The staff was very nice We had a nice breakfast The facilities in the room were a bit old

The price was reasonable rooms are big enough bathrooms shower draws water all over in the bathroom place was very noisy can’t sleep kids tuning around every where good hospitality’s tho staff are ver nice The noise to noisy

The room is no windows because next to the pool and the bathroom is sleek when we're take a bath the shower water goes anywhere because of the tile .floors flat

We rented 2 rooms for our family, good, clean and comfortable, good WiFi. Excellent location, close to the airport in Denpassar and close to local markets. Staff were helpful and wonderful ?.I nearly forgot...rooftop pool and bar...it was an enjoyable stay ? No complaints

Never again… I booked this thinking it would be a nice relaxing end to my trip booking 2 separate rooms for me and a friend. Having made the booking almost 3 weeks in advance I selected both rooms to have double beds. Upon arrival we were told they didn’t have any rooms with double beds but instead only single beds. Not having any other options we reluctantly accepted - had this been the case we would have only booked the one room or booked elsewhere. They then proceeded to try and sell us the breakfast - thank god we didn’t accept. Don’t be deceived by the reception, or the outdated, well thought out pictures which make the rooms appear something they are not. The room was dirty, unhygienic - the en-suite may as well have been a porta-loo at a festival. The poor AC, putting the key in the lights for the TV to turn on and be plastered with hotel adverts. We needed a good sleep for our flight the following morning, only to be woken up by what only sounded like a construction site directly above our rooms, drilling, hammering at early hours of the morning. All of which had never been mentioned and would of course prompted us not to book the property.

Nothing Stunk and water leaking. Shower and toilet are plastic,no privacy walls are paper thin.

I never had a bf at hotel. Lil' bit too far from everywhere.

I loved everything about the hotel, friendly staff especially at the restaurant they were such amazing people. We would come back again and again, my husband and I had a restful holiday. 1. Outdated TVs with no netflix or youtube. Tourists wont be able to understand local language so we bought our own MiStick at least to watch Netflix (extra cost ?) 2. The noise of some guests making noise in the corridor at 2am, and again 5am. It was so annoying but i reported the matter to the reception and didn't hear the noise again. I guess it was sorted

ac dropped water , booked a twin bed but got king bed . bathroom stunk 100% of the time didn’t matter if we were in it or not . blanket was dirty, ac wasn’t working properly , staff didn’t greet us , no one helped with luggage,
