Great hotel
- 5/5
Loved the hotel - so nice to stay close to our activities for the weekend!
- 5/5
The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were also very accommodating and willing to help us out. The hotel itself is also in a really great location and was a massive help getting around downtown.
- 4/5
We were welcomed when we walked in the door by friendly front desk staff. They were helpful in giving us walking directions to where we were meeting a shuttle. Only thing I was slightly disappointed in was how long it took to get hot water in the shower.

My room was absolute gorgeous N/A

- Breakfast was decent but not great. - Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. - Unfortunately, homelessness and drug use is evident on the streets.
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable! Great location to 16th Street and the convention center Elevators were a cluster to check out.
- 5/5
Loved the location, clean room and excellent customer service
- 2/5
Walking proximity to food/activities Showers are very slippery, i nearly fell a number of times while using. Shower door does not fully close, leaving a gap that water goes out from while in use. Bathroom does not have normal doors, the sliding doors leave space and do not lock. The key card readers on the elevator do function well. Parking for the building is not included in stay.

El desayuno muy rico y el personal muy amable

- 2/5
Shouldn’t charge for parking
- 2/5
The suites are small and comfortable for 1-2 people only. Also I was their for 6 nights and the refrigerator never worked, it was reported each day but to no avail. Last note the outlets only worked on one side of the room. Will not patronize this location again. Definitely was not up to Hilton's standards.
- 5/5
Very clean rooms and staff is very friendly! Really close to shopping places, bars and restaurants.
- 5/5
Everything was good, the only thing that I didn’t like is that you had to pay for the parking.
- 5/5
Nice to have a kitchen and fridge. You can request a hot plate and frying pan, which is nice for longer term stays.

- 5/5
Great property, great location, quiet room, etc. I would definitely go back!
- 5/5
Staff was very nice and the hotel was in a very convenient location.
- 3/5
Walking distance to convention center. Breakfast was okay. Scrambled eggs every morning but varied the meats and type of potatoes. Liked that they had hot oatmeal every morning. They run out of things quickly - spoons, cereal bowls, glasses and coffee cups. Rather use these permanent ones rather than paper cups and bowl provided. Blinds in our room are all electrical and ours were not mounted correctly so went beyond the sill and off the track so light could get in. Bedsheets had holes in them - both top and bottom. Don’t plan on staying here again.
- 4/5
Bartenders were cool
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, convenient walk to everything. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
Great customer service No complaints

Great location. Great property
- 5/5
Our room had plates, cups, cutlery, and a microwave, but no range, so plan accordingly if you're planning to prepare food while you stay. Otherwise, it's a good, clean, safe hotel in a great location!

Simple but nice hot breakfast every morning. With a microwave and a kitchenette in the suite, it's easy to heat up leftovers during the trip.

Helpful staff, good downtown location

One elevator was down but everything else was exceptional.

Great location in relationship to the convention center. Great for a week stay with the kitchenette. Had to replace a broken ironing board and the dishwasher didn't work either. Elevators broke during my stay too, so could not give the place 5 stars. Otherwise the room was clean and I would stay again.
- 4/5
Comfortable, quiet, very clean. Keycards in the lift were temperamental
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Staff was awesome. Room was exactly as advertised. Always know what you’re getting with Hilton!

this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! the area was so safe and easy to navigate, the rooms were super clean and modern, and the 24-hour market in the lobby was perfect for late night snacks! I will be staying here again next time i’m in Denver for sure.

The breakfast bar compared to cheaper hotels was not huge according to my daughter. They could do a tad better on that part. The cantaloupe and honey dew melon was a tad soggy according to my son. The biggest thing I heard different people talk about was the room key to make the elevators work. It took multiple times and several were not happy including me. It also seems like a hazard if you need to get off quickly. You CAN'T because of the key card activation to make it go.

Great location very close to Larimer Square and good restaurants. Breakfast is decent with a lot of options and regular buffet food. They have parking but only with valet and it has an extra fee per night of $60. The close by lots are cheaper.

I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews. However, it was not as great as I was made believe. I would say it was a clean property and the room was also clean. Room size was small/medium.
- 3.5/5
They really must address the room key scanner in the elevator. Takes far too long to activate and before you know it you are past your floor, heading for the top level
- 5/5
Yes very good
- 5/5
super clean. friendly staff. good breakfast.
- 5/5
This place was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. My stay was very comfortable and my room was perfect. Thank you
- 5/5
My best friend and I really enjoyed staying the place and it’s great location that it’s close and not too far out. Excellent everything!

