    This property is outdated and not the most appealing place to stay. The room smelled like mildew, the baseboards were falling apart, the mirror was cloudy, the a/c wasn’t cold enough, and the outside appearance wasn’t clean. The sidewalk, elevator and stairs were dirty and the garbage can outside was spilling over with trash. When checking in, you speak to a representative that’s on a screen, there’s no actual human working at the desk. I’ve never experienced a stay like this. I was tired from a long drive but I obviously made the wrong choice to stay and rest.

    The room was relatively clean. The outside and lobby is pretty gross. They are supposedly renovating at least that’s what the sign said as to why they aren’t offering breakfast even though on the site it is advertised. I didn’t see any signs of renovation though. I was given a bath mat for a towel and 2 conditioners and no shampoo, which I didn’t realize till I was in the shower. If your looking at price only, then it is what it is. I don’t think I’m staying here again. I’ll spend more and get something more than a bed

    check in was problematic. No staff on premises that we saw, everything was done through a terminal which wasn't scanning properly. 20 minute long process. Got our room number and were left to figure out which building it was in. The room had a musty smell. I pulled back the sheets and found two dark smudges, not sure if they were just stained or not washed. The bathtub was (I think) clean but badly stained. The property is definitely in need of some upkeep. Pool was dirty.

    They’re 100% scammed, I was choose 2 bed room per 71 dollars tax include then you there they said “ oh we don’t have you room, so we can offer 1 bed room because that’s only were we have, after that they found 1 room as same were I booked but now you have to pay 120 dollars per this room.     This place is in need of massive renovations. From rust on the door jams to peeling wood to ancient tubs, this is certainly not an attractive place. Perhaps that is why check in is done remotely.

    I checked in around 1:00 AM and immediately found several issues with my room. The TV was not working, the bathtub was dirty, there was only one towel provided for a three-night stay, the coffee maker was missing essential parts, and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud. I attempted to contact the front desk that night, but no one answered. The following day, I went to the front desk only to find no staff present, just a video monitor assisting guests remotely. After waiting a long time, I was told that the TV could not be fixed until a technician arrived the next day. When I requested additional towels, I was directed to an empty cabinet and told that none were available. I find it unacceptable that basic amenities such as a functioning television, adequate towels, a working coffee maker, and a clean bathroom were not provided. Equally concerning was the lack of available staff and the repeated inability to resolve simple guest concerns during my stay. I respectfully request that management review this matter and consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience I experienced. Sincerely,

    The location is the only good thing about this hotel. To begin with, there is no face-to-face service, everything is done by a totem and a person knows God where it is, structure a little old, bathroom a little dirty, there were no towels, I booked through the booking app and there it said there would be breakfast and there wasn’t! Very disappointing!

    That hotel had the worst accommodations I've ever seen. The room did not have any towels, I complained about towels and they never accommodated me, and the hot water did not work I had to take a cold shower and I didn't have anything to dry off with it was horrible, I don't think I will ever come back to that hotel. The location of the hotel and how clean it was.

    Sheets were dirty, Tub was dirty, there was a roach on the floor and wall. And of all things, a bee was able to fly around the room. I’m on the top floor as well. The AC was perfect but that seemed to be the only good part about the room. On top of this, there are no receptionist up front but only a virtual person in the front lobby. When there’s a lot of people trying to check in and the line starts to go out of the door, just for the person on the screen to be disrespectful and impatient with the customers, that makes people not even wanna stay there anymore. Only reason they got my money is because they were the cheapest by only a few bucks. I’d expect a little bit of effort at least. I’m not even sure if they had room service because no one came to the rooms.

Bad smell and plenty of mold in the room. The bathroom looks horror-movie-ready. Ruin and misery all the way. The included (and paid for) breakfast was "unavailable" and no refund offered. Do NOT go there unless it's a matter of life and death. I fully blame the management because all other La Quintas I stayed at were very nice and clean.

