Room was clean and nice. Shower head was adequate. Not impressed with food truck. Cost of Wi-Fi was exorbitant for one day and only one device.
-
Excellent location close to Denali NP

With nearly 19 hours of daylight, blackout curtains would make a big difference—especially for families with young children who need proper rest. The rooms are also smaller than standard hotel rooms, and there is no fan or air conditioning. Direct sunlight warms the rooms quickly, and opening windows brings in bugs. The name of the property suggests a resort experience, but the amenities don’t match that expectation. Basic in‑room features like a microwave, refrigerator, bathtub, wardrobe, and free Wi‑Fi are not provided. The check‑in office closes at 9 PM and opens late on weekends, which can be inconvenient. There is a general store on-site, but using the microwave requires a minimum $10 purchase. Parking can be challenging during busy summer weekends, and there is no restaurant on the property, so guests should plan meals in advance.

Beautiful river view and balcony with chairs. Room was comfortable. Property needs to add free Wi-Fi. Contracted service was hard to connect and limited.

Be absolutely sure you want this location because once you click confirm, they will NOT let you out of your reservation. 100% cancellation penalty. I did not test this but it’s what was in their confirmation email. The lodging was fine.. I mean if I’m paying enough for a ritz Carlton, I’d like to get something better than a fancy red roof inn but I guess to take what you can get..

The place was overall nice, but I had guests in town for the summer who don’t have cell service in Alaska, and we did not realize the wifi is pay to play and very slow, which I should have known since it’s Alaska, but it’s also outsourced so staff can’t help you at all if you have wifi service. Also you can hear other people very easily- the guests above us were up and very loud until 2am

convenient location,warming and caring service

This is a camp site, not a hotel. A grade C camp site. If you will be paying a hotel price for a cabin, you are being fooled.

Beautiful setting. We had a hotel room overlooking the river. We thought we read on Expedia that we would have a microwave and fridge. We had neither. We heated water in the coffee maker to make oatmeal and ramen noodles.
-
Room was good. However a little disappointed that there was no refrigerator or microwave for guest use in the room.
-
Good location for visiting the NP.
-
Good cabins and a nice location close to Denali National Park. Friendly staff.
-
Beautiful river view and sounds. Comfortable beds, amenities could be better.
-
There was plenty of parking and beds were comfortable. They do not serve breakfast
-
Nice place for a family vacation.

No wifi included. In today's times wifi in a property is important. Room did not have basic coffee amenities. Might be a good idea to add. Lovely location. Scenic n quiet. Would still recommend

We stayed one night. It was convenient. We were hoping that there was a result coffee shop onsite.

Cabin was fine and location was close to Denali Park Road. Reason for low rating is the lack of stated amenities - there is no guest laundry, no cafe's (just food truck), market had very little in the store and the TV had 2-3 channels. While our focus was to visit the park, we had chose this resort based on the offerings in the resort - like laundry and a cafe for breakfast (esp since the rooms lack a small fridge or microwave). Quite disappointed - and feel the owners need to update the site and be clear that the resort has no amenities to offer.

There was a gunshot in the room next to ours. The bullet went through our wall in the washroom and lodged into the opposite wall. The staff had no idea and only found out about it when we reported it in the morning.

Nice little convenience store there and Thai food truck was good ( large portions so plan on sharing one order!)