- 5/5
Clean and staff were relatively friendly. Breakfast was a little limited, but it was nice to have available.
- 5/5
Breakfast was ok.
- 4.5/5
Centrally located; excellent value for the money There was nothing to not like
- 5/5
The staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was pretty extensive with plenty of seating. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The gym was nice and well equipped for all needs.
- 4/5
The room was clean and I was surprised there were no liners for the trash cans. I enjoyed the breakfast during my stay
- 5/5
I did not like that we were charged extra for parking. I did not see that anywhere on the booking page.
- 5/5
Very good breakfast
- 5/5
Happy with my first stay ever at Home2 Suites Denver Downtown Convention Center. Great service from the hotel desk, room was very clean and spacious considering it was downtown. The breakfast room has no natural light which I personally miss in the morning during my breakfast; but the room is spacious, clean, and not too noisy despite the many people seating there. My only disappointment was the hot food at breakfast. Very basic quality / taste, I'd expect better from the Hilton brand.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, breakfast has a lot of options.
- 5/5
Good breakfast, clean/quiet rooms with a full size fridge and microwave. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Convenient location and clean Mattress ready for replacement, pillows overly fluffy.
- 2/5
Location Room’s thermostat didn’t work. Moved rooms and the AC didn’t work. Staff brought up a fan and it didn’t work. Fan was covered in dust clumps. 2nd fan was the same. Moved to a 3rd room. The AC when on it terribly loud.
- 5/5
Everything is excellent.
- 4/5
Room was nice. Had to change rooms because one of beds in the 1st room wasn't cleaned to my standards. Next room was alright, but i was just ready to get some sleep. Only caveat, the pillows were too thin, didn't give that fluff for a good night's sleep. Also, the shower didn't not get hot as it had to take some time to get warm, but was not able to have a good hot shower. Breakfast was alright. Basic breakfast, but breakfast was provided, so not complaining. Overall, the hotel was not bad at all. Would possibly try again when I'm in town in the future.
- 5/5
lapses in refreshing
- 5/5
Very nice definitely recommend really good breakfast it’s at a good location too
- 5/5
Very nice and convenient hotel. Just a few things I didn’t love: The breakfast bar opened too late for us to enjoy it. The parking fee is outrageous and the signage for parking isn’t great. Also, the sheets on the bed were far too crunchy and uncomfortable for my comfort. But overall, I’d stay here again. It was nice enough.
- 2/5
Liked that there were vegan options, nothing hot other than oatmeal but already there was almond milk; breakfast was hearty. Not enough plugs in the room, that was frustrating.
- 4/5
Rude guest down the hall banging on our door tried calling the desk no answer they did it a couple times and threw up in the hall
- 3.5/5
They were adding some key sensor in the elevators and that caused a little messy because sometimes keys didn’t work . I needed to go back to the front desk to ask for help and that was a kinda annoying. And honestly the stuff at the time I arrived wasn’t much friendly, also during my stay I didn’t feel comfortable when I needed to ask for help at the front desk .
- 5/5
Breakfast was great, view was amazing. They took extra good care of me for my wife’s birthday with rose pedals and a cute letter. Carlee and maddy were exceptional
- 5/5
Excellent location. Staff were great at checkin. Breakfast was amazing!! So close to everything, Coors field, Ball arena, Union Station, lots of shops and restaurants. Room was spacious and very well equipped.
- 5/5
Clean room staff is nice
- 4/5
Breakfast was very poor standard lacking choice whilst well staffed lot of items had run out had to ask PLUS parking as the hotel is on the tram lines difficult to find short term parking
- 5/5
Very clean room!! Excellent breakfast and amenities! The staff was very attentive. Will definitely return!
- 2/5
Staff was relatively unimpressive. Check-in took way too long because the front desk attendant wanted to over elaborate on everything making it a theatrical performance. Then once up in the room, we realize there were no bed linens for the third guest to utilize the sofa bed. Our reservation clearly stated we had three guests, so obviously one was going to need to use the sofa bed. I called the front desk just before 11 PM asking for them to send up bed, linens and pillows, an hour later they still had not arrived. When I called the front desk again they said the individual just now went to go get the linens. The following day I asked a delightful front desk attendant for additional towels. She specifically asked how many and what type come out which I was pleasantly surprised by. She wrote it down and let me know that they would be sending them up shortly. We never received the towels, despite asking for them numerous times.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay a few days in Downtown Denver
- 5/5
Overall, a good bang for your buck.
- 2/5
breakfast was just as cold same as the staff. The Home 2 in Grand Junction is far better than the one in Denver Checking in..... It took 2 plus hours to get into my room , there card reader was not working right... I had 13,000 thousand in my checking account, and my card got declined.. My girlfriend had pay over the phone, I finally got into my room after 2 AM and to be early on Monday morning.. I missed my bus the next day. Making my trip the worst ever..
- 4/5
The hotel was great. The staff was accommodating and relatively friendly. The front desk was seemingly a bit under staffed considering the fact that they were handling two hotels at once. The hotel bar was nice but only open on the first night of our stay. Breakfast was extremely busy but good. It would have been helpful if the entrance on 15th street would have been open for use. Dodging cars coming in and out of the valet entrance was a bit of a hassle. Roms are very nicely furnished and the bathroom/shower was phenomenal!
- 4/5
Not much food options
- 5/5
Location was great.
- 5/5
Breakfast had many options and was well sticked
- 4/5
The breakfast is very basic, but if you consider the price of the room it’s just a bonus. Convenient location for downtown Denver, about a 20 minute walk from Union Station.
- 5/5
Very luxurious and budget friendly
- 1/5
Good location Bathrooms and dressers extremely dirty with hair and mold. Jose keeping came to the room at 7 am waking us up for no reason. No towels, front desk did not answer phone to bring towel.
- 5/5
Walking distance to restaurants and ball arena for the game, breakfast was great, and room was perfect!
- 5/5
The hotel was clean, nice and convenient. Front staff was excellent
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
Decent breakfast
- 5/5
Great location a block away from convention center with new upgraded rooms, impressive hotel gym (4 peletons!), and great breakfast, especially for the value
- 2/5
Room wasn’t clean , old sheets. Hair in the bathroom
- 4/5
The location and room is complete with the essentials, its great The sheets seemed like re-used. The inner sheets are crumpled butother than that it was a great room experience
- 5/5
The best customer service Fantastic suite on the 21st floor what a view Great breakfast included in your stay Great fitness suite Fantastic place to stay
- 2/5
There was a loud buzzing sound coming from our refrigerator every half hour. The parking rates are criminal.
- 0.5/5
The bathroom was dirty the fridge was dirty and sticky
- 4/5
Was ok
- 0.5/5
This was a very disappointing experience. I deliberately booked a room with two queen beds, paying a higher rate to ensure the proper accommodation for my family. However, upon arrival and after completing check-in, we were assigned a completely different room: a king bed with a sofa bed — a cheaper option that did not meet our needs. When I returned to the front desk, I was simply told that the reserved room type was no longer available and that, because I booked through Booking.com, nothing could be done. No attempt was made to resolve the issue, offer an alternative, or provide any form of compensation. This is not just a mistake — it reflects a lack of accountability and basic customer care. A confirmed reservation should be honored, regardless of the booking channel. Passing responsibility to the platform is not acceptable. I paid for a specific room type and did not receive what I booked. The way this situation was handled made the experience even worse. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
The room was clean and tidy, staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was okay but still nice that it was offered.
- 5/5
Very central hotel
- 5/5
The staff was very nice especially our valet attendant. Brunch extended to 11 am maybe.
- 5/5
Near Ball Arena
- 5/5
Lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Place was super clean and friendly attentive staff
- 5/5
The area and room was perfect.
- 4/5
The selection, the setup and the staff was provided excellent hospitality. The water in the bathroom was cold or we weren't able to adjust it.
- 5/5
Very clean. Let us get in to room early
- 5/5
Was great place right in downtown denver. Foe being there the first time we loved it alot.
- 4/5
This was a very clean hotel, no matter what part we were in between our room, workout center, breakfast, lobby, etc. The elevators are fast, even during high traffic times. The complementary breakfast was well stocked, and the options were extensive enough to satisfy everybody in our group. It's very close next to 16th St. which has a lot of shops and options to eat or drink. 16th St. also has a free bus that runs very frequently from one end to the other so you're able to explore other parts of downtown very easily. The only cons I truly have is the fact that it cost almost $70 to park overnight on site or you had to park multiple blocks away. My suggestion is if you are willing to walk a few blocks to go on one of the parking spot websites or applications and search the surrounding areas because I truly think that's a very excessive amount just for parking. As with any downtown area in a major metropolitan area There are some "interesting characters" on the streets, but if you leave them alone, they will leave you alone. If it wasn't for the parking situation, I would give this a five out of five.