The floor was so dirty that you couldn’t even walk barefoot comfortably. The corners of the room, under the bed, and several areas clearly had not been cleaned properly for a long time. What makes the situation even worse is the price they charge. For the amount they ask guests to pay, this type of condition is completely unacceptable. What disappoints me the most is seeing that many other guests have made similar complaints, yet nothing seems to improve. Cleanliness is the minimum a hotel should provide, and unfortunately this place completely failed in that aspect.

    Upon arrival,noone at front desk, just a kiosk. The TV wouldn't turn on. Received a welcome text inviting me to respond with any issues. I sent 3 texts re TV not working and no response. I had to walk to lobby to the kiosk and get another room. The room was filthy, screws on front door lock were not installed properly and coming out, smoke detector hanging from wall, lamps were chipped, shower was rusty and watr nozzles weren'tworking, random people knocking on my door at 2 am, police arrived soon after and this happened both nights and the A/C wouldn't cool the room.

    Breakfast was advertised but when we got there, it said, remodeling, so no breakfast. No remodeling in site. The front desk staff was in a computerized kiosk so don’t expect any personal help. The pool was turning green and there was a towel at the bottom and a can and lots of leaves floating in it. The carpet was very dirty ( the beds were clean) the tub was old and stained and had 2 different old mismatched handles. Too many pot smokers there. Go somewhere else. One lady called the police because she wanted to be switched to a cleaner room and they wouldn’t do it. I can’t believe this is a Wyndham Hotel!

    $100 room deposit required but not advertised Room was not safe. Door hinge lock did not work. I had to barricade door with room furniture to ensure my safety. Poor lighting in parking area. Room phone had no phone cord to plug into wall. No way to communicate with front desk or call for help. Room was not clean, stains on carpet, moldy room smell, furniture was in poor condition. Dresser drawers (4 of 6) did not open Palmetto bug in bathroom. I do not recommend this hotel.

But the worst, I walked in and the room smelled like a dead body was laying under the bed.

    The room was filthy, musty, and smelly, and there was mold all over the bathroom. The shower and tub were too disgusting and moldy to use. The inside of the closet door was wet, and water was leaking inside the closet. The floors were absolutely filthy!!!! The full length mirror looked like feces was splashed on it. It was so disgusting!! All wall art had been removed, but screws and nails were left on the walls. I would have left, but we were unable to find other accommodations.

    You’re being warned, DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked this because of the price and thought, it’s a Wyndham resort property, it’s got to be satisfactory at the least. Was I ever wrong! I showed up at 2am with my 3 kids after driving all day. The hotel is behind a Wendy’s and there was people walking around at that time a night but I tried not to worry about that. I checked in, was given room 217. I took my key card, drove around the building, parked, unloaded my kids and all our luggage, went up the questionable elevator, got to room 217 and OMG! The room looked like it used to be a murder scene! The beds were sort of made, it looked like someone had been sitting or laying in them, the lights and walls were so dingy that my kids were scared to go in. I thought I would find some silver lining but when I finally convinced my kids to give it a chance, we walked to the bathroom and there was hair in the tub and the toilet was used and now flushed! Not to mention the mold on the ceiling throughout and the smell was ungodly! We lasted about 120 seconds before I loaded my kids back up in the van with our luggage because there was no way I was going to stay there. I proceeded to the front desk and explained the situation. The gentleman assured me that he understood and has noted the cancellation in my account. I left there around 2:30am and started driving around until I could find a suitable hotel for my family to stay in. I fortunately found one around 4am. 3 mths later, still no refund

    Room beds were comfortable and spacious and cleaned. Bathroom was large but in the shower the water was clogged, the toilet, vanity was dilapidated. The hotel needs some real upgrades the ice maker is in the second floor. There was some very interesting people playing loud music until 12 midnight and some working ladies that were offering night companionship in the parking lot.

