Friendly staff, facility was very clean and looked updated. The bedding and pillows could have been a bit more comfortable, the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't seem to work or was non existent.

The staff was fantastic. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They were even friendly to our dogs. The room was very clean. There was everyday maid service and it was great. It was one of the best hotels I have stayed in for quite awhile. It was terrific. I was very happy with it.

It was clean, updated, and it smelled nice. The bed was comfortable, and I liked the option of firm or soft pillows. I also enjoyed having a bar and restaurant on the first floor. The bathroom shower needed a little scrubbing, but otherwise it was fine.

I'm big on sheet quality and have been sorely disappointed at 90% of the hotels I visited in the past few years. The sheets here were wonderful. And the big screen tv was an added bonus.

Hard to think of anything negative. Much better than some properties we have utilized recently. I might just suggest, a microwave in the room would have been handy, but their was a microwave available in the lobby, so it wasn't a problem.

Honestly we weren't even at the property for 12 hours so there isn't much to share.

Our first room had bed bugs. We were graciously upgraded to a suite. The suite was clean. However, the in-room coffee/tea was inadequate. Tea bags were provided for a Keurig machine. That does not work. Also, breakfast was so-so at the on-site restaurant.

This hotel charged me for something unknown with no explanation. I didn't find out about this charge untill several days later. So when booking this hotel you should add additional dollars to the room price.

Used my card at check-in and a week later get a charge for Best Buy in Lakewood, CO. I never use that card and only used it for the room deposit, interesting to me that my card was used a week later in the same town!

Great stay overall! The staff was very friendly and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. I was traveling with a large trailer, so safety was a big concern for me. I really appreciated seeing security guards in the parking lot—it gave me peace of mind knowing my truck and trailer were safe overnight. Plenty of space for larger vehicles too, which was a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again.

There was additional deposit when I got to the room even though it was paid for already and that deposit is held from going back on your account until your bank releases it which usually takes about a week.

The morning before our checkout day, we were woken at approximately 4:50 AM by a fire alarm and had to evacuate the building. We were not allowed back inside until around 5:15 AM, at which point we were told it was a false alarm caused by shower steam. A similar incident also occurred upon our arrival, where the alarm was triggered again and we were told it was due to the same issue. While I understand the importance of fire safety, repeated false alarms—especially during overnight hours—indicate a maintenance issue and had a major impact on our stay. Being evacuated twice, including once in the early morning hours, disrupted our sleep and overall experience.

It was the best decision to stop at this place. In addition to the cleanliness, available laundry, and coupons for the kids to eat at the restaurant on the first floor, we really enjoyed the restaurant as well.

The breakfast exceeded our expectations. Eating at the attached restaurant made for a pleasant experience and in my opinion better food than your typical breakfast buffet. The staff was very pleasant and almost cheery. The location was great for us because of how close it was to family we were visiting but it wasn’t a very interesting part of town.

Property was in a perfect location for my trip and the staff was very helpful. Room were clean and well maintained.

But: there is a camera in the room on the thermostat, the internet requires you to provide personal information before you access it (both of which I imagine the property owner, or the thermostat and/or internet provider, sells to a data broker), and I do not like that there is only one entrance/exit, through the lobby. Also, there is no breakfast, which means I have to basically add $20 and a lot of inconvenience to my day every day. But I will stay here again, and I give high praise to the staff.

Everything was acceptable for a one night stay but I was disappointed that I was looking specifically for a hotel that had a hot tub on site for rest and relaxation from a very difficult week with my rheumatoid arthritis. There was not a hot tub on site. The restaurant was closed when I got there. The food I had delivered was not delivered to my room. Other than that, the stay was great.

The stay was great but during my stay their was three not one three fire alarms the first one no problem but the same day in the evening was another alarm set off i fell down and it took very long to get back in. I understand they had to do their job but it was a inconvenience. Then the next night the same thing happened i had a early morning flight. But the hotel and people were really great.

It’s was just a very pleasant visit. I lost my breakfast card and they replaced with no hassle. The room was exceptionally clean. And the front desk was amazing from check in to check out

Location was close to anything we needed and perfect short drive for visiting Red Rocks, Estes Park, Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak Cog Rail and Breckenridge.

Staff was welcoming and got us checked in quickly. Elevator was fast, room was nice and beds were comfortable. We knew that there was no continental breakfast but you could go the grill restaurant. Had desert with my daughter and it was great. Server was nice, fast and efficient. Overall a nice stay.

Housekeeping staff and front desk staff were all very kind and professional. Our room was clean and we always came back to our beds made and towels restocked. The on-property restaurant was very good and the staff there are absolutely amazing. Everyone is so kind and friendly. The food for breakfast was amazing and kids eat free! We would stay again if we come back to Red Rocks for another show.

