It was close to the airport, a convenience store, and was a decent value. The staff were very rude and the shuttle driver left me when I arrived at the leave time. He pulled up a few minutes early as I was walking to my room to grab my bag and I told him I’d be right back. I and another hotel guest tried to run after the shuttle and hollered for him to stop but he kept going and never came back so I had to Uber to the airport.

The hotel was clean and close to the airport, which was convenient. I like that they offer breakfast for no additional charge. I really dislike that they charge $10 to park your vehicle in their parking lot.

I didn’t like that theirs shuttle service didn’t start till 3:45 AM because my plane landed at one in the morning. I had to get a taxi to get to the hotel.

It is not the newest hotel in the area, but it is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and courteous. The hotel is conveniently located; easy access via hotel shuttle to DIA airport and walking distance to several very good restaurants nearby.

Wouldn’t stay here again. Place was a mess. They had a giant smelly garbage bin sitting right outside of the elevator, they had mattresses stored in the lobby like it was a storage space. The sheets in our room were stained and when we asked them about it they told us to come downstairs to grab a new sheet to change ourselves, they didn’t seem concerned or like they cared.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds but got 1 queen and 1 full. Had already settled in before we noticed. The breakfast was terrible. Very minimal selection. No juice or water so if you didn't drink coffee you were out of luck.

Hotel and staff is great. Super clean and quiet. However. I accidentally left my apple EarPods pro in the shuttle to the airport. I’ve called. Talked to staff. Left information. Giving the run around. Location still showed them at the hotel. Cant seem to get them back from the hotel so at this point according to them I have to show up in person to get them. I live on the east coast. Very disappointed in this outcome. Would love to tell yall it’s a 10/10 but im out a brand new Apple EarPods pros because of them. Don’t like how this is being handled. I’ve called. Talked to. And given the same response, so don’t leave anything of value behind im sure the staff will love using my belonging. Do not like that I retrieve my Apple EarPod pros because of your policies for people who live states away. Thanks for stealing my property.

The so call "Breakfast" is a joke. Go have breakfast somewhere else. The room was clean, nothing extra, nothing less, just what I expected. I didn't like the fact that the bathroom didn't have a sink. The sink is actually in the room. I was on the first floor so there was a lot of noise coming from the people upstairs. I rarely experience that at other hotels. There's not enough Parking, I had to leave my car at a restaurant parking lot and to my surprise, I was charged $10/night for parking. After complaining, they finally issued a refund.

Was okay. The elevator was incredibly loud and could be heard all night long. The bathroom was not super clean. The white tub was stained orangish yellow. Bed was comfortable.

The 3 story hotel is very close to the Denver International Airport and checkout is at noon. A tip worth knowing is an ice machine is not located on the upper floors. The only ice dispenser is located in the dining area. I was disappointed the staff didn't mention it's location at check-in nor mentioned their printer was broken. We were on the far end of the 3rd floor and wondered around looking for ice and in addition were unable to print boarding passes before departing.

The property is conveniently located near DIA, about a 10 minute drive. The property has been remodeled, has sufficient parking, offers pack & go breakfast items (microwaveable egg & sausage sandwich, yogurt, fruit cup, coffee), located across the street from a gas station.

I thought when I purchased my stay on Expedia that it was my total bill. This is not so! They charged me for parking upon my checkin. I thought my card was swiped for incidentals. So if you think you’ve paid in full when reserving a room here, you are mistaken! The breakfast was “cheesy” too. Not hot and fresh! Packaged breakfast. Not that happy about this place. The guest receptionist was no where to be found when we arrived either. When she did show up she was playing on her phone!

Clean room, but they will charge extra for the stay because of high demand. Expedia price is not garrantee of what you pay. I got charge for the room by Expedia, then the hotel charged extra for high demand on the day I checked in. Imagine booking a plane ticket with Expedia, and it happed the traveling day is a high demand day. How much extra would I have to pay to fly or have to cancel the trip??

Great place to stay! This hotel is clean and recently renovated. The room looks like new and well maintained. Easy and free parking. Very close to DEN airport. The breakfast is OK, but has no hot meals.

The property was clean and well-maintained. However, the only complaint I have is the overpowering smell of burning incense that filled the air as soon as I stepped through the front doors, causing my eyes to burn.

