- Unpleasant smells in some rooms

The staff is very very welcoming and friendly and care you are happy. Rooms are very clean and nice. Great price for how nice of rooms they have. Only two things that could be improved on are the TVs are small and the shower heads have the water saver in them so they dont flow as much as id like.
- 3/5
Quite old in an industrial type of area, next to a truck stop. Facility in disrepair, wallpaper peeling, carpet stained, dingy lighting, tub cracked, moldy on caulking, towels stained, but it was cheap. I thought a tick better being a comfort inn, but you get what you pay for.
- 3/5
Run down
- 5/5
Loved everything about the room. The staff is amazing as well.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good - large tv in room - hot showers - quiet
- 1/5
When I first walked into the unit it was 95 degrees. The heater would not turn off. I talked to the front desk and he said maintenance would not be able to come until the morning and they were fully booked so I could not move rooms. The room was very dirty with carpet stains and the screen door had fallen off the rails with holes in it. The toilet was constantly running. The bed seemed like it hadn’t been changed. The area around the hotel was sketchy as well. I will never stay here again.

Decent lower cost hotel in Denver area, but clearly needs some work. There was an electricity issue with one of the nightstand lights where it flickered a couple of times and then went out. I thought the plug was loose, but that didn't seem to be the case. Lots of minor repairs are needed throughout the property.
- 1/5
Overall not bad stay bed was confortable but when i woke up i was covered in bed bug bites
- 2/5
I checked in and got to my room which smelled heavily of Cigarette smoke. The room looked like it was under construction and the window on the first floor wasn’t very secure. I called the front desk right away to let them know of the condition of the room. They asked if I wanted to change rooms? I declined. I looked like there may have been black mold in the closet area after looking closer the next day and taking pictures.
- 3/5
Seems like whenever I book through Hotels.com this is the rooms I get. Went to desk and was told I would receive 10,000 points and that didn't happen. Had a lot of workers in the hotel and lots of noise. Homeless (I am sorry people are homeless) were eating breakfast and then hanging out on the corner smoking and playing on their phones. I expect better then all this for $450 for 3 nights.
- 2/5
Bathroom sink stopped up, water leaking from bathtub faucet
- 5/5
Needed some work. But clean and a/c work great. Staff super friendly and day time manager was awesome. I left something in my room, called and she got it for me and had it locked up. I had to drive two hours back but it was there. She was very nice.
- 4/5
The staff was great breakfast needed help our bed sank in the middle but staff said they would look in to it before rented again had a lot of long term renters with lots of kids also a lot of homeless people was in an industrial areas very hard to find
- 3/5
Ok
- 4/5
Overall good place to stay, close to everything we wanted to do & pretty decent room! The staff was very nice also. never woke up in time for breakfast but smelled great & huge dining room!
- 2/5
The place smells like cigarette smoke. Room wasn't cleaned until we left, I assume. The halls were never vacuumed. Mold in the bathroom.
- 3/5
There is a sign in the elevator threatening customers about charges for smoking and marijuana use. When you get to your room, there is such a strong smell of deodorizer coming from your A/C that you get a headache. The staff was nice. The breakfast attendant was very prompt and attentive—on the ball. The beds were comfortable. But this place is in MUCH need of repairs and updates.
- 3/5
Nerves about stay due to people standing out in parking lot. ? homeless.
- 3/5
The room was stained and dirty (meaning the walls, carpet, drapes etc) The linens themselves were clean but the overall condition of the room was old and dingy. The ac was cold and the front desk service was friendly.
- 5/5
Wasn’t there long so can’t really give an opinion
- 5/5
I was definitely hesitant about staying here after reading some of the previous reviews but I was traveling on a budget and couldn't afford to look elsewhere. It ended up being just fine though. The lady at the front desk was really nice, the room was clean, cold and comfortable and I felt safe the entire time I was there. I caught an early morning flight home and walke
- 1/5
My room was very dirty. I called down for clean linen because mine had stains. Room had an odor
- 3/5
Convenient location but appeared to be a risky area
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed in room was very comfortable.
