Reviews
The hotel is generally praised for its proximity to the airport, cleanliness, and comfortable rooms. However, there are consistent complaints about unfriendly staff and issues with parking fees and availability.

The separate living room with its own TV is ideal for traveling with our grandson. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the free breakfast was good. We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing! They overbooked there rooms with double beds. So they upgrade us to a mini suit.

Esta muy limpio y bien organizado

breakfast and two free drinks at happy hour. Also bed very comfortable. We did not get on the first shuttle was full, had to wait an additional 1/2 hour.
- 5/5
Breakfast was delicious, restaurant was delicious also.
- 5/5
Great stay. Went to the hotel at midnight after a flight and there was a staff person to greet our party of 4. He was friendly and helpful. Got us checked in right away. We were tired and he was fast in checking us in. The beds were great and the breakfast the next morning was perfect.
- 5/5
Breakfast was very good and loved that it was a full breakfast, however both morning they ran out of potatoes and bacon and had to wait, other than that it was great. The room was wonderful, clean, spacious and very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and very responsive.
- 5/5
Staff was phenomenal. Check in was smooth and easy. Room spacious and breakfast was amazing. Pool was heated!

Social Hours and the place is very nice and clean. Check in was horrible. The lady was rude and provided no information. It was a bad way to start my stay.

Everyone was super nice from the airport shuttle drivers, front desk, and breakfast dining staff. I was traveling with my 13 year old daughter and staying for 1 night due to our flight cancellation. The parking lot has gates so anyone can’t just pull in there so we felt extra safe! Stayed in and ordered McDonald’s and door dash brought right to our room!
- 3.5/5
It was spacious and clean Location far from airport. It took us about an hour to get there after waiting 30 minutes for the shuttle then being last to be dropped off. Then it was late and our happy hour coupons were not accepted

Liked how clean the room was and spacious. We scheduled the shuttle to the airport and it was packed so schedule early. The breakfast looked good but I didn’t try it.
- 4/5
Overall a good value and great parking spot to leave the car when flying. Have used it many times.

Every door faces the center of the building where there is a bar and restaurant

We were charged to park, wasn’t aware of this. The hand soap in the bathroom was completely empty. I told a cleaning staff and they quickly remedied it. The room was nice and big and comfortable.

Excellent

This embassy suites is dated and needs to be refreshed. The central tower is very dusty. We asked to be changed to the larger suites that we are used to, but were told they were completely filled. However later on I found booking.com still had 6 more rooms available. Didn't appreciate that.

Exceptional
- 2/5
I expect a certain level of comfort from the Embassy. This facility was down in the motel 6 grouping. All hotels serve coffee all day. This facility didn’t. The breakfast bar was below the standards I expected.
- 5/5
Everything was good. Would definitely recommend it.

The microwave ins my room did not work
- 3/5
they have really cut back on breakfast and the happy hour…now is mostly unhappy
- 5/5
The property and staff are wonderful. My wife accidentally lefy her travel clothes in the room when we checked out. But the staff had saved them for her, and she was able to go pick them up. Mr. Napoli was a true professional and got her clothes back! Thank you!
- 5/5
Everything great
- 5/5
Came in late and left early, so didn't get a chance to partake in any amenities. Did get a chance to use the hot tub, which was nice and clean. Overall property was clean and well cared for. The sliding barn door for the bathroom didn't readily stay closed unless you closed it gently and held it for a minute, that's the only real annoyance we were aware of.
- 5/5
Was the Breakfas menu fresh, good selection