    This place never had a face left since it’s opened before year 2000. That’s how the place look alike. Exterior is not so bad but the interior. Everything is maybe there, but nothing is straight. A dresser that has a drawer does not close all the way and has some holes on top. There is no pictures on the wall but many picture hangers are there. And on and on. Maybe a little thing but it did not look like a room from La Quinta Inn. I felt I was betrayaled. The cockroaches walking around the table were the worst of all.

    Yes it smells like smoke I was asked to sign a waiver that no one would be no smoking in the room but the room smell like smoke I was totally disgusted with the setup of the room and on top of that I lost $250 for the stay which I never stay one night and no one has reimbursed me YET at this point. And it's been 3 weeks it's a dump.👎👎👎

    I am writing to formally request a full refund to the original form of payment for our recent stay due to multiple unresolved issues that rendered the accommodations unacceptable. Please note that we do not have photographs of the conditions. We arrived late at night, were extremely fatigued, and were informed that a room change might be available the following day. Under those circumstances, we reasonably expected the situation to be corrected and did not anticipate the need to document the issues. Additionally, we spent most of our time outside the hotel visiting family and only returned late at night, further limiting our opportunity to take photos. On the first night, the room had a strong, abnormal odor consistent with mold or chemical fumes, possibly from stripped floors or freshly painted walls.     I've stayed in a La Quinta before and it was really nice. This one was the polar opposite. The lobby was dingy and looked rough. The guy checking us in didn’t mention anything about the Wi-Fi or the breakfast that was included. I was hoping the room would be better than the lobby. No such luck. The door paint was chipping off. Inside the room had a bad, musty smell. There was a gap underneath the exterior door that was big enough to let light in. The furniture was old and there was mold under the glass of the pictures that were hanging crooked on the wall. The worst, though, was the tub and shower. There was mildew on the walls and they had patched the tub in lots of places. Thankfully the bed was clean. This hotel is badly in need of renovations and very run down.

The hotel concierge told us to call Expedia and that once Expedia called they would have no problem refunding the room. We have called Expedia several times and have two open cases but for some reason there is no communication happening between Expedia and la Quinta. I have no idea which one of you is at fault but I’ll never be using either of your services again. You can keep your little in app credit. Give me my money back.

    I booked a room thru Expedia for my son when my son arrived the hotel my card was charge again for the room meaning I was charged twice and on top of that my son was asked for another $100 deposit when I called the hotel to dispute the charges made to my card. There was no one at the front desk. I was told to speak to someone at the front desk. I have to call after 7 PM as they don’t have a life personnel, but before I was told that I had to call a total of three times and left on the phone for a total of 15 to 20 minutes each time horrible customer service

    Ive stayed at several LaQuinta inns during my travels, never had a complaint. I am asking this one time for some type of adjustment due to me not having heat in my room. I had to go to sleep with my jacket on. Also why does the website list free breakfast buffet when there was NO breakfast?!? I did get an apple and pastry in a small brown paper bag, ... a loooonnng way from a buffet. There was no juice. EVERY time I've stayed at one of your hotels, there has been some type of breakfast, at least with the waffle maker and some type of eggs, either scrambled or boiled. There was also cereal and milk, juice, yogurt, etc. every other time... What's going on at this property?

The lobby was dirty and smelly - wall paper peeling off the wall after checking in on the machine , we get such gross feeling , can’t stay there. Cancel reservation right away.

    The room floor was stained and gross, the bathroom wasn’t even swept, there was a dirty towel hanging behind the door in the room. The bed comforter was stained in multiple spots. The pillow had like a blood stain on it. The night stands had crumbs. The sheets were extremely itchy. Passed off as a nice place I. The photos but really gross building with what seemed to be a prostitution happening a couple doors down as multiple men went in and out of this ladies room in the span of 2 hours in the morning and she was talking loudly on the phone like she was telling customers where she was and I saw one dude roll up to her door with his hand in his pants. The closet had dust and dirt on it on the outside. Wasn’t even sure if the one towel was clean folded up there. But it was somewhere to sleep for the night nothing more. I would never go back I just feel like the advertising didn’t match the quality. All the doors had a ton of paint chips and it’s a maze to try and get around unless you take the outside stairs