- 4/5
Free breakfast was good. Beds needed to be attached to the wall. Every time you sat on the bed, they would move. Air conditioner didn't cool well.
- 4/5
Convenient location to freeway and other areas.
- 1/5
The room smelled badly of smoke I only slept in it for 2 hours. A bunch of prostitutes were in and out late night. Don’t recommend if traveling as a solo female or with family. Random holes in walls with wallpaper cover ups and my door didn’t shut properly.
- 2/5
We checked in to a dirty room, the staff was nice and changed our room. Fortunately it was cleaner than the other room but not by much. On a positive note, the sheets were clean. For the money…never again.
- 2/5
Paid $550 for 4 nights in a room. Neverbonce did housekeeping clean it. Trashcans were overflowing, didnt have enough towels, very disappointed. First staff member said she would be unable to give me a receipt id have to wait to get one from expedia, even though the property charged my AmEx not expedia, i did ask her supervisor the next day and he told me she was wrong and they did get me a receipt
- 3/5
The room was nothing like as pictured.
- 4/5
Yes
- 2/5
The hotel smelled like marijuana down our hall. The rooms did not look anything like the pictures on the booking site. Very old and random people parked in the back parking surrounding our vehicle for a good hour until we moved it to the front of the building over by the bank next to the hotel.
- 2/5
Where do I begin. This place is like a dungeon. Dark, dirty and depressing. It is so old and outdated. I stayed with my husband and two little children. They did not have cribs even tho when I booked it said they did. They had no water to refill our bottles. It smelled in our room. The carpet was disgusting. The hallway was so dark and depressing. I’m pretty sure our window curtain had mold on it. For the price we paid, I would never stay here again and i definitely expected far more considering I had just stayed at a comfort inn and suites two days prior in Utah and it was pristine. This hotel was far from that. As a company, you should really try to keep your hotels on the same level so the customer gets what they’re expecting. Ugh.
- 3/5
The staff were friendly and kind and helpful. The room smelled like smoke and air freshener and there was a large pile of dirt in the bathroom. It was a mixed experience.
- 4/5
Good priced hotel, and I appreciated the free parking and fair prices in the snack shop. The hotel is a bit worse for age.
- 4/5
It was great the staff was great they worked with us and they gave us great rated I had to stay for a couple of weeks
- 4/5
It was good
- 2/5
Room was not in good working condition light on night stand outlet was burned up sink was cracked threshold in bathroom busted and shatp edges sticking out bathroom door needs replacing finishing is coming off Bed absolutely sucked and needs new mattress
- 3/5
Outside wasn't much of a view and it's in an old industrial side of town. Bum camps nearby but hidden. BOMB food at the truck stop restaurant that's close by! Staff, most where extremely friendly!! They are in the midst of remodeling and reopening so it was noisy during the day. We thought about switching hotels on the first night, but the other hotels where horrid reviews ha. But, because of the bomb restaurant, and cool staff, we gave it a shot and it was close to everything we wanted to do and checkout. We will stay again.
- 4/5
For a older hotel property going through a remold, my boyfriend & I had a surprising great stay here. # 1 reason was the staff- absolutely nice friendly professional & genuinely helpful for when needing to extend our stay. Best customer service I've seen in a while & they helped us make our stay easy & relaxing.
- 2/5
The fold out bed in the suite was awful.
- 3/5
Pictures available on site are definitely nothing compared to what hotels condition was! We were told hotel was a no smoking facility. The room smelt like a old school bingo hall smoked out, towels smelt like smoke, bathtub did not drain, sitting chair in room was filthy literally needs to be thrown out! We were there for the night so I did not make a big deal. As we were checking out I let the front desk know and she mentioned the hotel used to be a HOMELESS SHELTER an they’re still trying to clean up!! They should mention that before booking!!!
