The two queen beds were comfy. The sofa bed is not. Nice staff. Good breakfast
- 5/5
This place was amazing
- 5/5
This is a clean and well kept hotel. One of the closest to the airport. The room was nice and bed very comfortable. Places for take out or dine in are within a moderate walk. I had an early morning flight and the night clerk told me that there would be coffee and packaged breakfast items available but unfortunately for me, the morning clerk did not put them put. Thats my only gripe! I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Did not like paying $14...
- 4.5/5
The room was excellent - quiet and clean. The airport shuttle was great, too! Breakfast is not served at 4 am. I had a very early flight.

Staff and facilities Nothing
- 5/5
Staff was very nice
- 4/5
Front desk had computer problems when I checked in . They did not have a record about my arrival nor did they have a room ready. I waited 2 hours before I was given a key. Other than that everything was okay.
- 1/5
The location We reserved a king room and when we checked in there were no king rooms available. We ended up with a double queen. The pillows are awful and have absolutely no support. The air conditioning didn’t work well.
- 5/5
Easy check in process. Clean room, nice staff. Breakfast was nice with good options
- 4/5
Hotel was having issues w/ the computer, room keys & reservations. The young man at front desk was very good! He stayed pleasant, professional and worked quickly to get all the guests quickly & safely to their rooms! He should be commended! The breakfast in morning was lousy, as are all hotel "free breakfasts" now.
- 2/5
Breakfast was the best part. The breakfast staff was amazing. But the room wasn't clean. They couldn't move us because there wasn't another room of our size available. The pool was so cold my kids couldn't swim. We specifically choose the hotel for the heated pool. When I asked them to warm it they blew me off. Overall I was disappointed and didn't feel this hotel lived up to the Marriott standard in any way except the breakfast.
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
The hotel was clean. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The breakfast was ok.
- 4/5
Convenient to airport, especially using the shuttle and leaving our car for a week. Nice people at the front desk Needs updating since it is getting old.

- 5/5
Staff was great. Great location and overall a clean room.
- 1/5
There were not trash bags in the room. The bed was super stiff and the pillows were too soft.
- 3/5
Public spaces are dated and old. Room same vibe. Tv did not work and could hear ever snore from the people next door
- 3.5/5
It was nice The night check in lady was a little snippy

It was nice The night check in lady was a little snippy
- 4/5
The room was in really good shape. The breakfast which is included was quite underwhelming though.
- 5/5
The hotel sent directions for the shuttle pick up which made it easy - although Denver airport with all the construction work going on is not so easy to navigate. Quick checkin, friendly on the desk, and shuttle reserved for next day. Good room. Hotel is 2 minutes walk from a Ruby Tuesday for dinner. Early shuttle pick up next day, on time.
- 3/5
Elevators extremely slow, no ice machine on our floor, only 3 towels in room for 4
- 5/5
It was nice
- 1/5
This was a very frustrating and unacceptable stay. We walked into our room and it was set to 78 degrees—completely uncomfortable. When we tried to turn on the AC, it didn’t work at all and never cooled the room down. We were forced to deal with a hot, stuffy room overnight and had to open the windows in the morning just to get any relief. To make matters worse, the window on our second-floor room didn’t even have a screen. Traveling with a young child, that’s a serious safety concern and completely unacceptable. We reported the issue to the front desk, and they assured us the general manager would follow up. That never happened. No communication, no resolution, no accountability. Between the broken AC, the unsafe window situation, and the complete lack of follow-through, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again.

The positive was the breakfast—the food was good, and the staff working the breakfast area uwere friendly and welcoming. This was a very frustrating and unacceptable stay. Internet was not working. Ice machine was missing on our floor. A terrible odor in the kitchen/breakfast area. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff.
- 5/5
Shuttle to and from airport. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff

Shuttle to and from airport. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff
- 4/5
Except I could not get call through to front desk for shuttle transport and had to pay taxi $47,00.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 4/5
The heavy curtains can’t close due to the heater. Too much light, difficult to sleep
- 4/5
Great breakfast, good location The heavy curtains can’t close due to the heater. Too much light, difficult to sleep
- 5/5
Front desk woman was phenomenal!
- 2/5
The tv and microwave did not work. Internet logon was confusing. No housekeeping service during my stay. A/C unit was loud. Entry smelled.
- 1.5/5
Close to airport Did not have my reservation although I had a confirmation number. Would not honor the rate. No Kleenex in the room. Air conditioner had a loud rattle.

Terrible service. Reeks of weed, no hot water, low water pressure in bathroom. Breakfast not served because staff did not show up. Only water and coffee was available.

