This hotel was such a great rec from friends. The hotel personnel were extremely helpful and super attentive. Such a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others and even stay here again! The easy access to the beach was perfect, along with their own pool! Bartender Jen was AMAZING!

This is not a resort there is a hotel across from the beach. The restaurants in the hotel do not have good food.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. While this is not a luxury property, it offers good value and a comfortable experience. If location is your top priority and you're willing to trade some luxury amenities for being steps from the ocean and close to local attractions, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

The only issue we had while we was there was the TV channels. A message came on the TV saying the contract with the owner had expired and they were working to resume programming.

The location is ideal for walking the beach and restaurants in walking distance. The rooms are clean and a nice size. We have stayed here for many years, however the prices have increased a lot in the past year.

Nice hotel right across from beach, requested extra towels (4 times before receiving) and never informed us of a breakfast credit we we’re due at check-in that we could have used, but they gave us partial credit.

My husband and I stayed there for a couple of nights and the place was wonderful. Staff was super helpful especially Anderika (sp?). So very convenient we walked to our restaurants for food. Even though there was a storm passing through, we walked in the rain then too. It was lovely.

The Wyndham beach resort is amazing! The hotel and rooms are clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the access to the beach is unmatched. Would definitely stay there again!

The room was clean as was the bathroom. Daily housekeeping was very attentive and the bed and pillows were comfy. Shower curtain needed cleaning. The view of the beach and pier were beautiful. The blackout curtains don’t do much to “black out” the morning sun. Coffee maker worked well and fresh water bottles each day were a nice touch. Food in the grill was great and the gellateria had wonderful fresh baked croissants. Been here before and will return.

It is ok. You get stuck with this one because the location. The connected restaurant food sucks. Asked for steak and eggs and let me tell you, the meat looked old, the eggs seemed like it was re-heated. I could not eat it.

We had a corner ocean view room. View was fantastic. Juliet balcony. Room was clean and nice but not resort style. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Location is excellent. Was charged parking even though I showed them at check-in that it was included. Finally got my refund 6 days later. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would stay here again. With the location and view, I don’t think there’s a better hotel to stay at in Deerfield.

This is my second stay here and it will be a family vacation moving forward!

Air conditioning in the room is none existent…..In 2026, in Florida, this is a standard that has to be met…. My Room never got lower than 75 degrees….c’mon.

The location of the resort was beautiful. We did have difficulty with the air conditioning throughout our stay . Staff at the patio restauraunt were very friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is in a perfect location and has a great vibe and the staff were helpful.

There is no “balcony” it’s a sliding door with a bar crossed it. No where to sit. They should clean the windows so you can see the view since you can’t sit outside to enjoy the view.

I was having trouble with my reservation and the staff member was not very helpful. He was more interested in moving me on and talking to the girl in a bikini that was walking by then trying to find my reservation. After he told me to step aside and find the confirmation number for my reservation otherwise he can’t do anything. I spoke with a different staff member and she found my reservation.

Excellent stay! Perfect location, within walking distance to restaurants and a few stores, with a Starbucks nearby. Located on the beach with beach chairs available for use. The pool was nice, featuring a very large hot tub to enjoy. There is a nice restaurant and bar. Recommended for anyone looking to be on the beach and close to Boca and Delray Beach.

We had to book this last minute and what a solid find! Very clean rooms. Super helpful staff and perfect location right across the beach not crowded by other hotels. Will definitely be back

The chairs and umbrella were awesome..My room shower was a little dirty and thenpoool area was very small. It wasn't a horrible stay but it wasn't the best. Jas great little store inside and nice location. Just don't look at the condemned building next door.

Rooms were still dirty under the beds and around the table and chairs from previous guests. The view was great from 5th floor. The staff very friendly and very helpful. Good beach chairs. Fair A/C in room.

The front desk said our room would be ready by 4pm, but wasn't ready until almost 5. TV remote wasn't working and everything was wet under the bathroom sink.

Two complaints: people talking outside on the street very early in the am and the "balcony" was about a foot wide - pretty much useless. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was fine. Good hot water/shower.

You don't need a car to enjoy this area, the pool bar is great, heated pool and hot tub, great food onsite restaurant, and many great food choices in walking distance. The beach right out the front door you can walk as long as you like. No problems here !