- 5/5
Accessible hotel to downtown areas. Breakfast should do better
- 5/5
Perfect stay
- 5/5
Very clean, efficient, comfortable room
- 5/5
yes
- 5/5
Overall everything was excellent
- 4/5
Clean room, nice staff
- 5/5
Great breakfast, clean room.
- 5/5
Quarto excelente, café da manhã bom, equipe de primeira. A localização também é ótima.
- 5/5
What a nice place to stay, a real home away from home. Lovely room with quality everything, including a full fridge with ice maker and a dishwasher. Situated near everything downtown, staffed with friendly, professional people. Great, full breakfast included too. Parking is pricey and valet only.
- 5/5
The room was great, the bed was so comfortable, and I love the gym! This is my favorite place to stay in Denver!
- 5/5
Clean rooms, friendly staff
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was so great that I made it a point to let them personally what great customer service they provided.
- 5/5
Cons: slow elevators may cause long lines, average breakfast
- 4/5
Room was clean. Gym was very good.
- 5/5
Overall clean hotel room, comfortable beds, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
- 3/5
Took three requests and a total of five hours to get extra pillows for the rooms. Shower drain was slow to drain and kept flooding the bathroom floor. Continental breakfast started at 7 was the at 7:15 and several things were already out and they had to cook the backs still.
- 3/5
There were several people checking in and only one person at the desk. By the time the second person came, he was very snippy and unhelpful.
- 5/5
The staff was prompt and helpful.
- 5/5
Tatiana at the front desk was so helpful our entire stay and very kind.
- 3/5
The room was fine, and the staff were all nice. We were caught off guard by the Valet Only - with an $64/per night expense.
- 5/5
If you’re a member they allow early check in
- 3/5
The line to check in was so long. Only one person working and there was no one helping out. Room was nice and spacious but you can hear sounds from the hallway and outside so clearly. Elevator was the worse. Took forever to go up and down. They should do something about the elevator because I guarantee everyone who stayed there was frustrated with the elevator.
- 5/5
Very comfortable bed, full kitchen
- 5/5
Clean spacious room and the staff was awesome.
- 4/5
When asked to clean the room, change sheets, or get some new towels they were very attentive. Having a buffet breakfast was good too, so you can start your day. The location was close to everything downtown, everything was in walking distance. They had a 55 or 60 inch tv in the room to which I loved.
- 2/5
Both beds were not centered on the foundation/ frame. One bed you slept on a slant from left to right. The other bed had one metal piece from bed frame sticking out.., both mattress’s were blown out.., room slept very hot.., bedding, covers..thermostat at68??
- 5/5
Life hack: take the $10 airport train to Union Station, then use the 16th Street Free Bus to head up to 16th and Stout... and it's 2 minute walk from there to the hotel.
- 4/5
They charge $64 per night for vallet parking which is quite steep. As if you are punished for selecting this hotel. Other hotels are much more reasonable so never again.
- 3/5
Parking no free, no where like that
- 3/5
Check in could have been friendlier
- 3/5
Couch had stains all over it nasty
- 4/5
I paid 64 extra dollars for valet parking and asked them the night before to have my car ready by 3:45am for my departure since I was on a tight schedule with the airport, and it was ready at 4:05am. The room was showing its age, too. A piece of trim was bending off, exposing tape beneath. Still loved the location and that they upgraded me to a corner room for no extra charge.
- 4/5
the carpet had dog hair all over it.
- 5/5
Had full size fridge and microwave and dishwasher. Shampoo, soap and lotion are good quality
- 5/5
Amazing hotel
- 5/5
Room was nice and clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly, highly recommend
- 1/5
There was no trash bag in the trash can and there was no bedding for the pullout couch. We had to call front desk and they took forever to bring us a blanket and pillows. Also, the door for the bathroom is not private because anyone can peek through it. it’s the sliding barn door. I think it’s inappropriate. Also there was a deposit necessary and they didn’t accept cash, which caused me a lot of hassle.
- 5/5
Was, lot more fancy wise to the room than expected but had a great time and felt safe in my room.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff
- 4/5
Great location, pleasant and efficient staff but breakfast menu didn’t offer a lot of options.
- 5/5
Clean room, gentle staff, great location. Awesome experience.
- 4/5
The room waa clean and breakfast was freah every morning. The bar and front desk staff were friendly
- 5/5
Absolutely loved it
- 5/5
Everything was excellent other than charging a 200 fee up front for any damages just in case 100 is fine but 200 is really excessive
- 5/5
Very clean , organized and great customer service
- 5/5
Non-valet options would be great
- 4/5
Everything es ok
- 5/5
Staff was the best , great service, they got free water bottles for us
- 5/5
Great stay thank you for your staff
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 4/5
The rooms were nice; however, my room specifically had white/silver stuff coming out of the bathroom sink. Wasnt really an issue to me as i wasnt drinking from there, but it is alarming for stuff other than clear water to be coming out. The staff was freindly and the location is very nice.
- 5/5
Stayed one night. Would stay again
- 5/5
Very clean, very good
- 3/5
Staff was NOT friendly. the room was not the cleanest, hair in bathroom and in the bed. Valet was ridiculously priced but they were the nicest people in the entire place.
- 5/5
Right downtown in the heart of early thing and a giant delicious breakfast every morning perfect place for my trip
- 3/5
Facilities and location were great, however the room had not been cleaned well. Nail clippings etc on carpet and no toilet paper or kleenex upon arrival.
- 1/5
Room was dirty. Old sheets, moldy shower head.
- 5/5
Awesome location, excellent free breakfast, beautiful and clean room
- 5/5
Great staff and clean room.
- 4/5
Front desk was nice and efficient. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast service needs a bit more help; I know it’s hard to staff in service industry these days. Lobby was very large and plenty of room for guests to spread out. Thanks for the nice stay and please ad points for Hilton Honors.
- 5/5
Great stay. No noise complaints and front desk was helpful when needed. Valet did a great job too
- 4/5
Accomodation for night stay was professional and breakfast in the morning for guests is above and beyond.
- 5/5
Loved this hotel! It was clean, close to everything we were looking to do. We got a really good deal for everything they offered.
- 5/5
Great location and amenities. Breakfast was great and the room view was awesome. The hotel has a bar and a is very cozy.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect.
- 3/5
Breakfast did not look or taste fresh
- 3/5
Breakfast very bad service and food quality not good dinning area dirty no place to sit, first time ever experienced this service with Hilton not happy hope it gets fixed
- 5/5
Clean, and comfortable.
- 5/5
Room was spacious. Loved the Mountain View!
- 5/5
I enjoyed staying here! All the staff was amazing and super friendly!
- 5/5
Everyone is kind and helpful. View was amazing.
- 4/5
Great stay, we enjoyed everything. Keep in mind to bring your own slippers, the floors in the room are super cold, and only a part of the room is carpeted. Great views or Denver downtown.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
I'm truly grateful for everything the hotel offers, and the service is excellent. The breakfast they provide is also delicious.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Very clean
- 5/5
Wonderful stay!!! Superb value for money.
- 4/5
My first bed was broken
- 5/5
Fantastic value. Super friendly staff and clean property conveniently located.
- 5/5
clean room, friendly staff, nice breakfast
- 5/5
Clean room, good breakfast, good location, helpful valet staff
- 5/5
Elevator s were FAST, front desk staff was terrific, breakfast was excellent
- 4/5
Staff was great but the a/c needs work. Woke up sweating all morning and the only way i could get it to turn on was to turn it off and back on. Leads me to belive there is some kind of restrictions on temp settings. Breakfast staff was the only ones we noticed any abrasiveness.
- 4/5
Good stay, breakfast was dry and cold, but the pancakes made up for it. My only issue is the parking. I’m forced to pay for valet parking which was almost as much as the room. But well kept, and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Clean room and a spectacular view of the city
- 4/5
just the deposit ,not a good thing holding literally 100 a night ,otherwise i like it !
- 3/5
No complimentary waters. Service desk
- 5/5
Excellent time
- 4/5
Continental breakfast was the biggest plus. Food was good, enjoyed it every day. I was not a fan of the restroom sliding door in the hotel room. No privacy at all really. Not into that European “efficiency.” Give me a solid wood door with hinges and a lock so my roommates don’t have to hear my bowel movements. I also was a bit frustrated with the very poor reception on the television in our room. I think the TV may be on its last bit of life or the WiFi connection was really bad. Any viewing was constantly interrupted with buffering/ cutting out to black. Lastly I did not like that parking cost 64$ a night. That is outrageous.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel view, attentive valet workers, made me feel comfortable away from home. Definitely recommend booking your stay here!