Very good
- 4/5
The room was comfortable and cozy! No breakfast in the morning but otherwise fabulous quality for a Marriott.
- 5/5
Terrible service from the night person Everything
- 5/5
I am extremely grateful for the young lady that checked me in on 1/17/2026 an hour before checkin time. I had an arrived upset due to a family emergency. She was so patient, kind, and beyond understanding. Compassion and professionalism is definitely her strength. I have stayed in many hotels throughout my life, and have met great people, but this young lady set the bar high. I forgot her name, and I regret so, and writing it down. But if you are reading this, or your supervisor, please know your smile and words made a whole difference that day. A positive difference!
- 1/5
Front desk needs improvement, Not friendly or helpful.
- 5/5
The room was super neat and tidy, the amenities were great, breakfast was fresh, with a great variety and easily served (self-service) ; and definitely amazing staff service!
- 4/5
Airport shuttle was great—helpful and prompt. Hotel service was okay. Our room was missing linens for the hide-a-bed and then we were given the wrong ones when we went to the front desk to get some. Beds were comfortable but room got quite hot (75 or more) very quickly if not running the AC, which was unusual since it was January.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good
- 4/5
Looking ahead, please ensure that there is a CLOCK, digital or otherwise, in the room. Thanks! JW Freeman
- 5/5