Showed up at hotel at 4pm check-in took 40 minutes standing in line, got up to my room at 4:50pm down to the beach at 5:15pm the beach chair staff acted like he owned the beach letting me know the chairs were only for hotel guests, I then showed him my wrist band, Then he demanded the chair from my elderly mother who was obviously not able to sit on the beach, there were 40 other chairs still out, I kindly asked for it to be the last chair he picked up, He had a face mask on and I could not understand him with his accent, We sat in the chairs for another 45 min until there were all picked up, so his harassment was unwarranted and unnecessary

The guy who sits at the front door (valet?) is awful. We were trying to leave for the airport in an uber and were stuck in the entrance because a car in front of us was blocking our way. The people refused to move out of the way, so we asked the guy at the door if he could please ask them to pull over so we (and others) could leave the entrance of the hotel. The valet guy looked us straight in the eye and said he was busy and to do it ourselves. We said we don’t work at the Wyndham and the people wouldn’t listen to us but would listen to him. He repeated it again, “I’m busy. Tell them yourselves.” I’ve never encountered such rudeness from a hotel employee.

First of all the room is not ready, and there was a crowd in the lobby very upset plus myself being one of them because our rooms were not ready and it was near 5 o’clock by the time they were… and instead of the housekeeping, staff cleaning the rooms that were reserved with the people that were waiting. They were renting out rooms and giving keys to people that we’re walking in. also, we’re supposed to be called by the Management and that never happened. I was there for seven days. No apologies nothing!

Location is fantastic, right on the beach. Beach lounges and large shade umbrellas are provided. Food in onsite restaurant is good. Lots of nearby restaurants in walking distance. Room was very clean.

The front desk was very rude, the room didn’t have a good ac unit or a good tv both were old and didn’t work very well. Also the sink was clogged and the drain was broken. Also the sheets were rough.

New hvsc system in building. Maintenance didn’t know how to fix thermostat. Room wouldn’t cool down. Had to repack to move rooms. Bad service. Many people in hotel complained about hvac system that had been replaced

I will be contacting Expedia as well as Wyndham Corporate due to this issue. We are a Hispanic family and my son and his friend were judged due to their appearance from a white older female. While she may have felt uncomfortable that 2 younger gentlemen were trying to return to the property at such a late time which is typical in South FL, she did discriminate against them due to their appearance and color of their skin. There were not being rude, banging on the door or making a scene. This is wrong and I am disgusted and offended on so many levels.

The room was spotless! Everyone from the coffee shop attendant to the valet were so nice. The beach right across the street was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!

The Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort is top notch for cleanliness, staff professionalism and some of the best amenities in that area.

Ocean side room was awesome with veiw

The room wasn't cleaned properly, and we did talk to the front desk about this several times--finally, the day before we left, we called the front desk yet again, and this time they heard us and the Head of Housekeeping came to our room. She apologized profusely and had someone come in and mop our floor and really clean-up, she was great--but unfortunately we were leaving the next day.

The rooms are a bit tired and a bit smaller than I had expected, but very clean and the staff was very cordial. The pool area was nice and not too small with a bar scene after about 4. The beach was lovely and the attendants were great at getting you set up. We really enjoyed our stay and could see this is a very family friendly resort! Our last day had many kids arrive so we were happy to be leaving but we're old!!

Location and ocean view I left a red zipper fleece jacket behind. I was given the name Cynthia Greeley and was told I would hear back from her. I haven’t. I have spent three hours trying to get someone to answer me and so far I haven’t been able to get a real person. A simple call back would be appreciated.

The value for the money paid. For the room rate this should have been a one bedroom, not a studio. Rooms need some updating in the painting, bath tiles. The hotel bar is not as pictured, definitely needs updating, as does the pool area.

Rooms are very dated, bathrooms are from the 90’s with converted bathtubs to showers. Faucets were plastic, installed crooked. Tub stopper was inoperable causing the shower to not empty, and needed to remove it. The thermostat is motion sensor and therefore it shuts off at night - limits you to temperature settings. The key card to use the elevator is rediculous. Our ice machine on 5th floor was out of order, so you could not use the elevator to go to another floor unless you go down. Staff was rude. We arrived a bit early and asked for WiFi password. They don’t have one for the property so we had to “bother” them to get the password for a conference room Parking is ridiculously expensive to park in self parking. It’s 26$ per night, 29$ if you valet. My stays in 2 star Hampton Inns were far more accommodating and superior to this property. The view from the room is very very nice. Only good thing about this property.

The location right at the beach with lots of restaurants within walking distance was wonderful. Having access to lounge chairs & umbrellas on the beach was a huge plus. The Patio Restaurant & Gelato Cafe at the hotel were also very nice. The room was small & uninspired for the price. To say our room had a “balcony” was a bit of a stretch. It was very narrow so you could only stand out with your back pressed against the slider. We were there over the New Year holiday & had a room with ocean view that was on a very busy street so there was lots of outside noise which I guess is understandable. Unfortunately there were also large groups of traveling youth hockey teams staying there who were very loud & unsupervised inside the hotel. They took over the pool & hot tub area, the lobby & also were even playing hockey in the hallway at one point. Really more of the fault of the parents but staff should have stepped in so other guests didn’t have to complain.