The pillow had like a blood stain on it. The night stands had crumbs. The sheets were extremely itchy. Passed off as a nice place I. The photos but really gross building with what seemed to be a prostitution happening a couple doors down as multiple men went in and out of this ladies room in the span of 2 hours in the morning and she was talking loudly on the phone like she was telling customers where she was and I saw one dude roll up to her door with his hand in his pants. The closet had dust and dirt on it on the outside. Wasn’t even sure if the one towel was clean folded up there. But it was somewhere to sleep for the night nothing more. I would never go back I just feel like the advertising didn’t match the quality. All the doors had a ton of paint chips and it’s a maze to try and get around unless you take the outside stairs

    The 1st room I was given smelled like cigarettes and mold. Since I had to drop my things off quickly to make an appointment. I could not change the room at that time. when I returned. I was able to get a new room the had the mold smell without the smoke smell. Since it was late and i was tired i did not fell like trying to change rooms again. I did have the sense to check the room and i was higly disappointed with the overall cleanllyness and the broken and rooted furniture. Also the bed had very bad staines on it when I looked under the sheets. Again since it was late and i was tired. I did not change the room. I slept in my clothes and was going to takle a shower in the morning. When i woke up and looked at the shower it was disgusting. I am a diabetic and cannot put my feet in anything that is not clean. If i get a cut and it gets infected it could be very bad. I decide toi take a bird bath (put a towel on the floor and wash from the sink). I took pictures of the room to share with Expedia to suggest that you remove the location from your options. This location also did not serve the continental breakfast it promised. I took a picture of the sign the said breakfast will arrive at 11am. It was printed and looked like it was used regularly. this is the worst place i have stayed as a hotel. Please send me a link so that i can send photos. Last, I decided to cut my stay off early. The room made sick. I am just getting past a sinus infection

    The dresser tops were dirty. It felt that there was not a clean surface. The white curtain was dirty and had a red blood stain when I went to pull it closed. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the sheets clean but the comforter had yellow stains. It was quiet which we appreciated.

    The room smelled and was damp the a.c. didnt seem to work well.The front desk staff was rude. We had to ask 3 times for 1 towel,then when I asked for a ice bucket he brought me a trash can,there was an alarm clock that the plug was cut off but was on the table as if was a working clock,the phone was the same except no cord at all.I could go on and on.Thanks to Hotel.com they reimbursed us for the 2nd night.This LaQuinta needs some real attention.

    The tub was dirty and stained, the floor and ceiling has stains, the sink would not go down each time water was ran in it and it was infested outside with raccoons! The raccoons would come to the car and surrounded the elevator prior to getting on. I shared this with the front desk person and he laughed so I took pictures to prove that I was afraid and unable to go my car at night. I gave my number to the manager and never heard back and so I left a day early! Unreal that they can share this room with anyone! Very unsafe!

    If I could give this place a 0, I would. I don’t recommend staying here, especially if you are by yourself. I felt unsafe from the moment I arrived. There is no physical front desk, only a virtual check-in, which made the situation feel even more uncomfortable. The overall environment did not feel secure, and I ended up leaving because I did not feel safe staying there alone. This is not a place I would ever return to or recommend to others.

    This was the dirtiest, nastiest motel we have ever seen. We would not stay there. They would not refund our money. The motel manager checked out our room and said HE would not stay there. Wyndham needs to do some serious changes to this place. My husband said it was dirtier than some bunkers in Vietnam in the 1960's I took pictures. Have stayed in LaQuinta motels before. Always nice.     Also noticed the tub had horrible stains that were clearly visible even though you could tell they attempted to cover up the stains with some sort of paint. But that wasn’t the worst part about it. My family and I had to stay there an entire week with no hot water. We visited the front desk every day to check on the status of the “repairs” they stated were underway to fix the issue, but the repairs never happened. As a result, we were forced to take cold showers. We asked for some sort of compensation for our inconvenience, but the most they could offer us was a $50 credit. I’m really disappointed in this experience, because up until this stay, I’ve always looked at La Quinta as a quality hotel when you’re on a budget, but this location gives the brand a bad name.