- 1/5
The room had an odor burns on the door The walls were dirty Bugs and garbage behind the TV Bugs, gunk, and grime in the window sill The fan in the bathroom sounded like a garbage disposal One bed had hair (seemingly dog hair - we had no pets with us) The internet wouldn't connect The beds were on wheels and kept moving around when getting in the bed We could NOT wait til morning to check out.
- 3/5
I needed to stay for a week for work. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The breakfast was amazing. Waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, coffee, juice. The only issues I had were my room was never cleaned the six days I was there. Also there were no luggage carts available. Please buy more carts and fix the housekeeping and this place will be perfect.

Ok rooms, needs remolding for the price of rooms
- 2/5
Neighbor left a dog in the room all night and it barked consistently. Walls are very thin. Tough nights sleep.
- 5/5
My stay was awesome. The staff was professional and helpful. The hotel was a bit outdated but still pleasant. I just wished they had an laundry area.
- 5/5
The man that checked us in was very nice and courteous. Check in was quick and easy.
- 4/5
The breakfast was really crowded, and clearly there is no sufficient staffs to take of everything!!! Also, there is no tables for the guest’s!
- 5/5
19 hrs in the car driving and the gentleman at the front desk made it a breeze for check in, less than 3 minutes and he had a key in my hand, the rooms was super clean and the beds were like clouds, did I mention it was clean,
- 2/5
Hallway was dirty needed vacuumed, room was sprayed with Febreze and was way over used to cover up odor it stunk, bathroom floor was sticky, and shower leaked were connected which sprayed outside the shower the whole time you were showering so the floor was soaked. Way too much money for the condition.
- 3/5
The fire alarm went off for no reason. No answer at ft desk.
- 1/5
Didnt like staff, ignoring requests for new sheets, room smells caked in smoke
- 4/5
Also our room did not have any room number tag on it, room nbr # 128 was handwritten on the wall, the condition of the door was worn. We faced some issue in morning regarding no water in the shower or bathtub tap, although there was water in sink tap. We called front desk but no one came , later he said they were busy; and while leaving when we reported the front desk, he mentioned that water should be there in tap after 8 am And also we can discuss this manager, who was not around and she should call us back. We were in hurry and left , manager called us back in 10 mins mentioning that the tap had water but the shower knob needs to be pulled instead of being rotated sideways!! I did not go back in room to check that. That was a first! Anyways that was my overall experience, would like to add that the breakfast was good.
- 2/5
Didn't get much hardly any sleep due to at least half a dozen police officers trying to bust in room across hall, after pounding on the door for at least two hours they finally busted down the door and hauled off a few people. We finally start to try to get some sleep and whoever had been in the room had been released had returned and made enough noise getting their stuff and woke us back up again. Management never offered us anything for our inconvenience, I didn't expect a free room but a discount or a voucher for a discount for a future date would have been nice. Next time we are in Denver we will definitely not be staying here.
- 2/5
We rented 2 rooms and in both the bathrooms were not clean. There was hair in the bath tubs and the tubs barely drained. There was a very off putting smell in the room as well and it did not inspire confidence in the cleanliness of the room. The elevator floor looked like it had not been mopped in several days and was badly stained. The morning breakfast was OK. Overall I am glad that we only stayed 1 night.

Nasty hotel
- 2/5
The hotel is very run down. It was frustrating waiting over an hour to check in past the check in time. We had to have maintenance come to our room to fix our shower. We were just there for one night.
