    The EDGE restaurant had about the worst service ever. It was not the servers fault. It was management!! The hotel itself is ok. The rooms are a bit weathered but acceptable. Just not what you would expect at the 4 Seasons.

    Very nice hotel in downtown Denver with a nice outdoor pool, although high buildings mean that the pool is in shade for some of the day. Good but very expensive breakfasts. Likewise, very nice bar and restaurant (the dry aged tuna steak was amazing!)

    We have enjoyed an annual anniversary staycation here for years! Every time we love the service and amenities provided. Every time we come back the staff finds a way to make our stay special. The property is immaculate, and luxurious, with out feeling over the top. The pool is the one of our favorite parts, and never feels over crowded.

    Perfectly located in downtown Denver with easy access to everything the area has to offer. Check-in was seamless with incredibly friendly & welcoming staff. The flowers in the lobby are always stunning. My room had a terrific view and was expertly appointed. The housekeeping staff was terrific and I enjoyed turndown service each night. The bar was packed every night with a convention in town, but I didn't have to wait long for a cocktail. There's also an outdoor patio that was perfect for an after dinner drink. The pool was my favorite - plenty of shade and sun; the service was excellent and so were the food and drinks.

    The staff was lovely and the rooms were nice, beds were comfortable. The walls are soundproof. It was a very awkward accommodation. For the insane price, I expected much, much more. There was no mini fridge because it was a minibar with sensors and you could not remove anything without being charged. There was no microwave. There was nowhere to hang anything except the closet (which had only one door so you had to climb inside to reach your clothes) so your towels and robes had to all hang on the bathroom's single hook. The only other hook was 2 ft off the floor. The stand up shower didn't have a seal on the door, so the glass slammed shut every time, sounding like it would shatter and water ran all over the floor from underneath. The beds were made like a child did them, with sheets hanging all on floor. There is no parking except valet, which is $65 a day. There are no ice machines in the building, you have to call the front desk every time you need it. All in all, we paid for robes and slippers, and quiet. Everything else felt like a regular hotel. I will probably not go back; the price didn't reflect the value I expected.

    This property saved me when I had to leave another local hotel. Four Seasons is always going to be good, but I want to especially acknowledge the welcoming nature of their staff and the delicious food from the Edge restaurant. The elote avocado toast and elk sausage were so delicious I'm still thinking of them days later. Their pasta bolognese was also delicious. And the in-room dining staff was just delightful!

    the location of the hotel was fine, there were a wide variety of restaurants near it I have been to several four seasons resorts, but this particularly didn’t engage the standards of a “Four Seasons” hotel. However, the concierge was even worse. I booked a car for one day through the concierge, the price of it was $400, but was charged $4300 in 3 splits over the course of the day without being informed. Moreover the service provided to me by it was not up to this chains standards; none of the staff of the concierge had any knowledge on restaurants or locations me and my family could visit, in fact we were the ones asking them if certain restaurants were good, they didn’t even provide one suggestion. I was truest disappointed by my stay

    For the price you can’t get something better, don’t think you are getting a nice room like any other 4 seasons, this hotel needs upgrades, We stayed there for 4 nights, reservations for 2 adults and 2 kids, every night we had to call to request another bath towel, they only provide 3, the carpet in our room was dirty , my wife called to guest services and they said they will send someone to vacuum it, they didn’t.No pillow selection and smell ugly, I need to add that this hotel is the home of different sports teams, you can see theirs transporting bus in the lobby every morning and couples of fans going around the hotel , restaurant food is good, expensive but normal for the overpriced Denver .CO, customer service personnel are very helpful and professional.

    If it wasn’t for one major thing my stay would have been great but I was pretty frustrated with the view my room had. I booked many months in advance for New Year’s Eve and requested a hi rise that would potentially face the fireworks. I was told that they will do their best to accommodate but no guarantee. That was fine for me but when I arrived they made absolutely zero effort to accommodate that in any way whatsoever. At check in the lady handed me my key to 411 like it was nothing. My room was not only not a high rise but the view was probably the worst one she could have chose considering the only thing we overlooked was the pool and the hot tub with everyone in it. Zero privacy considering you can see through the windows so everyone could see us if we had our curtains open. Not impressed at all for $1000 room at 5 star hotel. We made the best of the night considering and had a great new years. All the staff was very friendly and everything else was really nice.

    After asking the front desk if there was a gift shop for toiletries, they told me they don’t have one but suggested that I walk across the street to 7-eleven which was a horrific experience. There were two (2) homeless people on the sidewalk drinking from open containers and obviously intoxicated - - which was very scary considering they saw me walk out of the Four Seasons. If you are going to choose to stay at this property, don’t leave the grounds except to get your car from valet.

    The food was quite poor. I understand the constraints on service right now, but the quality was not good. It took 1.5 hours to get room service and it was borderline inedible. We cancelled our reservation for the Edge restaurant the next night. Also, when we got a double room I didnt realize they were double beds not queens! - do they even make double beds any longer? I think this was a very nice 5-star hotel in the 1990's. It falls short of many other local facilities now. I would not stay there again. Definitely not worth the price.

    This is not a five star hotel, just a regular hotel you can find anywhere in Denver. I booked the hotel from 1/6-1/11 can’t cancelled is ok but I check out 1 day early they still charge resort fees and parking valet fee until 1/11 what is that? I know is pandemic business is hard but honest transaction is how we still need to keep for a sake of the five star hotel name and Expedia honor. Very disappointed with Expedia whom handle my travelled, It’s such a low standard transaction.

    I have spent literally MONTHS trying to get credit for a 3 day EXPENSIVE hotel stay I booked through Hotels.com in March and STILL have not had the nights credited. There is literally no way to get through to them via email or phone - out of the 2 phone #'s available - if you are able to spend 5,6 or 7 hours waiting on the phone to speak to someone - they tell you that you have called the wrong # and to call the other one. HOTELS>COM SUCKS and I plan to write the details of this on every site I can find - worst customer service out fo anyone, anywhere My email catlinkr@gmail.com

    Definitely not 5 star. Staff didn’t have the luxury go out of their way mentality. Every time we walked past the reception they were always on the phone. No one ever greeted us. Tried to call down for a question had to call 3x and no one answered the reception phone, ended up calling concierge only for them to hang up on us. For a hotel that charges $2800 for 3 nights, I’d look elsewhere. Location felt a little secluded, quick walk to some restaurants, but a longer walk to union station area. Pool service was very slow and poolside grill was very subpar. Overall disappointing stay.

    Spent a weekend after an unexpected layover in Denver. Enjoyed the location, hotel and the restaurant. I recommend for a getaway to enjoy the downtown area!