The bed is too high for my 4 yo toddler and the receptionist in the check in and also the check out wasn't so nice and helpful. The other staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is way over priced for what it offers. Smallish rooms, a lot of wear and tear, large bathtub rims to climb over into a shower. Very dangerous. Being across from the ocean is not worth the expense.

They are getting cheaper and cheaper, no shower cap no nail file, no shampoo bottles or conditioner. What they are doing is refilling the huge shampoo and conditioner bottles that are in the shower. Very unsanitary. This year they barely decorated the lobby with Christmas decor. No Christmas lights outside on the palm tree. Nothing festive about the hotel. The breakfast menu shrunk to hardly anything on menu to choose from. The coffee was served luke warm not hot. I could go on, very disappointing, I felt no holiday spirit there. Hope someone in management reads this and does something about it.

Amazing location right on the beach

Great hotel with comfortable beds and working AC, and great location for a stay in Deerfield beach! Nice to be right on the beach and to have access to a nice boardwalk for early morning walks and see the sun rising. Great dinning options within walking distance. Some updates to the hotel and gym would be nice. Otherwise, no complaints. Would definitely consider coming back again if ever in Deerfield beach!

I was a little disappointed with a few things. The coffee pot works sporadically and while I understand, it’s hard in Florida with insects. Ants should not be crawling on the furniture.

Our room was ocean front but half of the view was obstructed by the entrance valet overhang. I was told the pool was heated but when we arrived we discovered it was never turned on so the pool was freezing cold. Even after we asked and were told it would be turned on it was not. The following day we had planned on enjoying the day by the pool with some food and drinks from the bar, but yet again the pool heater was never turned on as promised, the water was freezing cold so we just packed and left after breakfast. For the price we felt the resort definitely over promised and way under delivered. This is now the second time Wyndham has promised something (previously a free 7 night stay after we took a tour) and not kept their promise.

Hotel is immaculate. We had a Beach View King Room and the view did not disappoint. Hotel restaurant prices are reasonable and the food was good. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to visiting again.

When there were several issues my key card woudl not work, rather than call or email me - i just got locked out. also, other than the great manager there, front desk people very very slow.

Absolutely loved this place ! You cat beat the location . We live in Jupiter Florida with the most beautiful beach but dare to say that The beach this hotel is on is just as or more beautiful . The hotel was super clean and smelled so good . The sunrise and sunset were beautiful to watch sitting in the front bench of the hotel . Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful ! We went for our 23rd wedding anniversary and decided we will go back every year .

The resort bar and restaurant inside the resort was pretty pricey, but overall, it was a great experience, clean, friendly staff, peaceful, quiet, enjoyable. We will definitely be back next year.

booked this property mainly for the location, and it didn’t disappoint—tons of restaurants nearby and the beach just steps away. We had an ocean-view room that was lovely. The hotel isn’t super fancy, but it’s very nice and well-kept. The downstairs bathrooms were surprisingly clean and updated, which I appreciated. On-site, there’s a restaurant, a coffee shop, and even a gelato shop. Beach chairs and an umbrella were included, which made it easy to relax. The pool needs a makeover but overall, it was such a great stay. We have two little ones under two, and even with that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

While location is prime as it relates to the distance of the beach, I not able to enjoy it due to extreme amount of seaweed in the water. Also if tou suffer with allergies like I do, this is not a good area to visit. I learned that the western winds that help keep hurricanes away cause very bad allergy flair ups

Great location to the beach- beautiful balcony views

When I arrived a lady in the front desk, told They say they have a private beach but people from outside the hotel come with their chairs and sit right in front of me even though I am paying. I got a restaurant charge on my bill even though I didn’t step for into that restaurant.

The dust on the molding and the bathroom door slots was an inch thick. The bathroom door did not shut all the way it was a slider. The hotel spot was wonderful. The doors need to be painted and the dust needs to be removed.

My service was incredible

I enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the walkability to shops and restaurants. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. Rooms were spacious and clean.

I was charged twice for certain products. I paid cash and then I noticed them on my check out statement. They have not fixed the problem.

Pool is over packed meaning it’s too small for the hotel or the restaurant allows people from the outside! Room 224 was too hot at night! Not enough towels in the rooms with a double queen room! Bar outside by the pool never opened on Saturday and Sunday only on Friday!! It was ok but not to be called a beach resort

Great location for beach access. Great food options and more are supposedly coming. A lot of local traffic as the hotel is a banquet venue. There’s quite a bit of construction going on in and around the area so can’t wait to see how it looks in a year.

