    The staff isnt here for front desk. They were rude and the rooms were gross. Not happy with the stay at all. Some rooms missing things and the door key died and I got locked out for a while. The ladies who clean and helped try before switching rooms were lovely and very nice though.

    On my departure day, I requested a late checkout through the app, but never received a response. At 11 a.m., the same employee came to my room and informed me that my request had been denied, even though the app still showed it as pending. I explained that I had not been notified and was willing to pay for extra time, but no effort was made to accommodate the situation or communicate more effectively. What upset me most was not the denial itself, but the lack of empathy, professionalism, and clear communication. I felt embarrassed and rushed out of the room while working, leaving me with a very negative impression of the hotel's customer service.

    It’s affordable . We didn’t use the pool as there is so much more to do outside of the place , and breakfast was a no good. I’m sure the chef put his heart into it but it wasn’t worth it. Arriving to the room it smelled like wet mold or wet clothes left out. And they should tell you when checking in you have to request house keeping vs waiting on them. The did leave a used toilet paper roll in the room when arriving which also felt gross. The bed had a major dent in it so who knows how many bodies there.

    I'm not used to doing this but I think it's important that people like me who are looking for a place to be don't have a bad experience, when people like me leave home and decide to spend money on a room we hope that at least it's comfortable and there are no problems, the money is difficult to find to give it away to places like this that don't care about giving a good service.

    Call him and get hier an update.. o Calle dyer back and said he was on his way and would be about 30 more minutes. I then received a call from another woman screaming and yelling at me and said I needed to leave the room. My belongings could stay but I had to leave the room. It didn’t make sense.i then asked if I could speak to the manager she told me she didn’t have her number.i said ok so when a customer has a problem you want them to call corporate? She said yes, so i did. My husband came thru took his deposit and then checked us in and then called our room and told us to leave.

    Ive have tried 4 hotels in Deerfield and this was the best of the bunch (inexpensive and working in the area for weeks here) should have picked them first instead of trying the others.... breakfast, fridge in room, always coffee down stairs, very safe. Could use a coat of paint for sure but for business was the best 100$ room so far.

    Fluffy, comfortable bed. I controlled the temperature. I had a place to park. Attitude of checking clerk - unavailable restroom after my long drive. Forced to wait for another guest to checking, then my personal checking and manage elevator and luggage into my room before having a comfort stop that I always expect at my hotel stop. Highly irregular, very INCONVENIENT. It could have created a hygiene accident for me, as a 70 year old guest - one they would have deserved at their front desk since they refused to accommodate a guest needing a bathroom.

    I booked 2 rooms and paid a $100 deposit that was told to me once I checked out, a couple of days after I would get it back! I have not yet received my deposit. I was scammed by this hotel. I will not recommend and also I will be making a public statement about this. I have 5 kids and money is hard to come by Give me my $100 deposit back

    The only thing I didn’t like is that starting at 9:00 a.m., the housekeeping staff come knocking very loudly on the door, even though checkout time is at 11:00 a.m. I went to work and didn’t go to bed until 1:00 a.m., so when they knocked at 9:00, it really disturbed me. They should change that at the hotel housekeeping should knock around 10:30 instead, since checkout is at 11:00 and guests are supposed to leave the room then.

    Check in was easy and friendly. Staff was great. Breakfast bar was full and the food was fresh. Unfortunately the hotel is old; the room was musty; one of the pillows had an odor. There were ample pillows, so we just used the other ones. I got a good rate on the room, so I can only rate my experience a 3. .The staff was outstanding, though. So please pass that along to them.

    The property is in need of rom renovations. The facilities are over 40 years old. They are beyond simply upkeeping. They need complete renovations. The smell of mildew dominates the rooms. Air filtration system needs to be replaced. The bed was horrible. Much too soft. Probably the original bed. LaQuinta management should inspect this property, and possibly revoke their contract with them. This property owner is not deserving of the LaQuinta brand name.