    The pool was shutdown while we were there. Although we didn’t get in it prior to the shutdown, we enjoyed sitting on the pool deck talking, drinking coffee, etc. Once it was shut down, they wouldn’t let us on the deck. Staff were friendly, but room service never cleaned our room the entire 6 nights we stayed. They also report having a “hot breakfast”. It was literally an apple and a store bought pastry (hostess, muffin, etc.) put in a brown paper bag.

Also it was advertised that there was breakfast included and it was but it was a brown paper sack with an apple and a pastry…not my idea of a breakfast. The room itself needs major renovation and the staff never emptied our trash during our entire week stay. Glad I didn’t pay regular rate for this place. Been to many other LaQuintas and had much better experiences.

    This place should be reported to the health department. The shower and bathroom had mold and mildew everywhere. Easily wiped off the wall so I know no one had attempted to clean it.     The hotel was dirty outdated and trashy. Room smelled and the shower head popped off as soon as we turned it on. Bedding was old and lumpy. Only one towel for two guest. The breakfast consisted of coffee and a bag with a danish and apple.

    The only service at the hotel is the Front Desk and one night was completely unatended for 2 hours (a ghost hotel). I needed an extra towel and never could ask for one as there was no phone to call the front desk and when I went (twice) to ask for one, no-one was there. Never saw a housekeeping crew while my stay. The room was never cleaned up. I called headquartes to make a formal complaint. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL

    My wife and I got at that hotel that we booked online through Expedia that I will never book again with Expedia just by looking at the lobby when we got there it was horrible once he gave us the key to the room. We went to the room it was filthy. There were bugs in the tub and the bed look like they were used before us and and the horrible smell in the room, it’s impossible to stay in that horrible hotel, we tried to cancel with Expedia they didn’t cancel so we had to pay for another hotel. We will remember Expedia forever awful service once you book with them it’s on your arm and we had to go to another hotel and Expedia never helped us with refund so that’s why I will never in my life book with Expedia because you’re better off to book true in a hotel it’s easier to to cancel and get your money back.

I said I have reserved a room before and I need to have one as we are completely tired driving all the way from Atlanta 5. 3. they said he has one room which doesnt have the TV and I said OK for it. 6. 3. They took time and told me to go to room 218, when we went, we had a trouble to find the room itself as there was no room number written on the room. I was like trying back and forth with kids and then went again to ask where is the room. they smilingly said this didnt have the room number written. I waspissed off, if they know they would have told us before. by this time kids slept on my soulders already 7. 4. as soon I opened the door, the carpet is wet and its like smelling due to dampness. 8. 5. The room mirror is foggy and we cant even see any. 9. 6. Then comes the next item, the floor oif the bath room is covered with paint dots all over and it was smelling. 10. 7. the restart room comode water doest flush and takes time 11. 8. The shower has been resurfaced in such a way that there are sharp pieces of the plaster of paris kind of the stuff. That part has hurt my daughter when she went to back and she suffered from pain.     When I got to my room, it immediately had an odor. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, the entire carpet was soaked, and the phone didn’t work when I tried calling the front desk. I walked back down and the front desk attendant was very kind and quickly gave us a new room. The second room didn’t smell and had no carpet, which was an improvement. However, there were noticeable stains on the lamp, counter, and furniture that really matched the same overall lack of care. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t stay here again.