Overall our stay was Ok. The beds were comfy. Everything worked as it should. Every time you turned the shower on or used the sink, there was a sewer smell. That was the only time i smelled it in the room, but when first walk into the lobby it was there too. The breakfast consisted of gas station sandwiches that you had to heat up and packaged cups of peaches, not impressed with that. I also noted 3 additional charges on my bill when were leaving because they billed me 6 times for the $10 fee per day of parking in their own parking lot!

Thank you for a great night before our flight. My husband is a lite sleeper and we don’t hear one airplane. Beds were so comfortable and the sheets were fab.

There was not a shuttle for when we arrived from the airport. We paid $40 for a cab because we were told that there wasn't a shuttle for the evening. There was a shuttle/SUV to take us to the airport the next day.

If you are looking for a place that cuts corners, this is the place for you. They charged us better than a grand for one room, then couldn't figure out how to refund the money. The shuttle is a guy in a 2003 Suburban that reeks and has torn up seats. It was bad enough that we had to take an Uber back to the property to pick up our car. The place is cheap, and ownership seems fine with making it the lowest of the low economy stops.

Property was good value and staff were great. Only issue was the airport shuttle that wasn’t running significantly impacting my planning into my conference for 2 days, while also adding relevant cost. Nothing has been done to offset those costs.

The hotel was clean, but dated. Quick location to the airport, but the restaurants that were affordable were pretty far away near Aurora. Staff was nice checking in. Breakfast was decent. Some of the machines were down.

My only irritation was the fact that there was no parking and I had to park in the back of the building and then I couldn’t get into the hotel from the back of the building, but had to walk all the way around to the front side, so y’all were full and there was no parking so it would be great. Y’all have that deck area out there. I don’t know why you don’t allow that door to be opened and let people come in the back door now you would need some steps as well, but that’s just my thoughts.

False advertising. I booked a "Newly Renovated" room, and when we checked in, there was nothing new or renovated about either of the rooms we booked. (We booked 2 rooms). The pictures they posted on travelocity are very mis-leading, and they were successful in fooling me that this is a nice, bright, clean place to stay. It was the opposite - dingy, old, bathrooms badly need renovation. I went to the front desk to ask for a refund and they did not even attempt to offer a change of rooms or even bother to ask why we were seeking a refund - just simply said "We do not provide refunds", and then went about their business. Very poor customer service at the front desk, and very misleading pictures (likely touched up heavily by AI). We will not be staying at a Days Inn again, and will ignore any marketing phrases that say "newly renovated" rooms.

They are attempting to revive this through renovation. They're quite a ways off. You can currently get booked into a room noted as renovated and the layout is just "meh" and they seem to have skimped on what similar budget hotels would give such as appropriately sized furniture and tables, etc. The floor still creeks and carpet oddly wet in weird spots. Lots of sign of wear. The elevator in the building wouldnt even fully close the doors unless I shifted my weight in the elevator. Renovation really feels a lot more like "fresh coat of paint" with just more modern looking pieces of wood and some paintings. Its not that great. Lighting is poor too and no central controls of them. I think the communication on what you're getting into is poor. I give pluses for well operating air conditioner that was quiet and smooth and not hearing neighbors after construction was done for the day (*no chance i was getting a nap when first checking in). Last: the piece that put me over the top to want to write a review is THEY CHARGE $10 FOR THE SHUTTLE TO DIA?! Whaaaat? Who does that? No. Not staying again thats garbage Days innnnnn nope nope.

Internet was a joke. My 2 bars of 5G did better. Their fitness center didnt have anything to wipe down equipment with, the weights need attention, you need 2 dumbells for each weight and you had nothing below 35...are you against ladies and weak men? My room was atleast 100 degrees when I arrived, nobody thought to verify the settings after the previous guest left. The breakfast was microwaveable gas station sandwhiches. Half the rooms plugs didnt work and the tables next to the beds were not plugged in to make use of the charging stations on them. If this is a 1 or 2 star hotel, its on par with its rating.

After long days of driving and running to appointments, we appreciated how quiet the hotel was and how easy it was to relax in the evenings. Overall, this was a good, affordable place to stay for multiple nights, and we would stay here again when traveling through the Denver area.

We booked the room last minute when we arrived at the Denver international Airport for a nights layover. We read the positive reviews and decided to stay here. Great location close to the airport and the Shuttle service was prompt. The hotel room and bed were comfortable and clean. Very nice hotel and staff we would stay here again if we have to overnight in Denver again. Can’t comment on the complimentary breakfast because we had an early morning flight so we didn’t have breakfast.

