The key card programming machine was not working so the front desk had to escort us to our room. They were pleasant about it and apologetic for the inconvenience.

Suited our needs. Staff was pleasant. My only complaint is that there is a charge for parking which I did not see when I made the reservation and there does not appear to be any shortage of parking to justify it.

Surprised us with a $12 fee for overnight parking on their unsecured surface lot. We've stayed at several hotels @ the Denver airport and none of the competitors do this. It's an un-welcoming cash grab. Get there with a non-refundable reservation and you have little choice. Not a nice way to treat your customers.

We arrived at night and had 3 rooms reserved for one night. Everything was good except the sink in our room was clogged and we asked for the shuttle to the airport for the 6am the next morning which the receptionist confirmed. But we waited for it until I asked if the shuttle was going to pick us up and the new receptionist told us it hadn´t been reserved.

The rooms are excellent we stayed in the rooms with kitchen,, we were able to accommodate our big group in 3 rooms and had plenty of space

Breakfast is terrible, I booked this place because it was said they have the best breakfast but it’s a lie!!! They even do not have a whole milk, no yogurt. Artificial eggs and some beacon(((( The sheets wasn’t good for hotel named Hilton.

The staff was terrific and the property was generally clean. It was a holiday so perhaps that's why the trash can at the front door was overflowing. The beds left a lot to be desired - not particularly comfortable, squeaky, poorly fitting sheets, etc. Needed the hotel for sleep and that was the one thing we had the most difficulty doing.

Booked 1 bedroom with double beds and sofa pull out and somehow ended up with two connecting rooms with a king bed. I had a family member get sick throughout our trip and this mistake was God send. I didn’t catch her name but the front desk agent was an absolute Angel. I needed a wheelchair for my parent (she was sick) and a sister hotel had a wheelchair and was able to accommodate us. It was a small effort to check if another hotel had a wheelchair but she did it and for that I’m extremely grateful because we couldn’t get my parent out of the car. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable even though it was a short stay. Thank you so much to the front desk agent!!!!!

We had a giant room! We loved the extra couch and kitchenette. We just stayed one night but appreciated the shuttle service and kindness of staff. Good breakfast. Water in good supply. A restful nice acclimating before heading to ski!

Check-in was an absolute nightmare! Took well over an hour for check-in because the front desk thought they had given our room away (turns out they didn't). Breakfast was also subpar. Won't be back.

We had to get more toilet paper, no extra rolls. Elevators didn’t work half the time, breakfast was pretty much gone only a hour into it, we stayed last year and it was SO much better. Very disappointed this year and won’t stay again.

Great Hotel!!

We like this hotel when we travel as a family. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy. I was surprised guests who are spending my the night have to pay $12 parking per day. This is a new fee. I get id you are doing park and pay but I think it should be free parking while you are staying at property. I will be looking for a hotel with free parking from now on.

What a nice room – my parents had reserved it for me, and I had no idea I was getting a suite with a full kitchen. Comfortable bed, great breakfast, overall wonderful.

The staff were very professional and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Paper thin floors and walls. Had commotion from 2am to 6am above my room and couldn’t get a good nights sleep.

Clean room/bathroom. The front desk ladies were accommodating and sort of friendly. Nightshift friendlier than the morning. $12.00 a day parking per vehicle, but ample parking and easy to score a close one usually.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Adequate parking. Breakfast was lowest quality I've ever seen from Home2Suites. That used to be a main reason for staying there. Eggs, sausage and bacon were barely warm and no microwave to heat up other than going back up to room. No to go cups for coffee. I sent in Tax Exempt paperwork 2 weeks ahead of my stay and it was not taken off when I checked out. No one was working that could remove the tax and I had to return 3 hours later when the person came in to get this done. NOT HAPPY!!!!!!

I have stayed in that area before and was disappointed but this hotel s so clean and the small touches like how they had the shampoo in the shower was nice. The staff was friendly. Being a pretty friendly hotel didn't mean we had to sacrifice cleanliness. The shuttle was on time. Very convenient.

I have stayed at many Tower road hotels over the last 30 years and have never been charged for parking so it had not occurred to me to look for a charge when booking.

Very friendly staff. Clean room every 2 days. Refresh towels, made bed and floors. Most hotels don't touch rooms until after check out.

I booked this room accidentally while stranded at the Denver airport with my small children late at night. For some reason, the Hotels.com site kept changing my dates when I'd refresh the hotel page. So I accidentally booked a room 2 weeks after I needed one. While I was able to get a room that night, I could not cancel the accidental booking. I called the hotel within 5 minutes of realizing my mistake, and I was told that I needed to go to Hotels.com to fix the issue. On Hotels.com, I was told it was the hotel's policy not to issue refunds. So I spent a lot of money !!!! on a room I wasn't even in the same city to use. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never ever ever use Hotels.com again

Parking is NOT included for your stay. $12 parking seems ridiculous for this location. I understand charging for parking if a stay and fly situation but not in this instance! Reviews praised the breakfast and it did NOt live up to reviews. Not impressed!

Late arrival. They said everything was OK. Waited over 45 minutes for the shuttle at the airport, they kept saying 10 more minutes! Got to the hotel and they were running an audit! Had to wait an additional 10 minutes to begin the check in process! Rude staff at front desk! Not fun at 3am!

The front desk staff was efficient and helpful. The flowers around the property were lovely. (Below, is the gorgeous rose bush.) Breakfast buffet was good and nice to offset spending on meals. This location is very convenient to the airport. (A 9 minute drive). Would definitely stay here again.

Great last minute option with big rooms and airport shuttle, especially when plans change.

In the morning we have to get up early for our flight. In the lobby at 3:00 and there seemed to be a homeless man using the computer in the lobby and acting weird. Staff did not address the issue.

In my Humble opinion; the Property does not warrant it's high rating. My room was perfectly acceptable for spending a night in however it is not exceptional. Breakfast is pretty awful

The area was not bad and by the airport. The front desk let me check in early which was nice. The room could use some updates on the painting color and the room had a horrible urine smell. I got the room right by the front desk and breakfast area so you can hear everything in the morning. I let the front desk know the next morning about the urine smell which later was confirmed it was dog urine, she apologized and stated that she would let her boss know which was very nice and i appreciated that. I only stayed one night.

Great place for a layover between flights. Transportation between hotel and airport- quick and reliant. Restaurants nearby. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of healthy options.

We really thought this was an excellent property. It has everything you could possibly need for an easy night near the airport. The pull out sofa sleeper with a curtain was a great feature for traveling with a child. Very pleased with our stay.

The hotel is a remodeled hotel the remodel was done economically. Not what I would expect from Hilton. Reported heat/temp malfunction but was never corrected. Room was cleaned only once during our 5 night stay. Had to ask specifically to have it cleaned the time it was cleaned. Breakfast is below standards of any other hotel I’ve stayed before. Would not recommend. Will not stay there again.

There are a cluster of hotels in this area which makes it nice since there are a few restaurants within walking distance and a convenience store. It's also close to the airport but not too bad for a ride into downtown or the surrounding area for entertainment.

Front desk attendant was so helpful and courteous, answering questions whether it came to parking or holiday travel at DIA. We made this reservation very last minute (same night), but I was shocked at how easy check in was. Such a relief, since we were only getting 5 hours of sleep before our flight (with a dog and toddler). I’m so thankful that we chose that hotel.

We stayed here one night arriving late evening and departing early the next morning. The property is a short drive from DIA which made it convenient for us. Our room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff we met in our hallway were very friendly. We appreciated their smiles. Breakfast was just ok. The egg & sausage sandwiches and baked goods we tried did not taste fresh.