    The hotel was very dirty on the outside, lobby was disorganized and messy, not welcoming at. No extra pillows or towels were available. A chair for the desk in the room was missing which I needed to work on, and I was offered a late checkout for an extra fee, which I needed but at the front desk was denied w no explanation. One of the worst place, I only stayed cause it was non refundable. Expedia shouldn’t advertise places like this, gives the co a bad rep

    The place was filthy and stinky. The front desk staff was rude and smug. When I complained about the $100 deposit per room he threw my credit card at me. It was so bad, we found another place to stay even though we couldn’t get our $$ back from this reservation. I will never stay at another LaQuinta again, nor will I use Hotels.com again. No way to speak to anyone about the conditions.

    Air conditioning worked great customer service was excellent but I had to switch rooms 3 times to get a room that was decent enough to sleep in. The first room had no television, the second room smelled like it had been rained in and was filthy, and then finally I got a room where it was tolerable still not the cleanest and it had a smell still but not as bad. It was super late and I was so exhausted if I didn’t boo the room last minute I would have definitely reconsidered staying here.

    Horrible, save your money and go somewhere else. I was unable to stay here due to how dirty the room was… mud, dust, blood stains to name a few.. asked for my room to cleaned and I was told “no”, asked for another room and I was told “no”. Contacted Expedia to get my money back so I could go somewhere else and not catch some disease from the room. Do not stay here! Emanuel at the front desk is a horrible person who acknowledged the room was dirty and he wouldn’t sleep there, but expects paying customers to stay there.

    Booked for 2 nights. Second night I was there my room started to have water coming from and through the walls upstairs. Where a patch was, just one of the patches in the walls might I add. I reported it to front desk and I was met with a very disrespectful, rude and aggressive staff member. I walked away and called the police. Long story short the staff member lied and then proceeded to trespass me from the property with a nights stay left.

    It's a ghetto hotel. There was a robbery at night in front of my room door. So shady. No maid service. No breakfast. No coffee. Nothing. The place is never cleaned. Roaches. When I woke up, I found a two inch long curly worm in my bed. That thing was in the bed while I was sleeping! So gross! Be prepared for the crackheads wandering the parking lot to rob your car.     This was the worst experience at a Hotel. Especially La Quinta inn. This was a nightmare if a stay. I would like to request my miney back or a free stay at another hotel because this was horrible. We tried ti leave but there was. NO refund. And the room smelled like mold on the carpet so bad.     The room did not have a smoke detector. TV did not work. Telephone didn’t work. There were two bottles of hair conditioner and no shampoo. we were told we could have a different room for our second night. the next morning we tried to change our room but no rooms were available. We were told to ask when we returned in the evening… when we returned 9 PM there were no available rooms for us to move into even though the parking lot was 10% full. we asked for our money back but the person at the front desk said we would need to see a manager tomorrow morning at 10 AM. We would not be around tomorrow at 10 AM so we are not going to be able to see a manager and get our money back. We told the front desk person we would not stay in the unsafe room. we also told the seven people in line ‘We don’t recommend they stay here at this hotel’ and we left. We will be writing the management to get our money back. We are extremely disappointed with our stay.

    The breakfast area was down and the hotel made no effort to get breakfast as advertised- there was a Wendy's in the same parking lot and they could of offered that as an option. the room phone did not work, the light was crooked, the outlets did not work and the internet was not working and signal was sparse in the room. There was maybe a party or illegal activity either next door or near and we were accused of participating or hosting and that is not the truth- we just wanted to go to sleep. we were not even allowed an extra hour for check out and that could of been a consideration because of the nonsense caused to us we will never stay at that property again.

    This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed. Do NOT recommend! I have pictures for documentation. Everything was old, dirty, dingy, unclean. You couldn’t see in the mirror. The tub was painted terribly as well as dirty with mold and mildew. It smelled like smoke and there were ashes next to the nightstand on the carpet. The light switch didn’t work inside of the door. The lamp by the tv didn’t work. The need was indented by use and hard. There was mold and mildew around the sink. The toilet didn’t flush every time it was used. The ice machine and vending machine didn’t work. The elevator is past due for the inspection and sounded like it would break in the middle of each use and very loud I could hear it in my room. I have a boot on my foot and was told that I wouldn’t like the other room on the ground floor because people complained about it too much and couldn’t be accommodated any other way. I was not given any info for breakfast.

