They have paid parking but it is in a parking garage and I loved that. You can go in and out when you wanted. There breakfast was always good and they have a happy hour where you get a free drink.

Room was an adjoining which they never asked us if it was ok or mentioned at check-in. Annoying is all. Then the air conditioning blew on you when it turned on if in bed. So all night it off and on wind. Also the smoke detector was flashing super bright.

Overall our stay was okay, but not something I’d spend over $300/night for again. That price point comes with basic expectations that just weren’t met.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. I stayed here for a conference at the Convention Center. It's about a 10 minute walk, or you can use ride share to commute. The overall hotel was extremely nice, breakfast was good, and staff was friendly. My only complaint was the air conditioning/heat in my room wasn't working. Thankfully it wasn't too hot or cold while I was there so it didn't truly bother me. Although there was one afternoon I returned to a stuffy room due to the cleaning staff turning on the dishwasher trapping heat in the room. The maintenance staff tried to fix the unit, but it wasn't fixed by the end of my four night stay. I was offered a new room, but it wasn't comparable to my suite so I declined. Overall, I would still recommend this location and when I return to Denver, I will book again.

Best complimentary breakfast I have ever had. Excellent omelette cooked to order, rolled grape leave on the side with feta, decent coffee Room had vent fan that ran all night, but the goofy thing was a motion sensor for the room lights which just randomly went on and off all evening while watching TV. Only one person on desk at night and his solution???? “Here’s some masking tape and scissors, just tape up the sensor”. Had to find it first (no hints given) and guess what? It was on the ceiling so I had to climb up on an ottoman and tape the damn thing which was a little tricky for my eight year old ass - scared my wife to death and then we had NOLIGHTS except the bathroom lights. Desk manager in AM was sympathetic and gave us partial refund

We come to Denver often for medical tests at National Jewish Health. We always stay at element downtown Denver East and love our stay. However, this time we paid a lot of money for parking at the hotel and did not feel safe at all. There was a drug exchange/deal in the back of the alley where you come in to park in the parking garage. The parking garage door was open the entire time. Normally you have to have key card access to open the gate to the parking garage. However, the parking garage gate was open the entire time, and most of the parking was taken up by self driving Jaguar cars. Normally, you have to have a key card to get up to your hotel room however, this time the key card access in the elevator wasn’t working so you didn’t need your key card to get access to the floor of your hotel room. The security has gone way downhill at this hotel which surprised us. It’s a great hotel however security is not up to standards anymore.

My partner and I stayed here because of its proximity to the convention center, which was about a 10-15 min walk. There was a supermarket about 5 min from the hotel. Restaurants were closer to the convention center. We had a car, and the small garage was conveniently attached to the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and assisted with questions throughout our stay. Breakfast was good with different daily hot food options. The room was clean and comfortable. We would likely stay here again if in Denver for similar reasons.

Very clean, great breakfast and nice staff. Was very unhappy to get hit with a parking bill after the fact, when we were under the impression there was no parking fee from both the listing and from the front desk person who checked us in. Not one thing we saw or person ever mentioned a $35 per night parking fee. Honestly, at this point, parking fees are a bit ridiculous, just like the resort fees. Just have the price be the price and stop nickeling and diming people.

The room was large and comfortable. I appreciated the kitchen corner and the mattress. A very large hall and the hotel is not so far from downtown ( ten minutes of walking). The complimentary breakfast was not so good and it lacked of croissants. I would have preferred more variety. Apparently they have forgotten for 14 days to get the milk hot. Cakes and cookies were missing. Beyond that there was not any waitress to get the tables clean. Moreover the bad idea to get the rooms cleaned in the late afternoon forced the guest to leave the room instead of taking a rest.

The Element is reliable (this was our second stay). $35.00 per night for self-parking in a protected lot seems rather dear, but the neighborhood in the Golden Triangle is a little iffy, and I wouldn't want to leave my car outside. The hotel is very close to the art museum (the reason we picked it) and a number of reasonable restaurants. The included breakfast is better than the average hotel breakfast, which is a plus.

Great hotel and breakfast!! Staff was very helpful. Only drawback is that its not in the best location. While it is downtown, it takes about a mile or so walk to get into the heart of downtown. Uber rides were easily accessible, with quick pickups from the hotel. Room was exactly what we needed and having a separate kitchen area and seperate bedroom was ideal for a week trip. Also nice touch was the filtered water available at the kitchen sink and we were able to fill our water bottles daily, which you will need a lot of if you haven't ever been to Denver. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with very few restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the convention center. Hotel is nicely designed in an open, modern style and looks new. Nice things about this hotel include a free breakfast with freshly made omelettes, and filtered water on tap in the room. No ice machines on the floors, but bags of ice are available near the front desk. It was a good value at a moderate price.

This hotel is in a quiet place in the central Denver. It takes about 15-20 minutes to 16th street by walk. The US post office and court is nearby, so the area looks safe.

Hotel was very clean, room was excellent and very quiet. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful and the staff was extremely nice. However there is not enough parking for all the hotel guests. We had to park on the street the first night and unfortunately got a ticket because we did not move the vehicle in time. Not sure if I would stay here again since parking was not so great.

We didn't eat breakfast, but it looked great. Omelets to order and other items. Bananas were sad looking. They fell off the bunch and peels coming off. The shower was awkward, its accessible, but the whole bathroom floor gets water when shower is used.