- 4/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Staff was very courteous and welcoming!
- 5/5
Yes the room was great, bed was comfortable, bathroom cleaned
- 4/5
The property is located 7 minutes from the airport. But 25 from Downtown Denver
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful
- 4/5
Great place to stay if need a night before or after a flight.
- 5/5
Had the option to have them hold our bags until check in and after check out while waiting for our flight. That was a big help for us. Good breakfast food options with hot food. We had a great stay!
- 4/5
The room temp was not consistent. He had to keep adjusting the temperature. The pillows were too soft. The older gentleman running breakfast was very rude. We went down to breakfast in our socks, as we normally do at any hotel. He rudely & angrily said “Haven’t you heard of No shirt, No shoes, No Service!” I said not at a hotel. He said Yes! Even at a hotel. He could have just professionally said “we require shoes please.” And charging $14 per night for parking is insane when it should part of paying for staying at your hotel!!
- 2/5
I am handicapped. Elevator at far end of building, our room at other end of building. A lot of walking. Entrance door to hotel at our end broken. More walking Smoke detector partially disassembled. Not sure if it even worked
- 5/5
Good bed. Good service. Great hotel.
- 2/5
I had a layover in Denver so all I really needed was a bed and a shower, and those were adequate, but it doesn’t seem like the managers of this hotel really care. The wi-fi didn’t work, the remote control didn’t work, and the fixtures were all loose like they were about to fall off. I’ll be staying somewhere else next time I’m stuck in Denver.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Room clean and comfortable. Close to airport, shuttle was great.
- 4/5
Great breakfast buffet!
- 5/5
The rooms were clean and location is near to airport with shuttle convenience.
- 5/5
Property was excellent and affordable
- 5/5
Great hotel. I will be back
- 4/5
Not bad
- 5/5
Very nice, close to the airport.
- 3/5
Be aware! There is a $14 parking fee for this hotel which has no unique/upscale features warranting a “parking fee” it’s not valet, it’s not covered, just another way to get money out of its patrons.
- 3/5
Was unaware of a $42 a day charge for parking. Will not stay again
- 5/5
Food is good and staff are very kind
- 1/5
I have to extend my car rental as the staff told the shuttle is full but gave shuttle for another guest. Staff is rude and advised me to take uber to airport. Even if my extend my car rental there is no parking available and she told I can’t park in the backside parking area as it is reserved for buses. But there were few cars parked backside of the property. I won’t book this hotel in future
- 4/5
All elevators but one were broken and non operational. Elevators by the mail entrance were also broken. Stairs are only located at the ends of the hotel. If your party can’t walk half a football field to the elevator and then again to the nearest exit, recommend choosing another location.
- 4/5
Was nervous to check in with just my toddler but the staff was great and the airport shuttle was excellent
- 3/5
Elevator was out. Getting a bit worn.
- 4/5
good staff, standard rooms. Only issue was the strength of the wifi. We were on the first floor and I had to tether to my phone for enough power.
- 4/5
Hotel was nice and clean. The service at check in was poor. There were about 6 families waiting to check in and they only had 1 attendant on duty. The elevator was also out, so that could have been why she was in a bad mood. We were not welcomed as we approached the counter. I asked about the elevator and she said it was not working, but never provided any information about its expected repair. I ask for a ground floor for my 80+ parents and were told none available. The elevator did get fixed, but the lack of information and unfriendliness from the 1 staff member made the start of our stay lousy. We asked about the shuttle to the airport and there was none available or the first 1.5 hours. We had to use Uber or miss our flight. If you offer a service it needs to be available or advertise it to be first come first serve to set the expectation or the possibility you won't be able to use the suttle depending on the number of people needing it. We also had to request more towels. If the room sleeps 4, you should have 4 of towels and washcloths.
- 5/5
I had very good experience
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Front desk helped in signing into Wi Fi.
- 5/5
Close hotel for an early morning flight out.
- 1/5
"System was down" so night staff was dead in the water. One single man responsible for the entire hotel. Typical corporate understaffed, underpaid, undertrained, overpriced.
- 5/5
Great service.
- 1/5
The rooms I booked through you were not available when we got there.
- 4/5
We liked the hotel and we chose it based on the airport shuttle service and the proximity to the airport in Denver. When we got there we were told the shuttle was full at the time we wanted (4:00 am). We checked in around 5:30 pm and were told that our only option was to get a ride share. If we had known there was a possibility of the shuttle being full we would have picked another hotel.
- 2/5
Middle of summer and the ice machines were broken. They only clean your room every 3rd day so it can get messy unless you stay clean.
- 5/5
Our stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites was comfortable and pleasant. The complimentary breakfast buffet was tasty and had a good variety of choices. I found the location peaceful and xonvenient
- 2/5
We arrived at midnight. There was no clerk at the desk. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. When they finally arrived, we were advised that “the system was down” and they couldn’t check us in. We had to wait 45 minutes for the system to come on line. It was ridiculous.
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
The gym was really great! Marriott always has great properties.
- 5/5
It was a nice property. Breakfast was your standard free hotel breakfast. They do need to cook the potatoes a little more. They were undercooked. The biscuits were dry and tasteless so avoid those. Otherwise the place was clean and the staff super friendly and helpful! There are a ton of restaurants close by and they have a free shuttle!
- 3/5
The pool was not open, and the hotel rooms were not that great for the price point. At other hotels in the nearby area, parking is usually free, but I had to pay for parking at this hotel. Next time, I will avoid staying here. It’s not worth it
- 5/5
Everything
- 5/5
Front desk Alison, have 5 stars service she made me feel like home I recommend everybody to stay here.excellent service I will stay here again.
- 4/5
The elevator at one end of the property was out of order requiring us to walk the length of the property twice to get to/from our room.
- 1/5
I will not stay here again. Staff was nice but rooms wore dirty and sheets had stains.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and helpful.
- 2/5
There was no daily house keeping. Trash had to be put out to the hall daily so it can be dispose of. The fireplace was not working.
- 5/5
Excellent except they closed breakfast down at 9am on a Sunday. What happened to sleeping in
- 4/5
It was a great stay.
- 5/5