- 1/5
Nothing, smelled like smoke as soon as I entered the lobby
- 5/5
The back door entrance was littered with trash, and very dirty tile floors coming in from the back door. The hallway it was and vacuumed and dirty. The room was clean the carpet in the room was clean and the tile in the bathroom was very clean but more attention needs to be made to the hallways
- 4/5
FOR THE PRICE: The rooms were clean and very comfortable, the Staff were friendly and the Breakfast was awesome. Housekeeping had a bit to be desired, trash bins were full when we checked in and had not been emptied all night. The main entrance under the canopy needed the trash picked up and swept. There was some major remodeling going on so some of the mess was understandable. The location was easy enough to find, check-in went smoothly, and there are lots of eating establishments and shopping about a mile South. Overall we had a very pleasant experience and would stay again
- 1/5
Well its not very clean. The service is great thought the lady that works in the kitchen for breakfast is super kind.
- 2/5
Everything was dirty and falling apart. Elevator was dirty, main lobby was dark and dirty. The first room they gave me didn’t open. The second room was dirty and the slider door to my room did not lock and considering there is a shared balcony space that could pose a serious safety risk to guest staying there. There were also people just standing around in the parking lot and around the hotel making it feel unsafe.
- 1/5
Don’t stay here ! Entire property run down . Hallways with peeling g wall paper heavy staining on walls . Completely filthy . I didn’t expect much but there was mold around the ac the tub had nasty staining . The bed was comfortable but that’s it . They said they just changed ownership . This place should not be open .
- 3/5
You get what you pay for. This location is definitely away from much to do but we saved a fair amount of money staying here compared to downtown. The hotel is pretty run down looking and the inside wasn't very clean but our room was alright.
- 1/5
This place is NOT as advertised!! We showed up and decided to take the stairs to the 4th floor… the entire stairway was covered in trash, food, construction supplies, etc. the entire 3rd floor was completely under construction. The room was tiny, old and uneven flooring, the shower head had 0 water pressure and you literally had to stand right under it, the curtains were broken, sink was leaking, we had to ask for a new room which wasn’t any better. This hotel is ran down and way outdated. The breakfast is below par and not like the pictures show! We would never choose to stay here again. Worse hotel we have stayed at in the Denver area and we travel there frequently.
- 2/5
Exterior doors were propped open. Visible food crumbs and spills in the halls and elevator. The access to the roof was unlocked. It was noisy all night long. The toilet in our room was malfunctioning so they quickly offered to move us to another room. But it had a smaller bed than the king I intentionally booked so my son would be able to sleep with us. Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
- 3/5
Overall good,For work related emergency I left one night early from the hotel and expect reimbursement and all is good
- 0.5/5
As we pulled into the parking lot, there were multiple homeless camped out in the parking lot, clothes and belongings strewn throughout. There were multiple people sitting in their vehicles. An armed guard was at the entrance. We did not stay.
- 1/5
Charged for smoking when I don’t even smoke
- 2/5
A few issues came up during my stay if you would like to know more my number is ---- thank you
- 4/5
The toilet was plug when calling no one pick up.
- 5/5
I am very pleased overall
- 4/5
Outdated & worn furniture but over-all, OK.
- 2/5
I loved that they served a hot breakfast i didnt like the rooms and jallways. Our room smelt like poop and wet carpet and the hallways werent as bad but they still had a stinch to them. There was also crackers under the chair which means they probably didnt vacuum let alone clean. The remote also had crumbs on it. The staff at the front desk where very nice though i appreciated them.
- 1/5
The room i was in had a balcony which was smoked in prior to me staying there and when i checked out the charged me for it and to me it seemed like a scam because they said they couldn't take my card that they needed cash and a cash deposit so i did so and they kept my money. Im am not a smoker i couldn't have been the person putting cigarettes out if i dont have any!
- 2.5/5
The room had an order
- 2/5
The hotel is tired. Holes in walls, dirty carpet and a depressed, old feel throughout.
- 5/5
Comfortable and they have a lil store in hotel
- 4/5
Booking was easy and painless and so was checkin. Staff was friendly and expeditious. The site and main building vibe and appeal was rundown and outdated almost creepy but once you got inside the room it was nice, clean, and comfy.