From April 1–4, fire alarm testing caused daily disruptions and unscheduled room entries—without proper notice. We spoke directly to the fire tech, who confirmed the GM “forgot” to notify guests or staff. A housekeeper tried sliding a late notice under our door after alarms had started, and no one at the desk took ownership of our concern. Only one elevator worked at check-in; the second day failed, leaving both out of order. A printed sign taped to the elevator remained there for days. We were forced to use the stairs, deal with long waits, minimal acknowledgment from staff. The room—an upgraded suite—was understocked with just one glass and a few mismatched cups. Common areas were visibly dirty, trash bins overflowed, and we watched staff walk past garbage without action. The GM was dismissive when we raised concerns, and another manager wrongly accused us of being rude during a simple question about transportation. 🌟 The Bright Spots The front ambassador's Matt and Sean were a saving grace—professional, kind, and responsive while Señora Connie in the breakfast area went above and beyond with genuine care and homemade salsa that made us feel welcome and cared for.

Hotel was about a $10-20 uber ride from anything we wanted to do (zoo, aquarium, natural history museum), so that was disappointing. There were a few good restaurants within walking distance. The included continental breakfast was a nice benefit. Website said they would help with rental cars, but the front office staff did not know anything so I had to figure that out on my own.

The hotel provides a cozy atmosphere, and the breakfast served is truly delightful—fresh and tasty. However, one downside is that there aren't any options for lunch or dinner nearby, not even a convenience store for snacks. Just a few blocks away, though, you can find two significant landmarks of the city, including the capitol building.

Had a heating / aircon issue one night that wasn't "fixable" and got a new / different room (staff moved thankfully my things while I was out). hotel is close to the art museum and "civic complex" - makes the environment sometimes "suss". there is a great Cuban restaurant around the corner.

There is limited dining BUT the complimentary breakfast is amazing! Loved bartender, Maggie, though bar area is a little sterile and dark. Not an issue really. The location is very close to the Denver Art Museum and Cherry Creek which has a bike path that is great. There’s not a lot of nearby dining or interesting shops compared to, say, further into downtown Denver e.g. Larimer Square; the area is more filled with buildings. Also, I felt a little nervous at night when on foot in the area, and the parking garage entrance was in a dark back alley and required getting out of the car to access room key pad to open door…a little scary. The hotel is newer, and curiously the bathroom sink cold water was not hooked up in my first room, plus tile in drain area did not have finish work completed. Small matter but I was moved to a new room, which was missing a bit of the furniture the first room had. (Is it me?) On the whole this was a comfortable, great stay and I would return.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet and very reesonably priced. Breakfast was prepared while waiting and was quick and satisfying. Happy Hour with free beer/wine was a nice touch. Only issues were while some kitchen items were provided there were no drinking glasses so had to get one from the bar. Also, the ironing board in my room wouldn't stay up.

This hotel had a few weird reviews. I read them after I booked, so I was a little concerned. I chose it since they had a regular rate room with two queen beds and a sofa bed for three guests. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised the service was excellent, the room had an actual full size galley kitchen with real plates and cups. The beds were comfortable, and everything looked spotless. Excellent showers! Easy to adjust thermostat. Just turn off the automatic lights since they have little lights that blink at night. The lobby is highly comfortable. I'm sorry I missed the free happy hour at the open bar. Breakfast is hot or cold, your choice, and good enough, especially the freshly made omelets. The coffee was delicious, and I'm a coffee snob!

When I first checked in, my room key didnt work. I went back down to the front desk and they reprogrammed a key for me. The next night a couple tried to get in my room. It turns out they had been given the same room as me. I went down to the front desk to sort it out, but they were super busy. So, I grabbed a sandwich from Subway around the corner. When I got back, I spoke with the person at the front desk. He told me another employee had gone up to check on my room. When he got back they told me it showed my reservation was cancelled. I'm not sure how that could be, since this was my second night in the hotel, and I was charged for both nights. They told me they would get it fixed. I went back up to my room and once again my key didnt work. Im assuming they deactivated it. I had to go back down and get the key reprogrammed again. Having someone try to come in my room was not ideal. Nor was my reservation being cancelled and having to get my key reprogrammed twice. Im not sure if the attendant went into my room while I was at Subway, I would imagine he did since their system showed I shouldnt be in that room. Not the best stay for me.

I had several requests upon arrival and all were met by ReAnn, and then some. Thank you. Parking is SAFE and SECURE and very convenient access from the garage to the rooms. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean. Our breakfast was delicious, hot and healthy and the ladies working in the dining area made sure everything was replenished and clean. The gym was impeccable. Plenty of fresh towels, filtered water dispenser, clean and the machines were all in working order. Check out was wonderful (again, more of my requests were met and surpassed, thank you, AGM Karl. You are an asset to Marriott Bonvoy). This is not the first stay for us at this location. We will certainly return and refer to friends and family.

I had a fairly good stay at Element. The location was very good. The staff members were extremely accommodating, and I enjoyed the included breakfast. The property itself felt a bit worn out. The first room that I was given was not properly cleaned -- hairs on the pillows and a bad smell. The front desk was very apologetic and upgraded me immediately, which I greatly appreciated. Even in the new room, there were some small problems -- the sheets were threadbare in places and seemed in need of replacing, the ironing board did not have a pad on it, the cleaning was not extremely thorough (there were some small items on the floor in the corners from a previous guest). The staff were very accommodating again, bringing me a new ironing board. The staff at the hotel made my stay comfortable and much better than it could have been! Overall, a decent hotel with great staff in a good location, perhaps in need of an update to some facilities and amenities.

Overall, my stay was excellent! I would stay here again, my favorite part of my stay was the staff. Specifically, John at the front desk and all of the kitchen staff were so kind and accommodating. The only downside to this hotel is the location, it's located in a pretty cramped part of town. However, that does not affect the integrity of the hotel.