    It was fine when I first checked in but the next am when I came down stairs, a woman started screaming at me that I must pay another 250 because I have a dog, I said I don't have a dog miss, then she said to go get all my stuff from my room that I have to leave now or she is going to call the police, I said miss I payed already for tonight, then she said you will not get your money back and leave now, so I went to my room got all my son and I things called a Uber and stand out side because I way not allow to even wait in the lobby , so I left and went to another hotel and had too pay all over again and plus they did not even give me my serciry deposit back for another 100 dollars The horrible way they treated me and embarrassed me and took my money

    Our room, in particular, seemed old, with dirty floors and very worn carpeting. Given the rate we paid, the condition of the room did not feel justified, especially considering that there are many better hotel options available in the same price range. The staff was pleasant and courteous, which we appreciated. However, the breakfast was disappointing and was one of the weakest “breakfast included” experiences we have encountered at this type of hotel.

    There were stains on our sheets. Blood stain and Hair on the other bedroom. We went downstairs the night we checked in. Management told us to leave the dirty sheets outside. They gave us fresh sheets. The next morning, the cleaning ladies gave me husband attitude for leaving the sheets outside and he told them we were informed to do that the night. before.

    The front desk staff was very helpful, but the housekeeping needs to do BETTER. My room was not cleaned at all and I stayed for three days. I asked the housekeeper for towels and she told me no. Once I complained the front desk told me I had to request to get my room clean before 11am and I’ve never heard of anything like that EVER. Then it was ants in the bathroom. Housekeepers need better hospitality.

    When we arrived after driving 4 hours of driving. I had to use the restroom, and it was out of service. They suggested using WAWA restroom. On the second day the elevator was out of service. The rooms are very outdated. Any hotel that I have stayed in always has a box of Kleenex, so I didn't bring a box because we were only staying one night. There was no Kleenex. Breakfast was not very good. All Breakfasts that we've had any hotels usually have scrambled eggs they had hard boil eggs. There was only one roll of toilet available in the bathroom. Thank God we didn't run out. I have to say the first day that we checked in the person checking us in had no personality very quiet not very helpful. If you have that type of personality, you shouldn't be in the hospitality industry.

    Despite the hotel being older and it could use some refurbishing; I will say that the room was clean. All of the lights did not work, the tv did not work, the phone did not work, and for two people in a room, only one washcloth??? We were in the Pompano area to be with my brother at Broward Health North. He was on life support, so we checked into the room and went straight to the hospital. It was late when we returned, we were tired, and this is when all of these things were noticed. I went to the front desk (couldn't use the phone) and was first told there was nothing that could be done about the phone, tv, or light. I asked for a light bulb and another washcloth. I was told she had no access to light bulbs and there would be no one for maintenance until the morning ... really! She could tell I was getting upset and that is when she offered us another room, but said we had to come back down to the front desk with all of our belongings and check out of that room before she could give us a key to the new room ... really! We did change rooms. The tv and phone did work, but one of the bed lamps didn't have a lightbulb, and the toilet was running (my husband readjusted the guts to fix it). I worked in hotel management for over 15 years. Our rooms were not only checked by our housekeeping staff, but our maintenance staff did a complete check on everything in the room after each guest checked out and before it was rented again. La Quinta and Wyndham are a NO for us!

    The location is very convenient and the staff were very friendly, however the room really needs some urgent repair or upgrades. There was a smell (like wet socks) upon check in. I notified the front desk but nothing was really done. Also room had visible signs of damage and wear and tear: hole in base moldings, curtains were damaged and dirty, one of the lamps didn’t work, bedding had some holes, bathroom had no toilet paper holder. May rethink staying here again and won’t recommend.

    The room is was the worse I’ve stayed in. There were stains on the mattress, black mold in the corner of the rub, molding behind the toilet separated from the wall, the door casing inside the bathroom area had chew marks from a dog, the other side of the pocket door had chew/claw marks on it, the corner of the floor to the right of the sink was nasty, all at the bottom of the entry door floor was nasty, curtain in front of closet type area had mildew/other stains on its, dresser drawer bottoms dirty, one lamp didn’t work, the other had severe staining on the shade, numerous poor ceiling/wall repairs, the sofa was stained/had torn places from a dog on the arm corner, curtain closure was broken, metal beneath the heat/ac was rusted/covered in black mold, the sliding window that faces the parking lot had a gab and wouldn’t close you could see they had put duct tape on it previously but it had been removed and the smell wasn’t the best. This room was definitely not worth the price I had to pay for it. Spoke to Expedia person about the issues but call was dripped. Waiting for a return call.

