The Atlantic Suites on the Ave

The perfect place for an extended stay. A full kitchen for cooking, and beautiful ocean views from two balconies. Fresh hot breakfast buffet every morning. Short walk to the beach. We love it here.

Partial ocean view is not much of an ocean view. No gift shop here. Only a small food market. Liked that there is a closed parking garage.

The only issue, which is a tricky one to fix, is the road noise, especially on a weekend when the muscle cars and Harleys rev up late into the night

Staff was very helpful and rooms were cleaned daily. Having a kitchenette was a plus. The breakfast buffet had many choices daily. The food was just ok, but wouldn't complain about it since it came with the room fee. We traveled as a couple and wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub, but unfortunately on the weekend days it was jammed with kids throwing things and not being respectful of adults. Noone from the hotel monitoring the pool area.

All great. Moved across the street to Seagate for a couple of nights due to being a wedding coordinator for a wedding there and wished I would not have. Free parking. Full kitchen. Nice pool. No bar but plenty around and who wants to pay $9 for a coke at a supposed 5 star resort hotel. Major fail over there. Definitely choose the Atlantic.

The staff are wonderful, very polite and professional. The pool and exercise room are conveniently located on the main floor. Pool is awesome, maintained and very clean.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations which is not an easy thing to do! The room was beyond, so beautiful and spacious. The balcony views were pretty amazing and I love how it was completely private and there was a small table and chairs to sit out. There's also a snack/travel corner shop in the hotel which was perfect with snacks and goodies for traveling. The breakfast was the best I ever had with options like fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, bagels, muffins, waffle-makers, toppings, the list goes on and on! Was a huge fan of this place and your a 5 minute walk to the beach!

My only major complaint is the bathroom exhaust fan. It sounds like a jet engine and is wired to the light switch, so you can't turn the noise off without turning off the light. I will still return for the location and for Miriam, but management needs to fix the loud bathroom fans.

Breakfast was awful,the bacon overcooked,scrambled eggs under cooked and sausages burnt on one side and the not cooked on the other.

Great hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a convenient location. The bed was comfortable, the service was excellent, and the amenities were well-maintained. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

Staff kept asking if we needed anything, water, etc. Very helpful staff, parking was on site with easy access. Close to everything.

The location is great. Walk to beach and Atlantic Ave restaurant and bars. Staff very helpful and friendly. Clean. Nice rooms. Refrigerator and stove and microwave in room. Make up bed daily. Turn down again and leave chocolates at night. Even let me borrow a beach chair to walk to beach. Nice pool area. Can’t beat it!

ONLY DRAWBACK- I wish the balconies in sitting and bedroom had a screen so you can get that evening breeze overnight and there isn't a hotel bar onsight. There is one next door at the Opal and plenty of places nearby (across the street even).

I was pleased to receive an upgrade by Nicole at the front desk who was very accommodating. Having said that, Tristan, the manager is the best! I misplaced my own iPhone in the room. He helped me find it. He went above and beyond. Great stay and looking forward to returning end of March or April with my husband I highly recommend it.

Room clean Front desk ver nice. Didn’t use pool or hot tub but it looked nice enough. Soundproofing was not good. Could hear TV and conversations next door. And not because they were loud. The mattress was pretty awful. Saggy and the fitted sheet kept coming off like it was not the right size for the bed. The night table and door to bathroom looked pretty tired. Bathroom itself was clean although the tub could have drained a little more quickly. I would probably try somewhere else next time.

We have stayed here many times, and we keep coming back because there are so many pluses: great location (walk everywhere, including the beach, a minute away); helpful friendly staff (e.g., room upgrades, late checkouts); beautiful heated pool and a hot tub that is actually hot, plenty of towels and lounge chairs, spacious suites … the list goes on and on. We feel very fortunate… and spoiled … when we stay at Atlantic Suites.

The staff was great. The place was as clean as a whistle. Staff came every day to clean rooms, update supplies. It was a wonderful place to stay. The pool was inviting and the ocean just blocks away. We will definitely come back.

