Clean, quiet, peaceful room with a small pool and helpful staff. Property felt newish even though it is not.

We had nice stay.

The rooms and facility were clean and staff was friendly. The location is not in the best part of town so be in before dark. Breakfast was just okay. The first day it seemed they were reluctant to refill eggs, hash browns and biscuits. No bacon or sausage. Next day was better and they had sausage.

The hot tub and pool were great for the family... Would definitely return if I needed to.

The room is clean and comfortable. The location is close to the airport, but the environment is plain and boring. Unfortunately, wifi does not work directly. It turns out that one has to be a Wyndham member before being able to use the wifi. The personnel did not know how to solve the problem.

Everything was ok in general. During our stay we were charged with additional 4.90$. When I approach receptionist he explained that it was due to selected "Premium WiFi". I don't recall selecting such option, perhaps I did but maybe it is unclear during using WiFi. Nevertheless receptionist said he will handle this and he said he will cancel this fee. It didn't desappear immediately. Instead I was charged once again 4.90 (Now double time). I had to write to the hotel and explain everything. After all all payments were cancelled but it took like 2 weeks to straighten everything.

Great location for food Breakfast is not as I expected for $160/per day!! . 3 days stay ( Wednesday/Thursday/ Friday ) just eggs for breakfast!! If you like eggs for breakfast this is the place .

Room was large with frig, microwave, and small coffee maker. Breakfast was good with hot options. Plenty of parking, which was a priority coming in on a midnight flight with rental car. Farther from the airport than others in same price range, but the closer hotels seemed to have parking issues even though they charged extra. Elevator was very slow, minor problem.

The staff. There was a lady that is very terrible in communication. She literally was telling me a room has two queen beds and it only had one as if I don't see and when I tell here go check by yourself she refused. Very very unacceptable terrible experience and won't allow to happen again.

Front desk was gone for 30 minutes upon checkin, come to find him in the restroom on his phone. The hot tub and pool were so outdated and filthy. The pool area was always such a mess. The people above us stomped all night for 2 nights, nothing was done about it. The last night there was a dog right next door that barked all night as well. Front desk never did anything about it.

We ended up leaving for another hotel after the lobby experience and 5 mins in the room. It's a run down and dismal place. The parking lot was busy with unsavory characters. Expedia had a fairly high rating for this place and it made me doubt them as well as the hotel company.

Everything was for the most part OK the check and stuff for a check in the little girl was rude. And not accommodating.

Staff and maids were great did a great job. Hot tub wasn’t hot, could barely call it warm. None of the jets were working. Pool and hot tub bottom paint was chipping off onto our feet. Our key cards deactivated over 10 times and we kept them away from our electronic devices. Elevator is ridiculously slow, snack amenities were almost gone, nothing to choose from except cup of noodle, starbursts or skittles.

Basic room. Beds were not that comfortable. Pillows were hard and lumpy. Pool was small. The breakfast was basic. Not the worst or best.

The stay was ok altho the hotel had a lil smell. Im not sure if it was what they cleaned with bc it was extremely clean. The smell was just wierd. And i STILL havent recieved my $100 deposit back.... AND I NEED that....but other than that. I loved the view. I loved how close EVERYTHING you needed was to the room...

I've stayed so many times and never had a bad experience. The property is quiet, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.

The room and hotel were very clean. The hotel is where we always stay when I have to have surgery at nearby Anschutz hospital. I always ask for a quiet room and they always accommodate me by putting me in room 321. It’s the farthest room from anyone. I give everything a 5 out of 5 except the shower door was a bit hard to slide and the bed mattress is starting to break down but it was still quite comfortable. Will definitely stay again. No issues at all.