    Potatoes were empty every day. Very little food Employee would not get more and it was only 8:24 am Sausage sitting in watery juice A few rotten oranges Hot boiled eggs Little to no hot water in room Doors rattle all night Barking dogs Windows on the upper floors open to the entire outside. Extremely unsafe and terrible way for an accident to happen. I brought my wife here because she has severe depression and suicidal ideations. Could not leave her alone due to those windows. How can this be ok? Bed was comfy! Pool was clean!

    The parking lot was very messy, the air-conditioning work great had no trouble with parking, the room itself was clean and tidy. The shower leaked didn’t get the shower. I expected the pool was on maintenance. It wasn’t on the website. Didn’t really care for the breakfast we had trouble sleeping because of all the noise. Very disappointed that the staff wasn’t accommodating. We just wanted an extra pillow and blanket because my husband suffers from diabetes and he was very cold without even looking. They said they didn’t have any. I find that hard to believe I’ve stayed at many La Quinta’s, but this is the worst one yet. Sorry to say I’ll be looking for a credit on my account for this horrendous experience.!!!!!!! my family was disappointed

    It's really rundown and needs some fixing. When we checked out the room, it did not smell fresh. Also the bathroom had some moldy areas. Definitely not my cup of tea. The front desk lady was nice.

    Went downstairs to speak with front desk to asvise and was assigned another room. Upon checking sheets and pillow there was dried 3 blood stain/ spots on the sheets so i lifted the sheets and a huge yellow urine stain on the mattress which was hidden under a bed padding over the mattress. I asked for a refund and Expedia denied and refused to give me a refund. I didnt not stay in these rooms more than 2 minutes while inspection where i would lay my body for the night. I was in & out of this La Quinta Deerfield 95 in less than 10 minutes amd most of my time was spent downstairs speaking with front desk.

    We recently stayed at this hotel and were very pleased with the service. Unfortunately, we don’t remember the name of the front desk agent who helped us, but we do know she is originally from the Philippines. We want to highlight her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist us at all times. She truly made us feel welcome from the very first moment and made our stay much easier. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to all of our points of interest, which made our trip even more comfortable.     The frint desk staff asked for additional funds but upon making my reservation and arriving to property my wallet was stolen, i couldnt provide additional funds but thought my booking was totally complete. I was not allow to stay at properry cause the front desk clerk cancelled my exist3reservation without allowing me to seek an alternative to my situation .... this cause me to loose my money on a nonrefundable transaction with expedia. Therefor im out of $81.59 and the hotel gained from it and the front desk staff was totally unprofessional on how the spoke and had lack of interest in resolving the issue

    Don’t let the photos fool you. The rooms are old, outdated and disgusting. The carpet was so dirty and the bathtub was full of mold. I was overcharged for pet fee. There are strange people wandering around the property. Was afraid my car would get broken into and did not feel safe walking my dog around there at night. I checked out early and am currently trying to get a night refunded.

    Check in went very smoothly, other than that it was a terrible experience. Front entrance door banged every time it opened. Room was very abused looking with old beat up paint. Headboards were missing alot of fabric covering. No hot water in shower. Finally, the pool was not working.

    The room I had was strangely situated at the end of the hall in a corner, the entire floor smelled like cleaner and pet odor but I was ok with that since I was traveling with my 6lb Maltipoo. The sink normally in the bathroom was in the entryway next to a small closet area across from the fridge and microwave. The luggage stand was broken and lopsided took it to the desk and the lady sarcastically accused me of breaking it I had only been there long enough to get into the room. The AC didn’t cool the room enough and the hot water didn’t work even letting it run for several minutes. The last straw was receiving a phone call ten minutes after I left the room the next morning to go get coffee 1/2 block away. Allegedly my dog was so disruptive that several guests complained about her whining. I let the lady know that I had only been gone a few minutes and was on the way back, which is when we really get to it that she forgot to charge me the pet fee. Charge it and check me out please this hotel is neither pet nor human friendly go to the one on the other side of I-95.

