Didn’t know parking wasn’t included in your stay. Kind of a surprise to find a ticket on my windshield in the morning.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area for dining. The breakfast staff worked tirelessly to keep the food stocked on the buffet and assist in any way.

We had just arrived after 20 hours of travel from Italy and decided to spend the night near the airport instead of driving another 90 minutes to home. Best decision ever! I think this was the most comfortable bed I had ever slept in! The room was quiet with good air conditioning. The shower was great with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was excellent. It was exactly what we hoped for after a long travel day and month-long trip. Highly recommend!

The bed was comfortable, the coffee was great! The room I had faced east, and in the morning the sun coming up hit smack in my face! No way to close the curtain that I could see. These rooms are now bare bones in terms of commodities. No extras at all.

The staff at the front desk were great, very helpful and friendly - Matthew in particular. The room was spotless, and the bed was super soft, like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was good with all the normal staples. The included shuttles to and from the airport were convenient.

Great overnight location to stay

From the moment I walked into the lobby, I felt this hotel was going to be good. Little did I know it would be exceptional! Friendly staff, clean, clean, clean! My room exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the large counters in the bathroom. I can't say it enough, everywhere in the hotel, including the stairways and my room were very clean. I had to take a shuttle to the airport and it was exactly on time. Although I left before the official breakfast, the staff informed me I could get a few food items that would be out. This was at 3:15 am! I will definitely use this hotel again and will book others into it as well. Now, if only they had a meeting room!

The room we stayed in was clean and freshened up. Only thing is, no trash bags were in the room I stayed in. I wasn’t there long, so it wasn’t that big of a problem. I would be loved to have breakfast, but only from 6am-9am is a bit too early for me as I am not an early riser. Air conditioning was nice to use as well. Overall, I prefer Holiday Inn’s so I had a wonderful stay for the short time I was there.

This is our go to stop when we need a place near the airport. We were sad when they started charging for parking but they aren’t the only hotel doing so. Great bargain for a nice place overall.

Flew in for my Dads funeral service and everything was excellent. Matthew at the front desk was very nice and professional. He even noticed my birthday was the next day. Breakfast variety was perfect and delicious. Airport shuttle was on time and driver was very nice and friendly. Room was quiet and view of the the mountains was spectacular. Definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here on future travels to Colorado.

Stayed here for a night to rest before my flight back home. The staff when I arrived were very disrespectful especially the man with the bow tie. I wanted to walk out and find a different hotel however I reminded myself it’s just for the night. Otherwise, hotel was nice and room was clean. Don’t let the Expedia details fool you though. There’s no pool and breakfast isn’t as early as it states.

We never even got a shuttle ride to the hotel after over 2 and a half hrs on the damn phone along with other people waiting also. By that time we would've had about 4hrs in the hotel if we had Ubered so we decided to stay in the Airport because I already have a sleeping problem. I bought insurance on the ticket and was still denied my refund. This experience was total trash. Wont have to worry about Baymont stealing my money again. For future travelers please take that shuttle Mess off of the advertisement if you're not going to uphold the offer.

The airport shuttle was underwhelming. You have a small bus, 6 other stops and it only comes on the hour. I didn’t know that I would be charged $16 for self parking. Pretty ridiculous. The parking lot was massive so this isn’t a supply demand issue.

Check in and parking were easy; it's also pet friendly. The front desk staff were mainly helpful. One of the staff was unhelpful and gave confusing information that had to be clarified by another staff member. No, there is not a pool or hot tub (he initially said yes). Yes, there are airport shuttle pick ups every 30 min., you just need to get your name on the list. And if you don't have it, come early as you may be able to get a seat on said shuttle. I'd definitely book here again!

The room was great. It was really clean. The staff were wonderful, but the furnace had something it kept turning on and off every five minutes and it sounded like it had a lid and the bottom of it. I couldn’t sleep at all.

We stayed at this hotel and when we got ready to leave we discovered our window to our car was bashed in. We were not the only car this was done to. There were four other cars with their windows smashed also. The front desk did not help us at all and we could tell this is a regular occurrence by how they reacted. I will not stay at this hotel again. I suggest finding one with a fenced parking lot.

After calling IHG and telling them I would be a day late. They gave my room to someone else. Had to go somewhere else for accommodations. I paid for three days. I WANT THAT REFUNDED!

Hotels.com states it had shuttle from 3:30 to 1:30am and it was not true I had to pay $20 uber to get there I arrived at 11:30pm and got out of the airport at 12:00am. I was then given a room that another guest was already in it. I thankfully was not able to go in the room the other guest had a safety lock on. I was not able to sleep as I felt in safe due to the lack of safety checks from receptionist had.