    They advertised breakfast but when I got there they said the kitchen was closed, so no breakfast was offered. There was a surprise $100 deposit at check in even though I prepaid. The key card for the room I booked was broken. After returning to the front desk twice because we couldn't enter the room, they sent me to a different room instead of fixing the lock. Once I got in, the room was dirty a liquor bottle was behind the curtain, the toilet didn't flush well, the tub was stopped up. It was all together gross. The next day I complained and was given the original room. They fixed that lock and upon opening the door the smell of mold was overwhelming. The lamp fixtures were broken and dirty. It was uninhabitable. THIS WAS COMPLETE FALSE ADVERTISING. This was not up to the standard of a La Quinta hotel. In fact, there wasn't even a La Quinta sign in front of the hotel. Don't stay here. Ultimately, Hotels.com credited my account with points equal to what I spent and I found much better accommodations.

    The person at the front desk is limited in understanding english. The people in front of me had trouble with the keys working and so did I. The room is accessed from outside and this location feel unsafe. This property was not good. The room had visible mold and peeling paint. The room was damp and smelly. I checked in and saw the room condition and requested a refund but was denied. I would not recommend this property.

    This property is convenient for a last minute hotel stay but 100% not worth the money even then. There was a mass amount of black mold in the room, the bathroom was dirty, towels and washcloths were not clean, sink was clogged and broken, the other guests were noisy way past 11pm with screaming & sketchy activity. I had to leave after day 1 of my 3 day stay because it was so bad. If you need a hotel last minute, I’d recommend spending extra for something else.

    The hotel rooms were musty, one actually had a strong smell of mildew. The handicap accessible rooms do not have easy access for an amputee, and even though breakfast was included online, there is no breakfast available due to "renovations". There were no signs of renovations of any kind, but some are sorely needed. Cut my stay short due to unaceptable conditions.

    The property is claimed to be under renovation. The exterior shows signs of major wear-and-tear with scratches and gouges on painted surfaces such as room doors. The interior of the room is also very outdated. The table had a leg that was bent. The shower bathtub was very worn down. The tiles were cracked. The tub would drain very slowly so that it filled while the shower ran. The room included one tiny facial soap bar and no soap or shampoo for the shower. The bed had a spring poking through. Also, I found a baby cockroach crawling on the furniture.

    You get what you pay for. Decent for if you’re checking in at night and leaving early in the morning if you need a place to rest. Anything more than that will leave you slightly disappointed.

    TV did not work, tried calling front desk SEVERAL times and no answer at all, went to front desk and there was 5 people in front of me and the service was extremely slow, after waiting 40 minutes I just went back.. the bathroom was disgusting dirty and the carpet stained all over, looks like it was never washed. The smell was awful.. the bedsheets was stained. I couldn’t stay there, horrible experience.

    had to go to the office to have the room key programmed several times upon arrival, smoke detector beeped every 30 seconds, went to the front desk and ask for a replacement battery, but they had none and i was told maintenance was on vacation. the toilet flusher was broken, had to manually set the chain every flush. the remote to the tv only turned the tv on/off, would not change channels. all of this was reported to the front desk and none was every fixed. the complimentary breakfast did not exist, a few residents said its been months since they put any out. this has been an horrible experience

    It’s no Marriott, and I imagine my girlfriend would feel slightly different had she been here, but for a low maintenance, easy to please individual like myself, it was good enough. I’d say it’s pretty much what one would expect—a bit dated, a mediocre mattress, and Everything was just fine aside from the guy working the front desk.

