurd. Water and coffee just the first day. No refilling. Breakfast limited, not good quality and opens very late. No more room service before our first experience.
- 5/5
Can't say enough about Limelight Hotel! First, the hotel itself is beautiful -- gorgeous wood detailing, spacious hallways with tall ceilings, clean, a very popular DIY coffee/espresso machine in the lobby, etc. The staff, though, they really made it a special visit. We were there for one night to celebrate our 8YO son's birthday -- we had just gotten off a 32-hour train ride from Sacramento to Denver, and we requested a room with a view of Union Station (he's obsessed with trains). Not only did they deliver with a beautiful view on the top floor, but they also surprised us with a few treats for the birthday boy -- a stuffed animal he'll treasure for years to come and a bucket full of drinks to enjoy. Simple but so thoughtful! Thank YOU Limelight staff!! If we're ever in Denver again, we know exactly where we'll book :)

We had an amazing stay at the Limelight Denver. The hotel was very welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the staff was great. We were even able to check in early, which made everything so much easier after traveling. The room was clean, comfortable, and the view was beautiful. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Great staff, clean room and amenities
- 1/5
I will be disputing the charge on my credit card, and ensuring that I give negative reviews for the Limelight hotel in Downtown Denver, on every social platform. Note: A Google search returns more reviews of the Limelight hotel fraudulently charging guests for mini bar items, so this seems to be a pattern.
- 5/5
Love this hotel.
- 5/5
Everything is great!
- 5/5
Everything. Staff so helpful, great amenities including theragun for the room. Good location and daily discount if you eat in their restaurant. Right next to the station to the airport too! Service in restaurant not a match for the hotel. It’s pricey but I guess you get what you pay for. Gym isn’t amazing but functional.
- 5/5
The staff were on point and very friendly. The overall cleanliness was impressive.
- 5/5
The property is beautiful, staff was very friendly and more than helpful when asked for directions. I forgot a toothbrush and they brought one to the room (free of charge). Rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and luxurious, great toiletry options and great in-room coffee. Amenities on site are excellent. The restaurant was great, the beverage options in the lobby are wonderful. Hotel location is excellent, right next to Union Station and easy to walk through downtown.

The hotel is styled well and a great location. Rooms are large and well appointed. Check in staff is great. The restaurant/ bar definitely needs work in terms of service but they acknowledged and made it right by us - which is really all you can ask for when there is a problem.

Very nice hotel. Definitely would stay again, just surprised that we had to wait for our room to be ready with a 4:00 check in time.
- 5/5
I loved the friendliness, the decor and the location. Great stay and loved the convenience to the train. Would definitely stay here again!
- 4.5/5
The location is excellent, steps from the train station, Coors Field, restaurants. The mattresses are old and lumpy, the pull-out sofa bed was super lumpy, it’s so worn. Water pressure of shower was weak.
- 5/5
Limelight is a great hotel. I always love staying there and it’s super cozy.
- 5/5
The room was amazing. The artsy design of the hotel made it perfect for our engagement night! N/A
- 5/5
The lady who checked us in was warm, welcoming and friendly. The location is walkable and convenient. The room was very comfortable. Unfortunately one of the glass cups in the bathroom fell and shattered all over the bathroom and entry way. The staff was responsive however missed a few pieces of glass which I stepped on and cut my foot.
- 5/5
Easy walk from the A-line stop at Union station and lots of amenities close by. Very nice staff and nice hotel.

Great hotel, the staff were very helpful and nice. The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants.

