However, some guests have expressed dissatisfaction with the parking fees, construction noise, and certain aspects of the rooms such as comfort and temperature control.

Great location on 16th Street. Instructions to get to the parking lot were confusing, but we figured it out. Was able to check in 30 minutes early, which was nice. Room was fine. Bed was a little soft, but I like a firm bed. No fan in bathroom. 😞 Small refrigerator with no freezer.
- 3/5
There were not many towel racks and the holder for the dryer fell off very easily. not many amenities in the room for the price. no tissues
- 4/5
Really quiet hotel in a great location.
- 5/5
We were in town for game at Coors Field and it is easy enough walking distance. Riley at the front desk was very helpful and assisted us with an early check in. The room fit our needs perfectly, however my son said the sofa bed was not that comfortable
- 5/5
Great location, coffee/cafe next door, comfy bed and pillows
- 4/5
Very clean property.
- 5/5
From the check-in staff, night staff and housekeeping everyone was friendly and accommodating💚
- 5/5
Beautiful property located in a prime location with lots to explore. Highly recommend!

Very nice, i’d say a step above your average decent hotel.

- 4/5
Very helpful staff, great location, and many parking options. Easy access to a lot of fun activities and restaurants.
- 4/5
Our one bedroom suite was spacious and had a balcony with a nice view. The bathroom was nicely updated. The sofa bed in the living area was very uncomfortable and they brought a rollaway cot which was slightly better. The shower clogged up twice but they were quick to fix it both times. We didn’t get our room serviced due to the confusion over the shower maintenance, so they brought us towels later. All in all a comfortable stay, but nothing fancy. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Fresh and practical for short stay accomodation
- 5/5
This was our first visit to Denver and was glad we chose to stay downtown. The hotel is located on 16th street so we only had to cross the street to use the free bus service to restaurants and shops. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was quite large with plenty of room. The hotel was nice and all the staff very pleasant and helpful. There is a coffee shop attached to the hotel that we could get coffee and warm croissants in the morning. We did wish that there would have been a full service restaurant to get perhaps a different breakfast in the morning, but there was a breakfast restaurant only one block away. The hotel seems to be fairly well maintained and we were pleased with our stay.
- 5/5
Staff are very helpful. The parking option is well worth the daily rate with in/out privileges - not common in the nearby garages. Having Trompeau Bakery access is excellent. Don't have to even leave the hotel for amazing pastries and lattes. Housekeeping do a great job. It was an overall terrific experience while I was in town for business.

Great location, the coffee shop and Mexican restaurant on site were terrific! Smooth check in process, super friendly and helpful staff.
- 5/5
Our stay was very nice. Keep up the good work.
- 5/5
Great location for walking around LODO. Plus the coffee shop attached is pretty legit. Highly recommend.

Very good
- 2/5
The room was a good size but dingey. For whatever reason it had the worst lighting so makeup was impossible to do even in the bathroom. Also not sure what issues they were having with hot water or if they were saving money but definitely noticed problems and couldn't get even warm water on my last night
- 5/5
Check in was great! Staff was extremely helpful.

Good deal

Centrally located and close to stadium. Right off bus line from train Hard beds, bad pillows, inconsistent ac, super expensive items like water for 6 bucks!!

Need more parking. I was shocked that you had to pay for parking in the hotel lot. I have been to numerous hotels and never had to pay for parking unless i kept my vehicle there for extended periods
- 5/5
Room was very clean and staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
The staff provided excellent service. The location on 16th street is perfect making most of downtown easily accessible by foot.
- 3/5
The room was nice and clean and hotel was quiet We called for an early check in at 2, was informed that it didn’t look like that was possible, which was fine. Showed up at check in time, shortly after 4 and was informed that the room still wouldn’t be ready for 30 minutes. So our options that the front desk gave us was to wait or downgrade. We opted to wait but were really disappointed in waiting until after five to check in after traveling all day and getting into downtown at 2. Was handled poorly by the staff with no rectification of the situation

It was a very strong cigarette and marihuana smelling by the floor we were staying.
- 5/5
No bar, amenities fine
- 5/5
The staff here is so accommodating and wonderful. After being exhausted from overnight travel, they let us check in early, letting us all rest. They always gave us clean towels and cleaned the room every day.

