The room was easily one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and whenever we’re in Denver again it’s for sure where we’ll be staying.

When we fly DIA this hotel is our choice for comfort & convenience. Large clean rooms & a fabulous 24 hour shuttle. We always fly early so I’m not sure if there’s a breakfast but Village Inn is a block away. Great location & easy to find.

The room was spacious and clean. We left before breakfast hours so I can’t comment on that. The young man at the front desk at check in was not very friendly but the woman at the desk when we checked out was very nice. Every time we touched the door or the elevator buttons we got shocked, which made us wonder if there is a maintenance issue. The pillows could use a refresh—ours were beyond their useful life. However, there was a very nice kitchenette in the room. Overall the hotel was very nice and we would stay there again.

The evening front desk manager failed to put us on the shuttle schedule after tell us what time to be in the lobby. The same thing happened⁵ with about 6 other people. The morning manager said that this event was a recurrent pattern for that employee.

The man at the counter to check me in was curt and acted like I was a nuisance interrupting him. I found out at check in that there is a $15 overnight parking charge. If I had known that in advance I probably would have stayed elsewhere. The room wasn't as nice as other Homewood Suites that we have stayed at in the past. Overall, our stay was okay but not what we had expected.

Our room was very nice and large. We only stayed one night but the kitchen would have been helpful if we stayed longer. Breakfast was quite disappointing but it seems that most hotels are struggling in this area. The staff were very friendly and this hotel was much nicer than others we've stayed in on Tower Road.

The second floor smelled like sewage. Our “replacement” room on the third floor was comfortable, but had no Internet coverage. Overall a poor stay.

Our room smelled like smoke and our sheets were dirty. They had hair and stains on them. There was a hole in a pillowcase and the walls in the bathroom had poop and urine stains on them. When we asked for clean sheets two different times, we were told they could not get into the housekeeping closet. I requested a managers contact info and was not provided it. I have had very positive experiences with other Homewood suites in the past so this was very disappointing.

Had a surprise when we checked in that there is a 15.00 parking fee after already paying 169.00 for the room. Breakfast wasn’t great, out of several items on the buffet. Staff didn’t seem very interested in bringing out more food. Won’t stay there again.

I booked this hotel based the restaurant and bar being there but it was closed on a Saturday night. Had to walk to embassy suites to have dinner.

The hotel room itself was nice and clean, the bathroom in the hotel room was in disrepair. The shelf in the shower was broken off. The toilet would not flush. Maintaince came to fix it , but it was still broken the entire trip. We had to manually tap the toilet water tank each time we used the bathroom. The refrigerator made very loud noises the entire time. We had to gently bump the fridge whenever we wanted it to be quiet.

Short stay but very nice hotel. Airport shuttle somewhat slow service and limited number of seats so expect to possibly wait up to 45 minutes or so.

Bar was closed unexpectedly and breakfast hours shortened so we couldn't get breakfast before making our flight. Pool and gym were decent.

We arrived late on the last day of a 7 day vacation with my wife and 2 kids and was VERY pleased with the hotel. Way better than we expected. Our room was great. Big open space and more amenities than we expected. Very pleased with the whole property (and I rarely go on and review my stays unless I am either very pleased or very disappointed)

It is NOT the kind of Homewood Suites we expected. It's partially a Tru hotel. Not decorated like a HWS. Service not like a normal HWS. I'll never stay here again. I try NEVER to stay at a facility that charges for parking. I missed it.

Our stay was great and simple. The staff was really nice and helpful. We enjoyed the pool, workout room and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Perfect for a large family/

I had a great time meeting family here. Rooms were generously sized and amenities were great! The tv screen was personalized with a greeting for me when I arrived! Nice touch!

Front desk staff at checking on the 19th was amazing. She saw my 2nd room booked and put us next to each other. I wish I remembered her name! Super close to the airport, comfortable quiet spaces, even with noisy kids teams all over the hotel. Perfect for the night before a flight.

The room was great and the facilities very good. It seemed understaffed though. The staff was doing their best, but it seemed that there weren't enough people on duty. Likely a management or corporate issue.

One of the nicer hotels I have visited in a while. We had a large group & this place was well suited for that. The only issue I had with it was as nice as it was the free breakfast was sub par for a place that nice.

This is a gem near DIA. Enjoyed the king suite room. Stayed for one night to be near the airport. Love the indoor pool and amenities. Nice breakfast. Will stay here again

The full sized refrigerator and kitchens area was also nice. The bathroom has a separate area for toliet/shower and sink/mirror (love this). The only negative about the room was there is no where in the shower to place your toiletries. We enjoyed the pool table in the lobby, having space to eat dinner (we did Door Dash pizza) and the pool area. There is also a basketball court outside. Convenient shuttle to/from airport. Parking is an additional $12 per day so we returned the rental car the night before and shuttled back to the hotel. Would stay here again.

Elevator was sketchy as all get out- Ran into another guy in the elevator and he felt the same way… “Imagine staying 4 days here,” he said. However, the room itself was clean and cute! Although the thermostat in our room only had 2 options. 75 or 60. It wouldn’t adjust with the arrows. It was alright. Pretty views, large room, and clean.

This was a very short stay between canceled flights but the front desk attendant was nice and efficient. Our room was clean and stocked with the standard amenities, and the beds were very comfortable. Shuttle was quick and friendly! If we travel back through the Denver area in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

Bed was EXCELLENT, firm with right amount of soft. Property was very clean and comfortable. Weren't able to attend the happy hour, but looked like a good deal. Breakfast wasn't quite what posters depicted. Smaller issue was the room lighting... lamps were great, but vanity lighting was very bright, and right beside the bed. Plus, you had to have that on to use the bathroom light switch. We'd be happy to return and recommend.