Amazing location, comfortable beds, nice amenities and so clean!
- 5/5
Beautiful rooms, great loction. Steps from union station, amtrak and airport rail.
- 5/5
We stayed at Limelight for 2 nights on a short trip to attend a concert at Ball Arena. Staff were just incredibly kind, courteous and helpful. ADA room was well set up, and genuinely accessible even in a large powerchair, with a great set up in the bathroom that did not require any wild navigation skills--this is something not all hotels excel at, so a good accessible bathroom can make or break my trip. The area surrounding was easily navigable on foot/chair with a grocery, stores, restaurants, and Union Station all right there. Ball Arena was about 5min away on foot/chair, completely eliminating parking lot hassle pre and post show. There is a nightly credit at Ajax- the onsite restaurant -but we did not use it. Parking at the hotel is a daily charge on the more expensive end, but it has in/out service with a great text messaged based system, so worth it.You can also text staff for concierge help, etc which is amazing.
- 5/5
We loved that the hotel was near Union Station as we were traveling by train. The room was very spacious with lots of amenities and our dinner at the hotel restaurant was amazing. All of the staff, from the front desk to the wonderful person cleaning our room, were friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to go back !
- 5/5
Perfect hotel for attending an event at Ball Stadium!
- 5/5
Excellent location. Clean, quiet room with accommodating staff.
- 5/5
Great location and clean. Large room with good big bathroom. Pillows could be better but everything else was fantastic
- 5/5
A very nice property, convenient to Union Station
- 4.5/5
My room was not cleaned one day because I was out for about an hour and had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. I returned before 11:00 a.m. and removed the sign. My room had not been cleaned when I returned hours later. I had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels.
- 5/5
The one place that needs improvement is in the accessibility of plugs. A few extension cords would go a long way. Otherwise totally comfortable and delightful stay.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful.
- 5/5
I did have to wait 30 to 40 minutes at 4 am for my vehicle. I had a flight to catch
- 5/5
I got in late, and left early, so really didn't spend much time in the room that wasn't sleeping. I will say the room was clean, the shower large, and I appreciated the free cans of water. The fact it is only 30 seconds from Union Station is also a real plus.
- 5/5
This was a wonderful hotel and location. We rode the train to/from the airport bc Union Station was very close and we didn't have a lot of luggage. The hotel lobby was probably our favorite. It had an excellent coffee machine and very cozy lobby areas (one w/ fireplace and lots of interesting books)!
- 5/5
Friendly staff, very clean and reliable room
- 5/5
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Limelight. Took the train in/out of the airport, which I loved - $10 can't be beat! The rooms were well-appointed, large, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
- 4.5/5
Location is perfect for all you want to do in Denver. The only negative was trying to get valet parking to check in upon arrival. It was lined up out to the street.
- 5/5
The Limelight is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed. First there is the friendliest greeting at check in you could ever imagine. Eventually we realized Denver in general has the friendliest people anywhere. We were pleased to discover a terrific and super clean room with cool view of Union Station ( a safe and perfect location!) that utilizes space in such a clever design way. A special shout out to house keeping, room service, and amazing staff overall- we could not have enjoyed our stay more.
- 5/5
Great location, great vibe. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was roomy and well designed. Very nice stay and staff was great.
- 5/5
Loved the staff, at check in and anytime we had questions. The room was big and spacious with a comfortable bed. My family and I loved the coffee machine in the lobby and got one each morning. They offered cold water throughout the day and always greeted us. However, we did have a neighbor who thought the no smoking policy didn't apply to him and since we had a shared door frequently smelled smoke. The front desk attempted to make amends and reach out to this guest as well as offer us another room. It was just annoying and rude of the guest thinking he didn't have to follow policy. Wish the parking was a little cheaper. But besides that it was amazing and would stay here again, just with a room not adjoined to another room.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Nicely styled hotel. Good lighting in the room, cozy feel. Clean.
- 5/5
Great rooms and great staff
- 3/5
they do not have a business center to print things off. Their staff was relatively new so couldn't answer questions about the surrounding area. Our room was not cleaned on one of the days and one of the robes was soiled although when informed they did provide clean robe. The restaurant breakfast menu is very limited.
- 5/5
Pleasant staff. Great location. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room was clean, quite great towels and sheets. We eat at Ajax, that was bit disappointing because we had heard from locals it was good. In fairness they were about to close in 30 minutes we were the only ones there. The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to everything food, trains , bike trails. Would stay again
- 5/5
So lucky to find this hotel!! It's my first time to going to Denver! Excellent experience!
- 1/5
Hotel was ok, but service was terrible and not consistent through my stay. Check in was ok, but the welcome drink was not offered. Cleaning service was all over the places. Cleaning was late on the second day, so I had to requested. I also had to requested yoga mat twice, due to the ignorance from the front desk. Cleaning service missed coffees and cups on the third day, which again, I had to requested. Water was offered first two days, but then third day was missing. Neighbors were noisy loudly on the second night. Overall, not recommendable, except the location. Avoid!!