The hotel is very nice, clean and close to food. The breakfast buffet had some good options. The rooms were clean, spacious and beds were comfy. The desk receptionist was very helpful with noise complaints from people above us. Would definitely stay here again

Upon arrival there was a half eaten box of tacos and a half empty bottle of wine in the fridge. During the stay we dealt with noisey guests with children both nights. Also, at 5am there was someone lifting weights and dropping them on the floor repeatedly. We called the hotel and they said since we didnt take a "picture" of the tacos and wine theres nothing they can do. I will never stay at this Hotel again and will be informing everyone I know about how bad this properties management handles situations like these.

The room carpet was dirty (nail clippings, hair balls, and dog food), and I had to pay $50 for my pet, but there is no grass or designated area for dogs to go potty unless you cross a busy street.

The receptionist was very lovely and helped us print off our parking pass for the airport. The shower was a little cold, but the room was clean.

The room was clean for the most part. There was guy beside me whose dog was very loud and he didn’t leash him whenever he was out in the halls. I like dogs but this was not a safe thing to do.

Just after check-in we went to our room... while the signage posted indicates No Smoking (of anything) when we walked into the room, the Very Distinct odor of Marijuana was obvious and prevalent..! wow. Went back to the check-in counter, informed her of the room condition and were re-assigned another room. Rather surprising, to say the least...

The staff was very pleasant. The only down side of our stay was our room was across from the indoor pool and it got loud at times. There was also barking from dogs staying with their pet parents.

The facility was clean. I received a handicapped accessible room which I did not request. There was not any shampoo in the shower or hand soap at the bathroom sink. I also did not have hot water for my shower. I mentioned these things to the customer service representative at the front desk and they didn't say anything, not even a quick apology for the inconvenience. I most likely will not be back due to the fact that it was not worth it the price of the stay.

Room had a good set up and was comfortable. Didn't like the hotel's "cashless" policy as the only option. I had to download an app just to do laundry. The app also required a minimum amount forcing me to load money I'll likely not ever use. Hotel overall was nice but the "cashless" policy will have us looking elsewhere if we stay in Denver again.

Parking was easy. Breakfast was minimal. I had 2 dogs with me and my sister uses a cane so I requested a ground floor room. However we were put on the 2nd floor at the furthest end from the elevator, with no explanation. The feeling was they are maybe pet tolerant, but not what I’d call “pet friendly”.

I left my charger in the room. I called the front desk that night but couldnt help me as theres no housekeeping at night. The next day, My wife called the following morning then they said it wasnt there. Then I called again to ask them to double check the room,then they finally found it.

I have stayed at this location for work probably a dozen times and each time, it is a great experience. Clean, well laid out rooms. Great service. Amazing fresh (free) breakfast each morning. It is safe enough to walk to work during the day and a great value for the price!

My room smelled like deodorizer. The water out of the sink smelled like sulpher. The cleanliness and comfort is ok- but it should be priced much lower for the age and condition of the property. No manager available for any kind of discussion.

La Quinta has begun overcharging for small things to make up for their low prices, and that really takes the comfort out of the stay. The room was clean but had clearly seen better days; tons of water staining on the sink faucet, scratches/scuff marks on the furniture and walls.

The suite was nice and big. 2 adults, a toddler and a teen all fit comfortably with plenty of room to run around. 2 rooms separated by a glass french door. Tv in each room. The main bed was.comfortable but the pullout sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable for the children. The mattress was so thin and worn that it would sink to the metal of the frame. Shower was great . But the room was musty.

I really liked how quiet my stay was but we didnt get a clean room or trash emptied at least. The elevator is very concerning to use. I still appreciate the friendliness of the staff and cannot be more grateful for the quiet evenings. It was good overall.

When they arrived at the hotel around 2 a.m. after a long road trip, they were given a room with only one bed, which is unacceptable for three grown adults. On top of that, they were asked to pay a $50 deposit, which we weren’t expecting, but we understand that may be standard. What made this experience worse was how it was handled. I called the hotel myself once I found out what happened, and the front desk simply told me that the room they received “cost more.” That made no sense — the room had fewer beds than the one we reserved, and it certainly didn’t justify giving them the wrong room without explanation or apology. My father-in-law doesn’t speak English, and while I don’t expect the staff to speak Spanish, I do expect basic courtesy and patience. Instead, they came off as impatient and frustrated. No effort was made to help or make the situation right, and when I spoke with staff myself, they were dismissive and unwilling to address the issue. I didn’t continue pushing at the time because it was clear nothing was going to be done, and my family just needed to rest after traveling — but this was a clear failure in service. They didn’t get what we paid for, and no one took responsibility.