Yes. Everything thing was clean, warm and freshly made
- 4/5
Everything was great except the towels..they are like sandpaper could use some fabric softener
- 5/5
The room was really clean and there was a lot of room. They need to have queen size beds instead of full size ones. The staff were nice. The front desk lady seemed to have an attitude and not really like/want to be at the job. We would stay there again.
- 5/5
The rooms are starting to look their age...carpet falling apart, ect.
- 3/5
Staff
- 5/5
No issues. All great
- 2/5
Bed very uncomfortable, hair dry cord was broken, lack of selection at the happy hour, breakfast- the coffee was not labeled for decaf & regular so we didn’t know what we were getting. Housekeeping woke us up knocking on our door at 7:40am
- 5/5
The room was great. Very nice breakfast
- 3/5
Rooms a bit run down but the bed and shower seemed clean. The restaurant had randomly closed more than an hour early, and not a lot of options around for food if you don’t have a car. Airport shuttle was convenient. Had limited interactions with staff but they were nice.
- 3/5
Check in was good but communication was bad. Your company told me there was a shuttle to the National Stock Show and that was why we stayed here and there was no shuttle
- 3/5
Bar drinks were watered down.
- 3/5
Our room had a funky smell...like a veterinarians office, and it wasn't very clean. There were French fries on the floor and an extra tv remote under the edge of the bed. I usually choose the embassy for the breakfast, but this time it was delayed by 15 minutes (supposed to open at 6am). Not usually a huge deal, but in being timely trying to get to the airport it matters. Parking lot was extra full, and the gates weren't working well. It was fine for a one night stay before a flight, however, I will likely choose a different place next time.
- 3/5
Never was in the room. We tried to cancel because the flight was cancelled
- 5/5
Clean spacious rooms, bar and restaurant makes it easy to overnight before a flight. Make to order om
- 3/5
The room was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive. The only issue I have is the bed were very uncomfortable.
- 4/5
Staff was Fantastic. Check in and out was quick and painless
- 5/5
Excellent as always

Courteous staff, excellent breakfast.

Beautiful, convenient, spacious room, friendly staff, but very bad pillows! So flat, not supportive at all, not comfortable. Fought the pillows all night and did not sleep well.
- 5/5
Easy check in, welcoming staff and clean room.
- 5/5
I had a great stay at the Embassy Suites in Denver International Airport. Kendra at the front desk was so kind and professional and helped to make make my stay very enjoyable. I will definitely stay with Embassy Suites again in the future. Thank you Kendra.