We had a great stay here. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the beach, and it paid off. The staff here went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed from ice to beach chairs and umbrellas. All the staff was so friendly and welcoming. This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The staff was friendly and accommodating, parking was very easy, the breakfast was great, the pool was heated, the jacuzzi was excellent, it’s a two minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to the downtown restaurants. We plan to make it a yearly tradition!

The first room, AC was broke. Moved rooms. Second room I lost power and internet in several times, had no hot water in the shower, the middle (main button to choose a channel) button on the remote didn’t work for the television, and the toilet ran 24/7. Super clean and friendly staff, but very disappointed in the amenities.

It’s a great hotel with clean apartments, friendly staff & super close to the beach! Already planning to stay there again. Our room had two balconies and such a nice comfortable living room. Toilets are very low but other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This property was excellent! Perfect location near shopping, restaurants, nightlife, the beach and everything in between. The hotel was extremely clean and staff members were constantly cleaning common areas. Our room was huge with comfortable beds and towels. The balconies and pool were a huge hit for my family. When I asked for a pool view after having to pay extra, I got room 604, which has a super small balcony, about 6 feet, in a corner with little view. Not at all like tin the pictures. Will not come back. On the good side, locations is good if you are looking to go to the beach, and breakfast is good. It seems more a family hotel has many kids in the pool. Resort fee of $35 to cover breakfast and parking.

On Atlantic Avenue a few blocks from the beach. Prime location. The suites have kitchen essentials and there are a couple parking lots for guests. Very convenient and comfortable.

Love the pool, breakfast area, walkable to the beach -2min, pool, spacious rooms with kitchen-nets and full equipment. Downtown has shuttle and its so convenient.

This location was great to enjoy the beach and nightlife! 5 minutes to the beach, and 10 minutes to the bars. It was clean, including the private pool.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Everything was kept clean. The coffee was terrible, sorry but it was really bad tasting. It was so bad i skipped drinking it after trying it again on day two.

Clean hotel with all we needed. Two blocks from the ocean with spectacular views from our room. Very close to shopping and dining experiences. We had the option of cooking in our room but didn't. Full size refrigerator with ice maker and in-room coffee maker. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful any time we had a question. Highly recommend Atlantic Suites.

My room was ready early so they allowed me to check in much earlier than planned which was really helpful. The room exceeded my expectations. There was a living room and a bedroom and each room had an ocean front balcony. I love it!

Right in the center of everything beach restaurants nightlife. Great spot.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel several times. We keep coming back because it’s very hospitable, great location near the beach, and very comfortable. The icing on the cake on this particular trip was when our rental car battery died. I asked the manager at the front desk, Miriam if they were able to help in this situation. And wouldn’t you know it, she radioed to Rick the house manager, and he had cables to jumpstart our vehicle. Needless to say it turned out to be a huge time saver. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room rate for this room was way overpriced looking at the condition of the room itself. It was very old and felt like a cheap hotel.

The property has an excellent locations and clean. Although a bit dated and not on the high end, excellent for families and provides a wonderful spread for breakfast.

Nice location but many other finer options at this price point ! The value is not here. I don’t have much more to say - don’t Waste a morning doing your wash either , easier to take home dirty laundry . If you book thru Expedia , you will get parking lot or dumpster views and no balcony .

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the location. 2 blocks from the ocean. Lots of Dining options. We did like the complimentary hot full breakfast each day, pool and the hotel. We even were able to get beach chairs from the front desk one day which was a bonus.

Nice property, housekeeping took too long to get done.

Breakfast was good, Nespresso in room was nice. But the room was freezing, there was no blanket just sheets and coverlet on bed and pillows were flat. The real problem was how absolutely filthy the shower was and something nasty all over the curtain to the patio. This studio room was almost $400 after parking so I wasn’t impressed. The hotel carpets were ugly, old, and dirty. The closet door in the room was from the 80s and once opened wouldn’t close. But the shower being covered in mildew was gross and prompted this review.

Came here to escape Hurricane Milton, and had a great experience. Friendly and supportive staff, clean hotel and great amenities.