The location close to the airport was great and very convenient. The daily breakfast was also good, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, once inside the room, cell service completely dropped, and the hotel Wi-Fi was terrible slow, unreliable, and barely usable. Service was spotty at best, which made the stay very frustrating. While the room appeared clean at first glance, it was still dusty and had hair present, which was disappointing. Additionally, the window blinds were difficult to operate and not user-friendly, adding to the inconvenience. I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inn locations and usually have great experiences, but this one did not meet the standard I expect from the brand. The staff was polite, which was appreciated, but the connectivity and room issues overshadowed the positives. Because of these problems, I will not book another stay at this location, despite the good breakfast and convenient airport location

Did use breskfast or shuttle. Desk clerk said she needed our vehicle license number , gave it to her she said she would register it with the property security company. But when we got to our car early the n morning their was a notice that our vehicle was not registered and needed to do such ASAP.

Shuttle was great. It would have been helpful to have known the details of that operation before our trip. Just a letter explaining how/when the shuttle could be caught and whether a reservation is required. We tried to call the front desk number to get that information and the number was disconnected.

Very nice room. Clean, comfortable. Great bed. The staff were very nice and helpful. Only comments are that the heater in the room was very loud and made all kinds of noises, and the bathroom water pressure was not that great. All in all, it is very good for the price and convenient with an airport shuttle.

The room was clean, staff was non-plussed. The parking amount per night is outrageous ($17). I should have stayed parked at the airport and got the shuttle. Also, I get that you need the license and type of car, but to have use your phone to get the car registered at the facility is totally ridiculous. Have the driver write it down and give to the desk person and give us a slip to put on the dashboard. It took longer to get the car put on the reservation than actually checking in.

Overall hotel is excellent but Matthew the front desk person made it even more excellent.

The front desk lovely allowed me to check in early… but I was given room by the laundry facilities. I was kept awake for hours because of tumbling towels next door. Had I been apprised I would have delayed check in. Our shuttle at 5 am was right in time. But there were many more people signed up for the shuttle than seats available. (Not sure if that was on the hotel as it seemed that the shuttle was used by more than one hotel.) But one group waiting actually had to get split up and needed to wait for another shuttle. All that said, the room was very clean. Staff seemed friendly,

I booked this hotel because I like to stay with this chain. I didn't know until after we arrived that it had been updated. Everything was really nice and the staff was helpful and friendly. I even got a decorating idea from one of their pieces in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was really good with a variety of options.

We traveled to Colorado to see Sleep Token at the Ball arena. We liked that the hotel was only an average of a 20-30 minute drive to the arena and downtown area! The rooms were very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds we have slept in by far! Between the comfy beds and black out shades in the room, we got the best sleep of our life. The hotel is in an overall great location and we enjoyed our experienced!

I paid over $300 for one night at the hotel. They charge for parking which, I think, is ridiculous. It’s not in the heart of the city, and there were many available spots. For $300 parking should be included.

Biggest issue was noise. Poor sound insulation to the point where I could hear the person in the next room snoring and people talking and moving around in other rooms as well. I don't believe the other people were being overly loud, it's just the property seems to have no sound insulation. Shower was also disappointing with low pressure.

Only reason for the lower rating is that this hotel is so poorly constructed that I could literally hear every single movement and footstep of the neighbors above, below, and next to me. My bed would literally shake with every footstep as I was trying to fall asleep. I will likely never stay here again for that reason alone.

The nearby Gaylord property had lots of dinner options. The staff at this property were amazing..The hotel felt new or was decently remodeled.The airport shuttle was super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

We checked in and the internet was down, so they had us write our cc info on paper sheets. I shared my safety concerns about having our cc info on papers at the front desk and the women checking us in did not respond. Later, we came down and there were a stack of papers with people’s cc info sitting unsecured on the front desk, not even behind the counter, but out where anyone could easily take a pic. The woman working only moved them behind the desk when I said something.

A brand new hotel. The faucet came off in the shower. Put me in a room that smelled like dogs in the room on top floor. Manager came and changed our room out. I saw the cleaning lady just spray air freshener in room. Now it is clean! I love dogs, out I am allergic to dogs! I do not understand the poor quality of a new hotel. Manager was nice and correct the issue. Holiday Inn do better!!!!

In general the property ok for a quick stop over but not much else.

From check in everybody was very friendly and helpful. The beds were so comfortable along with a big room and big bathroom. Breakfast was excellent also!

Hotel itself was decent. Reasonable shower. Bathroom not in great condition. Continental self serve breakfast was ok. Large quiet room.

The property is mediocre at best. Of the 3 shuttle drivers we experienced, only one was a good driver and that was the young white guy. He drove safely and I didn't feel like throwing up by the time we got to DIA.