I had a very disturbing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it. I booked a room through Expedia that clearly included breakfast and airport shuttle service. At check-in, the front desk attendant told me I would need to pay extra for the shuttle. I calmly explained that my reservation showed the shuttle as included and that I was simply asking for clarification—not arguing about money. Instead of helping, the attendant repeatedly said I was wrong and insisted I had to pay to check in. When I politely asked if a manager could clarify the issue, another front desk employee suddenly came over and said she was calling the police. My wife and I were completely shocked. The staff began speaking loudly, and shortly after, the manager spoke on the phone (on speaker) saying, “We are denying service and canceling your reservation.” I tried to explain again, calmly, but the phone was taken away and the employee walked off. When I asked about a refund, I was told to “call Expedia.” At that point, I said I would rather wait for the police since they had already been mentioned. The entire situation was stressful, humiliating, and traumatic. After I begged them to reconsider, they suddenly allowed us to check in. We stayed only from about 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM and felt harassed, threatened, and disrespected the entire time. No guest should be treated this way for calmly asking a reasonable question.

The Hoyle location is really close to the airport and they have shuttle to the airport with many scheduled time that you can pick

Shuttle was 30 min late and caused a missed flight

The next issue is we requested a crib for our room. We got handed an old pack and play that was filthy and stained. It was broken when we tried to set it up and when we pulled it out it had obvious vomit on the sides. There is no way they sanitized it after the last guest before it was given to us. We got another one when requested. Still stained but not as disgusting so we made it work. Not impressed and won’t stay there again.

Booked just to sleep on our overnight layover but the shuttle there was too packed on the way there and we were lucky to barely get in and on the way back it's $10 to use the shuttle that doesn't start until 3:35am. The hotel itself is fine (didn't get to try breakfast), but I'd go with another one that provides better shuttle options.

Don't charge people staying at your hotel $10 to park when they stay the night. I am not using your lot as a shuttle service but instead sleeping there.

The hotel only offered room changes, but the replacement rooms either had strong odor or insects on the bed. When I asked for a refund or compensation, the manager was verbally abusive and told me to “get the F**K out of my hotel.” I spent the night dealing with these issues until around 5 a.m. and checked out around 6:30 a.m. with almost no rest. This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism and respect for guests. I would not recommend staying here.

We've never been to the denver airport before so the shuttle was a little hard to find but we got some helpful directions. The shuttle is labeled as free but there is a $10 fee to use again if you are going back to the airport. They put your room number down on a log. The weird thing is that they ran out of seats in the morning and no one checked us off a list so obviously there were passengers on that bus who didnt pay for a seat that got to ride free. I felt bad for the two people who were so confused why they had to wait. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Not many options but the clerk at the desk did tell us it was "grab and go" so we didnt expect it after that it was told that it was going to be a whole lot of variety. Otherwise we were only there for one night and it was pretty standard nothing spectacular, which is a good thing still.

First when I got to the hotel, there was no parking available. When u was checking in, I asked the staff where I should park. I had the option of parking in front of no parking signs within the property orstreet parking.

Friendly and super clean! PLEASE do yourself the favor & do the pre-check in!! They will have your key ready for you, no hassles! Best feature I’ve ever had!!!

Clean room nice staff great location

expedia website stated that the hotel included breakfast and shutter to airport included. the hotel told me that those items was not included but they gave in. next the sink was not draining / the hotel told he they do not have a service person at night and they were sold out - so either except it or you can leave and they would give me credit back.

Took a little bit of time to correct, but the rest of the stay was good

Overall, everything was acceptable but it was so hard to sleep bc every noise in the hallway seemed amplified. I would recommend doubling up on earplugs/headphones/white noise if staying here, even more so if you are next to an elevator like I was.

The stuff was nice and courteous when we checked in. Our room was just like the picture said it would be. We did not eat breakfast so I cannot speak about that. Overall, I definitely would stay again.

Convenient location. Nice enough place. Breakfast main entre was a breakfast sandwich you microwave. Staff was not rude, but not particularly friendly either. Not a fan of having to pay $10 to park your car overnight either. Not a bad place, but not necessarily one that is calling me back either, unless the price is really good.

The driver came to find me. I apparently was sitting on the wrong bench. So glad he took the time to do that as it was late at night and waiting for the shuttle to come back in half an hour would have been painful. I very much appreciated the van service but was surprised and upset to discover it cost 10 dollars on the return trip.