- 5/5
Clean room and friendly helpful staff.
- 4/5
Great location and facilities, thought the daily valet rate was WAY too much.
- 5/5
Clean, great location, pleasant staff and the room included everything you needed to be comfortable. Thank you!
- 4/5
The room was great! Good space with all the amenities that we needed and more!
- 5/5
The hotel has bunch of great areas to lounge or work in. The staff was very kind and helpful.
- 5/5
Staff was great.
- 5/5
Amenities plus room very clean. Staff at check in very friendly and informative
- 5/5
The breakfast was great and the room was huge. It was too bad we didn't get a chance to use the kitchen more. Location is perfect.
- 5/5
Breakfast is very good.
- 5/5
Breakfast room staff were AMAZING at keeping the food coming during a very busy breakfast rush. They also kept the busy breakfast room tidy through the chaos!
- 4/5
Sheets were dirty and room was very hot and was not able to bring it below 60 degrees
- 5/5
Good!
- 5/5
Room was great! On the 15th floor with an amazing view of the mountains! The location was perfect for walking to entertainment downtown . The staff was super friendly and the bar was a great place to watch the football game. We will definitely be back and recommend this place to our friends!
- 5/5
Nice staff clean room every thing nice and updated
- 2/5
was not able to check in early or before noon had to sleep in a Walmart parking lot
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
We stayed at the Bonaventure Hotel for the weekend. Our experience was excellent; the service quality, the food, and the heated pool all fully met our expectations.
- 3/5
Staff was not empowered to make decisions.
- 4/5
As advertised
- 5/5
Great staff and great room.
- 2/5
They did nothing to accommodate this. We actually tried to check in earlier, the front desk told us “you don’t have a room” so we came back at 3:00pm and were still told it was not ready. The breakfast food was blan, we did not even bother to go back for a second day.
- 5/5
Staff were super friendly and helpful! The room was pretty clean and nice too!
- 5/5
This hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, and off site parking. The lobby is unique with plenty of seating and the swings in the lobby are so much fun. The staff was super friendly. We will be staying here again.
- 5/5
Very clean rooms, comfortable beds. The hotel is very nice. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
The day we went there was an amazing price only $69 for the night. Room was spacious with all the appliances. They granted me a 12 noon complementary checkout. The location is great right by the convention center. Staff was really nice and they had a full bar, which was amazing. The only thing was that the breakfast ran out very quickly. There was a lot of people looking to eat, and by the time we got there, there was still an hour left of breakfast and all of the food was gone. But other than that, we really enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and clean hotel.
- 5/5
Nice staff, clean room, beautiful view. Love that they gave a a goodie bag to welcome us in.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
Great hotel! Really nice, good location
- 5/5
Staying at this place was such a great decision!!!! I was worried about transportation and safety because it was my first time in Denver but this hotel made everything so easy. Staff was kind and welcoming. They have delicious breakfast buffet and also a little market that saved me one day with drinks and candies. Definitely, I would go back to Denver and for sure I would stay again in this hotel, such a great experience:)))