    The rooms we booked were full of black mold. Had to be switched. No television, remote wouldnt work and offered no solution besides sorry. Run from the place. Dont ever book here. Jen, the morning desk person was the rudest customer service rep ever. Observed her talking down to breakfast staff person as well as talking over me when i tried explaining my situation. P.S. They said they would send housekeeping to clean the mold. What a joke. What about the source being dirty window a.c. unit? How does housekeeping clean it? Joke

    This hotel was located in a seedy area, with strange men loitering in the parking lot and roaming inside the hotel. There was one elevator in the lobby, that seemed antiquated. The hallway to our room was dated and smelled unsettping, while the actual room smelled of urine and smoke that was attempted to be cleaned. I attempted to checkout out of the hotel within 10 minutes of checkout, and quickly left with my family for fear of being robbed (or worse). The 6 rating for this hotel was way over exagerrated. The only good thing about it when the friendly front desk attendant. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

    The breakfast was not very good the morning we were there. The re-hydrated "scrambled" eggs were barely edible. There was a very large group who came in late in the evening (around 10 pm) with a lot of screaming children. The were in the lobby a for more than an hour. The same screaming children were in the lobby early in the morning for about two hours. Seems the management could have had the folks quite the kids. Made for an unpleasant stay.

    Lastly, I've never felt so unwelcome in a hotel as this place. 8am I get a text asking me when I'm checking out. Then at 9am I get an email asking when I'm checking out. Water pressure was strong with plenty of hot water. Towels were similar to the bedding, well-worn from being washed too many times. I won't be back.

    I would give this place a 0 if I could. There were roaches in our rooms. The mattresses on the beds were sinking in the middle and there was mold in the tub. The AC was broken and room smelled like mildew. The owner and front desk staff are horrible and extremely unprofessional. The owner literally screams at guests like an unhinged lunatic. They fraudulently charged my credit card for 2 additional deposits after we checked out when thier written policy states there is only a $100 refundable deposit that they placed a hold for when we checked in! We checked out on March 8th and they still charged us for an additional night after asking us to leave after being screamed and cursed at by the owner who bizarrely had an issue with my husband sitting in the lobby chatting with other guests - accusing him of selling drugs! When asked for proof of his baseless accusations he of course had none. They refused to provide checkout paperwork and we had to file an incident report with the police to receive documentation of our checkout date. His attempts to weaponize the police against us backfired. They were just as confused and felt horrible for us- apologizing multiple times. I suspect this may not have been their first experience with this establishment. You’d do better pitching a tent on the beach than staying at this hotel.

    As you open the door to your room you get hit with a horrible smell of old wet carpet and mold it was unbearable. Then there were stains and fluids of unknown origin on all the walls and bathroom had mold everywhere. Had to wear my shoes in the room the whole time because of how dirty it was definitely was not a good experience at all.

    The staff wasn’t very polite while we waited in the lobby for our room to be ready. The restroom in the lobby also wasn’t working, so we had to walk somewhere to use a restroom while we waited. They double charged my account for the incidental charge. So until that finishes processing, they have $200 of my money. Tried to call the location to sort it out, no answer and 1 hang up after 6 attempts. I called and filed a complaint with Wyndham, concerned about this locations policies and procedures. The room wasn’t worth what we were charged. I’ve paid less for nicer. More like a 2 star hotel for sure. Won’t go back or recommend.

    Nobody smiles, nobody greets you, but instead, the fall over themselves to say “no” to you. You won’t find soap in your room - they keep it hidden away under lock and key. If the cleaning staff finds you by the pool, they will “ask” you if you’re a guest or some illegal lounging around. Dont ask for the TV to be turned down, though it’s blaring for no reason, because they’ll look at you as if you were the crazy one. Don’t use the computers in the lobby sitting down in a chair because it’s “company policy” to not allow yea of chairs - you must stand. Not kidding! The room is dirty, smells of mold, and you’ll be lucky to come out of it alive without syphilis or gonorrhea. The place is a mainstay of drug dealers who roam the parking lot, loitering for hours at a time. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I thought it might be decent for the price. Absolutely horrendous.

When we needed new sheets, we had to go down and retrieve them ourselves. • Breakfast Area: The breakfast area was overcrowded, leaving no space to sit. Additionally, there were many guests coughing and sneezing, raising concerns about overall hygiene and guest well-being. I expected a higher level of cleanliness, service, and management during my stay.     I called the hotel ahead of time to make sure I would be able to get a fold away bed or cut or something. They said no problem. When I checked him and I went to the room, I saw there was not that there when I asked for it. I was told they do not do that. The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful to not recommend staying here. Had a fight with my credit card company for a refund. I had checked out about two hours after I checked in. I was supposed to stay for a week.
