They might as well have filmed an episode of Breaking Bad in this place. It absolutely reeked of smoke, detector was pulled off the wall, baseball-sized burn hole in the comforter, open bar of soap on the counter, dirty bathtub, a metal pipe sticking out of the bed, black streaks on the wall, every piece of furniture was odd and damaged in some way, even a man standing staring into the room next door. That’s not even discussing the lack of cleanliness, but that’s probably obvious. We immediately went back to the front desk to ask for a refund, but because we purchased on Hotels.com, we couldn’t get a refund, so instead he moved us to a different room. It was a bit better, but we still slept in all our clothes, on top of the blankets and left as soon as we possibly could. Oh, and at about 3:30am, a group of guys stood outside our room to chat loudly and laugh for about an hour. 10/10 would not recommend.

The bed was comfortable, I slept peacefully I requested a room, and I was alone in a room with two beds.

The Breakfast was very limited, would have at least like to have cereal. Only had toast, bagel, and little muffins and oranges. Could have less cockroaches and better linens. Also the parking lot was nasty like nobody went to clean. Looked like they just didn't care how it looked.

Stay anywhere else but here. The room was nasty. Mirror was cracked, beds were awful, bathroom was disgusting and the whole entire room smelled like weed.

I’ve traveled the country motel to motel and have stayed in some pretty rough places. I didn’t stay more than an hour before leaving. It was just nasty, if you needed a definition of pay by the hour motel this felt like one. I hope the owners are trying to fix it, but it felt unsafe, grimy, and dirty.

This place is full of roaches though they claim they just sprayed. The comforters are full of cigarette burn holes in the non-smoking rooms. I understand this is a budget location but its actually disgusting. I think watching roaches crawl out the sink was the highlight of the day

Cons: TV didn’t work, dresser broken, carpet dirty, bath has aged badly and room is dark and dingy. You definitely get what you pay for, thank goodnes I just needed the room for five to sleep on a layover.

The lady at the front desk named Sandy gave us a room with people already in it, not once but twice. The 3rd room was disgusting and when I refused to stay, I contacted Expedia for a refund but she refused to accept it. Don't go here at any cost

The room was horrifying. I checked and left/checked out within 90 minutes. There was a clear roach infestation. There were at least 10 baby roaches in the bathroom. I decided to tough it out and laid on the bed. I was on the phone when a full grown roach crawled over the pillow right in front of my face. I packed my stuff, reported to the issue to the front office, gave my key card and left. I’d like a refund. It was the worst hotel experience ever and I didn’t even stay the night.

The hotel itself could use a major remodel, the outside walking areas and stair wells smelled like urine and had trash on the ground.The room i was in had holes in the wall, sloppy patch work on hole above the shower, carpet felt wet to stand on, tv didn't work or have a remote, the room also had a musty scent.

Tatted sheets,spread, and covers. Had a pre-used face towel sitting on the sink. They roaches in the room & bathroom, especially the bathroom! I was never given the wifi password. There were missing boarder trimming on the base-boards. Water seeps through the floor if you have the sink on. I was washing my hair when within 10 minutes of lathering shampoo, my feet became wet.

My room had no screen on the window, a first floor with outdoor entry directly to the parking lot. Noisy from the ceiling with whoever was above til 4 am, noisy from outside with yelling, conversations and car alarms. Smoke could filter all hours under the door despite no in room smoking, no pets. I had to put down a door crack towel. Dirty stained linens, dirty towels, a prominent cigarette burn through the blanket and sheets. Floor had hair, carpet was sticky. Dirty tub. TV only static. Bugs. I would have done better in a tent by the highway beside the property. That said, the lobby staff is very professional and accommodating. I had high hopes until I went in the actual room. I stayed only overnight. Nothing longer would ever have happened for me.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, a literal hotel from hell. I do not recommend this to anyone. We arrived and it was in a dangerous sketchy area, felt very unsafe walking to check in, then walking to our room. Smelt bad, only one lamp out of all 5 in the room worked, there was wired stains everywhere and what seemed to be blood stains in the tub. The shower didn’t work. The room was very dirty. There were sketchy people hanging outside all night. Noisy, the TV did not work either. Very bad energy here like if we stayed in a room somebody was murdered or overdosed in. Went to check out and had to wait outside in the sketchy area for a long time because they lock the doors and the staff was sleeping. Very gross beds. Surprised this place isn’t shut down.