Everything was perfect! Friendly/helpful staff. Complementary espresso/coffee bar and located right in the middle of everything you want to see in Denver. A must!
- 5/5
Fantastic hotel in the heart of Downtown. Great customer service. The room was really nice. A great place to stay if you’re taking the shuttle to see a show at Red Rocks as it’s close to one of the pick up locations. There’s a parking garage close if you don’t want to valet. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
The ledge or bench in the shower would aid with balance during washing/shaving. Also, I enjoy sitting outdoors during down time. Had to walk (very short distance) to Union Station for an outdoor seat. Made the mistake of doing this early in the morning, in my pajamas. Union Station security ask me to verify that I was a hotel guest and not an unhoused person. I must have looked pretty rough after a night at Red Rocks! All in all, it was a wonderful stay. 10/10, would recommend.
- 5/5
Great location relative to Union Station which makes
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, very well decorated, comfortable accommodations, and wonderful staff. The little amenities like Theragun and free passes to the art museum were lovely perks. Only wish is that they had ceramic mugs in the room instead of paper to go cups to cut down on waste :)
- 5/5
The boutique hotel offers a highly desirable experience, featuring spacious and aesthetically pleasing suites in close proximity to Union Station. Please be advised that parking incurs a daily charge of $65, in addition to other resort fees.
- 5/5
Quiet rooms, great location, terrific staff
- 5/5
After being on a train for 38 hours, the bed was the best thing. We were exhausted and just wanted a place to sleep. The staff told us about a restaurant around the corner that has great food and a relaxing atmosphere. When we got home, we realized we had forgotten my medication in the room refrigerator. Housekeeping found it and realized what it was put in the fridge to keep it cool. When I called the next day, the hotel offered to ship me my medication back. We decided to just drive back because we live close by.

Very clean, updated decor, walking distance to lots of things

We’ve stayed at this property before and it was enjoyable. This trip, there seemed to be an issue with the hotel sewage and there was a horrible smell of sewer gas in the room when we checked in. We contacted guest services and they seemed to suggest there was an issue with the sewer system but tried to say it wasn’t really the hotel’s problem. Honestly, I didn’t care whose problem it was because the room smelled, well, like a sewer. By the second day, the hotel offered to allow us to change rooms but it was late in the evening and one of our kids was in bed. By the next morning, the smell had gotten better and we decided to stay in the room. I was disappointed in the hotel staff because they just didn’t seem sympathetic with the situation and weren’t super helpful resolving the issue. Won’t stay at this property again.
- 5/5
Quiet, well maintained and the staff was excellent!
- 4.5/5
Excellent location. Very close to union station and a free 16th street shuttle outside. Access to most parts of the city. Friendly staff. Well equipped room. Parking was very expensive. If you can get there without a car it’s best.
- 4/5
The location was fantastic, the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The exposed cement made the rooms feel less luxurious and the decor of the rooms left a lot to be desired. There is no room service, and as it is a hotel that advertises for the venue, it would have been nice to have on property food options for after the event.
- 5/5
Really great stay. Peferct 3 day weekend.
- 5/5
It was perfect
- 4/5
This is a modern and stylish hotel in a great location close to Union station train platforms. My room was high end in its decor and surprisingly spacious. The only downside was the room temperature control which wouldn’t raise above 66F. I wanted a cozy 73F but it never happened. The hotel did offer to swop my room, but I had unpacked and it was late,so I put up with the ‘chill room’ for my one night stay.
- 5/5
We chose this hotel because it was close to Ball Arena but we didn't realize how close! Easy and safe walk to our concert in about 10 minutes. The hotel was beautiful and clean and all the staff we encountered including the valet, front desk personnel, and restaurant staff were all friendly and kind and helpful! The room was lovely with a fabulous shower and very comfy bed. We had a delicious breakfast in the restaurant before heading home and the valet had our car ready and helped us load it. It was a great stay and we definitely recommend this beautiful hotel.