    The room smelled like mildew. Very unkept I found an opened condom is my room.. The room came with only 2 Towels and Rags and I had 4 people with me. The owner didn't want to give me 2 more rags and Towels. Mind you online we booked a double bed room for 4 people. He tried to make me get another room for the other 2 people. He's also racist because when i complained about it, he said "you people always complain" Which I was very confused by that saying. Room service also tried coming into our room mind you our check out was for 11:00am. Why are you trying to come in at 10:30am? If I can rate lower I would. DO NOT STAY HERE

    I checked in and previewed my room. I didn’t feel safe at the location. The room smelled moldy. When I entered the room and turned on the light switch, lighting was very dim I could not see until I turned on a different lamp. The lobby restroom was not desirable. I was very disappointed and did not stay at the hotel.

    There was trash all around the inside and outside of the room. It seemed as though someone was already living in the room assigned to me. Tub was dirty, shoes were left in bathroom. The bed was not made. The room smelled of mold. I did not stay and was told I would not be charged and the full amount was charged and I have been trying to get a refund for almost a month.

    The worst hotel I’ve been to probably ever and I’ve stayed at some TRASHY places. I would rate this place in negatives if able. There is mold everywhere. EVEN INSIDE THE PICTURES HANGING ON THE WALL. I understand why places do deposits because of people tearing stuff up but at least post and say you’re going to hold a deposit and let everyone know it takes a week or two to be issued back on their card. The extra fees too are ridiculous. This place needs to be torn to the ground and rebuilt. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Go to Ocean Lodge in Boca! They are phenomenal

    Reservation specified free breakfast. Upon arrival I was told there would be no breakfast. Front desk was slow to check in. Room had cockroaches and a/c sounded like a jet plane when it started up. It kept us awake all night. My emails to corporate were ignored.

    The TV amenity was decent. Room service and staff were very minimal. In fact there was no hotel maid for our room the entire stay. We had to go down and ask for new towels, etc. Expedia states there would be free breakfast included but then we were told by the hotel staff they no longer serve Breakfast anymore.

    It was the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed in to date. Had I not gone to a birthday party and knew that I was not going to be able to drive home which was two hours away, I would’ve left this hotel immediately. It’s disgusting, seedy and the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. Do not stay here. I couldn’t shower fast enough as soon as I got home.

    Got to the place there was lipstick and feel from the towels all the linen was disgusting full of stains and just dirty. There were lizards in the beds room wreaked of mildew was just overall dirty room. Spoke with stuff they provided me with another room wanted to the room none of the lights work room smells like mildew. Was on premises for 30 minutes ask for refund did not want to stay at please was told they couldn't do it. Did not stay there left do not recommend unless you want to get a tetanus shot.

    Check-in took 30 minutes, clerk didn’t even say anything for half the time just sitting there trying to figure out how to resolve the issue. Reserved a king bed, got to room it was 2 beds instead. Not a word about the switch. Breakfast advertised on Expedia but they had signs about “renovations”.

    Nothing meets my expectations. This hotel is old and ran down needs to closed all the way down. Rooms smells terrible, walls dirty, furniture look like rats been eating it and staff thinks it’s real funny when you complain especially since they have taken your money.

    Filthy, doors all beat up, no frig, no microwave, no breakfast when web says full hot breakfast, pool dirty looking, staff sweeping dirt off upper floors onto parking area and walkway where people walk. Its dark and feels icky. Ive stayes here before and it used to be clean and have decent amenities, the coffee maker has a tossaway plastic tray that came out of the coffee packs with the tray but not what they were offering. Didn't even shower just wanted to leave. Deadbolt in door didnt even meet the catch. Absolutely disappointed. Hope they make changes and post on their page that they dont offer breakfast anymore its 'under renovation' when i askes how long the desk clerk said i dont know they dont tell me (i meant how long had they been renovating it). Oh and clerk wasnt even at desk bounced in with some friends after standing there 10min. Smh dont dont do it. Nicer place on newport few dollars more.

    The room was so dusty that my nose was burning. The website showed free breakfast was included as part of the reservation. Upon arriving, there was a sign taped to the front of the desk that said there would be no breakfast due to renovations. The entire experience was horrible. I got to the hotel almost ten at night otherwise I would would have left.
