Very clean and well organized

Location is ideal if you want a place to stay near the beach. Really just a minutes walk from the beach. Parking is easy with plenty of nice restaurants near by.

The property over all including the apartment I stayed in was immaculate clean. There is an 85” big screen in the living room with every premium channel. The property manager Karolyn is helpful with any thing you need. You’re right at the beach also. I have to think years back to see if I stayed at a better property and no their isn’t. I will absolutely stay here every time I travel

Small boutique hotel that makes you feel like home.♥️ We have stayed there several times over past few years. Staff is always helpful and responsive. Check in is simple and appreciated. Rooms are clean and sheets are soft. Beach is just a few steps away. Pool even closer. Highly recommend! Very reasonable price for location and charm. Much better than staying in big chain hotel. Kitchenette with full size frig and feezer is a plus as well.

Very, very, very nice, the only suggestion I would have is that you put a little bit of half-and-half and sugar in the rooms. If you were going to leave coffee people might need that but otherwise just perfect.

Very nice and neatly maintained property. I really enjoyed the personal approach and very fast communication with the resort management. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and a few restaurants. I will be looking forward to come back soon

Wonderful location just half block from the quiet end of Deerfield beach public beach. They provide beach chairs and some umbrellas which is bonus! The courtyard area and pool is nice and inviting and a good place to cop some shade after spending time at the beach. Tropic Isle Beach Resort is Lil hidden gem located in a wonderful location in Deerfield Beach. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable, kitchen had everything you needed to cook. Really loved the pool located in front of rooms, and having Beach chairs available if needed. Parking was easy-to-use & located in front of Resort! Walking to distance to beach, restaurants and bars!! We had a great time this Lil Paradise.

The property was nice. On the main road it is updated well but an older property overall. I would stay here again it was a good value.

Quiet, great location, offered free use of laundry and beach chairs. Felt the pool needed to be cleaned more often and better and the bed pillows were not very comfortable. But neither would defer us from staying again as the overall experience was perfect.

The room I stayed in was outstanding. Great kitchen area and living area. Bedroom and bathroom are all very nice. It has everything you need. The grounds are very nice with lots of extras.

The property was as described. Great location! We really enjoyed our stay. The beach and restaurants are right around the corner!! The pool was very inviting. The room was quiet and comfortable.There is a complimentary washer, dryer and beach chairs. The beach and restaurants are right around the corner! My husband and I have already discussed we would definetly be back again and we would surely recommend to others.

The location was very good - easy walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. The owners made checking in and out very easy, and the room was very nice. Th bathroom was on the small side, but manageable for two people. I would have appreciated tissues in the bathroom, and possibly paper towles in the kitchenette area.

Loved everything about this property. The room was beautiful, the pool area was very tropical and so beautiful. It exceeded every expectation. Would highly recommend. We loved it so much we booked for next year before we left!!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Tropic Beach hotel. The property is so well maintained. Truly loved the pool it’s good that it’s deep enough to swim. I lucked out with my unit. The suite was very spacious and equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable bed. The beach is a minute of walk away. I can’t wait to come back again soon

Cute, renovated rooms with a nice amount of space for two people. The showers had some black mold from moisture and the rooms felt pretty humid and damp, but overall we enjoyed our stay. The beach is a block away and the hotel has beach chairs and towels available for use. I would stay here again

The resort was beautiful, parking excellent, check-in and check-out easy, room and bed comfortable, laundry (washer/dryer) available for free, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas available, and the beach is less than 1 city block away. So happy I found this gem.

Didn't get a chance to use the pool but saw others in it. Looked very nice. The owner was very responsive to my calls and followed-up to make sure our stay was A-1. It was!

Loved the closeness to the beach. We only stayed a couple nights as we were in town for a concert in Boca Raton (which was a short drive) Room was clean and cute, had what we needed for a short stay. Bathroom was tiny (especially the shower)for us, we are both "bigger" people 😉 But it worked, would definitely stay again. Would look into one of the bigger ones if we plan on staying longer though.

During Friday night into sat morning people were having RELATIONS in the pool until 4am! The staff do not keep their word. I called before I even left on my vacation to confirm something just to find out the day before we were checking out that I was given the WRONG info and NOT accomodated. I won’t recommend this place to anyone and I will not be back

I loved it. Very convenient, quiet and clean. There was no staff around during my stay plus, I never had housekeeping clean my room . I never even seen any housekeepers. The property had everything needed for a quiet stay. I will be going back as soon as possible.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay very much - our first time. The amenities were very good, the pool area is very nice and the location is perfect. It was quiet and we always felt safe. You can walk to the best beach restaurants and leave your car parked at the hotel since there is no such thing as free parking in Deerfield Beach. Both Carolyn and Tonya (office) were very nice, both in person and via text. Good value as well. Nothing bad to say about Tropic Isle.