We ended up staying at a Best Western(BW) a couple blocks away that was 10X nicer, cleaner and safer. Truckers at the BW even commented they don't stay that the Americas Best Value Inn as it is extremely unsafe. We DO NOT recommend the Americas Best Value Inn.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Not only was this location nothing like the photos. It was extremely unsafe. The building was literally falling apart. There was homeless living on the property in trailers and cars. These were probably the worst beds I’ve ever stayed in. Overall, if I could put a negative star I would. I’d highly suggest no one ever stay at this property ever there were cockroaches in the room. The floor was not vacuumed at all. There were cigarette stains and burn marks on the blankets and sheets with no comforter. As well, as there was only one single light in the room lamp with no lampshade that was connected to the TV , the only place to put an item in a drawer was missing all drawers…you had to flip a switch on to turn both on at the same time. I almost feel worst of all was the bathroom, the toilet looked like it hadn’t been clean in a very long time. The light was not attached to the ceiling properly and was starting to fall as well as the vent in the bathroom had a big gap between it and the ceiling as well as the shower was not fully attached to the wall properly. I’d strongly and respectfully like my money back for my stay.

Walked into my room and my lights did not work. I went to the front desk and was told there was no maintenance but could possibly come in the morning (I was only there for the one night). When I asked if I could switch rooms she told me they were double booked and that wasn’t happening. I asked to refund my room so I could sleep in my friends and she said since my room was non refundable that was not happening. I was left with no working room, no refunds, and conveniently the manager was out until the morning. I had to pay for another room elsewhere so I could sleep! I didn’t care about how horrible the room condition was, even through it was quite disappointing. I just wanted to see further than 2 feet into the door. Will NEVER be back and they need to do better!

Extremely dirty, strange (brown) stains on bathroom walls, generally in disrepair, carpet was probably declared a banned biological weapon, smells, white stains on bedsides. Noisy at night, though thats the least of your worries.

This hotal is in super poor condition. Staff are decently welcoming but the rooms are awful. Nail polish stains on the carpets and walls, the wifi is half the time not working with slow internet. Barely any lighting equiped in the rooms. The area around the hotal is filled with so specious with people living there, smoking, and loud outsiders.

We woke up to roaches crawling over our luggage and the best the hotel could do was a $20 refund on a $80 room. Disgusting property with trash everywhere and it smelled terrible in the stairways and halls, which is impressive because it’s all open to the outside. We just wanted to sleep after 13 hours on the road and woke up to the bug invasion. Do NOT stay here

Delayed flight forced me to get a room. I was shocked at the neighborhood, conditions etc. I’ve done business in dozens of third world countries and this was a top 10 worst stays in 30 years of global travel.

The in-room safe was closed, so unless you knew the code to open it, it could not be used. There was not enough soap provided each day. One of the toilet roll holders was broke. There wasn't enough lighting in the room. I very much made a mistake booking it. It looks like the kind of place where people live permanently or month to month.

This place is disgusting. The first room we were assigned had sharpie on the mirror, hadn't been vacuumed, and looked used. The second room had cigarette burns in the blanket (non-smoking room), and also had not been vacuumed. It also is also at a high level of disrepair. I would only every suggest this room to someone who's only other option was to sleep on the street. If I could give 0 star I would.

This is by far the worst kept up hotel that I have ever stayed at. The rooms look like they haven't been updated in at least 2 decades. There appeared to be numerous homeless people hanging around in the back parking lot. If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. The entire property is in a state of disrepair and if I was the corporate office, I would cut my losses and demolish the site and start over.

We chose this hotel because they listed that they had a pool and breakfast. The pool did not have any water in it and we were told that it needed repairs but would be open on Saturday or Sunday. It was not open before we checked out on Sunday. Their idea of breakfast is a granola bar and either a cereal bar or bimbo ding dong. Photos are very old and rooms and lobby do not look like posted.

Staff and area

I reserved a king room they gave me a double queen I was with my wife. I went down to get a tub drain stopper so my wife could take a bath and the lady gave me a wash rag and told me to put it in the drain. The room was cheap though so I didn’t have high expectations.

Thos place was really gross. It was dirty, the beds were broken, the tv was off the wall and only one channel bc it wouldnt change, the walls had blood and dirt on them. Didnt notice blood till next morning. It was late when we check in bc we were in town for a family emergency so didnt have time to find another motel. Definitely dont stay there!

The room was "clean", but everything else is in terrible condition. It would've hurt less to sleep on an air mattress. The shower tub and painted walls were peeling. And the included continental breakfast was just a Gansito(Twinkee).

Won’t give a receipt or the deposit back. Manager hides in the back and the front staff suddenly act like they don’t speak English. We need to find others this is happening to and file charges with the Pilice.

The $50 deposit was returned to Chase account, then clawed back by the hotel. This hotel is not dealing with me honestly. I do not recommend them at all. The Manager won’t return calls and hides in the back when I go by. Won’t stay here again if this is not resolved.