Wry comfortable.
- 4/5
Room smelled like smoke when we arrived. Staff was friendly and happy to give us another room down the hall (we had a lot of luggage, so this was easier!)
- 3/5
My only complaints were that the free shuttle was fully booked both ways and only runs at certain times. I wasn’t aware of this upon my booking otherwise I would’ve requested a shuttle far in advance or booked another hotel with a more frequent shuttle service. My other issue is that the shower did not work in room 207, only the bathtub. I didn’t realize this until I was about to leave for my early morning flight so did not have time to ask them to fix it.
- 5/5
Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is friendly.
- 5/5
The staffs are very accommodating & well informed.
- 4/5
Nice place near the airport
- 1/5
Our room was not clean. There was pubic hair everywhere in the bathroom and the bedsheets were stained.
- 5/5
Everything was smooth and decent.
- 5/5
good
- 5/5
I liked the proximity to my event. I did not like paying to park at my lodging. The entire area, many hotels, is very dark. Nice room, and quiet.
- 1/5
The property was under construction so we couldn't use the elevator. So even though we preferred a different floor we accepted a room on the ground floow. We arrived after midnight and had to pick up bedding and make up the bed for the pull out couch. There were 4 adults in our party so all beds were used.
- 5/5
Courteous professional staff lovely fireplace to have late night tea and clean facility
- 5/5
Great location and great service.
- 5/5
This hotel probably had the best breakfast options of the 3 hotels we stayed at this trip. They were doing some renovations but that did not really affect our stay at all. The pool area looked nice and for being close to the airport there was no airplane noise.
- 1/5
No soap in our room. Hotel is very outdated but it was under construction. Staff wasnt very friendly or hospitao. Didn't have hand soap in bathroom, but luckily I had brought some for our trip. Missed a flight so had to stay one night. Shuttle service was great! Didnt wait long at airport and scheduled for the next day was easy. Shuttle driver was the friendliest of all the staff.
- 4/5
Easy access from the airport. My room was next to the maintenance room and still it was quiet. The staff members were very friendly. The breakfast was very good.
- 4/5
Was good
- 2/5
The parking lot was not safe the snow was not properly shoveled like the other hotels. Your hotel is lucky to have wonderful staff because it was not worth the money we paid for the night.
- 5/5
It was nice to be so close to the Denver Airport.
- 5/5
A great place to stay ! We arrived at midnight and it was very easy to get to from airport. Breakfast was wonderful and good place to stay with children.
- 5/5
Parking was good
- 5/5
Loved the shuttle hours!
- 5/5
Front desk lady was very helpful and nice. She made a bad travel day better
- 4/5
The Property was fine. It was the neighbors children were loud..
- 3/5
Very limited shuttle service, the front desk lady did not show up until called from back room for check in
- 4/5
Good value for the money, everything was as expected. I recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Close to the airport
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
Good place to stay
- 5/5
The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Great for the night before a big flight. And the breakfast was wonderful.
- 5/5
Nice staff
- 5/5
Simple option for overnight prior to early morning flight with shuttle to airport.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, close to airport and great price
- 1/5
It was a TERRIBLE STAY. They gave me a hamdicap room which i did not reserve. The shower didnt work in the first or second room they gave me. And they could not give me a regular because i booked it through hotels.com. And they cannot override the reservation. So her final answer was "take a bath". I expected better service from a Fairfield Marriott.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
Was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of staff and their willingness to make suggestions. Our Netflix was not working and the engineer arrived at 9 pm to attend to the problem. Loved the shuttle as it was a great relief not to have arrange Uber after a long day of commuting.
- 5/5
Close to airport. easy check in
- 3/5
I didn’t like that I had to pay to park my car there.
- 5/5
Great place to stay if you need a spot near the airport !
- 3/5
Only thing I enjoyed is the older lady in the morning in the breakfast room. She was AMAZING I had my 3 nieces with me and she was very attentive to us while serving and assisting other guest that came down for breakfast. She is AWESOME. She provided great customer service. I would only stay at this hotel just to see her again
- 3/5
The hotel was full so I had to park on the backside which was so poorly lit I had to use the flashlight on my phone to get my bag and walk around to the main entrance. I did not feel safe walking in the parking lot.
- 3/5
Not the cleanest hotel. Room is super noisy. Heard everything above and below me. No sleep!
- 3/5
Old, dark, and dreary inside hotel. There is a terrible rotten egg smell outside. Shuttle runs less often in the evening than other hotels nearby.
- 3/5
Nice room but hotel needs upgrades. Shower had little pressure.
- 2/5
The elevator took way to o long....very antiquated. Staff at our check-in were not friendly. Tried to call to front desk later - NO ONE would ever pick up
- 4/5
Nice place to stay for one nigh. Close to the airport which was nice
- 4/5
Rooms are very dated and dark
- 5/5
Wasn’t expecting to pay to park my car during our stay.
- 4/5
It was rather clean and presentable, my A/C unit did not work I called down to the front desk. Short time after that the building lost all electricity. Came back from dinner and my A/C was still not working. Called back down and finally showed up and fixed it.
- 2/5
The hotel shuttle was there and convenient. The room was not terribly clean, run down, small and in need of renovation. There was no hair dryer in the room. When I was checking in the power went out. The reception representative was patient and calm trying to work through the problem however she walked me to my room and opened it for me. She said she would bring me a key but she never did. A little while later she knocked on the door to see if the room was occupied, even though she had walked me to the room. I got a note under the door telling me to go to the front desk before I checked out, which I did. By then the receptionist said they figured out their issue and apologized.
- 5/5
Excellent airport hotel
- 2/5
Main reason to book this more coat hotel was for the convinience of shuttle. I know if 1st come 1st serve but there is just not enough spots for all the people that want to ride the shuttle. Whole chunks of tome were not an option. Instead of trying to help they just say pay extra and get your own uber or lyft. I already paid extra tonstay here for a few hours. Not happy
- 2/5
The Fairfield Inn at Denver airport is clean, has responsive staff and an average breakfast. We were unable to get wifi in our room
- 3/5
Bath tub had mold/mildew in a corner, we were able to clean it off so housekeeping should/could have! Bathroom floor was not clean, we wiped up some water off floor and tissue was brown.