Worst part was when the room did get cleaned (once in our 4 nights) they removed all the toilet paper from the room. So at 1am after returning from a concert we had to go back to the front desk for toilet paper. Staff were young and didn’t seem to have any personality. Not one said hello at anytime and front desk seemed pretty unconcerned with any issues. It’s a good cheap spot that’s closer to the airport.

Hotel kept charging me for the room even tho I had already paid it caused my card to be flagged as fraud charges. Could never get any answers on why. The manager I was promised would be in to talk to me. I waited and was told he was on his way and be there 5 min. Soon as he got there he went straight to a meeting I was told and it would take all day before I could talk to him about these fraudulent charges that now had left me stranded with no access to my money. He knew I had to check out by 11. Not professional at all. Even made me wonder if he is doing this to customers to pocket the money. I ended up leaving with no answer and unsure about all the money that was taken. Will update after this is all sorted out

Not impressed! I did like the breakfast. The girls Leslie and Martha were great and the breakfast area was clean and they make sure it was kept that way! The room was not great and the beds were very hard! Not much handicapped rooms available. No help when asking for one when I notice I did not add that in my reservation. They did provide a chair for the bathroom but the area was small so it was a hazard for my parents when taking a bath. No photo taken because is was not a great stay.

The lovely lady who works overnight shift was amazing at check in. She was so sweet and personable and answered all of my questions thoroughly and with ease.

Everything was fine besides our door. We checked in and left to go get food and when we got back our door handle was broke and we couldn’t get in. We had to wait almost and hour. Also the bathroom door if shut completely you couldn’t open it from the outside. There were no towels in the pool area and breakfast was just ok.

Loved this hotel. Highly recommend. Staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean. Only complaint is that the shower curtain was too short. So you always had a big puddle of water on the floor.

Pictures and rating were higher than my actual visit. My visit was just to find a place to sleep overnight so it was ok but not comfortable with the dark and small parking lot and conditions of the rooms.

Our stay was very good, staff and service was good also. As a Suggestion Continental breakfast could improve a little bit meat options where limited as 1 day sausage next day no meat available. Besides that our stay was good and the hotel location and dining options are very good.

The front desk staff were very friendly at check in and checkout. My room was quiet and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great as well as the temp.

We arrived and other ppl started telling use they were getting rashes from the pool. Tried to watch TV, there were no guides and no Internet. Can hear Alot thru the walls and floors. On the plus side, the rooms were very clean and hospitable.

Not much around the hotel. The Taco Bell and food truck were way overpriced for what you get. Would definitely not eat at those places again.

This hotel is just 10 years old and well maintained. Breakfasts were fresh and something different every day. Close to many fast food restaurants and a food truck in the parking lot.

The staff lied to me on several occasions about being managers when they were not managers some woman named Vanessa straight up, lied about being a manager at the institution and they charge me multiple times on my credit cards on both credit cards even though I went through a third-party trying to get my money back, it has been more than a hassle, even though it was all their fault no one has steel to this day corrected or call back to even say sorry

Overall, it was a good stay. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast was decent. My one suggestion is for the management of the hotel to pay a little better attention to all of the dog poop in the rocks surrounding the property. You charge a pet fee, make sure to keep it clean. Responsible pet owners shouldn’t have to deal with it. Also, have a real dog are. Those gigantic rocks everywhere are very difficult to clean up.

A lot of the plug-ins didn’t work. They advertise pillow top mattresses… the pillow is pretty darn flat…bed was not comfortable at all