Great convenience for exploring the downtown. Staff members super friendly and helpful. Easy check in and if the room is ready, early check in is possible like in my case. Bakery and coffee place within the hotel and good restaurant inside too. Parking for the day is $46 and that is a bit steep but gives you a piece of mind. Only thing that would make this hotel better is a swimming pool or hot tub.
- 5/5
Everything within walking distance, friendly staff, clean rooms
- 5/5

- 5/5
Everything was great
- 4/5

- 5/5
Suite was fabulous
- 5/5
Great overall stay
- 5/5
My only 2 very minor complaints. 1. The elevator smelled bad, like a sewer. But, again this was really minor and once you got off of it, there was no smell. 2. The hot water for the shower took a very long time to heat up. Like 5-6 minutes. Was a waste of water but it worked fine once it got hot. Overall I loved this hotel and would recommend it to anyone staying in downtown Denver!
- 4/5
Nice room, staff was friendly, everything was clean. The only thing I'd say is the parking lot at the hotel was full so we had to get offsite parking which wasn't a big deal but was a little bit of a hassle since it was further away.
- 5/5
Top service from the start! You won’t regret your stay here.
- 5/5
Place was great
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff, very clean room with maid service everyday. The location was great too.

Warning! Thought it was going to be a good time in a beautiful place. But without warning, when he went to check out he had a $100 miscellaneous charge. When he questioned the mgr said it was for noise. When he asked for evidence mgr. refused. He showed him the GPS CLEARLY SHOWING HE WAS NOT AT THE HOTEL AT THAT TIME and provided photos of the room in perfect condition. Mgr laughed and said not my problem! He asked for camera recordings or key card entry proof, and mgr said we don't have that then laughed again. I fully intend to speak to the executives AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND A HOTEL THAT RIPS OFF THEIR CLIENTS! Such a shame too. It is a beautiful hotel, BUT WITH HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! Please give your money to a company that respects you.
- 5/5
Nice rooms but some wear and tear shown on bed frame. Convenient location and had a nice little bakery downstairs! Would stay again
- 5/5
Great room, friendly staff.

Staff was AMAZING!
- 5/5
Room clean staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend it to anyone and will stay again the next time I'm in Denver
- 5/5
They are very friendly staff and make sure that we have our needs.
- 4/5
The hotel was nice, staff was friendly and helpful. The headboard of the bed was really scratched up and old. The bathroom was nice and new. The room was kind of cool because the ceilings were so insanely high. It was like double the height.
- 5/5
Great room and location.
- 2/5
Room was actually dirty. There were towels with stains, hair on the ceiling and never got new towels.
- 5/5
Front desk and hospitality staff very friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Awesome service at front desk thanks kurt
- 5/5
The room was very nice. Very clean. Exceeded expectations. Staff was courteous and welcoming. 10 out of 10
- 5/5
Wonderful, efficient service by staff. Room was very comfortable and spacious -- clean and love the ability to change the temp in the room. Loved having a mini fridge and microwave! GREAT location with the Free Ride bus stop right outside and also very walkable.
- 5/5
Great location, room was clean, staff was exceptionally friendly

Courteous staff, great location
- 5/5
On site parking had a few spots left. In the heart of downtown Denver.
- 5/5
The room is clean and spacious with nice city view and just right on the 16th street. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The staffs are friendly and welcoming.

- 5/5
Very polite staff
- 5/5
The room is very clean and well updated. The location is top notch. Our view of the clocktower and the fireworks on NYE was perfect. The parking garage across the street is very convenient and better than waiting in line for valet to me.
- 5/5
We had a corner room which was great. Hotel is well located, check in and parking were convenient.
- 5/5
It was nice
- 5/5
Our room is nice and clean. The hotel is in a good area convenient to everywhere. Staff is friendly.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and very courteous.
- 5/5
Parking is easy but expensive. The staff was outstanding. The room needs some maintain they have overlooked but it’s minor (a loose headboard). Otherwise, great stay!
- 5/5
Parking was very close less than one block away. The front desk staff werealways frienly, smiling and helpful. Entance and lobby very nicely decorated! Best: security entrances, elevators also with room keycard.
- 5/5
The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location was wonderful and parking was easy and efficient.