The hotel was conveniently located, clean, and a majority of the staff were pleasant. The attached diner provided a nice hot complementary breakfast each morning (get the burrito).

We LOVED this hotel. We picked it because of the pool, but we loved everything else too. The gym was great (a lot of options and very clean), we loved the room: the bed were really comfortable and the pillows were great - we both slept really well; the showers were AMAZING, and we never heard a peep from any other room (very quiet and sound proof). We loved the pool and lounge chairs and firepit outside. We walked to restaurants, found things we needed because we forgot them in the little store, and Door Dash was easy, fast and cheap. It was great overall.

We booked this hotel for a concert at the Red Rocks. The staff was wonderful and allowed us to check in early since we arrived ahead of schedule. Easy check in, great room. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Easy in/out of the parking lot and hotel and very close to the event venue .

It’s my go to hotel when I have to come to Denver. It’s super convenient and close to Red Rocks also.

It was an easy check in, they have a well maintained pool that I would have used if it was warmer, a decent fitness room. I didn't use the onsite restaurant but it looked ok and seemed to have a buzz especially during the weekend. It was quiet, I never heard a sound. I didn't like that they didn't have bars of soap but used pump bottles. I'd stay there again.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. Every interaction was so kind and friendly. The property could use a refresher though. Carpets fraying and showing padding underneath, stains on carpets and sofas, etc. the water pressure wasn’t great and our hot water was hit or miss. I took two Luke warm showers and two hot. The restaurant downstairs serves terrible food, don’t bother. I wouldn’t pick this place again.

Arrived for check in, was given keys to a room, housekeeping still cleaning it. Okay, back down with all the luggage to get sorted, given keys to another room. Go back up, same story, it’s still being cleaned (about 3:30 pm for reference). Finally get keys to a third room that is actually ready. The room itself was mostly fine, other than no bathroom fan. Pool was clean but no hot tub. Gym was fine. Ice machine on our floor was broken. Dirty shower head clogged with hard water deposits. Probably wouldn’t stay again but not the worst place to spend a couple nights close to Red rocks.

Clean and convenient with tons of water, pressure and adjustable massage head. The only thing I didn’t like was the curtains didn’t close completely, which left a thin light in the room at all times.

We stayed here for a concert in Red Rocks but really enjoyed the hotel and surrounding area

The hotel lost one star because the housekeeping crew began to vacuum ajoing rooms or the hallway before 0800 in the am waking us up after getting in late from an event. The staff was great. Resturant was slow and even coffee has to be purchased, there is no complimentary coffee.

I am always concerned about comfy beds and these were great! Pillows were awesome as well. We did not use any of the amenities. The main reason for 4 stars instead of five was the coffee situation. First, the coffee maker is in the cupboard in the middle of the room. There was no way to make it without disturbing others. Second, I booked the room for three adults but we only ever got two K cups and then one day, there were none. So every day we had to ask for more coffee. Since there is a restaurant right there, this facility does not offer a complimentary breakfast but I think they should at least have coffee in the lobby with real cream.

It was a very nice and clean hotel. The staff was great at the front desk and restaurant. The pool area is very nice. The one big draw back there is no continental breakfast options. There wasn’t even free coffee in the lobby area. Just for a cup of coffee you had to wait until 7am when the restaurant opened to buy a cup of coffee.

Clean and comfortable, but constant smoking outside the doors made the reception area and even the elevators smell unpleasant. Not actually close to Denver the “9 miles” on Expedia was really a 35–40 minute drive with lights. But overall it was affordable, but I would’ve paid the difference for a closer location and less smoking.

The only thing I didn't like was the $50 charge for our 15 pound Havanese dog. We usually pay $25 at other hotels for our dog. Other than that, it was great!

The breakfast option is not a traditional breakfast buffet; the property has a restaurant on site, and you get seated and served! Of course, it is a limited menu, but that was included with our stay!

It was fine, clean, comfortable. It’s right next to a noisy freeway, especially at 2 am cars loudly racing by. But it has a nice restaurant, food was decent. Coffee not so much. Good bar that was really hopping Friday night. Free parking which I love, you hardly ever see that anymore. We were there five nights waiting for our furniture to arrive from out of state. It was fine. Economical

Trip was good, despite being an obviously older hotel, it was nicely updated. The hotel was clean, but there was a faint smell of past cigarette use. When I checked in, I asked for a crib, and I was told that they couldn't do that for legal reasons. I tried again the next morning with another staff member, and we were able to get a crib, no questions. That night, the same man that refused the crib, was at the counter. I was walking down with my 1-year-old daughter walking my five-pound dog as best she could, when his dog tried to jump over the counter. He was thankfully able to keep the snarling dog back, but I did not feel comfortable going down alone with the two of them again. Restaurant on site actually pretty good, and the service was great!