The freezer where we bought frozen Snickers wasn't running well as the bars were very soft. The microwave at breakfast did not run properly and had to heat sandwiches in room.

The airport shuttle is advertised as included in the stay on Expedia. Upon arrival they informed it was $10. It was only after providing proof from the Expedia site the waived the fee. However, the made it seem like they were giving an allowance in doing so. It still shows that the shuttle is included.

We had no shuttle from the airport. Another gentleman gave us a ride the shuttle that picked us up to take us to the airport was great on time.

We called ahead and asked if the airlift shuttle was free. The desk said yes. When we asked about the morning shuttle we were told it was 10 dollars. It is only free one way. Had they told us that we would have spent more on a better stay with a free shuttle.

Parking area was filthy and they charge $10 to park. Room was ok. Staff was lazy and didn’t want to fulfill simple requests like printing a receipt. The breakfast was nothing more than a yogurt or fruit cup and coffee. Juice machine was broken.

Front desk staff unfriendly to borderline rude, bed a bit too soft, room is clean. Charge $10 for shuttle to airport, have to leave early to airport, breakfast not available till 6 AM and no to-go options before then. I would stay in a different place next time.

Parking was easy. Lacking some gym equipment. The bathtub is very slippery when taking a shower about felling on my ass. Toilet is too low my junk hangs in the water. Bed was very comfortable

Property lies about airport shuttle. They tell booking sites it is free then charge you at check in. They refused to honor what the booking sites say. Definitely deceptive pricing practices. Book elsewhere!

Took 1 step in room & knew I couldn’t sleep there! Front desk agent checked room & confirmed it smelled like boiled broccoli & rotten food.

Breakfast was limited and not great. Didn't appreciate that the shuttle from the airport was free BUT the shuttle back to the airport was not. Otherwise rooms were clean and well stocked, no issues with that.

This is a good value option if you need a hotel near Denver International Airport. We were a bit surprised that there was a $10 fee for the airport shuttle, but it did run very early in the morning. Breakfast was minimal, more grab and go, but happy there was something. Rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained.

Was thankful for the check in lady who waived that fee for us. Not much to say about the breakfast… because there is not much to mention. Honestly, if it had more to offer, I would stay here again. It was very disappointing. I had a granola bar.

It is what it is. A reasonably priced motel offering close to the airport. It fills that role well. We would not seek it out for a stay unless we were flying in or out of the Denver airport in which case, we would stay there.

Worked well for one night stay, flying out of Denver airport the next morning. Room was clean and comfortable. I had an issue that was resolved satisfactorily.

Shuttle service was great

Breakfast was not up to normal standards. There wasn't even any milk. Half defrosted Jimmy Dean sausage croissants that you stick in a microwave and hope for the best.

The only complaint about this room was that the tub did not have any non slip material in it and was very slippery to get in and out of.

We had an easy check in and out. The price was good. The location to the car drop off location and airport was fantastic. The hotel was nice and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. We loved that the room had a refrigerator and microwave.

Great hotel close to the airport

The rooms were advertised as newly renovated. Looks like they just slpaaed new paint on and added new furniture. The grout in the bathroom was discolored and the bathrooms still had old fixtures.

One star is the lowest option available, or I would have given it zero. This hotel is HORRIBLE. There were added fees when I arrived for parking, admin and the airport shuttle. The room reeked of mildew. The breakfast was grab and go. Not even fresh fruit to take. Just yogurt cups, sugary fruit cups and sausage egg and cheese sandwiches. If you don’t eat meat, they don’t care. Their gym had one treadmill, one 50 lbs weight and a 60 lbs weight. Staff barely acknowledged me, often on their phones as I stood looking at them from the front desk. I contacted Expedia to move hotels after the first night (which I have never done before). After the second night, I was told that I could move and get a refund for the last three nights I paid for it I checked out before noon. I left at 830am that day, only to be told later by Expedia that no one told me that and I will not be getting any kind of refund. I spent three nights at the Spark by Hilton directly next door for an extra $50 that I paid the Days Inn and it was absolutely lovely. They went above and beyond. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I couldn't believe they charged me for parking my car in their parking lot. When I questioned what the staff said they were rude in their response.

The front desk staff were helpful as was the Airport shuttle. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint would be that the lighting in the bathroom was dim and the lights in all of the room were a unpleasant fluorescent. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay for a low price.