It was totally clean quiet
- 5/5
Great loxation, clean rooms, wondrful staff
- 5/5
The room was amazing and extremely clean. Front desk clerk, Luis was the best!!! So friendly and accommodating.
- 2/5
Room and staff were fine it was the noise that made the trip less than ideal.
- 5/5
Parking??
- 3/5
There was high vacancy the weekend we stayed. You’d think we would have had a better room/view than the one looking into someone’s studio . I couldn’t open the curtains to let any light in because there wasn’t any privacy.
- 5/5
Great place.
- 5/5
The hotel is well maintained, with good security and centrally located downtown.
- 5/5
Super nice staff, great facilities and location.
- 5/5
This hotel was fantastic!! Easy walk to conference center and restaurants. Everything was super clean but also so tastefully decorated. I loved my room - so classy and comfortable. and most importantly the bed was so comfortable! Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Clean quiet room
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Perfectly located in the heart of downtown Denver, close to many shops and restaurants.
- 3/5
The room was clean but was not what I expected from the pictures. Great location and friendly staff. The TV was horrible. Very limited channel selection and the internet was so slow I couldn’t load what I wanted to watch. Also, many other hotels now have programs that I can stream whatever apps are on my phone but I was limited to just Netflix here.
- 5/5
Fast. Easy. Good helpful and friendly staff
- 5/5
Staff great room great! This is a Marriot location and needs to have at least a Contintal breakfast for guests. People pay extra for Marriot experience and would really love this. I stay at a lot of Marriots as do my family. Hope this gets done.
- 5/5
clean
- 4/5
Parking was okay
- 5/5
Great staff, clen rooms, quiet
- 5/5
The ladies at check in were SUPER helpful and friendly and made me feel very welcome! At check out, the lady that helped me was also super helpful! I had concerns about walking anywhere alone being a female there by herself, and they were all very reassuring! Will definitely stay here next trip to this area!
- 5/5
Front desk employee Riley was very helpful!
- 5/5
Clean room
- 4/5
The room was great
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Easy access to lots of Denver attractions, bars , shops by foot. And worth the price. Don’t pay for a cheaper hotel in Downtown.
- 5/5
Very centrally located, easy walking area on 16th Mall to Union Station, then in opposite direction to Cultural and government centers. The staff was excellent and friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants in the area too.
- 5/5
Staff was extremely accommodating and nice. Workout facilities were excellent, as was parking.
- 4/5
Great location for downtown. Only downside everything except few restaurants closed at 9pm and no coffee at hotel except the 2 cups you get in the room with powder creamer
- 4/5
Even though the room was a little dated, it was mostly clean. The beds were okay. However, there were many people causing disruptions outside the hotel, mostly harmless homeless individuals. The location is fantastic, I would stay again.
- 4/5
Friendly staff and good environment.
- 5/5
Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and comfortable beds
- 5/5
Nice, clean, and convenient. Parking not always available even though you pay for it. We would stay again.
- 5/5
Great location and beautiful property 👍
- 5/5
Very convenient. Clean. Friendly staff !
- 4/5
Excellent location. Restaurant and bakery located in the hotel. Small parking lot. Housekeeping missed our room one day but the front desk offered to send them to the room at 7:30 PM but we declined. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
O
- 5/5
The staff was incredible, and recommended wonderful places to eat.
- 4/5
Expensive parking Very nice staff at check in / check out.
- 5/5
Very clean hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times from front desk to security. The housekeeping did knock on both of our doors at 8 am to let us know check out is at 12 pm. Which was odd. Parking was easy. I used the 24-7 market which was very convenient. Overall great stay.
- 4/5
Nice room,
- 4/5
Very spacious room and great staff. When we asked for towels, we got them right away. Rooms are spacious. Great location on 16th street mall. Nicely decorated 1st floor with lots of meeting space. Problems are dim lighting in bathrooms, small issues with maintenance and housekeeping, wish they served breakfast, parking is expensive, and mattresses are so-so.
- 5/5
Whenever you book a hotel to a city you've never visited your never sure how it will work out. This time it was a home run. This hotel is excellent, very centrally located and walkable to a lot of great locations. The property is very well maintained, and the service is excellent. Would definitely recommend. If you need Uber service, there is never an issue.
- 5/5
very clean and comfortable; liked the availability of parking on site and having a restaurant to have a glass of wine or just a quick bite. The location was close to many things in walking distance.
- 5/5
Check staff person was friendly and informative. Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The location was great and in close (15 minutes) of Ball Arena. We would stay here again.
- 3/5
Property was nice. Didn’t have tv remote in room had to ask for it. In room fridge did not work.
- 5/5
Enjoyed staying there as usual
- 5/5
Great location with access to 16th street mall bus for Union Station and Coors field. Friendly staff. The only fault is they don’t have coffee in the lobby. The location was tops though!
- 5/5
Bed comfort
- 5/5
Excellent service
- 5/5
Great home base to explore downtown Denver. Plenty of shops and food options close by. I suggest Sam's No 3 diner for breakfast. Getting to the hotel from the airport was easy. We took the A line from the airport to Union Station then the free mall ride bus to within a couple block of the hotel.
- 4/5
We did call down and the usually zero cares were given, but they did bring up clean towels. Location was great central for downtown easy walk or bus ride to and from Union Station.
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
Right on 16th Street where all the shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Appreciate the bedroom-suite we were in. Very spacious for a family of 4.
- 3/5
I stay at Courtyard's several times a month. It is my go to brand. This is the first time I was disappointed. No food service at all. No comfortable open areas to work, meet, etc. If this was my first experience I wouldn't come back to the brand. Learned I can't trust the brand - I have to really check out each property before booking. Brand Promise was broken.
- 5/5
We loved everything except the pillows! We had maid service every day, which is much appreciated in a time when few hotels provide this. Safe area, clean hotel, easy access to a cafe and a restaurant.
