The Wifi may be can be improved, because it seem some rooms has weak signals when using the Wifi and as a result you could get disconnected a couple of times.

I come here because I used to live in the neighbourhood back in 2017 and I missed the area, also the price is good and I actually get what I've paid for. I can't get 2 access cards, so I need to take out the card every time I leave the room. What they didn't realise is that it's not saving energy because I was leaving my room a couple of times a day, and the AC is keeping turning on and off. Also I ordered coffee to go from their cafe and the staff ended up refunding my money because they said there was an issue with their coffee machine. Dear owner, if you have an automatic coffee machine like Simonelli, don't ask your staff to turn it off when no one's ordering. The coffee machine is not like your room's AC; it takes a long time to reach the desired temperature in the boiler!

Close to Lumi Clinic where we had successive appointments. Very convenient. We are elders and this place is really oriented towards younger clientele. For us, that was not a concern despite being in our late 70’s and early 80’s.

The staff insisted multiple times that I provide a WhatsApp number during check-in, but I don't use that app, and they said they have no access to Booking.com chat messages (the owners are off-site). Despite asking for a quiet room, they put us in one of the worst rooms near the lift and stairs, and it ended up being one of the noisiest hotel experiences I've had. No soundproofing apparently, we woke up from children jumping and running around upstairs multiple times, which seems a common issue with Indonesian hotels and guests. The staff and other guests also passed by our door morning and night making noise, all of which we could hear quite clearly. The housekeeping staff seemed to purposefully make loud noises and slammed doors next to us several times in the morning too, perhaps trying to push us to hurry up and check-out. There is apparently breakfast available, but nobody told us about it. Also, tons of motorbikes parked downstairs and no security guards or staff helping with parking issues. Like some other properties in the country, they seem to think having a cute design is all that's needed, and customer service and courtesy is simply not part of the equation. The shower head was also broken and fell off from the wall several times, apparently nobody has cared enough to fix it, which seems to represent the careless management.

Good design, good price. Room lacks of kitchenette area. Drinking water & cups shouldn't be put inside the bathroom.

Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located near from city centre but offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Will come back for sure. None

Aralea Coliving exceeded my expectations! The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, the bed was super comfortable, the environment was so quiet & serene despite being in the city center. Located within close distance to food center in Teuku Umar, around 20mins from Seminyak / Legian / Kuta area. Quite a rare find in Denpasar! -

Good place to stay, facilities are well maintained, staffs are nice, the room is new and aesthetically pleasing, really a comfort stay during mu trip! The location is quite far from touristic places but no worries, it is still a great value