The hotel was close to airport. They offered transportation to and from airport. Breakfast great a lot of options. The only problem we had was finding the transportation from airport to hotel. Called 3 different number to find out where to be picked . Then the van was labeled Double Tree not Holiday Inn Express. Gentalman walked down street with homade sign wirh three different hotels written on it.

We were on a 22 hour layover and wanted a clean, comfortable place to sleep. We were very satisfied with the hotel. It was clean, the staff was very friendly and the beds were comfy. When visiting Denver again we will definitely book here!

I left my car parked ($16) a day and felt safe to do so. Convenient shuttle to DIA. Expedia says they have a pool. Pool was removed 5yrs ago, only down fall.

Matthew checked us on and he wonderful! The room was clean and well equipped with amenities such as Dove products with plenty of towels. There is a refrigerator and very clean microwave. The bed was soft but firm enough for a good nap and night sleep. The room didn't have a smell of cleaning chemicals or freshner. The breakfast could stand a little tweeking such as better cooked omelets and biscuits. There are quite a few other selections though, even some I have not seen before. There is not a coffee maker in the room but there is a great ground to order autolated machine in the breakfast area thats available 24 hoirs a day. I will definitely book the Holiday Inn at the Denver Airport again! It's so quiet!

I was in a handicapped room which was beautiful, clean and very spacious. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing that could have been better were their breakfast options.

Internet access was mediocre. Somebody was stomping around in the wee hours. When I called the front desk about it, they claimed they would send security to check it out. They never did. I asked for an email receipt of my stay, and never got that either.

The room was a bit run down. The bed and pillows were not super comfy. The noise during sleeping hours was awful. Doors slamming for 20/30 minutes straight. Loud TV from the room next door. People above stomping around in the very early hours of the morning. Hardly slept at all.

The process to pay for parking is not smooth or simple. It is tedious and creates a negative impression from the beginning. Just charge more for the room. I was unable to use AMEX because the app wouldn’t allow all of the account digits to be added.

Stayed 5 days. Asked for clean linens never received them. Asked for refill on conditioner again never received. Breakfast was always missing something. During our stay ran out of cereal, fruit, pancake batter, and biscuits. Trash cans in lobby seemed to stay full. Will choose another location in area next time there are several others.

We selected this property due to its convenience to the Denver airport as we were stuck in Denver for the night. Booking the reservation last minute and checking in pretty late at night were easy. After a long frustrating day, I would recommend the Holiday Inn Express and would stay here again.

We left another hotel in the middle of the night and needed a room, i book for the date but b/c it was midnight it was for later that day, they were great about fixing it to that night and even upgraded our room. The staff was really great and friendly. Even the manager Matthew the next morning was so nice and attentive. Would definitely go back there!

Property looked ran down although they appeared to be doing some work to the property.

My review is minimal as I was only in room a few hours due to flight delay. The room seemed clean & roomy. I did use the free shuttle to/from airport… ontime & convenient.

It took quite Awhile to check in because about 6 guests showed up at the same time and only one person working the desk. This is normal for hotels now so I guess we all have to accept it.

I travel a lot and use accommodations like this. This property deserves the excellent rating. If passing through Denver airport I will choose them again.

This hotel was wonderful. We stayed for three nights and the first thing you noticed is the clean smell in the property, for me that’s a bug plus. There’s a great restaurant across the street that we enjoyed. Awesome location (just 15 minutes away from the Airport) We simply loved it, we will return back for sure!

You have to pay to park here through an app, even though you already are paying for a room.

The room and the property was very clean, but we were there the end of June and use the breakfast facility and all the single milk that was in the fridge expired in April and May. I Told the front desk, before we left, I know it was very early in the morning, but we were sitting there for 10 minutes before we left, and it was still not removed from the fridge.

My wife was injured earlier in the day. (Not in your hotel) Her knee was swollen. Matthew after checking us in, got an ice pack for her knee and asked if we need anything else please contact him. We always receive good service from all your Holiday Inn staffs but we felt Matthew took it to other level. Thank you for a great experience.

Love the fact that the stairs are easily accessible as some of us like to walk as much as possible rather than always using the elevator. Check in was easy and fast. Room was clean and nice for the price.

Charisse was unwelcoming and unhelpful, even when I wanted to pay for an upgrade or pay to stay for late checkout. It’s not that it wasn’t available, it was that she didn’t want to be inconvenienced. The tub was dirty and had some stains so I didn’t want to use it. There’s no dining other than breakfast but two of the breakfast machines weren’t working. Everything was simply mediocre. Except the bed…the bed was very comfortable.

Front desk was very polite & responsive.

Great stay near a lot of restaurant options.

It was better than alot of Holiday Inn Expresses we have stayed at. Front desk was so pleasant and helpful.