- 4/5
Conveniently located in the downtown area close to shopping and tourist attractions in the area
- 2/5
We stayed on the second floor and the floor had a weird smell like mold. There is limited parking for $45 a night. The room was clean but had a weird smell.
- 5/5
We love our stay. Very good location.
- 4/5
But make sure the people who clean the room clean behind the tv. We noticed there was a lot of trash left when we first checked in. Also we got charge for the water on the desk and we didn’t even touch the water. So I’m not sure how they knew to charge us for it? If it was sitting on the desk full and untouched.
- 4/5
As a whole the stay ways great. The only thing that I didn't like was the parking. I know being right down town it was going to be tight, that saying the spot could have been wider and the cost lease.
- 5/5
This would always be our first choice of Hotel in Denver.
- 4/5
Curtains are way too thin
- 5/5
Great stay! Convenient to restaurants and shopping
- 4/5
They don't offer amenities like coffee, only water in the lobby. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and cool in 100 degree weather.
- 4/5
Room AC was not working properly and there was an alarm in another room that kept going off throughout the night into early morning, so sleeping conditions were not optimal.
- 5/5
The staff at the hotel was simply amazing! This is the best customer service I have ever received at a hotel in the US - and I have been to many hotels. They were very helpful on the phone and by email. I am an observant Jew and needed a lot of help around Shabbat. They allowed me to light candles, unlocked the room, kept my valuables safe, and came to help me with anything I needed. It was a special experience. I am grateful to the front desk staff and especially Casey and the other amazing employees there - sorry I didn't write down their names. They deserve every award possible!
- 1/5
Hotels.com, somehow isn’t able to communicate directly with the hotel so the entire experience was painful. If only hotels.com was helpful in customer service and capable of making calls to a hotel.
- 5/5
Great customer service. The room was great and loved the high ceilings. Very convenient location. We parked at the parking garage across the street which was nice and saved money. The restaurant in the hotel was nice. We loved being able to just walk out and walk down 16th street mall. 10/10
- 4/5
Nice clean and convenient location
- 5/5
Location was great for going to a concert.
- 5/5
Location was great. Clean property. Didn’t like that we needed to purchase water in order to make coffee also needed to get new towels on the last day.
- 5/5
Was great time
- 2/5
They did not let us park in the property and they had at least 5 spots available. We didn't have soap to wash our hands, we lost power for a few minutes. For being such a nice hotel, I expected more.
- 1/5
The property is old and rundown, with rude staff, and looks nothing like the pictures online. Everything is outdated, the furniture is stained, and I would never recommend staying here. To make matters worse, I was robbed at the front desk. When I brought up these issues, I was told I wouldn’t receive a refund, even though I asked to see the room before checking in.
- 5/5
Our frost time here and what an amazing experience. Will definitely be back
- 5/5
Very clean, safe, helpful pleasant staff, walking distance to basically everything.
- 5/5
Comfortable, quiet, no problems. Pillows were a little flat but other that that it was a great stay. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Check in was easy.
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
Front desk staff was very rude, didn’t get a refund
- 5/5
Riley was awesome! Bakery was delicious, too.
- 4/5
Amazing location for a few days in Denver - walkable to eateries, theater, Comedy Works & other night spots. Great location to see historic & interesting architecture, as well as the modern creep of tall glass buildings. If you're a walker, less than half hour walk to the Capitol, Molly Brown House, Arts District on Santa Fe, RiNo and The Highlands. Easy walk to/from train station, but there's also a free bus along 16th Street). Staff at front desk welcoming; got some fun recommendations for eateries and inside scoop about neighborhood cats at the Botanic Garden (not all are welcome). Only downside is if you end up in an inside room which looks into internal courtyard vs. outdoors. Room was comfortable & clean & mostly quiet. Definitely would stay again & recomend.
- 5/5
Very easy check in with friendly staff. They upgraded us to a nicer room. The hotel is situated in a great place with no vehicle so walking to everything was easy. Clean and quiet.
- 5/5
Perfect Area & priced well for the area and surrounding hotels. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was excellent & very accommodating!
- 5/5
Pet friendly , a lot of stuff around
- 5/5
Staff friendly
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is in an excellent downtown area. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained.
- 3/5
The fan on the furnace squeeked. They did not clean our room and supply fresh towels. There was blood on the wall behind the door in the bathroom. Pillows were terrible and mattress was hard. No free parking and/or breakfast.
- 5/5
The staff was fantastic!! We had a flight that arrived at 9:30 am. Luis at the front desk was able to get us checked in early and gave us a FANTASTIC room!
- 5/5
Amazing. This is our 3rd or 4th stay at this hotel and the best room yet. We've had a suite before, but at check-in they chose to give us the best one available - a corner overlooking 16th and Curtis with a wide, private, wraparound balcony!
- 5/5
Located closely to Ball Arena.
- 4/5
Convenient to our plans for our stay
- 5/5
Amazing experience
- 4/5
Property was very centrally located. Rooms good size except they didn't have a safe. Couple of times I had to call for towels.
- 4/5
The people were helpful
- 5/5
We stayed in November 2024 and the Christmas decorations in the area were so pretty especially at night. The hotel is in located on a street that has limited shopping and restaurants in my opinion. The area is extremely walkable - but we found it difficult sometimes due to the heavy construction that was going on around the hotel at the time. It was not noisy so sleep was not interrupted. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We were able to store our luggage and explore the city until our room was ready. There is a shuttle that runs up and down the street in front of the hotel so if you are tired of walking, you can hop on the shuttle which is free. You can also take the shuttle for closer proximity to the train station to explore other areas of Denver or get to the airport. Do not skip the small bookstore or coffee shop in the train station. It is worth the stop. Enjoy your stay.