- 2/5
Property was clean, Staff were very good.. Room was not in good order.. 2 lights did not work. several outlets did not work. Coffee Machine did not work properly. Tub did not drain. Faucet was hard to operate and made a horrible noise.. We only stayed 1 night so changing rooms was not convenient..
- 1/5
We asked for a 5:30 am wake up call and they didn’t call us and we almost missed our flight. We informed the front desk and the man could have cared less that we didn’t get the wake up call!!!!!
- 5/5
Close to airport, railway. Appreciate the size of room, living space and common areas. Staff was friendly and helpful!
- 3/5
The location is nice near the airport and close to the major highway. However the bedroom has an adjoining door to the next room and we could hear EVERYTHING! Way too loud and no privacy. Our room was Not made up one day! Staff was nice if we would ever travel to Denver again we will choose another hotel.
- 5/5
Had a late night, because I didn't make my connecting flight. Luckily check-in was seamless and was greeted with a delicious hot breakfast the next morning.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 3/5
Check-in was slow. Parking charge is a ripoff. Were given the least desirable room available.
- 5/5
Very professional staff 👏 👌
- 5/5
The carpet has spots on it could’ve been cleaner
- 2/5
ROOM IS NOT NICE
- 5/5
Super easy checkin and friendly staff. Place is cool with a bar/restaurant in the middle and the rooms around.
- 5/5
We came for concert and was very close to ruoff music center shopping and places to eat. Very nice room
- 5/5
Loved breakfast
- 2/5
I checked out a day earlier and they would not release my stay.
- 4/5
Amazing stay!
- 5/5
Hotel was located in a great area close to airport. Staff was very friendly
- 5/5
Atmosphere was perfect for family. Very clean and easy check in!
- 5/5
Great stay, nice hotel with many amenities. I would stay here again. Breakfast was nice.
- 4/5
Very large and comfortable.
- 3/5
Hot tub was not working, the room was not put back in place before we checked into it, I asked for a high room, but was given one on the second floor, food selection in the breakfast buffet was less quality than previous visits I’ve had.
- 1/5
Next time please stop being stingy with towels especially when 5 people were booked and you only want to give 2 towels at a time, sour faced customer service people is disappointing from front desk to accounting department, please practice excellent customer service as soon as the phone was answered your attitude slapped me over the face over the phone, no manager is ever available to answer inquiries you always have to call the next day, was not given a receipt for check our apparently had to call the hotel back to inquire about charges that I spoke to three different people and no one was available to help with theee different answers. Elevator was always broken, especially traveling with a kid that had to haul softball gear the stairs were not an option. This place requires the lost art of customer service, doesn’t hurt to smile, a helping heart and just plain kindness
- 3/5
Came to see if room was available at 2:45pm and we were told to wait till 3pm cause it wasn’t. Guest behind was able to check in. Then when we actually checked in staff was not welcoming and helpful. Very disappointed at our check in cause our stay was great!
- 3/5
Rooms were clean. Stairwells, not so much. Ran out of several things at breakfast every morning. Ice machine quit working, ran out of orange juice, 2% milk, and other things. Staff was helpful and friendly. The sink in our room leaked. It took a while to figure out why our floor was always wet. Overall, was good, but I’ve had better results with places that cost 1/3 what this one did.
- 4/5
Love the gated entry for parking and the breakfast is outstanding.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Clean and efficient as we needed a place too stay before our early flight the next day. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, assorted and dished up with cheer by the friendly staff. And the free airport shuttle took us to the airport right on time.
- 4/5
It was a very good stay the only thing was my flight came to Den at 11:00 and when we came there was an power outages and they can't check us in at 11:30 they check us in staff a little rude after that it was all amazing that why I give it 4 stars
- 5/5
I was looking for a quite weekend after a hard week at work, no noise telephone some rest. The room was cleaned, refŕeshing and comfortable. I was looking forward for breakast the next day. Thè sþ
- 5/5
I am a huge fan of Embassy Suites and Denver Airport Embassy Suites did not disappoint! The staff were great and the lobby was always clean. Thoroughly recommend it!
- 4/5
The staff didn't seem that welcoming it friendly in person.
- 5/5
Comfortable rooms, great breakfast and happy hour. We'll be back.
- 5/5
Great breakfast and beautiful hotel. Convenient shuttle to and from airport.
- 1/5
Stayed at Embassy Suites on a typical weekday night. Had a power failure in the building, and had a few guests trapped in the elevator. I was waiting in the lobby for food to be delivered and the receptionist that was at the main desk kept picking up phone calls from guests and after every call, was saying profanities about the calls, mocking the guests calls in front of me. When the fire department did arrive, the receptionist had some random person in street clothes "watch the desk to make sure the place didn't burn down". Talk about pure unprofessional service and creating an environment of true incompetence and unsafe hotel conditions for all guests. Ridiculous. If the guests that were calling about the issues knew what was being said about them, they would have packed up and left on the spot.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly
- 5/5
Happy hour was over and wasn’t but a container of left overs. She acted like the food police. We took the food up to our room and decided to stay in our room.
- 1/5
They charge $18 for parking. Other hotels in the area don’t.

Kendra at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Very helpful and polite
- 5/5
Nice hotel, comfortable, friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable helpful staff.
- 4/5
Always enjoy an Embassy Suites. Sofa bed was awful but other beds comfy. Waited in breakfast line forever to find they did not have the avacado toast advertised. Evening reception was ok. A few kinds of wine available. Parking ridiculous. Most parking in the area is free. No need to charge for people just staying there unless car left for airport etc.
- 2/5
Our room was clean. Shower did not drain correctly. Called the front desk for more pillows & blankets and was told I would need to go down to the from desk to get them. There was only one elevator working and always had to wait at least 5 minutes for it to arrive. Had to wait about 5 minutes to check in at the front desk due to only 1 person working and at least 6 people in line. Was unaware of the $18/day for parking. Breakfast was good, especially the custom made omelets. Staff during breakfast was friendly & helpful.
- 4/5
Property needs a refresh. Otherwise good
- 5/5
It was great we actually stayed there on our inbound and outbound trip will definitely stay there again
- 5/5
Always nice and clean
- 4/5
Everything was great and best breakfast out of all embassy we have stayed at. Only complaint is going into the parking. My key never worked to get in and nothing happened when you pressed for help. So I had to maneuver around the wrong way..
- 5/5
It was a nice place to stay with the airport suttle. Their restaurant and bare were nice.
- 5/5
Cool spot , glass elevator nice touch. For us , cleanliness and service are priority.. the restaurant an bar right downstairs was a bonus.