Room had everything. Very friendly. Great breakfast to get you going.
- 1/5
I called the front desk and told them and they said that aoneobe would come clean the room in about 15 minutes… 30 minutes later no one came and I called again and asked to speak to a manager. They passed my call and no one answered. When I called back again to the front desk there was no answer. I tried three more times to the front desk and no one answered. I suspected they were screening my calls so I called the general reservation line and told them that I could not reach the front desk for my issue and they connected me. When I was connected to the front desk I was very upset as it was almost 10pm at night and the issue was not resolved. I told them I wanted a new room right away. Then the front desk said that I would have to pack my bag and come downstairs to get new room keys. I was shocked at this demand so I replied that I would not be coming down and that I expected someone to bring me my new room keys immediately. About 15 minutes later a female security guard with a gun came to my room to give me my new room keys. This was terrible customer overall.
- 5/5
We love the location for accessing 16th Street/Pavilions. For the Christmas Market at Auraria, it’s a bit of a trek for young kids, but still a good location. The only negative was a long wait for the elevator on Saturday morning around 9am. We assume it was a timing issue: people checking out, heading downstairs for breakfast, and only two elevators running (four total, one was off our whole stay, one was stuck on an upper floor that morning).
- 4/5
Facilities were ideal.
- 4/5
Só não dos elevadores muito tempo esperando pra descer com as malas.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Clean room and it had a great view!
- 5/5
Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent
- 5/5
It was beautiful!
- 5/5
Clean comfortable room and good breakfast.
- 5/5
Ideal for a work trip
- 2/5
The room was fine. However, the HVAC system was so noisy that I only got about 2 hours of sleep the first night and 4 hours of sleep the second night. My reservation was for 4 days. I checked-out 2 days early and found other accommodations where I was able to sleep through the night. Disappointing considering the staff and location was very good.
- 5/5
Easy check in. Friendly staff and nice, clean room.
- 5/5
Nice staff, clean rooms
- 5/5
Nice hotel for the price. Clean. Very comfortable beds/bedding. Quiet. Good free breakfast. Very walkable to nearby dining and attractions.