- 5/5
Very clean.
- 5/5
Kurt on reception was so helpful and really a great guy!
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay at the Marriot Courtyard. The location fit our needs. The room was good except the Mattress was not necessarily comfortable. I understand they are in the process of replacing the beds so that should be solved soon.
- 5/5
It was perfect
- 5/5
Business trip. Hotel was clean and staff was kind! Rooms were clean and the cleaning crew were awesome! Perfect location for bars and resturants!
- 4/5
Great helpful staff, clean rooms. Convenient to theatres and dining. Wifi is weak. A bit noisy -from H-VAC system? Elevator motor? I miss the free coffee in the lobby. And someday Marriott will upgrade their TP!
- 5/5
Clean room and very friendly staff
- 4/5
Its easy and accesible around downtown. Clean and nice staff too
- 5/5
The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel is beautiful comfortable, clean, and the room was just as we had hoped.
- 5/5
Great location walking distance to a lot of great spots in Denver.
- 5/5
Everyone there is very friendly. We took the train from the airport to the union station for $10. After that we got an uber for like $20 to the hotel. Saved ourselves an $80 uber from airport to the hotel. Felt very safe the entire time we were there.
- 5/5
Receptionist was very polite and helpful.
- 5/5
Excellent stay
- 5/5
Wonderful room and location was the best!!!!
- 5/5
Amazing location right in the middle of downtown Denver. The hotel itself is clean, spacious, and welcoming. The room had vaulted ceilings and a great view of the 16th Street Mall. Everything was within walking distance or you can rent a bike or a scooter. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Overall the experience was good and with all the stores and foods places being close around the area made it very convenient
- 1/5
Courtyard Marriott Denver hotel would have been great but we had zero water the morning we checked out. No shower, flushing toilet, washing hands nothing. They had a pipe break they said which is perhaps out of their control but no discount is ridiculous. The most basic need of any hotel is bed and water. We only got half but paid for both. I wouldn’t stay again
- 5/5
This is the best place to stay in Denver - this is our third visit and we will definitely be back
- 4/5