- 5/5
Convenient stay for flying through Denver International Airport. Easy shuttle service. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room.
- 4/5
I stay at Embassy was preplanned however, a significant storm in the area forced a lot of people into the hotel probably due to flight cancellations and unfortunately it brought with it some fairly rowdy people I didn’t bother us too much, but it was notable. I suspect that’s not the norm.
- 5/5
Overall great staff and facilities. Recommend this place.
- 5/5
We stsyed one night, had a couple happy hour drinks. Bartender was nice, breakfast options were goid, i appreciated the omelet choices. Friendly staff.
- 4/5
Free breakfast was very good! Made to order omlets and good variety of other items.
- 4/5
Was nice and friendly. Was great that they shuttle to the airport and let us park in the parking lot.
- 2/5
They charge an extra $18 for parking in a gated lot, you have no other parking choices due to their location. So, any “deal” you think you’ve gotten, tack on that extra parking fee for the real price. I find that deceptive.
- 5/5
This was a really great hotel experience. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was exceptional. Coffee was good. Only comment is the various people at the front desk were less than friendly.
- 5/5
Love the rooms
- 3/5
We were suppose to have queen size beds got doubles. Handicap room which I did not ask for.
- 4/5
Front desk people were terrible. Did not know what was going on. Poorly trained. Otherwise the hotel was great!
- 3/5
I was extremely disappointed in the lack of luxury feel this hotel had. A few other details that were extremely surprising/disappointing in this hotel stay. When I called down to the front desk the morning of checkout to find out details about the free breakfast no one answered the phone. When my family did attend the free breakfast and got our food no one was attending the omelette station. Also, after leaving the hotel my 10 year old son told me that someone, I'm assuming from the housekeeping staff, entered the room after knocking before giving him a chance to speak out to let them know someone was still in the room. I just dont feel this stay was worth the $200 rate I paid. The only main convenience/luxury this hotel provides is being a few minutes from the airport which I guess is the only value you will get from this hotel.
- 5/5
Breakfast buffet was surprisingly great. Room commodious and clean. Bed firm. Home run!!
- 4/5
The location is great to the airport, which is nice. The exterior nice, lobby nice, room, outdated! Carpet was ripped, couch was so wore out hard to even sit on.
- 2/5
Bed was terrible. It sunk so bad in the middle that we kept rolling into each other through the night. Breakfast was okay. Kitchen staff not very friendly.
- 5/5
Love this hotel
- 1/5
Soap dispenser was empty by sink. Concern is that room wasn’t cleaned properly. Staff was surly. We canceled after 1 night. Web said room service was available and restaurant on site. “We haven’t had room service for 3 months now!” Was the reply but no genuine remorse or apology. The “restaurant “ was just a bar with “food.” No be one else ordered the food. I ordered artichoke dip and wings to go. The dip was so salty I almost choked on it. Now I know why no one else ordered food. I contacted Expedia to cancel the remaining nights. They said the hotel manager would not approve that. Eventually we didn’t have to pay. Not a Hilton quality hotel!!!
- 5/5
Everything was great. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
It was clean and very nice.
- 5/5
Friendly welcoming staff
- 5/5
Very nice.
- 5/5
Very good place
- 5/5
We were so tired from our trip, and the free wine and eating dinner at the bar was unbelievable! Our husbands could watch the football games and we enjoyed just relaxing! The bartender was nice and took good care of us.
- 4/5
Good location close to airport but would be easier to navigate with a car as 30 minutes between shuttle service
- 5/5
Love
- 5/5
Hotel is beautiful, clean and staff courteous. Great happy hour too! Will definitely stay again.
- 1/5
My truck was broke into in a gated parking lot. Hotel staff would not give me a supervisors number. Said they would have them call me and we are back from our trip and have not heard a word. Estimate is $1000 dollars to fix the electric lock and the lock that was punched on my driver side door. Terrible customer service for a property that had a paid security guard.
- 4/5
Extremely good break fast and nice stay
- 5/5
Close to the airport. Had 2 sons on different flights coming in.
- 3/5