One serious problem: I could not get online. I have a Macbook Air which I use daily, everywhere. But even the young fellow at the desk could not get me online--he said the problem must be that "it was an Apple," which is absurd.

Room was fine and the staff was friendly. However, the bed light did not work, they woke us to adjust the TV at 8:00 am and they told us breakfast ended at 10:00 when it actually ended at.9:00 and so we missed it.

Large comfortable rooms with full kitchen. Easy access to airport plus shuttle bus makes this location a clear choice ! Lots of restaurants nearby as well.

They were eager to help, but were also understaffed so every single time I needed back in my room I had to stop by the front desk and have someone walk me up to allow me into the room. I had a dog with me so the amount of times needing back in was much higher than if I were alone. It’s hard to complain when I know the few staff members they had working had to walk up and down those halls for every single guest each and everytime they needed back in their rooms.

A perfectly acceptable homewood suites stay. Huge room. Clean and with a 15 minute ride to the airport.

Bed was super uncomfortable, had to have my room key redone each night with no explanation and no apology from the front desk. Breakfast was okay.

Nice and clean. Kids enjoyed the pool table. Laundry facilities need some improvement (broken washing machine) but that’s really our only complaint.

Everything was wonderful except I had some really loud people above me. Once they calmed down I slept soundly.

The pictures are always better on the web than in reality. It was a bit run down. The free shuttle from the airport never showed after my initial call for a pickup, subsequent calls over 45 minutes were never answered by the hotel. I was forced to Uber to the property. Upon asking why no shuttle or even answering the phone the front desk agent shrugged and said she was on break. There are MANY choices on tower drive that are better than this property for a similar price.

We visited Denver for my birthday weekend. I truly loved our stay. Staff is super helpful and kind. Breakfast was amazing (breakfast staff goes above and beyond) and everything was pretty closed by. I appreciated the spacious room and amenities to the hotel. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great place , close to airport

Been going to Hilton hotels for a while and this is one of the best so far. The suite was spacious, inviting and modern. The desk was convenient for doing paperwork on business while the kitchenette made having supper much easier. I also like the fact that the breakfast was free and flavorful. There weren’t a lot of places close by to eat and the only place was at the Embassy suites next-door. I would definitely come back to this hotel. Loved it.

The property is not even open. After months of having the property booked, I showed up to the property not being open at all. No customer support was given from Hilton and they deny this is a “Hilton” issue

This was a great hotel to stay at for a night but easily could have stayed more nights. We just needed the one night as we were flying out the next day. Great location, within a few miles of the airport!

The breakfast and our hotel shuttle driver was unfriendly and dropped us to the airport at the arrivals section. We were so confused when we got in the airport. Just a quick overnight, but new place had a great layout and a very comfortable bed. Driving options for restaurants, or one there, with bar open pretty late. Lovely staff, will stay again!

It was a great location but night front desk staff were a bit rude and unfriendly. All other staff were great.

The room was fine, as you would expect a Springhill. I felt totally taken advantage of when they charged me $20 for parking. If I was staying in a city or at the base of the mountain, I would expect to pay for parking, but this hotel is remotely located off the side of the highway. There is no way to access the hotel without a car. And it is not a transparent charge— it was buried deep in the website. The breakfast was bad enough that even my children would not eat it.

Property was clean, staff were friendly. The size of the room was larger than most. My only complaint was the mattresses on the beds were quite hard, and I like a soft mattress. I eneded up sleeping on the pull out couch because the bed my hips and lower back hurt. The pull out couch was comfty. Overall, it is good hotel.

Excellent room. Kitchen made a big difference for us. Kitchen provided well thought out supplies, utensils and amenities. Desk layout is great. Bathroom is top shelf too.

The hotel room was clean and tidy when we arrived. But the bedding was kind of mediocre The comforter looked more like a mattress cover. The pillows were kind of lumpy. We stayed here nine days, one of the nights a neighboring room Was quite loud mentioned it to front desk and they took care of it. That is good.

When we arrived I noticed the guest in front of me was having problems with his room. Another guest that was a Hilton honors was having problems with his app not opening the door not would the key card. I didn't think much about it. When my wife and I checked into our room it was not cleaned. Trash was all over the room, bed not made, bathroom was dirty! When we went downstairs to tell the front desk lady she asked if we wanted it cleaned? I told her we want her to do something! We were moved to another room and it was clean. But no apology... No nothing. The lobby seemed to be messy. With many other options in this area I have reason to come back.

Close to the airport, nice rooms (though the AC blocked the curtains from closing) and a free shuttle. I was surprised that hot food didn't come out for breakfast until the 7:00am start, which made for less time than I would have liked to catch my flight. Also, I would have liked more fruit options.

Used hotel for access to the airport as on early flight to Cancun the next morning. I had to return the car after checking in and was happy to know that the hotel had a courtesy bus to and from the airport. Courtesy buses from the airport to the hotel were not too frequent on the Sunday. I had dropped the hire car off after checking in to the hotel.

Our savings grace in this hotel was only shuttle, that gave ride to husband at 4:10 am to airport. The room was simply dirty. I am not sure that those sheets was already used before, fingerprints and stains was everywhere. Time for closing breakfast aria changed from 10 am to 9 am. We came at 8:55 - everything was already cleaned and closed and dark. Latino lady was very rude and pretend she didn't understand we need at least coffee. She made us repeat word "coffee" five times. Appears she just was mocking us because we didn't notice in darkness it was near us. This level of aggression we never experienced anywhere.