We’ve stayed at this location several times snd always had a fantastic stay. There must have been a large booking, because there were quite a few that were a little rambunctious and oblivious that people were trying to get through them to the elevator, etc. the location is perfect, the staff was great, but the patrons really affected the perfect stay that we’ve had in the past.

The property is in an amazing location. Located directly across from the ocean, steps away from restaurants and shopping. Short ride from neighboring town to switch up restaurants. The on-site restaurant/bar was delicious. Has a gym with everything you need to get a good workout in. The rooms are very clean. The whole building is very nice but in need of small repairs. We would definitely book here again.

Amazing trip. The hotel was clean, friendly staff, great food. We didn’t have to leave the hotel. Great places all around hotel that you can walk to. Food and entertainment was great all over the area.

Needs remodelled

1. I had my sister staying on a different floor so we didnt have access to see or visit her since the key card only went to our floor. 2. We were a party of 10. When we went to eat downsrairs at the restaurant. The lady told us it was a shift change time & we had to wait for 15 minutes for us to get a table when there was tables open. Another time I went. They told me i couldnt eat insude since i orfered tge food to go last minute.

The hotel staff was amazing. Room was clean, nice bedding. Location to the beach was incredible. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach and have chairs and umbrella set up. Fresh fruit delivery on beach was such a nice surprise. Area had plenty of places to walk to. Pool area was nice and clean. Restaurant onsite was OK.

Great hotel valet parking is always an issue but got to deal with it. Had to park in street last night because had a 6am flight they close Untill 6 am haha ow and maid didn’t do the room? But they charge for beach access when we just slept there were visiting family so didn’t use Beach so 35 a day down drain Ow and pier not open

In the hotels app we were not told of the parking and service fees which were substantial. Would have been nice to know.

Hotel a staff were really good but the hidden resort fees with an already high cost of a night was really crazy!! We will not be back

Great Location! Rooms nicely kept and refreshed recently. Great Breakfast. Awesome to just relax and spend time at the beach.

Waited 45 mins for pool towels that I had to get up n get vs. the woman right next to me getting them put on by a staff member. When I asked if I could have a towel I felt like I was bothering him. This place is beautiful the views are gorgeous. I will be back. Also both TVs in my room didn’t work.

We stayed a week! The room was very nice and the Ocean view was spectacular! Jenn at the pool side bar made our week! She was so welcoming and on her A-game! Pool was ok. Beach was great but the chairs get placed too close to each other. We like to bring our own music and cooler which was not allowed. Food at the on site restaurant was really good and we never really had to wait. Location is great for walking to local restaurants and shops. I do wish there was a dedicated smoking area…a place that is covered and welcoming. I know smoking is taboo these days but people who smoke pay the same amount as non-smokers. All in all a good experience and thankful we had decent weather until the end of the week.

A beautiful hotel right next to the beach. Bar and restaurant on the premises were good and there were many great restaurants close to the hotel.

We had a wonderful time! It was nice that beach towels were included at the hotel, as well as the beach chairs and umbrellas! The entire hotel staff were always so friendly and helpful. Mickylove was a doll! Highly recommended this hotel!

Great stay

Overall, we had a great experience. The staff was pleasant, and everything was taken care of. Noteworthy is the location and the vibe. It’s a very busy area. The upside is it’s walkable to restaurants and shops, you don’t have to drive anywhere. The downside is it’s crowded and not super peaceful. The beach had a ton of seaweed but that can’t be helped. The embassy suites down the beach is much quieter with a relaxing feel but not near much else. For what it is, it’s a great spot. If you are looking for convenient and high energy, this is your place.

Great location, plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Hotel restaurants were great. Staff was wonderful. Can’t wait to come back!

Only suggestion I would have is constructing more spacious balconies for chairs, etc.

Highly recommend! Beach access with chairs and umbrellas, beautiful pool complete with iguana friends, kind staff who are amazing at their jobs, beautiful room and decor, on site eateries x 2 were delish, and all around enjoyable hotel stay and area to visit.

There isn’t much of a night life around the area but it is still a great location being across the street from the beach and pier. Staff is very friendly and courteous.

I appreciated being able to walk across the street to the beach but I don’t think the hotel was worth the cost for the convenience. Also, I was not aware of the $23 per day parking fee. On the sign as you scan your parking pass, it states $5 per day.

The property was close to everything but I noticed in the rooms when they cleaned it they did not sweep the tiles or clean the coffee maker and the sink was dirty

Location, location, location! Perfect spot for your stay. Across from the beach and in walkable distance to shops and restaurants. Room was a little small, but didn’t spend much time in it. Property was very clean. Checked in online ahead of time, but that didn’t really save time. Still required ID and CC at check in bc they could not see uploaded items in their end. Maybe a system glitch? Other than that everything was smooth and enjoyable. Did not have a car on premises with us, but didn’t need it.