One of the elevators didn't work, but the front desk staff didnt inform me of another elevater. They just told me where the stairs were... on the 3rd floor. Not easy for an 87 yr old lady. Also, the sheets didnt exactly smell clean, but it was late when i got in bed so i didnt call down.
- 5/5
Parking was challenging and expensive for our brief stay before heading to the airport. Our dinner was nothing special in your restaurant.
- 3/5
Clean property. Lots of construction in area. Staff came into room unexpectedly in the morning prior to checkout. As a single woman traveling alone it felt unsafe.
- 5/5
I liked it all
- 4/5
The reason I didn’t give higher stars is that when I checked in, there was a line of dirty glasses outside the door of my room. Other than that, the state was fine.
- 5/5
The breakfast was phenomenal. The two lovely ladies that were doing made-to-order omelettes were great! Room was clean and spacious. We stayed in premium suite. Its paid parking but so close to the airport it felt safer too with all the stolen vehicles and break-ins, worth it. We notices some people parked on the street instead. To each their own. Enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Comfortable clean and close to the airport.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
I love Embassy Hotels. Their all good.
- 4/5
The elevator was loud and kept me up all night
- 5/5
The parking at this location is horrible. The site allows people to use the all ready small parking lot for long term parking. When I asked the front desk attendant they said that I could park on the street. The Tru hotel next door has more accessible and free parking and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The positive was that there was an airport shuttle and it was only 10 minutes away. While staying in the hotel rooms you can hear the dishes clanging while we were on the fifth floor and there is a lot of noise from the bar area. This hotel is convenient, but has some difficulties with parking and with noise.
- 3/5
But everyone else made up for it.
- 5/5
Great! One of the best places I’ve stayed.
- 3/5
This hotel is having problems finding staff and it is hurting the experience. Although the hotel has a restaurant it does not open when scheduled. After flying from the eastern time zone we needed food for 8 hungry children. The hotel restaurant was supposed to open by 4:00 and by 4:30 we left and walked to a restaurant.
- 5/5
This hotel staff is awesome! Embassy Suites are always nice, but the cleanliness here goes the extra mile! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
- 1/5
The property was fine and convenient to the airport. There is a nice restaurant on site. During my experience it was very loud. I had a connecting door in my room and I could hear entire conversations, laughing, and screaming from the room next to me. It was as if they were in my room. I will not stay here again.
- 3/5
The property is conveniently located near DIA, and it's clean. It has the basic amenities of a hotel. Would I stay here again, NO. The parking is terrible. When you spend money for a room you expect to be able to park in the lot. There was nothing available. The front desk operations manager was awful. she was so extremely rude when we checked in. I don't understand hiring someone who represents your company who is missing front teeth and has zero customer service skills. The beds are very uncomfortable. We checked in at 9:30pm and were gone by 5:50am. It was an extremely short time to be completely disappointed.
- 5/5
The only negative I can come up with on this trip is the breakfast was not good. With a little more attention to detail it can easily be brought up to excellent. The bread had mold, bacon was part burnt part under cooked. The workers were very nice and service oriented. Please do a small tweet and you’ll be perfect.
- 2/5
Staff was not that welcoming and their was no air conditioning in the building. Could not sleep. Was only in the building 7 hours. Had to leave because it was too hot.
- 5/5
Would have preferred a walk in shower.
- 3/5
The carpet was wet from AC condensation.
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay near the airport. We will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Due to a travel snag, I needed a hotel close to the airport for one night. I didn't have time to explore Denver, but just needed a place to crash, with an in-house dining option. This was the perfect choice. They have an airport shuttle, a solid free breakfast, happy hour, and dinner menu. This was everything I needed.
- 2/5
Other than the maintenance man, the staff wasn't very helpful and unfriendly. The $18 for parking is ridiculous and the entrance gate was confusing so i got charged an extra $6. The worst breakfast we've had at a Embassy Suites.