I want to say thank you to Carolyn and the staff. They went out of the way to accommodate me by helping me surprise my husband by decorating our room for our anniversary! The room was immaculate, additional requests were immediately met. Location to the beach and restaurants literally around the corner from the resort. We will certain stay with them again. I have already recommended them to several friends!

Everything was very nice except one thing. When you get to be older you need more light. A better light bulb in the kitchen would have really helped. even with the light sticks way too dark for a kitchen.. Everything was great. Might stay there again if I could what i was eating

I stayed two nights solo for the weekend. The place was immaculate and super cute. Had all I needed and had a full kitchen. It was silent at night which is perfect for getting some sleep. A block from the beach and the pool was great. Loved how I could borrow a beach chair for the day too. I’ll definitely be back this year.

Quaint like a family cottage. Walkable to the beach! Chairs and beach towels provided. Even has a kitchenette if you prefer making your own meals. Will definitely be staying here again.

This stay was at the perfect location!! It’s a 1/2 block walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to restaurants. They provide free beach chairs and beach towels. The room was spotless and so comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, what a great find!!

The communication was amazing! The manager, Carolyn responded immediately when I asked about an early check in. She kept me up to date and was super accommodating. The building itself is older, but they have done everything possible to update it and make it an enjoyable. I appreciated the little touches like: nice beach towels, beach chairs to borrow, the “goody” room, free laundry, and a well-equipped kitchen for a studio size room. The best part is how close you are to the beach. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Rooms are clean. Only con is the Queen Studio has a bathroom that needs to be updated. The shower is so tiny it's hard to move in there. I've stayed at one bedroom suite and that was perfect.

The location was perfect. Our queen w/ kitchen room was super clean and comfy. The pool area was welcoming and so relaxing. Everything about this place, from the goodies room to complementary beach chairs and towels, was just wonderful. So much so that we're returning the same time next year!

Great boutique hotel with great amenities: 1 block from the beach and 5 minute walk to great restaurants, bars and shopping. It’s nice to be very close to everything but away from the crowds at night. Parking is ideal. The biggest plus is the staff/management. Keyless entry was perfect too! Highly recommend *****

I like it because it is close to the beach. My difficulty was with check-in. From Expedia website, I did not get the idea that no receptionist is there. I got text message with the code. But I could not make it to work for more than half an hour. I called and texted the property, but there was no response until an hour and half later, only then indirectly through Expedia. This is also the first time I found out you cannot reach a live person at Expedia to help a emergency situation.

Only negative was the shower was very small and i didnt get the shower gel/shampoo refreshed the second day..

As widely reviewed, a clean comfortable place, with nice pool, in a central location right near the beach. I would stay again.

It was very close to the beach, which was wonderful! The area has many little shops and restaurants in the area. The room was nice; it had a kitchen, which was a full size refrigerator, plates, silverware, and glasses. They also had a coffee maker (not a k~up brewer) however it looked like the inside basket hadn’t been scrubbed in 10 years. I tried to clean it but I gave up. My only real complaint was the walls were thin and we could hear EVERYthing our neighbor(s) were saying doing and saying all.night.long…

Check in and out were a breeze. And I felt safe. Also the beach was one block away would recommend this place for a stay close to the beach.

Check in after hours was easy and all information needed was posted in the room. Everything was clean and comfortable and just as described. The only thing I would suggest adding is a full length mirror so guests can see how they are dressed. We were in town for a family event so we had to get dressed up a couple of times. I would highly recommend staying here. It was definitely worth the money we paid and we will return in the future.

The property is very nice and well maintained. The location was very convenient for walking to the beach, dining, etc. We will definitely stay there again.

Tiny outdated bathroom and shower. No luggage cart. No elevator.

My husband and I stayed here during hurricane Milton. We evacuated from our home in Bradenton. The communication from the owners and ease of check in was appreciated. The room was perfect and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked and we also enjoyed having an outdoor gas grill to use. Pool area was relaxing with plenty of lounge chairs. The motel also provided beach chairs and beach towels. We hope to come back during a less stressful time😊.

Stayed here for our anniversary. Check in was very easy and convenient! The number one complaint I have is the tub filled up with water when taking a shower and took forever to go down, other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I have been going there for a few years and never disappointed. It is very clean, a block from the beach, washer dryer on site, beach chairs on site to borrow. Kitchen has utensils for cooking. Ample towels, dishwashing liquid provided. Grounds are lovely, pool is clean and although on a busy road you really don't hear much. Give this place a chance.