Good breakfast, helpful staff, clean toom, good location
- 5/5
room was clean staff was friendly
- 3/5
Clean room. nice staff. However, the cleaning staff threw out our full pizza when we were excited to eat it. That should not happen unless we were checking out, which we weren’t.
- 5/5
Staff very helpful.
- 4/5
Location was fine hotel was clean parking wasn’t great. Desk staff has been better
- 5/5
Thank you for a great stay. From the first person encountered at the check in desk to breakfast the next day - so unexpected. Keep it up!
- 5/5
The overall layout was nice
- 5/5
Excellent Breakfast and cleanliness of facilities. Rooms cleaned every other day was not explained to us.
- 4/5
Enjoyed the free breakfast and stay. They overcharged me stating an issue with expedia. Dealing with a refund is a headache and just waiting for this to be resolved.
- 5/5
The room was spotless and the staff was helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
Clean, staff were great, awesome location
- 5/5
Amazing stay. Staff was great!
- 4/5
Everything was good but everything at breakfast was over cooked or sat to long
- 5/5
Breakfast was lacking biscuits for the gravy. Pancake maker was down and no waffles. What was there was ok
- 5/5
loved the space
- 3/5
Our room had a strange smell and didn’t feel clean. The bathroom, bedding etc. Really disappointed also in the cleanliness of the lobby, the chairs, rugs, trash. It wasn’t a great experience but it wasn’t horrible, the staff was really friendly.
- 5/5
Breakfast didn’t seem that appealing but there seemed to a lot of option. Room was clean and everything worked as expected.
- 5/5
Very nice Hotel. Staff was great, the amenities were excellent. Enjoyed that there was breakfast every morning and it was a great selection.
- 5/5
Didn’t eat breakfast
- 5/5
The only thing that was inconvenient was the lack of a pet bathroom area. Other than that it was great! Would stay again.
- 5/5
Front desk staff were amazing - very helpful and able to solve an issue for us.
- 5/5
All of the above!!
- 4/5
Overall ok spot. Parking was $$

- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
Easy check in and clean room. Great location in Downtown
- 5/5
Breakfast was awe! Rooms were clean and quiet. Great location.
- 2/5
The TV provider is a big negative. The picture would freeze, then blank then just get jumbled. I called the front desk.
- 4/5
Great stay, clean room and great beds with comfy sheets and pillows. Just, don’t eat the breakfast. It was so bad that I would recommend any other hotel that’s similar.
- 4/5
Small room with hair all over it! Horrible city view! Thin blanket, horrible coffee.
- 4/5
Room was nice, clean, and had a good view. Hotel is in a great location. Staff were mostly unfriendly.
- 4/5
Good value for the money.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
The breakfast was kept full at all times.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Great staff friendly checking in and an amazing breakfast
- 5/5
Location is good for activities we did. Hotel lobby and hallways are clean. Felt safe. Room and bathroom were clean and updated. Kitchen in suite was a plus!
- 5/5
The room was clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable and no issues. I was there just for an overnight so did not use the other amenities but, everything looked quite nice.
- 5/5
All of the above
- 5/5
Staff is great! Fantastic breakfast. 👍
- 4/5
Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Valet parking was too expensive though.
- 4/5
Not even against the hotel but the room was so damn bright, just where our room. Dam
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
The valet returned:found my lost purse. I am grateful!
- 5/5
Everything was fine.
- 1/5
There was noise starting 5pm to 3am. Many people partying next door. Front desk didn't pick up their phone when I called multiple times in the middle of the night until I had to get up and personally go downstairs at 3am to tell them there's noise. They came once but the noise didn't stop. I paid so much money and couldn't even sleep for one night. Had to drive 12 hours next day. Terrible experience.
- 2/5
Pay a little more and stay down the street!
- 5/5
Clean rooms excellent price great breakfast and within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants or the free Mall ride
- 5/5
Loved the room, clean and great view. Breakfast was very busy had to wait in line, no forks and food was limited and not very warm. Asked couple of staff for forks was told they were bringing them out. Only one valet at check-out. He was doing an amazing job by himself for the line and amount of people waiting on their car. He was on the hustle!
- 2/5
Keys kept deactivating .
- 5/5
Nice room. Friendly staff. 16th street is walkable. A lot of people experiencing homelessness outside of the hotel.
- 4/5
Great room with a fantastic view of the city. Comfy bed and very convenient kitchenette.
- 5/5
All good. I stayed for one night.
- 4/5
Was mostly a good stay at a convenient location. A few staff members would say 'good morning', etc. but most were chatting among themselves or have their heads down. Only real issue was the first valet person. He asked me if I was leaving any more that day and I said 'No, not until around 7am'. Five minutes later I heard h
- 5/5
Great location, great price! Super close to Buell theater!
- 4/5
Breakfast had many varieties, most were nutritious, some lacked seasoning, room was amazing, great mountain view, check in and check out was fast and easy
- 5/5
Great place to stay & will again
- 5/5
Staff welcoming, always polite and positive
- 5/5
Great location with friendly staff
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was polite. Easy access to downtown restaurants and shops and my conference.
- 4/5
Adequate for an overnight stay. Would’ve loved to be able to explore the area around if I had more time.
- 5/5
Nice location and affordable
- 5/5
Convenient and clean. Breakfast was delicious and so many choices.
- 5/5
Bien ubicada. Cómoda. Buena relación calidad precio.
- 5/5
Great breakfast clean room services very nice
- 5/5
Amazing and super clean
- 4/5
The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We were able to control heat/ac easily. The breakfast was really good! We will stay again when visiting our daughter.
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff. Parking is inconvenient and expensive downtown! Very noisy area.
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Lot of access to multiple restaurants and the downtown
- 1/5
We had moths in our room not 1 but we ended up finding 10 live moths. We asked for a new room but were unable to accommodate us.
- 5/5
The comfort accommodations at this hotel are awesome! One of the better hotels we’ve stayed in.
- 5/5
Breakfast
- 3/5
Crazy car racing loudly all night every night. Couldn't sleep..staff stated they were overbooked and seemed not to care at all.Housekeeping non existent
- 4/5
Clean room, in walking distance of plenty of dining and shops as well as to the Ball Arena for a show
- 5/5
Went well
- 5/5
Clean and all amenities available
- 4/5
Staff is not prepared under a “solution-based” mindset Location is great if you’re planning to stay downtown or Convention Center
- 5/5
Nice updated room.
- 3/5
Food market was WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. parking within was WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Breakfast was fun.
- 1/5
My flight arrived late. I tried to call to let them know I was checking in late and they had already given my room away. I then wasn’t able to find a room for a night an
- 5/5
Located in downtown and convenient
- 5/5
Clean room. Went on a solo trip. Usually I get so nervous being alone at hotels but I felt so safe here!
- 5/5
.
- 3/5
That said, the rooms are modern, clean, and quiet. I would consider staying here again if not for the parking.
- 5/5
The room was very nice and great to have the kitchen area.
- 1/5
Expedia dropped the ball on parking. The only parking is the valet at the hotel which runs $64 a night. Expedia leaves that out. Next nearest parking is a half mile away and $35 a day. The room was lacking in cleanliness. Toothpaste smudges and drops all over the mirror, hair on the counters, dirty floor, holes in the sheets and the shower didn't drain making it where you have to turn the water off and drain before finishing the shower. We had our do not disturb sign out but they started knocking on our door at 9:45. Check out is 11:00. We were bothered 3 times between 9:45 and 10:20 so we packed up and left early. The hotel took our parking fee off for the inconvenience but that didn't solve the fact we were pushed to leave early with a do not disturb sign. It is in the middle of the city so its very loud. You will be bothered by the transients if you hang out in front. They want cash or smokes. I am disappointed in the cost for what we received in return.
- 4/5
Very clean, good area, good breakfast for the price
- 5/5
I do wish it was not $64 for valet parking, other than that stay was wonderful
- 5/5
Excellent service, cleanliness, and friendly professional environment.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
I was told parking wad available on expedia. They failed to mention there was a charge. The hotel said ir was $64 with unlimited coming and going. They failed to mention ot wad $64 per night. Thre $192 is basically what it cost for the room. So my bill was doubled. That seems like misrepresentation and borderline fraud
- 5/5
Great price, good location, and friendly staff. More breakfast options would be nice but we enjoyed our stay very much.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel. Good included breakfast.
- 5/5
Very practical, even cute little kitchenette.
- 4/5
1. The AC only seemed to be cooling the living room side and the cooling on the bedroom side was minimal. Not a big deal as I wasn't visiting during a hot time of the year, but something that should be looked into. 2. One of the moulding strips in the bedroom was peeling off. Should be a quick fix. Didn't impact my overall stay. 3. The shower water was splashing onto the main bathroom floor and while there was a drain, it felt a bit dangerous and a slipping hazard
- 5/5
Great!
- 3/5
No dining/bar at the establishment or seating outside for people who smoke. Parking was $64.00 a day which was never disclosed. Downtown Denver has tons to do but wasnt necessarily on our to do list
- 5/5
Everything was great the only thing I didn't like is the exorbitant prices to park there overnight wasn't happy to have to get off site parking but it was so much cheaper at Independence Plaze they offer in and out service! Love that there was 24-hour coffee. The breakfast was good the room very clean loved having microwave fridge and everything at our disposal.
- 5/5
Excellent location for going at the convention centre.
- 5/5
Property was very nice and great to walk to restaurants and shopping. We also liked the convenience of having a Walgreens and Target within walking distance to pick up items like toiletries and water. One of the elevators was out , which caused some waiting at the elevators sometimes, but it really didn’t impact us that much at all. We were not super impressed with the breakfast items, but the coffee was really tasty and readily available in the lobby and at breakfast.
- 5/5
Room was ready early, also clean & quiet. Great location. Not impressed with breakfast but still enjoyed staying here and would stay here again
- 5/5
clean room
- 4/5