I stayed there one night. The website said free breakfast. They had an area for breakfast, but nothing was there. When I asked they gave me a marshmellow treat in a bag. NOT Breakfast. It was March and cold, and the bed had a sheet and a bedspread that was the same thickness as the sheet. It was a no smoking room, but I counted 10 cigarette burn holes in the bed cover. Not a place I would ever stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are not the most desirable and they definitely need a complete overhaul but for the price what can u expect. What the rooms lacked the staff from the maids and maintenance men all the way up to the managers were very nice and helpful so that made up for the shortcomings of the rooms

The room was an absolute dump! Broken furniture, filthy carpet, no amenities (smoking room/no ashtray),not even a plastic cup to use when brushing teeth, tv cable hanging loose could easily have tripped over it, tv remote barely functional and the secondary lock on the door wouldn't lock! Not to mention the door itself had the weather strip hanging loose about six inches in and bent out in such a way that could easily have ripped trouser legs or cut bare feet! Very shabbily maintained facility!

Should have read the reviews before booking this dump. The blanket on the bed has a nasty stain right by where my face would be. We went to the front desk to ask for a clean blanket and after much waiting we were told there are no clean blankets!! What kind of hotel does not have clean blankets?!?!? So being desperate we flipped it around so the filth was at our feet. There was trash on the floor of our room. The toilet barely flushed. The tub had a gross blue stain in it. When I booked it, it said we would receive a voucher for full breakfast. We mistakenly assumed that it was Denny's because it was connected to the hotel. When we checked in I inquired about the voucher and was told the breakfast is now a wrap and some sort of to-go bag. In the morning when we went to the front desk for breakfast we were given a pathetic bag that contains two Mexican brand snack cakes and we got juice. In the car we later found out it was pretty much just colored water. Not necessarily the hotel's fault but all throughout the nights somebody next to us was pounding on the door and hollering for them to be let in. Probably somebody living there full-time.

Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. I mean really really badly. I had a bottle of air freshener in my car. Used the entire bottle and still smelled horrible. My lungs hurt in the morning. There were burn holes in the one very thin blanket. We got cold. Very noisy all night- could hear whole conversations of people above. Do NOT stay here. The pictures on Expedia are nothing like what is actually there, especially the room picture.

The staff were very sweet and kind. The key to my door wouldnt work anytime i left the motel and had to get my card reprogrammed. Me and my fiance were watching tv quietly and we had someone bag on our wall threatening our live. It says breakfast but they only give you 2 treats for breakfast. No gym, and they charge everyone a different price for the security deposit. I paid 50, my neighbor paid 40 and i watched someone get ut for 25. The paper says its 100 dollars which is outrageous considering the condition of the room. Shower is way to short. Parts of the room were falling apart and beds were uncomfortable. The only thing i enjoyed were the staff. Whenever we had a issue they did what they were able to.

Stayed 2 days, no microwave the first day. The plugs for lights were missing so only had one bulb, never got fixed. Did get microwave the second day. Breakfast was two cupcakes in a bag. looks like they were trying to update things but never finished. missing paint, exposed cords. three small pillows on a king size bed.

Booked a room with a king size bed. Booked it month and half prior to our stay. Showed up and they had no king size bed rooms available. Only offered a room with 2 full size beds. No discount given. Charged same price. Blankets had cigarette burns in them. Room had roaches crawling around. Carpet had stains everywhere and the clear burn mark of an iron in the floor. My truck was vandalized in the parking lot overnight as well. Would not recommend to anyone and will not be staying there ever again myself.

This place is not safe. Both of the locks were broken on the door and the ceiling was falling in. We had to leave and find another place to stay.

The worst part was the service. I forgot my iPad in the room—I know exactly where I left it—and called the motel when I got to the airport to report it. The desk attendant said he would take care of it (notify housekeeping or go get it himself.) I called later in the morning to check, and a different man asked me to repeat the same story I gave earlier. He also said he would take care of it and contact me. I called several hours later, and spoke to yet another man, repeated the same thing, and he said they were working on it. The iPad is 8 years old and not worth much to anyone else, but has a lot of personal and business data on it. It shouldn’t even be a question of its value—someone could have easily retrieved it and notified me. Disappointing.

Booked a smoke free room, the room smelled like cigarettes, the bed covers had cigarette burns, the floor was dirty and sticky, had crickets in the bed, none of the outlets worked, TV didn’t work, when water from the shower was ran black debris would come up from the drain, I had to shower at the gym, there was too much unwanted activity happening all the time outside the motel, I never post reviews but this is not a place to stay, if it wasn’t for not being able to get my money back to get another place, I would have never stayed there.