- 4/5
The stay was fine. What surprised me when I checked in was they told me that they had a pet fee. When I booked the hotel thru Hotels.com, it was marked as pet friendly, but I do not recall seeing that there was an extra fee for having pets. If the fee was listed anywhere during the online booking, it was so buried that I did not notice it. It should be part of the booking fees - if pets are traveling, and there is an additional cost, that should be made known during the online booking process.
- 5/5
It was great ! It was comfortable , clean , the food was OK , no complaints
- 2.5/5
One of the beds, you could hear the mattress springs .
- 5/5
The hotel was a nice stop. Good amentities and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was better than alot of other hotels offer.
- 4/5
Well kept, close the Hwy but not really noisy., rooms clean, front desk helpful.
- 3/5
The headboard had not been cleaned anytime recently as there was sticky drips on it.

It was a bit shabby, not well maintained. The hair dryer did not work.
- 4/5
Desk clerk promptly gave us a different room when there was much noise from adjacent room. :)
- 4/5
Hotel staff was extremely nice when we checked in. However, the bed was hard and the bathroom needs some work. The door, walls, and shower were all damaged. However, we just simply needed a place to sleep after attending a concert in the area so it worked for this.
- 4/5
This was a comfortable place to stay. Room was clean. My only complaint was that breakfast was cold when my husband went down first thing.
- 4/5
Clean and quiet. The morning breakfast was average. Over all no complaints. Front staff were friendly and helpful.

ALL GOOD.NO PROBLEMS.

I booked a double bed online and the gave me a single by the time we went to correct the mistake their was no more double beds...
- 4/5
Hotels needs renovation. Rooms are quite old. Breakfast is standard. Room service is pathetic and forget to put complementary toiletries and tissue in room.
- 3/5
Fire alarms kept going off in the middle of the night
- 4/5
Very nice room. Didn’t particularly like being put on the top floor all the way at the end of a very long hall.

Staff was awesome and very friendly. Special thank you to the front desk staff "VIRGINIA". She was very helpful.
- 5/5
No concerns or complaints The staff, especially Andrew, Amy and Virginia were all kind, helpful and pleasant! It is hard to find this in individuals but these three went above and beyond and deserve recognition
- 5/5
Clean, safe, comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and efficient.
- 5/5
Nice staff, clean and comfortable... Recommend...
- 1/5
Our room had bed bugs 😡so I definitely would not recommend this hotel!
- 5/5
Be nice to have stronger water pressure in the shower.
- 2/5
The hotel was very dirty. The elevator looked like it had never been cleaned. My bathroom floor had a previous guest’s hair all over it. The front desk were curt and unhelpful. I couldn’t wait to checkout.
- 1/5
When I first entered my room, i was hit with a very odd smell. One that kept me up most of the night. It almost seemed like my mattress and pillows were once in a smoking room, and the cigarette smell was permanently in the fabric. Disgusting
- 4/5
Clean room, comfortable bed and close to all amenities. Best place to stay on a budget.
- 2/5
Left the next morning cancelled the rest of 10 days reservation. They never mentioned anything about. Never never again.
- 1/5
We'll NEVER stay here again. The staff is smug and rude and completely unhelpful. with almost $1600 in room reservation here they were completely unhelpful in fixing two very minor problems. After 24 hours of having them waste my time the manager finally fixed everything in 5 minutes... and was completely unapologetic. The wifi was out the entire time we were there and they knew and didn't care. I never write a bad review, but this was absolutely the worst hotel I've ever been to. The best part of the experience was a painfully long call with hotels.com who stepped up when this hotel screwed us over. I seriously cannot say enough bad things about this hotel.
- 2/5
Picked it because it was supposedly "pet friendly" there is really no Pet relief area. There are some rocks and what maybe should have been a strip of grass. Instead was dirt filled with beer bottle caps and dog's paw got cut. Left early and moved to another hotel as it was not usable.
- 3/5
Really need's an upgrade. The bathrooms were in terrible shape. Been staying there for 7 years. I haven't seen one renovated room.