Would not stay here. Homeless situation just outside hotel. Police were called to handle situation. It did not get resolved. When booked, stated free airport shuttle. We had to argue to receive it. The girl at front desk said it meant free only from the airport-not to the airport. Checked invoice to make sure it matched the price that was stated when i booked it… had to have them correct that too. Very loud people in hallways and above us. And more. Not a place I’d trust.

Close to the airport and car rental

Shuttle from the airport was horrible … people were ambushing the van and driver .. it took me 3 times to get a ride. They really need more than one van for 3 hotels.

Turns out the free shuttle bus is only free from the airport. It’s $10 if you want to go back. Also the bus leaves the airport every 30-45 mins so if you miss it it’s a long wait. I just caught one but it was full so I ended up getting an Uber. The free breakfast…are cereal bars breakfast? When I arrived I thought the rest of the food might be coming out. But no, breakfast is cereal bars, yogurts and frozen croissants. Grim. And the free gym… the cable machine is stuck in positions and half the dumbbells are missing. Not great Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re really desperate.

I booked this hotel to be close to Denver airport and supposedly “Free Shuttle”. But it turns out that it’s not really free as they charge $10 for the service. Also, being an airport hotel, their breakfast should have been available earlier than normal as they know most of the travelers leave earlier than 6am.

Not used to the small pillows but they did support my head. Loved that the windows opened for fresh air.

I love it there! Went there last year when we went to the red rocks for a concert! They are very clean, comfortable and I feel safe there! Easy access to just about anywhere! The beds are SO comfortable! There’s nowhere else I would book a room. PERIOD‼️ I had to leave early because of a family emergency and they credited me back with no problem so whatsoever they were totally accommodating and I just can’t give any better reviews. They are five star all the way!

Pool was out of service, we had blood on all of our sheets along with blood and a band-aid pad in the extra sheets for the pull out couch. Absolutely disgusting.

Arrived at the hotel to a crabby agent. She advised that there was a $25 parking fee and also $10 per person to get a ride back to the airport. This was not in your website. We were not happy.

I went into my room and was immediately hit with a strong smell of old, stale, cigarette smoke that made my eyes sting and I”m not allergic to cigarette smoke. Kind of shocking to me because the description was, “Newly renovated king room”, the reviews were good specifically talking about the rooms being clean. I went downstairs to see if I could swap rooms but there was then a line of about twelve people trying to check in. After a 12 hour travel day and my gut telling me that if my “newly renovated” room was in this shape that a swapped room would be the same. So I just left and got another hotel.

Staff was amazing, rooms were exceptionally clean and large. Spaces were large and homey and it was quiet. I was able to get a room last minute when my flight was cancelled and the shuttle was great.

A good inexpensive place to stay

Choice of places to eat within 5 minutes drive. We stayed one night for a very early morning flight and overall it was fine. The property was noisy,branches that were rubbing against the window, upstairs walking noise. AC was not effective.

Didn’t expect anything crazy nice but it’s always nice to have a place say they include breakfast. Yeah, jimmy deans breakfast sausage sandwiches you heat in a microwave. Stale granola bars. I was charged for parking fee, not once but for each day. Homeless guy camped right in the entrance with garbage everywhere was interesting. Out of their control, I know. Staff was annoyed, not hospitable. Positives: they provide an airport shuttle, clean and serves the purpose of a quick, clean stay.

Website shows they have complimentary shuttle to airport which is one of the reasons I chose this location over other similar ones. When checking out and asking about shuttle was told there was a $10 fee for shuttle service. Still cheaper than Uber but it's the principle!

Great for when your flight arrives late.

While the physical hotel was okay, the service was horrible. I followed to instructions to go out the west terminal of Denver Airport, door 501 and Island 3. I waited for the every 30 minutes shuttle and it never came. After an hour and 15 minutes, I begged a ride from the shuttle for Spark hotel and got a ride to them. They are next door to the Days Inn and I walked from the Spark. The people at the desk and on the phone just did not seem to care about the problem.

The stay was one night. Served its purpose, close to airport, clean, friendly staff.

Either the staff needs to be updated on the shuttle policy, or the website needs to be corrected to reflect a $10 return charge.

We will stay here again when flying.

Convenient to the airport. Staff at check out was great; staff at checkin was not very informative. I had to ask about breakfast, where and when and very little info was given about airport shuttle. Breakfast was not too good. The room itself was very good, except the refrigerator, which froze the item I put in there overnight. I wouldn't have thought to check on it....