Stayed over the Labor Day weekend 2025. 4 nights. Check in was easy. Hotel was clean overall. Suite was like new. Eco friendly. Even has small recycling bins. You could live there as if in an apartment. The recent renovations have made this a pleasure too. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Nice 24hour exercise area. Laundry area was clean. Staff is cheerful, attentive, helpful. Would have given 5 stars but for a couple things. Maid service is every other day. At this time 1 of the 4 elevators was out of order Majority of the time. Hotel was full so long waits for the elevators. Posting on the wall said elevators were being worked on to improve them. Why work on elevators on a holiday weekend. I do give 5 stars to Omar and Ebone the front desk! Omar gave great directions anytime I asked. Ebone was helpful with any issue I had. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in downtown Denver. Close to most attraction. Easy access to free city transportation buses and train station.
- 2/5
But the property does have many issues, we experienced the following: - vents not clean, causing us (incl kids) to fall sick. - bath drain was clogged, and then fixed by then. - toilet won’t flush occasionally. - there is $64/day paring charge which they message you about a day in advance only. - all elevators even when functional do not always work. Some elevators were out of order for repairs while others would not move at times. The property although being clean and with great staff, seems to be operated as low-cost motel. This is not what you expect at a Hilton! Keeping once elevator working (instead of all 4) on a 21 floor building seems like weird way to operate. Each day we saw one elevator making all stops on most floor while 2 other elevators would not move at all and 1 was in repairs.
- 1/5
We had to wait forever on the elevator and Two were not working. Also breakfast hot food was not hot and items not being replaced. Also no coffee and not being refilled. Juice was all water
- 5/5
The Hotel was clean, and staff were friendly, easy access to restaurants in the area.
- 4/5
The only moment I had is when i checked in well after 4pm and my room wasn't ready, but the receptionist did everything she could to make sure I was accommodated with comp vouchers to the market and the room was very nice when I was able to get in. I would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
The Best!
- 4/5
It was a good day. Confident to things in downtown. They need all 4 elevators to work though, they were a max 3 this weekend and one day only 2. Additionally, the breakfast could have more options. It was ok, but they never offered a non pork meat. The pancake machine is slow.
- 5/5
This place is excellent and a good value. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Loved our stay here!
- 5/5
Front desk staff were extremely helpful. Rooms were beyond clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and rooms modern . Close to convention center and downtown shipping/dining
- 5/5
Wonderful place to stay! Wonderful staff! I will be back :-)
- 4/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
Everything about the actual property was great. It's an excellent location. Easy proximity to everything. The area around the hotel could be unsafe due to the homeless population. But there is an abundance of security and law enforcement to respond to any shady goings ons.
- 5/5
quick efficient, good rooms, breakfast. Good stay.
- 5/5
Great:check in, location, breakfast
- 3/5
We were on the 21st floor and had a gorgeous Mountain View. When we entered the room, there was a receipt on the floor from the previous inhabitants and one of the counters hadn’t been fully cleaned, which was concerning, but everything else seemed to have been cleaned.
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
I never arrived in Denver, nor did I check in with the hotel. But I was charged like I stayed there. Lesson learned when booking a room.
- 5/5
Cool
- 5/5
The staff was great and very helpful.
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay while bringing our son to college. I would highly recommend and definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good .bed was comfy
- 2/5
The staff were somewhat friendly but not very helpful. The elevators broke when we were getting ready to leave. They were very slow during the stay as well. The room was clean but the water took forever to drain in the bathtub. The breakfast was good!
- 4/5
Everything was great! The only annoyance was the elevators. There were two out of four that were down, causing long delays while waiting. But they had signage up for the issue acknowledging it. No big deal. Room was perfect and we loved the downtown location. Would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Ideal for quick city break where you are out and about
- 5/5
What we were expecting.
- 4/5
Parking is crazy. I cannot believe it costs $63 for a parking spot.
- 5/5
Clean rooms..staff waa friendly. Within walking distance to downtown Denver shops and businesses
- 4/5
Amazing hotel very nice and clean. Easy to take scooters anywhere and very walkable to most locations
- 5/5
The location of this hotel is only a short walk to 16th street mall and Coors field, which makes for an affordable, convenient location to enjoy Denver.
- 3/5
Charged extra for early check in. What can you do if your flight arrives early. Breakfast was average. Hotel nice and clean
- 4/5
Location
- 5/5
Very clean room and surrounding areas. Great breakfasts, too. Very helpful front desk. Large refrigerator is a plus!
- 4/5
It was ok
- 5/5
Very nice room but even though we were on 12th floor we could hear noise from the street
- 4/5
The complimentary breakfast was great. My 8 year old daughter especially liked the pancake bar. Check in on Friday night was a little painful due to short staff and only having three elevators let to some issues Saturday morning.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Convenient location, good service, great amenities in the room. Wonderful place for an extended stay especially if you want to be able to eat in your hotel at times.
- 3/5
The elevator situation in the morning was terrible. Waited 20 minutes to get down to the breakfast to be pretty disappointed in the selection and availability. The coffee was way too hot and even through the sleeves on the cups burned my hands while I waited 20 minutes just to get back up to our room. Otherwise the hotel is really nice, clean, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Stay was really good
- 5/5
Clean, great staff and walking distance to lots of city attractions.
- 5/5
Friendly and fast services.
- 5/5
Cleanliness and The view from room
- 5/5
Nice room with a view of the mountains and close to shopping and restaurants downtown.
- 5/5
This hotel was a GREAT value, excellent downtown location, easy walk to restaurants, the Capitol, attractions, convenient parking, and so comfortable!
- 5/5
Great stay for visit to theatre area. Convenient valet parking and facilities were exceptionally clean.
- 3/5
i was put on hold and transferred 3 different times when i called regarding an early check in. Never got an answer. The reception desk has only 1 person checking people in, it was slow and cramped, the desk is a few feet from the entrance. Otherwise, it's a nice, clean, comfortable hotel. ☆☆☆☆☆
- 2/5
I did not know that parking was not provided without any added fees. we loved the city few but some of our neighbors smoke or something was wafting into our room the second night. I liked that Bluey was playing in the breakfast area. my kids enjoyed that.
- 4/5
We are in Denver to celebrate my son's birthday and had a nice stay at Home2 Suites. Our room was comfy and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice having a hot breakfast before heading out for the day. Overall we had a fantastic time!
- 5/5
Loved the small kitchen and location was perfect.
- 5/5
Great location, 16th street mall is one block away. Quiet room for the location.
- 5/5
Hotel was a great location for our one-night stop during our Colorado vacation. The hotel was very modern and new and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast area was open, and the food was good. There are lots of sites, restaurants and shops within close walking distance. Valet parking was pricey and the only option from the hotel, but it went smoothly and it was a secure spot for our car.
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly will definitely return
- 2/5
Place was falling apart. Hotel buttons didn’t work, very little atmosphere at all. Breakfast was nice.
- 5/5
Very good stay
- 5/5
Have stayed several times- very comfortable.
- 5/5
Love the rooms and kitchen area. Love the games in lobby and bar. Breakfast was good. Clean. Comfy beds will continue to stay as this was my second time. Close to walk to activities and sightseeing. Valet parking $69 is pretty insane should be cheaper $40 is reasonable.
- 5/5
Breakfast
- 5/5
Super close to bus and rail stops, got to and from Ball Arena with zero stress. Good breakfast and comfy rooms with city views. Staff were helpful, fun things to do around lobby and common areas.
- 4/5
A light the fact that it was near the sixteenth street waking mall and not too far from the coors stadium...
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Nice hotel to stay. Electronic windows blinds, nice kitchen, modern installation. Breakfast area very neat.
