The area of town was nice. Walking distance to nice restaurants. The quality of the hotel was poor. Bathroom was not as clean as I expected. The room number was hand painted on the door in messy writing. Missing toilet paper holder, missing towel rack in shower, ripped plastic shower curtain. They had painted over the tile and the paint was chipping off. Linoleum floor coming up. I think they need a new maintenance person. The walls were extremely thin and I could hear the entire phone conversation of the guy in the next room. Every time he coughed, it woke me up. I ended up having to put white noise on my phone. The check in lady who lived on the premises was extremely friendly. She was the only shining light to this hotel.

The outside looked great. The rooms even though we're remodeled looked a little worn down/cheaply remodeled. But the rooms were clean and comfortable. Good for a short stay. The pool looked nice.

The pillows were uncomfortable, and the room wasn’t very nice overall, though I wasn’t expecting much. The blinds didn’t fully close, so there was limited privacy. It’s inexpensive, so you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t stay again, but it wasn’t terrible.

Property was good but a few things in the room need to be fixed. Blinds open opposite of the door, no chairs on the balcony, no blankets on the bed (just one on the couch to hide rips and tears), Great location and pool was good.

Very clean room. I absolutely LOVED Ms. Lisa!! She made our whole experience awesome! The beach view wasnt bad but it was across the road in between 2 other hotels. But it was a really nice place!

We had a wonderful stay! Lisa, the manager, was absolutely amazing- her Communication and empathy truly stood out and made us feel welcomed. The new owners went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Perfect location just steps from the beach with a convenient changing area. Pool looked beautiful, a bit chilly to jump in. The price was amazing for being so close to the beach and having great staff. We will definitely be back. Thank you guys

The room had a great view but the room was in an "in progress" repairs. TV did not connect to any network.

First room had sparkle on the wall repairs, randomly placed, ugly wall decor. Would have been better to not put anything up. WiFi was horrible, concerned about the bedding and pool. Elevators not working for over a year. Room was clean and check in help was friendly.

There was a slight opening between 2 buildings across the street. Not really visible ocean. The room smelled of bleach and the furniture had paint drops on it. One bed was missing rollers on front of frame so the head was lower than the foot of bed. Cracked tile. Number on door in magic marker. Kind woman at front desk moved us. Next room slightly better. Left early.

The banging early morning and the door had holes where u can see inside and outside.

The tv didnt work 90% of the time. The staff member said she'd send someone over to reset and never did. There was a bunch of construction at 730am everyday.

the location The air conditioning wasn't working and there were no curtains; all the night light came in and the daylight was even worse; I couldn't sleep.

Location The room was dingy, had black bath towels, dark Grey sheets so we slept on top of the comforter. The shower head was yellow and to top it off we were on the 1st floor and the blinds had missing panels, I didn't feel comfortable getting dressed because someone could see in the room, the attendant walked us to the room and her room was next to ours, so I know she saw the missing panels.

I believe her name was Lisa at the front desk. She was amazing so helpful and kind. The bed was wonderfully soft, and the room was large with a clear view of the ocean. Thank you so much. It was a quick day, but I’ll be back.

No elevator when I have problems walking upward. It looks run down on the outside and inside of room. Had to go get tissue paper, shampoo conditioner soap towels coffee condiments but never got the coffee pot don't even have a garbage can the lamps didn't even work for lighting so I had to turn on the light in the bathroom. I like the bed. And you should update your website cuz it's not what it looks like when you see it in person

The balcony was pleasant, the view wasn't bad, that was the only good thing The house was unpleasant, the smell of the cape was uncomfortable, I couldn't stay the night, it was unpleasant.

It was not a dislike.. the rooms are needing a bit of an update, however the price for the location very much made up for that. As explained earlier they were transitioning ownership and updates were happening while we were there.

there was no breakfats. there are no amenities. the pool is tiny and was not clean and either way it was too cold to use it the photos on booking.com did not reflect the room that I selected. management had strict rules and kicked me off property after I checked out and did not allow me to keep my car parked in their parking lot despite the fact that there was only a handful of cars and PLENTY of space available. It was very disappoining as I am keeping shabbat and don't drive on shabbat and most places when I stay for Friday I check out in the afternoon and move y car at night but manager told me he will tow my car as unauthorized.
